I am Ayyanar V , got Docomo Postapid connect approximately one year before.
Two months back (at last week of February 2013) I called to customersupport for raising a request for postpaid to pre paid Migration of my number [protected].MR. Ashish a customer care executive was the one asked me to clear my outstanding before rising the request.
So I request him to be online for 2 mins and I cleared my due amount .He raised a request for migration process and informed the following details:

Maximum Turn around time: Max of 11thMarch2013.
He told me that Max of 11thApril 2013 your number would get migrated to prepaid.
The very next itself they revoke all my online account related to the number.I was not able view the progress of the request and even not able to view billing amount.
Few days later I receivede a call from Docomo outlet, and they request for proof to be submitted for migration process.
Fours later I visited Docomo Oulet at Okkiyam Thuraipakkam,OMR, Chennai; I explained that i am here to submit proof for postpaid to prepaid migration.There was proper response for that.
I was totally ignored at that time by them. Again asked them to accept my proof, but no one cared about that; one replied to me that they didnt have application write now so we could accept it. I told that already I have raise the request for migration through customer care.They didnot care about that they asked me to visit the outlet again few days later.
So I came out of the showrrom anb make a call to the person who asked me to submit my proof to the outlet.she said she would sent a representative to collect the proof.
I had been waiting for him but no person came to collect the proof.
After few days I recieved a call from them saying that I haven't paid my outstanding bill you need to pay it with 17 March. I told them that my account has been locked I cant be able to pay it. Then she said that we will send our rep for collecting the due amount.I told her that I have raised migartion request, you said you will your rep will come collect the proof doc, but no one came.
She said to me, OK sir, you submiot your proof to the rep who will come there to collect due amount, we will take care of that there after.
The very next day early morning on12 march 2013, representative named Mr.Ganesh reached and collect due amount and proof from me. I got angry that no one come for collecting the proof but for money there was an immediate action.
Following are the proof submitted by me.

Attested copy of Driving licence
Attested copy of PAN card
Attested copy of Voter ID
Copy of My Company ID proof
Days had gone, but neither I received a call from them nor my sim migrated to prepaid.
At last I called to csutomer care asked for update on my request.But the reply was my request has been closed.I asked for reason mantioned for the closure, the customer care person reply me that there was no reason but they have closed it.
Now I googled and called to a showrroom In Little mount,Saidapet,Chennai- 600015
I manged to get the contact number of Mr. Ganesh , I asked for the reason for rejection of my request.He said he had handed over my proof to MR.Natraj. Than I called to Mr. Natraj, I replied that I was in leave, Please call me after one week.
Meanwhile I received my next bill amount. I called Natraj after one week, he didnot give the reason yet but asked me to raise a complain once again and assured me that this time your number will get migrated definitely. Also he asked me to clear my outstanding due amount for the month of March 2013.
I cleared my oustanding bill on 2 April 2013. I raised a request again by calling to customer care(rep name shofia).Rquest no is[protected]. Turn around time told was April 5 th 2013 4 pm.
Few days later received a call from docomo and informed that my number has been migrated to Prepaid, you can continue using your numbers as prepaid by recharging with Rs.52.
But till now the number didnot migrated to prepaid.I tried recharging , failed.
I called to customercare, they said till your request is in open status.Your number has not been migrated to postpaid.
In few days i ll get my next billing amount for making call only to customer care.I am toatlly disappointed and lost my hope that the number will get migrated to prepaid.
This is highly intolerable and against consumer interests o[censored]sing post paid.I also wish to say that I am not the only person facing this type of ignorance or bad service,there are lot of people facing this problem.Kindly take action in this regard and help me get justice.
