I have lost Rs.27 from my mobile balance on account of a service called Girls Zone which I apparently activated through IVR. I did not even know such a service existed when I got a message saying I was charged for it. TATA DOCOMO is forcing me to pay for a service that I never activated. I want a refund of my mobile balance.

    I am a tata docomo user. I got a message wherein a service Devotional Portal-Anmol has been activated on my no. [protected] without my prior knowledge and authorization. It has deducted Rs.30 from my account. I request you take action and refund the deducted amount.

    Tata Docomo — Unnecessary Service

    This is to complain about the network, TATA DOCOMO , when I am using in Durgapur it charges me as roaming charge, But in When i am using Haldia, another city in west Bengal , as usual local charge.
    Also in durgapur, I found two place where I can say that at one place i use it as local and at another place i use it as roaming. Durgapur is a city which is not related to any border line to other state. But when i talk to customer care they just use to say that , it is intra circle roaming, what do u mean by it?.
    why I will use such a connection charging me as roaming in my own state.

      i took my sim 1 month or 2 before and past 15 days my handset is not able to detect the sim
      and in nokia handset the sim is detected

        sir/madam Im using Tata Docomo network, my no is [protected] I have ported my no from Vodafone to Tata Docomo.
        Today (20/4/2013) I have recharged amount of rs 129(special recharge)..
        I recharged it after listening ivr by dialing 121 & 198. They told that the validity for this recharge will be 120 days ,
        call rates will be one paisa for two seconds. .
        But after recharging, I got the validity 90 days only.
        I called up customer care but no use. ..
        This is a very big Fraud company giving wrong information to customers and cheating them.
        Now plz tell me what should I do?
        can I file a complaint in consumer court. If I file a complaint what is the use of this?

          Currently I am using corporate plan of Rs 350 plan.

          According to this plan 700 min for Local/STD and 4GB data by 2G speed are free.

          Docomo charged me 1256 Rs as Roming Internet charges and customer care told me that I used another network in roming that's why they charged me this amount but in roming how can anyone identify that currently he is using data by another network.I don't think it is my fault.

          I also complaint TATA docomo but they ignore this complaint.

          Please help me regarding this issue.

            i am praveen, my tatadocomo no is [protected] . i dialed 52222 on 18th april 2013 for offers information. In the IVR announcement offer details given recharge with 23 and make calls tata to tata 1p/4sec and others 1p/2sec for 56days.. first 120 sec will be charged 2p/1sec.. i have activated this offer by deducting my balance but i got only 28 days validity.. today also am getting same IVR information.. kindly please check the details, do needful

                Am Dr.Arun .My number is [protected] and am using this airtel number from lat 3 years.
                Last 6 months i have received some messages from tata docomo i.e pls make the payement of Rs.3977 for your tata docomo A/C no:[protected] immediately to avoid further legal actions.contact number: [protected]/[protected].
                For your information, i didnt used any tata services in past and that number too. i much disturbed of those messages. i called the customer number and informed, requested and scolded but still no response the problem remains.
                Kindly help me and do the needful action.

                  With due respect I would like to take your notice to the case of tata indicom where they misguided us with filing a case in the Court of Justice that too without any prior notification and asked us to present before the judge for which a non bail able warrant is issued was told to us on the day of the appeal that is on today
                  That Sir Today a call is receive by my daughter a student of law on her mobile No [protected] from Tis Hazari court Delhi phone number [protected] by some Suraj Prakash that a case is filed with case number 3082013 and a non bail able warrant is issued For which she shocked and inform me
                  That Sir When I enquired I found that all are false After that another call I have received from some Birpal Singh Phone Number [protected] that Tata Docomo filed this case against me and issue a warrant I am surprised because I have not received any payment bill or any court notice how a case is being registered I am also surprised that how these people misuse the name of our respected National Justice for their ill Business motive
                  That Sir On what strength some stranger called a woman with threatening of court case and financial demand
                  That Sir your goodself will appreciate that as Tata India Limited illegally run an mobile network as TATA DOCOMO at Assam for which Govt of India restricted their services in Assam Again the same Tata Docomo threatening us and particularly my daughter in name of court and demanding money
                  All these sorry full incidence is happen against me is a troublesome affaires as I am a Cancer patient under strong treatment for survival Sir you could understand how much mental pressure is created upon me with my image loss in name of court
                  I hope and trust upon your goodself to take strong action against this type o[censored]n social activities against woman and the Cancer victim with financial penalty of at least Rs Ten Lakh as an compensation against mental pressure dishonoring the Justice and for the image lost of woman

                    Stay Away from Tata Wimax -

                    Below is the email copy that i sent to TATA Customer support on the issue that am facing!!..

