Hello -

Afzal a guy from TATA Docomo Center, Didn't knew how to attend customer and Solve their Problems and addition to that he has attitude as if he is owner of TATA company. The Call was made @ 8:00 PM As per IST.

( I Can't Comment on LOSS, Because they cant Pay)

Strange for me, because i have been connect with TATA from past 3 yrs now.. but with such behavior faced i am going ahead and Cancelling the Connection.

I will need help from Consumer court to please look into this matter, sometimes we are stuck in really urgent things.. and when we need proper guidance from the Company we are shown Wrong path. its really unethical practice done by an organization.

Sir Ratan is a person i have been following and reading Novels of him, but with Such behavior its not only affects an image of company but for an individual as well.

Thanks Consumer Court, for giving us opportunity to speak in Domestic Country. Appreciate your help.

    Dear sir, I was trying to protect my SIM card so I went to the settings and did some thing by mistake and now my SIM card is asking for the PUK code. I live in a hostel and I really need to keep in touch with my family. I haven't spoken to them in a week and I really miss them can u please send me my PUK code?       Dear Sir,
      I am Ayyanar V , got Docomo Postapid connect approximately one year before.
      Two months back (at last week of February 2013) I called to customersupport for raising a request for postpaid to pre paid Migration of my number [protected].MR. Ashish a customer care executive was the one asked me to clear my outstanding before rising the request.
      So I request him to be online for 2 mins and I cleared my due amount .He raised a request for migration process and informed the following details:
      Request No:[protected]
      Maximum Turn around time: Max of 11thMarch2013.
      He told me that Max of 11thApril 2013 your number would get migrated to prepaid.
      The very next itself they revoke all my online account related to the number.I was not able view the progress of the request and even not able to view billing amount.
      Few days later I receivede a call from Docomo outlet, and they request for proof to be submitted for migration process.
      Fours later I visited Docomo Oulet at Okkiyam Thuraipakkam,OMR, Chennai; I explained that i am here to submit proof for postpaid to prepaid migration.There was proper response for that.
      I was totally ignored at that time by them. Again asked them to accept my proof, but no one cared about that; one replied to me that they didnt have application write now so we could accept it. I told that already I have raise the request for migration through customer care.They didnot care about that they asked me to visit the outlet again few days later.
      So I came out of the showrrom anb make a call to the person who asked me to submit my proof to the outlet.she said she would sent a representative to collect the proof.
      I had been waiting for him but no person came to collect the proof.
      After few days I recieved a call from them saying that I haven't paid my outstanding bill you need to pay it with 17 March. I told them that my account has been locked I cant be able to pay it. Then she said that we will send our rep for collecting the due amount.I told her that I have raised migartion request, you said you will your rep will come collect the proof doc, but no one came.
      She said to me, OK sir, you submiot your proof to the rep who will come there to collect due amount, we will take care of that there after.
      The very next day early morning on12 march 2013, representative named Mr.Ganesh reached and collect due amount and proof from me. I got angry that no one come for collecting the proof but for money there was an immediate action.
      Following are the proof submitted by me.
      One photo copy,
      Attested copy of Driving licence
      Attested copy of PAN card
      Attested copy of Voter ID
      Copy of My Company ID proof

      Days had gone, but neither I received a call from them nor my sim migrated to prepaid.
      At last I called to csutomer care asked for update on my request.But the reply was my request has been closed.I asked for reason mantioned for the closure, the customer care person reply me that there was no reason but they have closed it.
      Now I googled and called to a showrroom In Little mount,Saidapet,Chennai- 600015
      I manged to get the contact number of Mr. Ganesh , I asked for the reason for rejection of my request.He said he had handed over my proof to MR.Natraj. Than I called to Mr. Natraj, I replied that I was in leave, Please call me after one week.
      Meanwhile I received my next bill amount. I called Natraj after one week, he didnot give the reason yet but asked me to raise a complain once again and assured me that this time your number will get migrated definitely. Also he asked me to clear my outstanding due amount for the month of March 2013.
      I cleared my oustanding bill on 2 April 2013. I raised a request again by calling to customer care(rep name shofia).Rquest no is[protected]. Turn around time told was April 5 th 2013 4 pm.
      Few days later received a call from docomo and informed that my number has been migrated to Prepaid, you can continue using your numbers as prepaid by recharging with Rs.52.
      But till now the number didnot migrated to prepaid.I tried recharging , failed.
      I called to customercare, they said till your request is in open status.Your number has not been migrated to postpaid.
      In few days i ll get my next billing amount for making call only to customer care.I am toatlly disappointed and lost my hope that the number will get migrated to prepaid.
      This is highly intolerable and against consumer interests o[censored]sing post paid.I also wish to say that I am not the only person facing this type of ignorance or bad service,there are lot of people facing this problem.Kindly take action in this regard and help me get justice.

