I reside at Indore (M.P). A SIM from Tata Docomo, was purchased by Nilima, my family member.
SIM number is [protected] . Tata Docomo is involved in unfair trade practice.
Tata Docomo has fraudulently deducted balance of Rs.50/ on 30/04/2013. When I talked to Customer care executive, I was given false assurance that deducted amount would be reverted very soon.

Till now, this fraudulently deducted amount has not been reverted. Tata Docomo only gives false assurances but does not act on that. My case confirms this fact.

Tata Docomo — FALSE ASSURANCE

Hi,

3 months back i ported out my mobile service provider from Airtel to Docomo. But now i feel i did a mistake.

While porting out i got assurance for free itemized billing and missed call alerts for 6 months.

But i didn't get itemized bill for even 1 month. When i contacted the customer care they said the address provided is wrong.... This is ridiculous because as address proof i had given my BSNL telephone bill. All the bills of BSNL are reaching me on time. I even requested to send me a soft copy on my email but till date i didnt get any bill neither the hard copy nor soft copy.

2) Missed call alert was working fine for 1st and 2nd month but from 3rd month onward i get message from them "to get last 3 missed call details kindly sms to this number" which is chargeable...WHY SHOULD I PAY WHEN I GOT THE ASSURANCE FOR 6 MONTHS.

and TATA DOCOMO advertises find a fault and we will pay the fine. Forget about fine improve your service first.

Hope TATA DOCOMO reads this and take quick actions.

2)Why should i pay 7rs per month when i got assurance of free missed call
alerts and detailed billing for 6 months. WHY ARE YOU FOOLING YOUR CLIENTS BY GIVING WRONG INFORMATION.
3) I GOT THE DETAILED BILL FOR MONTH OF JULY BUT FROM 21ST JULY AND NOT FROM 1ST OF JULY.

I WAS BETTER WITH AIRTEL... MUCH BETTER THAN DOCOMO

I am using this number from a long time but from past few weeks i am getting call from my own number as +[protected] .It was some computerized call which disconnects automatically after week seconds it tell few 4 digit number.Please stop these types of call.

      my no.[protected]this was post payed connection.i have settled all payment and deactivated the connection again one more bill came i went to store then they said that to pay that one too,now again i recived a bill of Rs28.8..i terminated my connection long back.there is no need for this charge . and they are charging demorage for not paying every month doubles up amount.kindly take care.and there is no way to communicate to ur company all the number given to conatct is fake .

        I am using tata docomo services. My credit limit is 1500 rs and I got the bill of 3448 rs. This is highly surprising. If my credit limit was set to 1500 rs it means I am agreeing to pay only 1500 rs and not afford to exceed amount more than that. And generally if one crosses the credit limit, automatically incoming and outgoing is barred. This process is with all service providers and also with tata docomo. But in my case I am charged 3448 rs which is more than double of credit limit.If I had crossed my credit limit, my calls would have been barred, but in my case I am allowed to make the calls and how without any information my credit limit is exceeded and why am I suppose to pay such a huge bill. I am using tata’s service considering tata’s companies follow ethics and people oriented and not to cheat people. I am ready to pay only 1500 rs which is my credit limit. Please help me to get justice. I am not ready to pay 3448 which is cheating and customer exploitation. I am not paying the bill of 2624 which is more than double of my credit limit and without any information provided to me.         Tata Docomo/ — twice charged for the same service

        SIR, HERE I WOULD LIKE BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT TELECOM COMPANY DOCOMO HAS BEEN DEDUCTED TWICE CHARGES OF THE SAME SERVICE WITHIN TWO MINUTES THAT IS INTERNET.......
        COMPANY HAS SENT PROMOTIONAL MESSAGE FOR INTERNET SERVICES WHICH I HAVE WRONGLY PUT OK.......RS60/- HAS BEEN DEDUCTED IMMEDIATELY AND INTERNET VALIDITY FOR 30 DAYS...AFTER TWO MINUTES SAME MESSAGES CAME AND WHEN I WAS GOING TO DELETE THE MESSAGE WRONGLY I HAVE PUT THE OK BUTTON INSTEAD OF DELETE.. THE COMPANY HAS DEDUCTED AGAIN RS.60/- FOR SAME SERVICE...

