Tata Docomo a very weak network (specially internet) whenever i use internet on my mobile it automatically disconnect within 50 mins. This problem is not only with me but also with friends(with same network) Tata Docomo is really a weak network.

    hi m dr shailesh, i have booked an photon wifi device with wifi connection
    at ur customer care number..after 3 -4 days they finally sent someone to
    collect money and told us that he will deliver the device on 29th
    march...on 29th march when we call him in evening he said its holiday, he
    willl deliver it on 30th...on 30th when we called him 2-3 times he said he
    will deliver it at 7pm...even after waiting till 9pm..when we called him he
    said i m coming and switched off the mobile by 9-30pm.. same thing happened
    on 31st march and 1st april....
    i want my money back...i dont wanna such a third grade service..kindly talk
    to ur worst customer executive who have done this to us..


    this was the compliant i filed few days back ..again i waited for 2 days , called that executive almost 30 times, but now he is not picking up our phone...since two days there is no response from the customer care also about the compliant..
    the name of that customer executive who collected money is jaiprakash... mobile no-[protected]
    my receipt no is- CAF no[protected] dated 26th march 2013..
    kindly take action, and i want my money to be refunded...dont want such
    useless service..
    i had received almost many nonsense emails from listen and appellate dept, and phone calls as well, but they are not gining me refund nither my device...

        Dear sir/madam,
        Today 30Rs has been deducted from my number [protected]. When i call your
        customer care they told me that because of multiple session 30 rs. is
        deducted.I am having free internet and still you are charging me unfairly
        for multiple session. As per TRAI guideline you cant charge me for multiple
        session.You can deduct balance from my account if i am having no internet
        but i am having 150MB of internet and still you have deducted money from my
        account.No operator charge their customer in this way.I have used idea n
        vodafone also i didnt face such a problem.I heard it of first time in
        docomo.You cant charge customer unfiarly to make a huge profit.Kindly
        return me my 30rs otherwise this time i have to take strict action against
        you.

            Dear Sir,

            I feel disgusted to bring this matter to your attention regardng the services of TATA docomo especailly when already had raised a complaint around 3 weeks back which was sorted out with a lot of hassles. This time its the Bill. My outgoing services have been deactivated and i have been told that my credit limit of 1500 has been exceeded. when i checked on the website, I was shocked to know that the generated bill amount(yet to be billed) was 7332 INR. Thats correct 7332 INR. Let me give a brief about the plan I have taken

            Its a corporate cug plan in which i have to pay 232 INR monthly and will get 13 hours local + STD free.
            I have also got a 512 mb data pack for INR 149

            Now about my usage. My daily usage of telephone will peak to a maximum ( in rare cases) of 1-2 hours.

            My Phone was activated on 20th march 2013 so that means its only been around 24 days.

            There's no way you can generated a bill of 7332 on that. Its ridiculous !!!!!!
            My outgoing has been disabled and when i asked for bill details, the customer care guys said the amount is still unbilled and you have to wait till 21st to get the bill generated.

            Sir, if a customer doest pay bill, these companies have so many excuses and ways to bring the customer to court. they even send them noticed. But what about the inconveniences caused to the customer due to these stupid companies. I demand a notice to be sent to the company as it has caused a great deal of inconvinience to me and to my business.

                Hi,

                I am Suguna Dewan. I had an internet broadband connection in Pune a few months back and wanted to change the plan. The agent who was working for Tata Docomo for our society told us that we will have to change the connection altogether to change the plan. So we changed the connection and plan. But we were not getting the desired speed which was mentioned in the plan. So we asked him to disconnect the new plan and continue with the old plan. He told us not to pay for the new connection. We did not even use it for a single day. Then Tata Docomo people used to call us and tell us to pay and I always used to give them that agent's number. I had also sent a mail to Tata Docomo to disconnect the connection. But they did not cancel it for a long time, hence the bill was generated without us using the service.

                Now I just got a call from Delhi (the person was really rude) saying that I have got a legal notice from Tata Docomo. But I haven't got it because I don't stay in that place anymore. This is a genuine case of negligence from the agent and Tata Docomo.

                I also sent them a mail on [protected]@tatadocomo.com and [protected]@tatadocomomarketing.com. But they haven't replied me back till now.

