I am Manjunath from Kolar, Karnataka State, India, I have purchased one Tata Docomo Sim bearing No. [protected]. According to the procedure my above named sim verified on [protected], I have also received an sms regarding Verification on[protected] Time: 7:25PM.
Immediately I have recharged with internet Pack of Rs.126 and the Tranc ID:[protected] the message is as follows: Hi, STV Recharge Successful. MRP Rs.126, Validity:30 days, 3 GB For settings sms INTERNET to 52270 Tranc ID: [protected], received on[protected] Time: 4:38PM.
Subsequently on[protected] I have recharged the sim with Rs.30/-. I have also received the confirmation message regarding recharge is as follows: Hi, STV Recharge Successful Details -MRP Rs.30.0, TT:23.7, ST:3.3, PF:3.0, Available Bal:23.70 Tranc ID: [protected]. This message received on[protected] Time: 4:46PM.
Then I have used above said internet data around 100 Mega Bites. After 2 days retailer where I was purchased the above said Sim, this retailer again recharged the sim I have also received the sms: Hi Recharge Successful, MRP Rs.43, Validity: 90 days, all local onnet mobile [protected]@ 1p/4s, other local mobile calls @ 1p/2s, [protected]@1.2p/s, first 2 mins of the day and LL @ 2p/s, Tran ID: [protected], dated 2-4-2013 Time: 9:18PM.
Later I checked my account balance was Rs.41. Extra 50 MB Internet.
On 4-4-2013 I checked my Currency balance and data balance both are showing nill. Immediately I called customer care No. 198 One Anil (Executive) received my call and I told my complaint details to him, he has not given proper answer and he told me that he will connect my call to his senior and put my call on hold, after 25 mints they disconnected my call. Again I try to call 198 they blocked my number to customer care.
Immediately I called from other Tata Docomo number to complaint section No.198 again I explained my problem regarding currency deduction and data deduction he also disconnected my call and he blocked this number also. When I try to speak with customer care it is telling our executives are busy with other calls you please contact us on our website. When I visited their website at complaint like http://www.tatadocomo.com/register-your-complaint.aspx there is also some problem. Wherefore I cannot registered my complaint.
Under the above circumstances I have suffered a loss of Rs. 30/-(1st Recharge), Rs.126 Internet Recharge amount(Data of 3.G.B.) and 3rd Rs.43. in total 30+126+43=Rs.199, and I have also suffered from mental torture.
this is shame to TATA group this way they are becoming rich day by day they are looting crores of Rs. from innocent persons.

My no.[protected], I take 1 GSM connection on 17 july 2009, I submitted my application two times, without verfication they activated the sim card and gave me and I use 3 weeks and said your area is negative, There is no welcome call at also, without inform me they bar outgoing and incoming, even i not received 1st month bill also, I face these type of problems, Dear cusotmer Don't Trust Tata Docomo GSM services. they no response in call centre.by