          I have a Tata Docomo prepaid number [protected].In the last one month or so I have had utter frustration and wasted a lot of time in trying to get my issue resolved from the company. This has however not worked out and I have totally given up now as none of my complaints have ever received any responses. Here is some information about the issue:
          I have taken a Tata docomo prepaid sim card in which free Internet connection network connectivity usage was given for a period two (02) month. After using 30 days of net connection there is now no internet network connection .i have complaint for it several time. I have been having issues with the Internet connection network connectivity with Tata Docomo for a little over one month now. The reason I moved to Tata Docomo is because they assured o[censored]ninterrupted services versus competitors in the market and at a much reasonable price. However even after logging complaints I have not received any responses.
          I would pay for the usage but atleast resolve the issue. I request you to kindly help me with this.

            Hi Docomo, I activated 24rs data pack .It's a 7days data pack auto renewal ;But its getting renew on 3days once....I called Customers care .They replied to call 155223 and they itself cut the call..when I dial 155223 it's saying no services activated ....
            I THINK DOCOMO USES THIS DATA PACK TO CHEAT CUSTOMERS .

              Whenever I recharge my mobile, certain services are getting activated without my intense.

              I am being informed to customer care people to de-activate such all services, still there is no action from customer care people.

              Recently yesterday I had recharged with Rs. 200 /- (Transaction ID: MCIT[protected]) and EndOftheDay it has been deducted Rs. 30 /- with reference ID: 18108206

              When I called to customer care person Balu on 29-Apr, he has promised amount will be refunded in 4 hrs.

              Even I called to Customer care person 30-Apr – Naveen he also mentioned will be refunded y EOD. But I did not get till 30-Apr EOD.

              I am using online payment from last 1 year.

              I have made Rs.444/- online recharge to my number [protected] on 12 May 2012. But till now its not credited.
              Regarding this issue i called customer care on same day, they have told me that it will be credited my account within 48 Hours.

              Still now neither credited to my number nor refunded to my bank account.

It is shown to me but my gprs service is been deactivated from the company. I complained about it. They replied that my complaint is taken but i didnt received any complaint number message. I tried to contact with customer care but my call is not allowed to connect. Still I didn't get any reply. Please have a Look in this matter.

                  Guys plz don’t ever take the fake unlimited plans of docomo which they claim is unlimited but in reality its not.

                  I’m a docomo user from last 4yrs recently y from last 5 0 6 months i was using the so called unlimited plans of docomo, 5 to 6 months back i got a call from doco customer care and they offered me the 899 unlimited pack, the very same month i got a bill for 1700rs which i got shock and when i inquired they were kind enough (atleast thats what i thought back then) to discount the money back. the next month also i got the same bill but when i inquired they were ready with an answer that time that it was data usage to my shock i was using Nokia x2 basic mobile hell that mobile doesn’t have 3g facility only , they forced to me pay but after that month i got two months proper bill and one fine day that’s approx 30 - 45 days back again i got a call from customer care for 1299 plan, i was little reluctant to take it as i had a bad exp before, the executive came up with a very attractive detail like all local/national calls and sms to any network, roaming on parent network, and 3g data is unlimited which convinced me that this time these guys cant make any false billing (atleast thats what i thought back then) and went for it guys u don’t believe it i got 3900 rs bill for the same month, i got shocked and when i inquired about that they said it was for data usage, roaming and for sms. i really don’t know what to do.