                  TATA DOCOMO mentioned on its Top-Up recharge option of getting Rs.1210/- on recharge of Rs.1000/-. But when I recharged, I got only Rs.890/- Mentioning ST:110, which was not mentioned at all. Please resolve the issues and provide me full TT. And tell docomo to remove those amounts if they are not providing.

                  On 14th April, I recharged for amount 500/- Rupee. As per information on website there is no service tax (Please find PIC attached). I was supposed to get 550/- Rupee talk time. But i received 443/- Rupee.

                    My number is [protected], i have been using this number since 3 years at Vodafone network but on 13th March 2013 i registered for portability in DOCOMO postpaid under unlimited plan 1299/- as filling a online request on docomo site, after that a local distributor (M/s Shakti Communication - Geeta complex, Rohtak - Haryana) contact to me and said that they got the same request by docomo and they will provide the port number, they also described the 1299 plan and i agreed for the same, after that i went to their shop for final document submission, at that time they again explained the 1299 plan and they took my ID proof & sign on the form. On 19th March my number has been activated after a address verification call, but no one told me about my active plan, on 25th March in morning i found that my outgoing services has been barred and when i call customer care they said that my credit limit has been exceeded and you have to paid 3449/- Rs. because your plan was 899/-. Then i called to distributor and explained the all matter at that time they told me that "yes, your plan was 899 as per your request". I tried at so many times to explain that no i was registered for 1299 plan, how can you activate 899 plan, at that time distributor said they could not provide any help, I have also registered the same complaint on customer care (Complaint No[protected] but they were also misguiding me and I spend so many hours every day on customer care upto 3rd April 2013. Along with this bill issue they also barred my incoming & outgoing services from 28th March13.
                    After so many calls to customer care and lot of visits to local TATA Docomo hub center, they don’t have any solution for same problem except submission of full payment.
                    I had frustrated and vexed of this problem and paid full amount, because it’s my official number which could not kept off. So I submitted 4000/- Rs for resuming services on my number.
                    Now I want a proper solution and want my bill amount refund.

                      Yesterday I have some 58 Rs currency in my mobile. Suddenly I got a msg from 50202, that I have subscribed for GIRL ZONE @ Rs 30 for 30 days through IVR - Interactive Voice Response. In another few hours, I got an another msg saying that, you have subscribed for Cricket alerts @ 28 Rs for 28 days!

                      To notify everyone, I never give ok option for OBD - On-Board Diagnostics messages. I also receive calls from Tata DOCOMO's IVR. Even for that, simply without listening the voice, I will disconnect the call.

                      Already, I have complained here with same kinda issues twice. Just without the customers knowledge or permission, simply there are activating some services, whenever we have currency in mobile with more than 50 Rs.

                      Its a day looting job. DOCOMO can't understand this!!! DOCOMO, do wants to loose your reputation online??? Frustrated with your service, again there is only poor network in Bangalore. Better, I need to change my mobile operator through MNP i guess!

                        I have a problem with my service provider TATA DOCOMO. Since some time now, they have provided a faulty device (Wireless Broadband Data Card), on repeated request to the support team, there was not response.

                        Hence, I had to go for a new service provider, by completely ignoring this service and also requested TATA Docomo to deactivate. However, they claim that I am liable to pay 2000/- odd rupees for which I have not used their service.

                          I have been receiving these disgusting MY DIVE-IN PLANET advertisements on my prepaid connection, probably through mobile internet. Example of such advertisements are - "Download Hot Babes Wallpaper", "Download Bikini Models", etc. I tried calling customer care numerous times, and as always they are saying we can't do anything on this. Few of them even pointing finger at me saying I have downloaded or enabled the application in my mobile, which is not the case at all and have been verified thoroughly. The mobile is least used and remains all the time with my aged mother mostly for receiving incoming calls. Even there is no setting for MY DIVE-IN PLANET in my mobile, that can be disabled. Please note that this issue is faced by many TATA Docomo CDMA(previously TATA Indicom) customers as evident from online consumer forums.

                          As I understand from recent changes in business and service policies, TATA Docomo is now looking out for siphoning money from its customers by following such unfair means. Because, in many of the cases, people might unintentionally press the "Yes" button on such advertisements and Rs.10 is gone immediately from his prepaid account. Also, due to such continuous messages, the mobile battery gets drained unnecessarily. Even, you people have started charging for calls to customer care representatives. At the same time, in most of the cases, the customer care representatives does not have basic knowledge and efficiency to resolve issues or they just ask the customer to visit TATA Hubs to get their query addressed.