        Purchased new SIM on 24rth-march but not activated till now.
        As per telephonic conversation DOCOMO told me that the problem will be solved by 9-April-2013. today is 10th and problem is still there.
        18 days, 5 online complaints, 3 telephonic complaints and still no solutions. fedup ... its very irritating... am going to surrender this number and service.

              The story is like this: I had take a Tata photon with number[protected].

              After using the connection for about 5 days I saw that the connectivity speed promised was very low then what I was getting, So i made a complain which never got resolved. So after long wait and frustration finally I decided to lets get rid of this connection.

              So by that time your collection agency "minakshi enterprises" called me for my over due payment, I asked the agent to also settle my account as I dont want to use this photon connection any more.

              So on the fateful day of 07, Sep. 2012 I made a payment of Rs 2300 in cash and also asked the collection guy to settle my account and stop it .He promised to me that it will be done and he will sent me a settlement letter for the same which he did.

              Note that I had e-mailed this settlement letter to your complaint department n number of times but never got any reply.

              But to my dismay I kept getting mails and phone from you guys asking for furture payments , Every time i use to tell them that boss my account is settle and i have the settlement letter with me. So they say ok sir no problem.


              But in this month I got a call from your another agency stating that either you make payment or we will take you to court. They are threatening language against me every time.

              I am really feed up and angry that when i have made payment and closed my account via a settlement letter from agency appointed by you then why should i be threaten with court.

              So i had decided its enough and i raised a complaint with you guys with reference number[protected]. But when your guys from the complaint department called they kept on repeating the stupid thing that sir you have not closed this account with don't have any request from your side for the same.

              See my point is I had done my part by making the payment to your hired agency and also taken a settlement letter from them , But if your appointed agency did not do their task of closing the account it is not my mistake. It is the mistake of your hired agency and they should be penalized for the same not me.

              But your complaint department girl didn't understand my point she said sir I can only give you a discount of RS 500.

              Are you kidding me for a connection that i have settled in sep 2012 and used only for a month Why will i make more payments, why should i pay for the mistake from your agency guys.

              After finishing the call i get an sms stating that your issue has been resolved, how it is resolved do you guys decide that the issue is resolved or i decide that the issue is resolved. From my side the issue is not resolved.

              I want that I should not be sent any more bills and my account be closed with reference to the settlement letter I have given. If you cant do that then I will decide my future course of action because you guys have frustrated me a lot and caused lot of harassment.

              Kindly note that i have send these email to the concern department n number of times but in vain.

                Hi! My name is Nitul Gohain. I had a corporate mobile connection from Vodafone. However they refused chance of plan when I requested them to change my plan. I have the email as a proof of that. So finally I decided to port out of Vodafone to Docomo on 19th of Feb. An amount of Rs451 was paid on 19th of Feb,2013 to Vodafone before the bill generation date of 25 of Feb, 2013 to facilitate the porting out. WSS - MCIT[protected] is the transaction-id of the bil paid on 19th of Feb,2013 to Vodafone. I had used the Docomo service for the next 1 month without any issues and the first month bill was also paid with transaction id: MCIT[protected] on 27th of March for an amount of Rs 295. I have the email as a proof of that. Suddenly, on 30th of March Docomo stopped by service saying that I had pending bills at the donors end. Since the bill of month of Feb was paid to Vodafone before the bill generation date, Vodafone did not generate any bills and I was not sent any bills via. email or physical bills by post which usually was the way bills used to be sent to me. Finally on 4th of April, 2013 Vodafone sent me a bill of Rs104.63. The very day I had paid the Vodafone bill at Vodafone Store - BTM Layout (Kar) an amount of Rs105 with Receipt No. : KAR129R130404_11642871. I have a receipt as the proof. The transaction details were shared with Docomo on 4th of April itself. Still Docomo had asked for the scanned copy of the same to restore my services . So I got it scanned and sent it on 5th of April, 2013. They replied me back from their email id: [protected]@tatadocomo.com saying that the issue will be resolved within 48 hours. I have the email chain as a proof for all their false commitments.