                  The best part is when I’m talking to the customer care guy he was keep repeating one and only thing like

                  Me : i want to know y it happen
                  Customer guy : i cant make adjustment
                  Me : plz tell me why charged for sms
                  Customer guy : i cant make adjustment
                  Me : plz tell me why charged for data
                  Customer guy : i cant make adjustment
                  Me : plz tell me why charged for roaming
                  Customer guy : i cant make adjustment
                  Me : can you clearly see the billing detail once
                  Customer guy : i cant make adjustment
                  Me : can you connect me to the executive who gave this pack
                  Customer guy : i cant make adjustment
                  Me : then y are you calling me from the customer care dept
                  Customer guy : i cant make adjustment
                  Me : what ???? and call got disconnected.

                  Now i really don’t know what to do, now i have a bill of 4100 rs, im just one person using the mobile even if i have used prepaid i would have not spent any money at all more than 1000rs

                  plz guys some one help me to reach the right guys to put an end to it, when i just goggled to see about this then only i came to that like me so many have been hurt and been cheated by docomo

                  so guys plz don’t take any unlimited packs like 899, 1299 plan is also fake, got 3900 rs bill even though calls, sms, roaming, and 3g data is unlimited which they claim. plz don’t get cheat like me again... plz write me at [protected]@yahoo.com to know more

                    i'm using tata docomo net services since too many times, i already complain to tata abt net disconnect 10 or more times, it always says it will be solved...solved....bt it happens never...
                    my net is always disconnect after 30 min, and nt connect in 1st attemt either in 2nd also, i have to wait 10min for connect.....really u provide very bad service tata docomo.

                      sir,
                      I have activated RC250 on 25April (at 2:21 pm approx)on my number [protected].
                      on this day the net is superb,but next day I got a text "3G plan is deactivated"on 27 april, and I
                      also lost getting data of RC250 plan.
                      Now, whenever I connect using TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNETHVC , I get
                      connected, but there is no data being received.
                      i called docomo care every day till now,
                      they told me that there is problem in some number regarding 250 plan.
                      i m fed up by calling docomo care,
                      they all have there different rply for my complain.
                      now on 29 april,i changed my access point,
                      TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET ,
                      and i m surprice bcs net is connected,
                      but for this i have charged 12 rs .
                      i again called docomo care but all is vain.
                      i think docomo cheats its custmer by changed access point.
                      In last 5 month every time i recharged 250 plan,
                      and there is a balance deduction issue and i have to waist my time by calling docomo care which all takes it as a fun of there daily routine even there senior officer also,
                      i m very fed up by docomo service,
                      and port my number,
                      after the expiration of the net pack,which is not connected through net.

                      so please sir take an action rrgarding my cimplain,
                      and credit my balance again,
                      and solve the problem of internet also as soon as possible,
                      becaus my 4day out off 28days gone waist .

                        I had applied for a Rs 99 recharge from Docomo website, where, I was promised to get the call rate of 1.2 p/ 2 seconds. However, after few days, I happened to notice that my call rates had remained unchanged. After having brought this to the notice of the network provider, I was assured of action by 29th April, which is today.

                        I finally did get a call from Docomo, today, and I was eagerly hoping to find a solution to my problem, as my
                        call rates were unchanged despite having applied for the change, as per their scheme, on their website. But much to my dismay, I was told that another scheme was already activated in my account, without my permission or knowledge, and hence my call rates remained unchanged. When i tried to put forward my case of why a different scheme is activated in my account, I was simply overpowered by an over insistent employee of Docomo, who kept telling me to listen to him without even giving me a chance
                        to inquire about my own account details.

                        Having endured such a rude conversation, I was told that the previous scheme which was active, would be deactivated from my account, and that finally, after 2 weeks, I will be getting what was promised. And yet again, after making a call, I see that my call rates remain unchanged yet again.

                        After having again complained to the network, they now reverted back saying that the call rates would remain unchanged as there is another scheme activated in my account. This after, an employee of Docomo had assured me that the other unwanted scheme would be deactivated from my account.

