This is Rupal, Since some months, i'm using tatadocomo sim card . Currently I am facing problem with "mcheck processing" and due to this my balance deduct 1.5 Rs/- continously from my main a/c until its goes 0.0 and so that I cant able to use internet as well.

I recharged many times and lost so much money on this, I already did an email to [protected]@mchek.com but not got any response till now.

Please stop the "mcheck processing" on my sim as soon as possible.

    On 30th march 2013, I subscribed for GPRS70 plan from my tata docomo number [protected] and used till 25th of the month. On 25th I activated 3g plan of Rs.91 and used it till 29th march. On 28th march, i deactivated GPRS70 plan by sending an SMS "UNSUB GPRS70" as per the message received from the provider.I got a message stating"108/ missing circleID". On 29th of march 2013I activated 3g plan of Rs.351 and was able to use it till 30th march only as the unsubscribed plan70 got activated on 01 may 2013.When I contacted customer care the simply told me that it was my fault and no favor will be done. For the next four days docomo customer care was not accessible for my number.On 5th of may, I managed to contact the customer care and was absolutely a very bad experience.She was not reasy to hear my problem and was repeatedly saying its my problem and there is no solution for the loss of Rs.351. During conversation she told me that my request for subscription of gprs70 was received but not processed. A loss of 351=70=Rs421 was happened. Is it a silly amount? The service provider has to answer the same. This is not the first time am losing amount from my balance. Tata docomo had stolen 100s from me. Since i was using the number only for 3g/gprs, i can thow the connection at any time. But i need justice.

        my Name is zia ur rahman i wanted to port out from tata docomo to Airtel on 23rd of April i went to airtel lobby and gave my address proof and photo to the concern department of MNP he said that u will port out maximum 7days but on 30april i could see that i have not migrate to airtel then after i went to airtel lobby and spoke him still i have not migrate to airtel then he logged a complaint that 12 days have been over but he is in same network .the next day i got a call from airtel that sir we have still not receive a conformation from tata docomo . so if we get confirmation we will forward your porting request the same i mailed to [protected]@tatadocomo then they replayed that as per our records your MNP request with the UPC Code
        TA137569 has been registered vide docket number PMRS[protected], is still in open status and under process, the same will be resolved by[protected]. on[protected] i checked that i have not ported to airtel your customer care has failed to resolve my request now i mailed he is writing I would like to inform you that as per our records we have found that your request for MNP has been canceled due non completion of port in process within 15 days need your help please migrate me to airtel asap need your reply urgently

        AirTel — Unable to Port

        I tried to Port my number on the 20th of January 2011 (the 1st day of MNP) but my request was rejected by Airtel , I received a message from Vodafone saying that my request has been rejected as there are subsisting contractual obligations. I am a prepaid customer running in a positive balance .
        Everytime I contact them, they have a ne excuse to give me, which is utter rubbish, The contact number of the Nodal officer given on the site is also wrong .
        I plan to report this complaint to TRAI asap .

Now i want to change the net work to tata docommo bocz in docommo so much of offers are there …. so that i had send a port sms form airtel number ( [protected] ) to change to docommo network on 9/feb/2011 . on 14 feb i got a sms from airtel provider that due to legal reason … on 17 feb i contact a airtel show to get the details about the rejection of mnp … wheni talk to coustmer care regarding these the reason is nothing but ….. 1 ) my name is different in new proof thats is pervious documents is provided as SUBRAMANI now the documents is as SUBRAMANI.M thats nothing but with intial 2) second reason is addres proo[censored]pdateded in my previous proof is old address but i submitted new proof as new address is given for docommo kyc

        AirTel — porting out to tata docomo

        I have applied for porting out my airtel number [protected] to tata docomo and my formality and application for porting out has been rejected twice giving me a message that it has been rejected due to legal reasons. I have even paid my bill amount and even excess to bill amount in cash at outlet. i tried to know reason by calling customer care and by personally visiting airtel outlet. Theses people are not ready to give me reason and are giving me a mental torture by calling me again and again asking me reason for porting out. Please help me for this

