Myself Kanojkumar Patil from Bangalore, I am using TATA DOCOMO sim numbered [protected].
Weeks ago I was getting messages regarding 250 Rs recharge which offers 222 Rs talk time, 1GB data @ 3G speed, rest unlimited @ 2G speed for one month. So I recharged it immediately.
I got talktime, installed all setting for internet, (to be clear, i put APN as TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNETHVC which is for 3G enabling)
Still I am getting net at very slow speed. A google home page opens in nearly for 10 minutes. Thats too long.
Whenever I call customer care, agents say that they will transfer the call to technical desk, and thats it, call will cut. And customer care prompts that "all personnals are busy right now, you can mail the complaint".. this continues for rest of the day.
I am tired of this from 1 week. If they can't resolve the matter, at least they should pick the call and talk about it. This is really frustrating.