                    It was nice talking to you, but its too late to confirm me that there is no feasibility in my area. I had raised complaint since the day there was no internet outrage i.e from 23-Mar-2013 and i had raised 5 complaints so far, but all the complaints has been closed without any resolution and without any answer.

                    May I ask you as to why did it take 16 days to reply/confirm me for my complaint saying that there is no internet outrage and here comes the next question if there is no feasibility in my area, then why did your billing team sent me a bill of Rs 1854 for a area where in which there is no internet connection..

                    So my billing amount should be zero for this month, as i did not have any internet for the whole month and also i had raised "N" number of complaints to the customer support. but today is the day that i came to know that there is no internet connection in my area....

                    I am happy to surrender the equipment's (1 subscriber station, 1 Power Over Ethernet box), you team can visit any time to collect the equipment.

                    Appreciate if you could make this happen soon, as TATA Customer Support had made lot of false answer/promised on this issue.

                    Initially they have confirmed that this issue is because of the under sea cable cut and next they confirmed that technical team is having server outrage in Hyderabad and finally here comes the truth that there is not internet outrage.

                    The way customer care treated me on this issue made my mental stress and strain.

                      I really feel pity on TATA DOCOMO BAD SERVICE to cutomers.

                      I got an email yesterday(16.04.2013) to submit my address proof at nearby TATA Docomo Customer Care Office. I submitted the same today (17.04.2013) by Pre Noon.

                      But, Without any intimation I have lost my Existing Tata Docomo Connection for which Indeed I was asked to provide the address proof. Even Submitting the same within 24 Hrs of the SMS. How come the system disconnect my Connection.

                      Is this the way you treat Customers. I request you to re-connect the connection at the earliest.

                      Tata Docomo — De-activation of Cellphone

                      I have taken 3 Tata Docomo numbers, [protected], [protected], [protected] from Dreams Communications, Vidyanagar, Hyderabad. I submitted documents and Photographs for the same. Suddenly in the beginning of this month, all the three phones got de-activated. When enquired, I was told the documents are not correct and have to be resubmitted. I resubmitted the documents directly at Tata Docomo office at Kakinada but now even incoming calls are barred. When I enquired at customer care, I was told that the documents have not been submitted hence the numbers have been cancelled and I have to purchase new numbers now. I dont't understand that if the numbers were cancelled, then why were they received at Kakinada ofice unnessesariy harassing me and making me move around their offices all across andhra pradesh where I roam regularly. I'm presently available on [protected] pls solve my problem and get me back the numbers I have taken for my whole family which I have already circulated among my friends and family.
                      hi... my sim card got deactivated after 10 days saying your documenst have not reached us... n asking me to submit the document again, ... how can working people go to centres during working hours n days... they dont even facilitate on Saturday or sundays...

                        I am using Tata docomo Prepaid Sim from last 1.5 years .. The Problem with the service is .. Every Time they will activate some Stupid services to my number and They deduct money from my account without my permission .. i called customer care they will tell that we will deactivate service and resend your money back in 4-7 hours but .. they will not do that .. and they are blocking my number to customer care for 5 days .. if call to customer care it say's all customer care excutives are busy ..every time .. they not all connecting me customer care ... this happend 10 times ... i really frusted with their way of handling customer .... please tell the way to get my money back ............

                          hi this is devashish,

                          i am using TATA DOCOMO from past 5-6 months, and from last 2-3 months i am facing a problem that my internet disconnects every 30 mins and then for reconnecting it will take another 30 mins and in worst cases i have to restart my mobile.....and during peek hours i.e evening 6-12 my internet is always disconnected...
                          this is my second time of complaining

Some factors beyond our control, but which hugely and adversely impact data usage can impact on the network and signal strength and therefore affect connection speeds/ continuity.

                          At peak times when many people are using the network, connection speeds, and quality suffers. Also as with any network based on radio technology, handset quality or local conditions may prevent or interfere with network reception within coverage areas. However we do understand and regret the fact, that you have not had a favorable experience with the said product.

But I have never requested for the particular service . It was an automatic activation without my knowledge. It really troubles me. Please help.

                                      Applied for a new Broadband Connection in Pune on 5th April evening, submitted all the required documents to their Agent Vishal with installation charges and since then the guy has stopped responding, there are no details available at customer care for CAF No. 1176658.

                                      There is no response from Docomo Support.
                                      So I just don't want such poor service anymore and refund my money back.