          Don't get upset, you got his no. go to your nearest police station and file an FIR against this anonymous unhinged caller, if you will put this same no. in google search engine then you can see what results are in actual appearing, this person is not only targeting you rather he is looking for any girl to satisfy his sexual urges but still don't take it lightly do get your FIR registered and also take the no. of your "First Information Report" (FIR) from police.
          &
          Now when you will receive his next call try not to get affright by his threats just cooly win his confidence if possible and try to elicit from him that from where has he received your no. & what he really wants mark one more point, just check out all your profiles on facebook, twitter, linkedin, orkut or any other social site that have mentioned your no. if that is so, do delete it positively.
          If you are using any android compatible handset then install an app called "TRUECALLER" on it now days it is being used by many people on large scale as it reveals you the name along with the photograph of the caller who is not in your phone list it works on both national & international numbers & it is available free of cost on google, it sounds strange but its true.

            My name is pradeep kamireddy . I ported my number [protected] on nov 7 2013 . i paid all the balance amount to docomo. I called customer care like more than 50 times in that month every time they said number is going to ported but it didnt ported . They taken three complaint against this porting. They gave no information why porting has bees cancelled. And they ask me to port my number again so i try to prot my number on 27th November. which is cancelled again but they are sending me bill for my number . I asked them why they cancelled my number if they said my number didnt ported at least i may used my number and i can pay that month bill. But without using i have to pay my bill and they cancelled my ougoing and they send next month bill as well . Till now they didnt gave me proper reason why they didnt ported my number . But they keep on sending mails and messege about the bill. Recently they send me lawyer notice regarding this and i got a call form legal department i explianed them clearly what happened . they suggested me to call customer care but they still didnt give me proper reason about my porting. And they still got my deposit amount of 850 rs in dococmo. please help me .

              This is Vinit Kumar and I have Tata DoCoMo number which is [protected]. I have all ready 3G unlimited plan in my mobile phone. In the date of 3rd may I browse internet and they charged Rs 111.00 for that browsing. When I complain then they lodge a complain (complain Id: PBR[protected]. After that I also write a mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com in the date of 5th may 2013. They called and they refund Rs. 100.00 (with the docket number ABAL[protected] instead of Rs. 111.00. And they given excuse that they charged because of "GPRS in multiple sessions on your mobile". I have 3G unlimited plain so I will browse internet in any number of session. So this is completely fault of Tata Docomo not me. Now they refused to give renaming amount and they said that do what ever you want to do I will not refund the renaming amount. I also checked all the 3G unlimited term and condition. There it was not mention about session.
              They are giving open Challenger to we people that, they not refund and go where you want to go, no one do any thing to Tata DoComo even consumer form.
              So I am here and I am requesting to this site please do some legal action on Tata DoCoMo.
              And now I want my renaming amount with compensation.
              So please help me therefore these guys not cheat other consumer.

                this is inform to u that i want my tata docomo num [protected] cal details i am already complaint in customer care 24/4/2013 they deduct my balance rs 25 and says that they will provide my cal details on 29/4/2013 but still i am not get any details and after that when i call customer care they put me on hold atleast 30 to 45 min and after that call will b auto matically disconnect i called customer care atleast 15 to 20 times and every time they put me on hold and after that they say that ur complaint is on procees and u get call details on ur email id in 24 hrs but still iam not found my details dear sir my complaint num is ppb08150931 sir kindly request you to plz solve my issue as soon as possible .

                  Sir,
                  Myself Kanojkumar Patil from Bangalore, I am using TATA DOCOMO sim numbered [protected].
                  Weeks ago I was getting messages regarding 250 Rs recharge which offers 222 Rs talk time, 1GB data @ 3G speed, rest unlimited @ 2G speed for one month. So I recharged it immediately.
                  I got talktime, installed all setting for internet, (to be clear, i put APN as TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNETHVC which is for 3G enabling)
                  Still I am getting net at very slow speed. A google home page opens in nearly for 10 minutes. Thats too long.
                  Whenever I call customer care, agents say that they will transfer the call to technical desk, and thats it, call will cut. And customer care prompts that "all personnals are busy right now, you can mail the complaint".. this continues for rest of the day.