                        I am not getting what was promised in the website, I am not getting what was promised by the employee of Docomo.

                        Is this really what I am to expect from the "Customer Service Team"? That I will have to listen to that person, and be obliged with the fact that actually someone is giving me what I was promised half way through the stipulated period of the scheme? OR should be obliged with the fact that I am still experiencing the same problem that I have been complaining to the network endlessly week in week out?


                        I am simply disgusted and ashamed to be part of such a pathetic network, that fails to deliver the basic minimum to its customers.

                          He had shown his ability to reverse the MBs now but that could be done at the next billing, to which I had contested since the `illegal merger of 999MBs in the current cycle would lower the Speed prematurely';

                            Hello, I had a 2G data plan, which was going to expire on 29 April 2013. But, Because I have used all data(3 GB), I have activated another plan RC250 on 27 April (at 6 pm approx).
                            After 1 hour of recharging RC250, I got text "2G plan is deactivated", and I also lost getting data of RC250 plan.

                            Now, whenever I connect using TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNETHVC , I get connected, but there is no data being received.

                            My complaint is already registered as PSMR12068073 at their website via chat support, But no solution is occurred till now.
                            I have done my recharge via docomo retailer at Anand, Gujarat.

                              I'm pranav harihar sharma, a media professional from gurgaon. I was holding a tata photon number-[protected], which is now disconnected on my request.

                              This is the reason why i requested for the disconnection-

                              1.on jan 12 2013 i requested at tata photon customer care to activate a particular ( ARP 3 GB [protected]@7650) on my number. (Request no:[protected]
                              It was told to me that the request will be resolved before jan. 14 2013.

                              2. on jan 13 2013 at 5:30 pm i got a mail confirming that the requested plan is activated.
                              3.when i checked my account online on jan. 14 2013 i found that the wrong plan is been activated on my number. Rather than an unlimited plan a limited plan was activated.
                              4. i immediately called customer care and registered a complaint. ( complaint number:[protected]. It was told to me that a resolution will be done latest by jan. 15 2013.
                              5. On jan 15 2013 at 8:07 pm i got a mail from tata photon citing that 'we are unable to process the request, but it will be resolved soon'. no time line given for resolution.
                              6. Apart from it my tata photon was barred on jan 13 2013 ( as the billing cycle starts from 13 every month and because of the customer care goo[censored]p of activation of wrong plan no bill was generated. so i was punished for tata photons fault.
                              7. on jan 16 at 6:23 pm i got an sms from tata photon mentioning that i've crossed the usage limit and need to pay Rs. 8596 immediately for uninterrupted services. ( at this point of time my services were already barred and the amount which i m told to pay was for the wrong plan activation)
                              8. on jan 17 2013 ( late by 4 days) i was send a bill ( of Rs. 8596) too.
                              9. on jan 16 2013 i got another sms from tata photon that my complaint number:[protected] exceeded the closure timelines and will be resolved shortly. ( this is when the bill was already generated, my services are barred and im told to pay for the plan which i never requested.
                              10.Frustrated by these events and as iwasnt been able to access the internet from jan. 13 2013 to jan 18 2013 i suffered some Rs. 2 lakhs loss. because of all these i requested for a disconnection.
                              11. on jan 18 2013 i requested for a disconnection. request number:[protected]
                              12. on jan 25 2013 i received an sms tht at my jan. 2013 bill is delivered to my address. This is when i wasnt able to acess any internet in jan. and also raised a disconnection request.
                              13. on feb 1 2013 i got a mail and an sms citing that my jan bill for Rs. 8596 is overdue and need to be paid immediately.
                              14. on feb 3 2013 i got an sms and a mail that my disconnection request number:[protected] is resolved. That means the CONNECTION IS NOW DISCONNECTED.
                              15.Soon after it i started getting calls for different tata photon customer care executives asking me to pay the bill of Rs. 8596. Now its just insane!! im asked to pay and ADVANCED RENTAL PLAN AMOUNT OF RS 8596 FOR THE YEAR 2013-14, WHEREAS MY CONNECTION IS ALREADY DISCONTINUED.
                              But still i tried explaining this to the customer care executives without losing my patience. But i keep getting calls for payment.
                              16. Now on feb 16 2013 i was SHOCKED!!. A new bill was generated for the month of feb. 2013 amounting to Rs. 17,192. This is immediately followed by a customer care executive to pay that RIDICULOUS AMOUNT.

