I have converted my Tata Docomo number from Prepaid to Postpaid somewhere in October'12, since then I am getting charges of download various VAS which I have never downloaded. Then I come across a few apps in which I get ads of 'Dive In' by Docomo, which says 'Charges Apply on Click'. In a touch screen mobile it is possible that you may click the ad, but if you click you have to bear the charges, that is all in all pathetic, why there is no two way confirmation? Even the Third Party ads which are free take a two way confirmation then why can't DOCOMO? This problem is persistent only while I use Docomo network & while I use others they don't push in such ads. People have to pay Rs. 99/- as charges for watching a video on their pathetic 2G services. When asked for a waiver they said that since you have a waiver in your previous bills we can't give the waiver. I suppose they are making up for the rentals they are paying to 'LOOP MOBILE' & 'AIRCEL', as the Docomo doesn't has its own network in Mumbai at least.

Tata Docomo GSM services — Don't Trust Tata Docomo GSM services

My no.[protected], I take 1 GSM connection on 17 july 2009, I submitted my application two times, without verfication they activated the sim card and gave me and I use 3 weeks and said your area is negative, There is no welcome call at also, without inform me they bar outgoing and incoming, even i not received 1st month bill also, I face these type of problems, Dear cusotmer Don't Trust Tata Docomo GSM services. they no response in call centre.

      hi i am abhinav shukla from bilaspur chattisgarh MY NO. IS [protected] and i m a loyal customer of tata docomo since itz launch in chattisgarh and i am very upset from the performance of itz network and also services ..today[protected] at 6 pm i hv received a call from customer care services n they r playing hello tunes options bt as i am not interested then i CLEARLY disconnect my phone (without touching any other button) and after this simple procedure i have received a message from the tata docomo that i have activated hello tune and 60rs is deducted..i m shocked..and feel very upset about thinking of these kind of betrayal marketing techniques . then i called customer care which is also a great task...and after 4-5 times i succeeded to talk to executive ..who disagreed my request to refund my money and also to talk to his senior..then i have no option other than complaint and also i will port my no. to any other HONEST service provider. kindly convey my complaint to the responsible person of tata docomo.

      Tata Docomo — informations not conveyed to customer

      my number is [protected].i am subscrbing the free sms pack.the company charged me for sending the sms on 14/02.on talking to customer care they told tody is black out day so pack will not work.
      but there was no information from company regarding this earlier.so how will the customer know that which day his/her pack will not work if there is no information from company in advance
      they can send unwanted commercial calls/message to customer but cannot send one sms to convey information like this

      I need Rs.24 RATE CUTTER for my mobile number, but my retailer said me their no option to credit RATE CUTTER for you. Suddenly i call customer care but didn't response to my call simply they said "you have use another boost-up pack i.e. DOCOMO to DOCOMO 6sec per 1paise this my SIM plan(1 year)". My SIM in 1 and HALF year old. In past FOUR months, i use this RATE CUTTER in this month only Rs.24 RATE CUTTER not credited to me. PLEASE HELP ME i Need this RATE CUTTER

      whenever i used to recharge my mobile (through top up or easy recharge)and get balance then after few times my balance get deducting without any reason. it was started from 23 April 2013 Almost Rs1.50, Rs2.00 deducted at many times within a day. i could not understand how it has happened. sir believe me i have not activated any services. today also RS 1.50 was deducted on recharge of Rs10. Sir i get very worried. I am not satisfied with your service.
      please sir, check what is the reason behind this If any services was activated automatically then deactivate this service and return my money .Before this, no any problem have been happening for three years.