                Over the next few days from 5th to today 9th of April, I had tried all possible means to reach them via. phone, customer care, docomo store, etc. but everytime they are just delaying things and saying that it will be resolved soon. The arrogant customer care people even disconnected my phone when I enquired them about what had been done to resolve the issue and why it was taking so long. Even my emails asking the same questions on their email id: [protected]@tatadocomo.com were not answerred with the right answers. I have the whole email chain from 30th of March, 2013 to 8th of April,2013 as a proof of the time they had been wasting and harassing me.

                Docomo had given me an internal docket number : Docket number:[protected] to restore my services and said that the same will be closed by 8th of April,2013 but they did not do it.

                Docomo has my alternate contact number [protected] to reach out to me as well as my email id: [protected]@gmail.com if they intend to. They had themselves blocked both my incoming and outgoing calls on my cell number: [protected].

                As a result of this harassment, I am unable to use my primary cell number: [protected]. All my financial instruments are linked to this number and this is the contact number through which I am contacted by people both for official and personal purposes. I am in the grave danger of losing important information as a result of people not able to contact me.

                I had already suffered a loss of about Rs20000 as I failed to transfer money online to my parents for a deal on buying lands on time as the one-time-password of my citibank account is linked to it and can be received only on this number. I cannot even login to my account without the one-time-password on this mobile number : [protected].


                Note: I have wasted my time and money writing atleast 10-15 emails to docomo, going to their store, calling them up from alternate numbers.
                I am really disappointed by the poor service provided by docomo and undue harassment they are causing me.

                They had made multiple commitments to restore my mobile services on [protected] but none of them were done on time. My services on [protected] are still blocked and I am facing great difficulty as a result of this. I have the email chain as a proof of this. Looking for a quick resolution through this forum and hope that my services will be restored immmediately.

                  I am Santhosh , a customer of Tata Docomo prepaid mobile. . My mobile No. is [protected] i have created case for complained of deduction of money for unwanted additional services. i haven't activated any services but Call Center people told a services activated and money also deducted (35 Rs). I called couple of times to call center people's first time they accept amount return but i didn't receive any amount. again i was called to call center no response for money return. they only accept for flash message remove request. please consider for refund my amount

                      internet automatically disconnects within 10 to 15 minutes. Also Internet does connects in first attempt,i have to try minimum 5 to 6 times to get connected........its horrible......

                        my problem is that my bal. rs.19 is auto cut from main bal. and shudenly i called customer care on 198. he said that- you have downloaded the game. but i didn't any game downloaded. if tata docomo will not give any response of my complaint. otherwise i will have to port this no. to any other company.
                        so plaese solve and refund my money.and warn them for future.Becuse i am very angry.

                          Im using TATA DOCOMO sim .. i have internet pack in my phone. while i turn on internet it works only for 5 mins then it automatically gets disconnected again when i turn off and turn On only it gets connected otherwise it doesnt get connect. i called customer care today but they are not giving proper responce. i cant even able o finish or do my urgent work. i use to get urgent works thats why i had put net pack in my phone but if it goes like this then how i can be able to work over it.                           I have got internet activated on my mobile with monthly tarriff of Rs. 303/- . I had last recharged on 05.02.2009. The connection has been disconnected from 24.02.2009 (within 20 days instead of 30 days).                             i took a tata docomo broad band connection (tata docomo no.[protected])on 17/03/2012
                            it was free for 2 months
                            after 1 month i lost the dongle and immediately informed customer care to stop the service
                            and took another tata docomo connection
                            but unfortunately they are sending me the bill for the lost dongle
                            i had talked to their customer service more than 6 times
                            sent e mail to them
                            every time they told me that the matter has been solved
                            inspite of several talk they are going on sending bill for the connection which i have not used
                            now their legal department threatning me to pay the bill

                                I want to let you know how horrible Tata Docomo has become horrible provider and torturer, I had purchased an tata photon connection postpaid (Mobile No-[protected]) way back in 2012 and they stopped my outgoing without any warning or call. I tried to reach them plenty of times because i had connection which was unlimited free for 899 Rs/.After repeated claims and attempt to speak with customer care they dint help me to resume my services. I visited their office too because i was using that number for more than 4 years.
                                Finally i have to get a new number and now they are bothering my room mates and they threatened saying they will file a court case.