                              Till date i keep getting calls to pay the amount and the callers are not ready to listen anything. No senior guy has called me yet. Now they have even started threatening me. I complained to TRAI and even kapil sibbal but no action has been taken so far.

                                  Now I want to explain the whole thing which make my week PATHETIC. I had facing an issue with your TATA Photon+ device ([protected]) registered on my wife name Amruta. Previously when I was called your call center, your employee gone through me few settings which does not make any changes in my device speed. Downloading speed was 0.65 and Uploading was 0.79

                                  Now today I am completely frustrated and decided to log an complaint regarding my speed issue so I called up on your toll free number[protected] where one of your executive answered my call. He again asked me lots of questions and put me on HOLD for more than 10 min. I was expecting my complaint to be locked however my call was disconnected I don't know WHY?

                                  I again called back where another executive answered my call name "Mamta". When I was ask her to lock a complaint that I had already gone through all the troubleshooting, she directly started bluffing that they have network issues in my area so that she cannot forward my complaint ??????.
                                  She was behaving like she was doing a favour on me by helping me. when I asked to give me my complain ID she was again avoiding and informed me that they could not log my complaint because If it is get logged no one can TAKE ACTION ON IT ?? What the hell is this?

                                  I asked to speak with the Senior person but again she started giving excuses me that If you want to talk to Senior person please call after 10 O'Clock ????


                                  Now I want to uunderstand here few Things-->

                                  1. Is You guys are thinking that we have so much time to call this bull service center again and again?
                                  2. Does Tata Indicom understand the criticality, of Time & also the usage of data card?
                                  3. Have I made a mistake taking up Tata Indicom data card ?
                                  4. If my area is having some technical of network issue why my device showing me full signal strength? why it was not informed to me if I am paying for this service?
                                  5. I called thrice where 2 time My call got disconnected I want the reason why My is disconnected from executive.
                                  6. Why my call is not transferred to Senior person?

                                  By god bless I have all the recording of these calls. This is very clear now and I am informing to you guys also that, till the time my issue is not get resolved will not going to pay TATA Photon Bill and if my connection is De-active I will sue you guys. Last time also I had faced so many issues with wrong billing. This time will not ignore this. I need apologies letter and call back from TATA. Trust me you guys are destroying Image of TATA.

                                  Tata Photon+ — pathetic service

                                  I had applied for tata photon+ about a month back and still the instrument it is not delivered to me. Also the person who is responsible to deliver it to me always is busy in some work or the other and always commits to call back but never calls back. I have come to the point where i dont want any tata services but now i m scared they would take a year to refund me my amount( if i am lucky) or may not refend me at all.

I got a call from your service center and they said that my problem should get solved in 2/3 months!

                                  Today is 29th Novemer, 2010, I'm still facing this problem in my home ie after 4 months !!!Today, Complaint no. is[protected]

                                  I would like to ask you on how will you compensate me for your deficiency of service for last 4 months since the time i brought to your attention? All your claim and commitment for faster service and better range of service, are of no use to me!

                                      I had recieved call on my TATA DOCOMO number [protected] for the company itself regarding wining lucky customer and assuring me to give free caller tune for 1 month , no charges. But when the service got activated next day i was charged Rs.50 for 2 months.
                                      I called their customer care regarding this problem but they said that the service was not free and they wont refund my money.
                                      Please help me regarding this problem. And im quite sure that the call i recieved was for TATA DOCOMO.