            dear sir,
            I am Manjunath from Kolar, Karnataka State, India, I have purchased one Tata Docomo Sim bearing No. [protected]. According to the procedure my above named sim verified on [protected], I have also received an sms regarding Verification on[protected] Time: 7:25PM.
            Immediately I have recharged with internet Pack of Rs.126 and the Tranc ID:[protected] the message is as follows: Hi, STV Recharge Successful. MRP Rs.126, Validity:30 days, 3 GB For settings sms INTERNET to 52270 Tranc ID: [protected], received on[protected] Time: 4:38PM.
            Subsequently on[protected] I have recharged the sim with Rs.30/-. I have also received the confirmation message regarding recharge is as follows: Hi, STV Recharge Successful Details -MRP Rs.30.0, TT:23.7, ST:3.3, PF:3.0, Available Bal:23.70 Tranc ID: [protected]. This message received on[protected] Time: 4:46PM.
            Then I have used above said internet data around 100 Mega Bites. After 2 days retailer where I was purchased the above said Sim, this retailer again recharged the sim I have also received the sms: Hi Recharge Successful, MRP Rs.43, Validity: 90 days, all local onnet mobile [protected]@ 1p/4s, other local mobile calls @ 1p/2s, [protected]@1.2p/s, first 2 mins of the day and LL @ 2p/s, Tran ID: [protected], dated 2-4-2013 Time: 9:18PM.
            Later I checked my account balance was Rs.41. Extra 50 MB Internet.
            On 4-4-2013 I checked my Currency balance and data balance both are showing nill. Immediately I called customer care No. 198 One Anil (Executive) received my call and I told my complaint details to him, he has not given proper answer and he told me that he will connect my call to his senior and put my call on hold, after 25 mints they disconnected my call. Again I try to call 198 they blocked my number to customer care.
            Immediately I called from other Tata Docomo number to complaint section No.198 again I explained my problem regarding currency deduction and data deduction he also disconnected my call and he blocked this number also. When I try to speak with customer care it is telling our executives are busy with other calls you please contact us on our website. When I visited their website at complaint like http://www.tatadocomo.com/register-your-complaint.aspx there is also some problem. Wherefore I cannot registered my complaint.
            Under the above circumstances I have suffered a loss of Rs. 30/-(1st Recharge), Rs.126 Internet Recharge amount(Data of 3.G.B.) and 3rd Rs.43. in total 30+126+43=Rs.199, and I have also suffered from mental torture.
            this is shame to TATA group this way they are becoming rich day by day they are looting crores of Rs. from innocent persons.

            Tatadocomo — looting balance from account

            Sir..am using tatadocomo sim . no.[protected] for a long time... the portfolio manager application looting my balance every week,i compliant it many times...n the customer care executive always says that it deactivate shortly...but now i almost lost more than 200 rupees every week am loosing RS 10...even my handset doesn't have gprs connection .... why this company is so irresponsible ......what would i do?

              I have tata photon number([protected]). But Tata has stopped their service on 18-Jan-2013 due to which we have to buy another services from another services. On 04-apr-2013 i got a call from [protected] & [protected], they were saying I no case in Delhi High court with case no NW520, which hurt my diginity.

              Please look into this as I and many customers are suffering from services stop at Tata Photon.

                when i replied it gave a instant msj that you have not suscribed to buddy chat ,,so you can not enjoy the service..its ok

                  my phn no is [protected] and this is my second complaint for tata docomo and the company had deducted the balance of rs 27.72 on 25 Mar 2013, unethically and without my consent ,for some value added service which is of no use for me .

                  and all my effort to reach customer representative went in vain .

                  in fact even after my first complaint the company had deducted the amount .

                  sir I am fed up of tata docomo. and isn't there any way to do something in this regard.

                      Sir, I am using prepaid GSM services for Tata Docomo for [protected] for which I have recharged for Rs28 in which all STD calls will be charged at 1 paise for 2 seconds but when i make STD calls I am getting charged for 1.2 paise for every 2 seconds which is not as per the STD pack.

                      When i lodge a complaint for the same I was given a lump sum credit which I believe is less then what it is supposed to be secondly when I visited their store at Shivranjani Cross roads - Ahmedabad on 3 March 2013 I was informed by their executive Imran Diwan to know that what they will do for rest of the month as the STD pack is valid for 30 days so Its not logical to lodge same complaint every alternate day and get lump sum credit to this I was told by Mr Diwan that I will be charged at 1.2 paise per second only though he himself check & agreed that I am not being charged as per the STD pack charges and clearly mention that I can do whatever I want but there wont be any refund any more and will be charged at 1.2 paise only

                      I believe this is totally against consumer law and some action needs to be taken against tata docomo as i am the only compainant as of now but if you consider the entire prepaid base of tata docomo of Gujarat you can imaging the amount of revenue Tata Docomo is looting from its customers.

                      Tata Cell — STD Charges

                      I am having a Tata Cell # [protected] & it is lifetime Incoming Scheme. I takes pop-up Coupon of Rs. 1000/- sometimes. Outgoing calls are rarely made, as cell is for Incoming only. We received call from outside MAHARASHTRA which is STD. This Tata Company deducts Rs. 100/- for STD facility which is not understood by me. I have not send any SMS regarding the above not spoke to their customer care but still once in a 2 months they deduct my Rs. 100/- as STD facility.