                                These scare tactics are pathetic and disgusting, I have paid all bills as per usage and yet I have to live in fear of these organisations. Please someone look into this, I am sure I will not sleep tonyte because of Tata Docomo. I hate them and will never even associate myself with anything related to TATA in my life.

                                They are using the name of the consumer court falsely and this should be taken seriously.

                                      I had an Aircel number([protected]), i used the service of number portability and switched to Tata Docomo postpaid service somewhere in the month of June 2012. 4 months later i got the post paid service terminated and converted my number to Tatadocomo prepaid. I was suppose to receive my security deposit of Rs 500 that i deposited while taking the TataDocomo postpaid connection in the month of November 2012. It has been 5 months and inspite of my several visits to TataDocomo center at F.C. Road Pune my check has not been provided to me. They made promises all the time i visited there branch that they would resolve my problem and give me a call. I initially coordinated with an executive named- Sagar and then his superior. When i visited the outlet in March i was surprised to her that my check was dispatched in the month of November 2012 itself and was received by me.

                                      When i objected they again convinced me that they would resolve everything and giveme a call within 24 hours, now it has been about a month now. They also informed that a sum of Rs 375 would be given after deduction of my last bill, now kindly guide me that what should be done as i cannot afford to goto their outlet every week and return empty handed, please help me in receiving what is rightfully mine and if possible i am ready to show these people that they should treat a customer as an asset and not a liability.

                                      TATA POSTPAID — NON REFUND OF DEPOSIT AFTER NON ACTIVATION

                                      I HAD TAKEN A TATA POSTPAID CONNECTION PHONE NO [protected] IN MAY THIS YEAR.
                                      THE PHONE WAS ACTIVATED FOR ONLY 2 TO 3 DAYS AND DESPITE A NO OF COMPLAINTS, NOT ACTIVATED THEREAFTER. SUBSEQUENTLY ON 14 JULY I RETURNED MY CONNECTION WITH A WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT OF Rs 500/-. THEREAFTER, I HAVE NOT GOT ANY INTIMATION OR MY MONEY BACK.                                       I was a tata docomo postpaid customer, I took a free S.T.D & LOCAL calls plan.(RS 899)
                                      but due to excess bill amount i deactivated my postpaid number. that time i also complaint regarding excess bill amount but no action taken.
                                      I deactivated my postpaid number in 1st November.
                                      but till now don't receive my security deposit amount.
                                      I also try to complaint at tatadocomo com website but my complaint was not being accepted.

                                        I subscribed the TATAPHOTON plus mobile broadband service from TATADOCOMO. The service was absolutely poor, I took the matter to chief of Gujarat of that organisation but to no avail. He also confirmed over phone that the service is poor at the place I am residing , the problem is still prevailing now.
                                        In the mean time also the tariff was changed but I was not informed and they were busy collecting more money from without informing, Then subsequently when I came to know about this , I requested to stop the service and they changed the tariff plan to current one.
                                        On Feb'13 aroound 20th date I requested over Toll free no to stop the service , The person at the other end told that Ok he will do it and will take 2-3 days.

                                        But in March'13 I got a bill of Rs.501/- which is full months bill, I was surprised and told it to again toll free no to revise it to part monthly till the period I have made request to stop the service but to no avail. Subsequently Everyday I get no of phone calls harasssing me about the bill. I also wrote through listen @ taadocomo regarding the matter but no avail. On April I got another bill Rs. 900/- (approx.). This is the way TATADOCOMO harasses people without stopping the service even on request.

                                        Can you take it up with TATAPHOTON or tell me where to complaint at court directly so that I can get justice I deserve.