                  I am tired of this from 1 week. If they can't resolve the matter, at least they should pick the call and talk about it. This is really frustrating.

                  3G TATADOCOMO — SPEED VERY LOW

                  I HAVE BOUGHT 3G TATA DOCOMO SERVICE . WHEN I WANTED TO BUY IT THAN IT WAS WORKING VERY GOOD . BUT AFTER DAYS TATA DOCOMO 3 G SPEED IS VERY LOW. THEY SAID THAT TATA DOCOMO MAXIMUM SPEED IS 7.2 MBPS BUT AFTER 10 DAYS TATA DOCOMO SPEED IS LESS THAN 1 MBPS.

                    Hello, my TATA DoCoMO mobile number is [protected]. I recently ported from Vodafone to TATA DoCoMO as I was rid o[censored]nfair deductions from Vodafone, now it hasn't been 2 days I got deducted rs. 30 , I got a SMS saying that buddy chat was activated. I did not activate it. I deactivated it by calling to 155223 and it got deactivated.

                    But STILL my balance remains the same!! It has not been refunded. I tried to reach out customer care by dialing 121 and pressing "9" It says your number has not been activated? wtf? You guys must be seriously kidding. I moved to TATA DoCoMO for quality and I expect this.

                    I hope for a positive response as soon as I can. Please expedite my request.

                    Tata docomo cellular. — Uneven balance deduction.

                    I am a user of tata docomo from last two years.
                    Last month ,on 4th feb, i recharged my account with 50rs.
                    After few hrs, i rcvd a msg dat you hv been chargd rs 43 for nazara games pck..When I complaint, they returned me rs 30. Saying that the cannot return more than 30rs per mnth. And they will return the remaining amount next mnth.
                    I still didnt rcvd the money bck.
                    On 6th march, i rchrgd my acc. Wid rs 200 and actvd a 95rs gprs pck, my 95 rs was ddctd n my remaining bal was 108rs. On the same eve, again i rcv a msg dat ur 95rs plan hv been actvd and again 95 rs was ddctd frm my acc.

                    I was charged rs 190 for 95rs plan.
                    Nw m nt getting my money bck.
                    Please help me.

                    While using nokia ovi store on mobile, recieved a message on my mobile no. [protected] from Tata Docomo regarding deductions of Rs. 14.0/- and another deduction of Rs. 99.0/- for downloading GamePack on Tata Docomo 3G Life WAP Service.
                    Actually no such data has been downloaded.

                    I am a customer of tata docomo from one year. sir each time recharge my mobile they deduct my mobile balance . They left only 1 rupee. when i enquired reason for deduction they said 'you have downloaded this game or that game and that had cost 20, 30,40,50rupees and so on, but never download a single game ever. This happens from last six month. Please help me and suggest me what I should do.

                      I had bought a TATA Docomo Wireless Broadband datacard (MEID : a0000036f4915b) for a paid sum of Rs. 1000. (Receipt attached below) on 27th April 2013 from a person who introduced himself as Praveen (Ph: [protected]) from CP Enterprises,a channel partner of TATA Docomo. He assurred that the service connection, which is an unlimated usage of 5GB for 2 months will be activated within 2 working days. But it has been 7 days since my purchase and the connection has not been activated yet. My repeated attempts to reach Praveen and CP Enterprises through phone was left unanswered and my texts were not responded.The company details are as follows.

                          But when I sent the message, another rs. 3 deducted. Moreover I got the message from 51818 as follows:

                            I had made a 110 rs top up online recharge of a tata docomo no : [protected] on 03/05/2013 from your Website link. http://www.tatadocomo.com/stv.aspx but sorry to say, my number didn't get recharged and at the same time the amount had been debited to my Axis Bank account. My Axis Bank transaction Description no ICONN/72768689/030513/TATA DOCOMO.                               Respected Sir,

                              I received an sms from tata docomo that If I recharge with Rs 250.I would get unlimited data usage and Rs 222.5 balance.
                              When I recharged tata docomo sim with Rs.250 , I was expected to receive 1GB free 3g data and there after unlimited 2g data.
                              After recharge I received internet settings immediately which I saved.