                      When we try to call them regarding the above complaint they r not comming.

                      I hope the above is sufficient to take strong action against TATA Cell Service.

                      Tatadocomo — Overcharging

                      Dear Sir,
                      I had activated 48 rupees gprs pack on 26th January having validity of 1 month.But on 10 Feb night, after 11pm i was not able to use the gprs, showing connection not available.But the range is full.On 11 th morning when i checked the balance it was zero.The sites which i had visited before 11pm were free sites & the downloaded contents were also free.My day time & night gprs usage credits were also not finished.Last night it was 120 rupees.So on 11th morning i called call
                      center at abt 9:30 & complained.They informed me that my complaint had
                      been registered.Yesterday night also while using gprs i got a
                      deduction of abt 30 rupees and experienced difficulties in browsing after
                      11 pm.My complaint no. was TBL09104557 which was given by the call center
                      person.

                          Good afternoon with greetings..
                          Yeaterday recharged full talktime of 200 for 200 but they have credited only 178 while asking the cc they you chosen the ordinary link that is why 178 but they have mentioned 200 for 200 in online. Yesterday onwards they are charging my free sms into each sms one rupees and it may appx. 20-25 msg sent yesterday to till now. For that also i called cc reg deduction they replies you sent sms to mob with added zero that is why we have charged this is an pakka fourjery i conformed with another sms without zero also deduced my balance sir. Kindly reg my complaint against tatdiocomo and pls get reimburse my money.

                            Iam a Tata Docomo customer. I got an sms that i have been subscribed to Live Astro at Rs. 4 for 3 days on 30th march at 1:22 pm. This happened without my knowledge and my authorization. So i cancelled this service using 155223. I received confirmation that the service has been cancelled. But the money has not been refunded to my account. So please do so as fast as possible. This is outrageous and its not the first time happening to me.wi

                            Again later the same day on 30th march i received another message that i have been subscribed to Songbook at Rs 30 for 30 days at 10:16 pm. I again unsubscribed it without any sucess. So please take necessary actions and refund Rs: 34 as fast as possible.

                            Idea — Charging of Rs. 30 for unwanted Services

                            Dear Sir,

                            I am holding Idea mobile No. [protected]. I have already activated Do Not Disturb. But even after this I continued to get unwated SMS and calls. Company havve also deducted charges without asking me. Therefore I visited to Idea Customer Care, Service counter. After my continuous follow-up unwanted services were stopped for almost one month. But again on 28th January "Music Station" service is activated without my knowledge and Rs. 30/- are deducted from my acount. I have again made many communication to Custermer care, Nodal Officers and also personally visited Dombivali Service Counter. Company is not even reply to my communications.

                            I wants your help in this matter.

                            Tata Docomo — unecessary charging money for the item which i do not need

                            i find now there is problem with tata docomo, the just take money for the nothing, i am facing this problem now , i have to see cricket sms every and then, which i do not like.this is a mental harassment. its a type of disturbance, i saw a incident because of them just few days back.

                            last time they cut 30 rs from my account and started giving me cvastu news.
                            they have such poor service, no one is able to talk to the custemer care......two hour the do .....press 2 press 3......horrrable people.

                            that tata docomo is not provideing good service

                            TATA — unnecessary subscription activation without my consent

                            unnecessarily without my consent you people have activated the English seekho subscriptions by charging me Rs.20 and even i have activated the do not disturb service(my dnd code is: Dnd[protected]).

                            when I have called your custumer support executives are saying we will not reimburse the money as I de-activated without any complaint or request.

                            more over when call to customer support you people are not even giving me an option speaking to them asking me to go the nearest Tata Indicom retail outlets.

                            if you my service history,
                            I have purchased this number on Aug 6th 2008 and till now using this number and never ever subscribed any of such services.how come and why will i subscribe now?

                            I am sorry to say but I am Really unhappy with your customer service and now am planning to change my number to any other service provider as I have a number portability service available with few charges, if you will not respond to my mail ASAP.

                            I can say I am a loyal customer of TATA indicom, since am using only this number from last 3 years and nerver ever thought of going to any other service provider. Infact i have refered my frieds to use Tata Indicom as their primary contact number and even i do the same.

