I had applied for a Rs 99 recharge from Docomo website, where, I was promised to get the call rate of 1.2 p/ 2 seconds. However, after few days, I happened to notice that my call rates had remained unchanged. After having brought this to the notice of the network provider, I was assured of action by 29th April, which is today.
I finally did get a call from Docomo, today, and I was eagerly hoping to find a solution to my problem, as my
call rates were unchanged despite having applied for the change, as per their scheme, on their website. But much to my dismay, I was told that another scheme was already activated in my account, without my permission or knowledge, and hence my call rates remained unchanged. When i tried to put forward my case of why a different scheme is activated in my account, I was simply overpowered by an over insistent employee of Docomo, who kept telling me to listen to him without even giving me a chance
to inquire about my own account details.
Having endured such a rude conversation, I was told that the previous scheme which was active, would be deactivated from my account, and that finally, after 2 weeks, I will be getting what was promised. And yet again, after making a call, I see that my call rates remain unchanged yet again.
After having again complained to the network, they now reverted back saying that the call rates would remain unchanged as there is another scheme activated in my account. This after, an employee of Docomo had assured me that the other unwanted scheme would be deactivated from my account.
I am not getting what was promised in the website, I am not getting what was promised by the employee of Docomo.
Is this really what I am to expect from the "Customer Service Team"? That I will have to listen to that person, and be obliged with the fact that actually someone is giving me what I was promised half way through the stipulated period of the scheme? OR should be obliged with the fact that I am still experiencing the same problem that I have been complaining to the network endlessly week in week out?
I am simply disgusted and ashamed to be part of such a pathetic network, that fails to deliver the basic minimum to its customers.