                              I started using internet services , but Rs 70/- was deducted from my balance. I contacted customer service, They blindly said that this offer is not valid , and there after they are not even responding/picking to my calls to customer service. Please help me get my amount back and data pack.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I have my TataPhoton Number-[protected] and being associated with Photon from past 2 years as a Corporate Customer.I have been charged Rs.2376 for the Jan-2013 month which is totally wrong and no sms has been sent to me after my 2GB free monthly usage as per my plan was crossed.

                                I have raised so many complaint and sent so many emails to the concern team to look into this. Pls find the attached email pdf for your reference. I have called customer Care Team so many time and also asked them to raised one service Request No[protected] for billing but it has been closed and disputed charges has not been waived off.

                                I have not received any reply from Customer Care after that, then I sent an email to the Tata Photon Appellate Authority to look into this, but there is also no reply from their side. Hence, I asked them to disconnect my number in frustration and irritation. The Service Request No[protected] is raised and they have disconected my call without taking any consent from me over phone to understand the issue.Now, they have disconnected my number permanently without taking my consent.

                                I request you to look into this so that appropriate Rental charges for Jan-2013, I can pay to enjoy the continous service. They are imposing the wrong Jan-2013 bill to me to pay.

                                They are not reactivated my number-[protected] till now which they terminated without called me. Please look into this .

                                  I have been using TATA DOCOMO (prepaid) No's. since last 3 year, now i am very angry with this service provider even their customer care representative are also don't poor information, i have recharged today on my 2 tata docomo no's before recharge i saw also their pampHlet their is no service regarding recharge amount of rs.30(it clearly written that the sms pack is 38,62,72) not 30. i recharged with rs.30 but i don't got any money i called to customer care they told me that a sms service is activated on your pH this is not right i want my 30 rs back because i don't need sms service

                                  Please stop sms pack service and refund the deducted amount as soon as possible.

                                  Tata Docomo — loss of currency

                                  i had recharged for rupees 150 on may 16th, on wednesday my balance was 80 rupees and on thursday it was 75 without making any calls or messages...no services has been activated by me...wen contacted the customer care after around 20 attempts, they refunded me rupees 30... but even after complaining tat i dont want to receive any ads, i continue to receive ads everyday... my brother lost 100 rupees in 3 days, without any usage.... this is not the first time but many times we have lost small amounts, but this time its too much.... very very bad customer service... their customer care is always busy n they ask us to visit their bloody website...they dont receive our cal even if it rings sometimes or else they say they are busy....we are fed up with this....
                                  the numbers are [protected] and [protected].... i hope my patience is not tested n provoked to take action.... dont take us for granted or think we are helpless...

                                    I am Priyanka Deoskar.I want my docomo sim ([protected]) to be deactivated as soon as possible.The services are aweful.The photon plan services are useless.
                                    The postpay unlimited plan of INR 600 (unlimited) is made to fool people.It includes unlimited data @2G speed however after consumption of the 3G data, the network services just stop working altogether!!
                                    It shows the message "The webpage cannot be loaded"...
                                    The customer service no. doesn't help at all...rather only adds up to the frustration..

                                    sim belongs to the Madhya Pradesh circle.

                                      I have taken a tata docomo walki+mobile connection 5 months before with security amounts deposited ,its a post paid connection and after second month bill i got delayed to pay the amount and pay with in two weeks . but the company disconnect my incoming and out going calls after paying the amount. actually my father taken up the connection and the officers forced him to take postpaid only. after of all now i couldn't use the phone for last three months. when i call to the customer care they are telling that i have to pay all the amount including the rent which i not used the phone for last 3 months. i need to know why should i pay the rent for the months which i never used the phone . i need to get sudden action for it. actually the company cheating us.iam ready to pay the amount which call from the company and the rent also i am ready to pay till the time they disconnect the phone. and i need my compensation for insulting me till the time.