                            please do respond to this mail and reimburse my Rs.20 ASAP.

                              Hereby I am writting how i have been cheated by Tata Docomo representative and franchise.

                              I am Malay Mohanty, residing at Kolkata.

                              I am a postpaid customer of Reliance Communication Limited. My number is +[protected] and I cleared all my dues of Reliance Bill every time with credit card. Last month I wanted to port my number to Tata Docomo network. And I called Tata Docomo Customer number +[protected]. They send one of their franchise Maa Tara Silver Works representatives to collect documents, porting number & security deposit of Rs. 850/- (Rupees Eight Hundred Fifty Only) against the connection.

                              On Dt. 7th March, 2013, I have paid security deposit money by cash to their representative but till date nor my number has been changed from Reliance Communication network to Tata Docomo network neither they are giving my money back. I have contacted your office several time but they are not giving any response and the Propriter of your franchise Mr. Barun Dey also not responding my call. And is not lifting my phone. Since that day I am getting harassed by Tata Docomo company and franchise. I am giving below the address of Franchise office as printed in the money receipt.

                                Dear Sir,

                                i have ported my airtel no [protected] to docomo in last month(March) but since am facing lots of problem, i e-mailed all issues many times on [protected]@tatdocomo.com but no proper solutions provided to me.

                                On[protected] i complained (ref no- M[protected] issues like

                                1. My gprs connection speed is too slow on docomo network
                                2. Gprs connection taking long time to connect and connection is disconnecting automatically after 15-20 minutes and showing error message 'Connection unavailable'
                                3. On my docomo number(*[protected]*) m receiving services or promotional messages from airtel

                                but no proper solution provided to me by C-care representative about my GPRS, using proper GPRS settings

                                Again On[protected] i complained (ref no- M[protected] same issues

                                1. Why my GPRS connection is disconnecting after every 20 min, because of that am not able to download any long streaming stuff like videos
                                2. then after Gprs connection taking long time to connect again
                                3. Unable to perform SMS pack recharge through website (Recharge amount 26) via netbanking and pay via mobile balance too.
                                4. Why 2/10 SMS packs are not applicable on my no.

                                but again i received a formal reply like signal strength/handset quality and all, m living in a metro city and using a best handset(N8) So there is no mean of such replys. i talked to C-care about my 2/10 SMS pack issue but he told these packs are not applicable on my no but why?? now m a normal docomo user so why these difference between my no. and other docomo no's. Now m irritated and frustrated by the docomo bad services on my ported no.

                                So I'm requesting you please help me solving my complaints.

                                    My number is [protected], my problem is:

                                    DOCOMO call center team is specialist in escalating problems, they know how to escape with customer problems,
                                    they always tell me I am in multiple plans but I am not, I am getting 40 paisa per minute for local DoCoMo calls is it justice to me?
                                    per call I am getting 10 rupees who is responsible ?
                                    they are telling priority based we are cutting the charges on which priority based?

                                    if you choose any plan which I did even by mistake

                                    they are 43 and 36 both priorities have 10 paisa per plan

                                    customer care persons try to confuse me for escape, when I stand on points they be silent and postponed by problems many times

                                    I am getting charged 40 paisa per minute for on net DOCOMO to DOCOMO local calls.
                                    ON January I did recharge of 43 rupees special plan and it got expired in 60days
                                    on 2nd April 2013 I did recharged of 36 special recharge to get DOCOMO to DOCOMO local 10paisa
                                    But, DOCOMO charging me 40paisa per minute for local calls Docomo to DoCoMo
                                    please don't try to convince me with fake reasons. Please solve my problem
                                    I should get DoCoMo to DoCoMo 10paisa legally
                                    NOTE: my problem is DOCOMO TO DOCOMO 40paisa per minute even I did special recharge of 36Rupees
                                    mostly, I speak to DoCoMo to DoCoMo
                                    Try to solve my problem 10paisa per minute should come for on net calls
                                    otherwise suggest me any other networks to change my sim

                                      i did a recharge of rs.99 (combo plan of data, talk time,tariff)- before 31 st march 2013.

                                      In the above link, under the combo vouchers tab, there is this combo plan of rs.99.
                                      As per the benefits listed in the offer, i was supposed to get a talktime of rs.25, data of 750 mb, and tariff reduction for 30 days.
                                      And i haven't received the the talktime yet.
                                      i contacted the customer care and couldn't get a satisfactory explanation from them.