                          What the hell is this? Are you guys trying to fool your customer? I can immediately throw away this TATA Docomo SIM. But, I will not do so and escalate this issue to the highest level(if required) for proper resolution. You have to look into the issue seriously. Every organization should understand that they can not take their customers for granted. TATA brand has always been among the best in terms of loyalty to business ethics. I don't understand what is the reason for sudden change in course.

                          Tata prepaid CDMA connection — the number is not working

                          I have taken a tata prepaid conection from your local dealer my number is [protected] with Sr No. [protected] unfortunately this number is not working from last 15-20 days infact i have taken the same from appximately a month back. They have also activate a wrong plan which is called payper call plan but i want to demand 50 paisa per minute plan. So you are requested to sort-out the same.

                          prepaid mobile CDMA — Unauthorised activations of Songs etc

                          Dear Sir,

                          My Mobile Number is [protected] ( Reliance CDMA ). I am using from 6 years. Recently I have lodged a compained in this form and the problem is sorted out and assued that the an authosied activation of songs etc will no happen in future.

                          But unfortuately again the same process is happening. First my Rs 20/- currency went off for the anauthirsed activation of the song. I again recharged and trried to call to customer care but for recorded message they ate Rs 30/- again but not able to reach the customer care. Again I recharged Rs 30/- suddenly they activated (Unauthorisely) some other ( i do not know what it is) and the currency balance come down to Rs 10/-.

                          If these are happening to whom we have to say. Our hard earned maney is eating the " WHITE RAT" RELIANCE ?. I do not know what other people are doing.

                          I am thinking off to through this relaince sim and use other sim, which is really useful us.

                          Again I am requesting the public those who are giving the trouble like this , through away these product and use friendly one.

                              Hello Tata docomo,

                              Your GPRS is becoming wrost day by day. It works less time and down more time in city like pune also. out of day time it works 2-3 hours and other time it either do not connect at all or shows connected but you are not able to load even one page on mobile. I am using your service from around 1.5 years but this is worst time. it was best 2g/3g service one time. Even I recommended to many folks.

                              let me tell you this is not problem with my single number this is with many my friends.We are all thinking to change service. Its unecessary wastage of money.

                                  For the last one calls me in my landline number [protected] everyday night between 1AM to 3AM from his TATA DOCOMO number [protected]. This totally disturbs my sleep and efficiency in work also. My wife also working and it affects here also. Because of this, children are also not able to study properly. It disturbs our whole activity. Then i send him an SMS that do not do it like this. If you do it again, I will go to POLICE. Now, he contacts on my mobile as well as land line. All the while, he will not attend the phone. This is only creating NUISANCE and mental instability. I already lodged an complaint with TATA Docomo but no action taken. Kindly cancel this number and allow us to live peacefully.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        This is to inform you I have been tortured every day by Tata Docomo service provider of asking the payment of 9017rs( last usage monthly bill). As I had using the plan unlimited 899 plan along with the internet plan 1GB for 190rs(only for one month) and after somedays I requested for deactivation of my number because of their very poor network. Now I have been charged for using the internet of less than 1 GB for an amount of 9017rs . Actually it should be free for me upto 1GB.
                                        No one from Docomo informed me about the extra charge of internet usage. I did not received get any notification on this via message or call.
                                        And it Looks like there is a confusion in the account number, where I can see a different account number mentioned in the attachments.

                                        However I have paid 1775rs for the rental charge along with the internet charge in the account[protected] and this was my last bill.

                                        Different account numbers under name are:[protected] and[protected]

                                        PS: I wrote also to appellate and they are helpless to respond to me regarding the extra account[protected] created under my name.

                                        Thanks to consumer court who helped me on this. I got the reply from a appellate officer and they confirmed they credited the amount. Need to check on that.

                                        Be in my place and see this issue. I was a good customer for Tata docomo who paid all monthly bills. I have disconnected the number in the middle of the month of January 2013 and it doesn’t mean I have to pay the internet usage for the whole month where I have opted for 1 GB internet usage for 190rs and it means I can use for a month or less. Please generate a genuine bill and send it to me( it should be as below).

                                        Service Tax @12%
                                        Educational Cess @ 2%
