1. GSM GPRS [protected]@50 pack Monthly Rental
2. GSM New - UNLIMITED SMS @ 89 pack Monthly Rental.

I have a UNLIMITED SMS pack monthly rental of INR Rs. 89/-. But still I received a bill to pay for the SMS charges. I have raised this issue with Tata Docomo on 03rd Jan 2013 ticket #[protected]. I have explained the Customer Care Representative about my wrong billing. But they are asking me to make the payment for the wrong bill.

They have called me many times but never could help me with the issues. Finally I also received a call from the Tata Docomo legal department (Phone No.[protected] on 30th March 2013, Saturday asking me to pay the bill or else I will have to face the legal charges.

I am worried if they raise legal issues which would make my reputation and credit status to look bad and why are they harassing me.

Its been 3 months and the issue is still pending and my services are blocked and i am unable to use the services which bought from Tata Docomo with a purpose. My whole purpose is defeated.

Tata Docomo — BILL VALUE

I have internent connection as TATA photon+, my photon number is [protected]. My internet pack is Rs 950 unlimited per month and I am getting bill of more than Rs. 950, which at the time of purchase from Shivranjni office, I was told that I will get bill amount of Rs 950 per month only.

      I took two postpaid connections on a single name. I have activated 3g plan (199) on both sims. After 15 days i got a bill of 3886.
      When i called customer care they said i have used 4gb of data in 2 days. I am shocked .
      My credit limit on one sim is 2000 but how come they allow above my credit limit. So now i am not able to pay 3886 and even i tried to call them they are not responding.

      Please help me.

        I wrote this complaint as docomo doesnt provide service as per my plan
        1. get frequently disconnected from internet
        2. Getting a connection to docomo internet has been lately harder than logging into irctc website.

        I got a connection for the sole purpose of internet. the plan was 2G internet of 6 GB for Rs 99/month.
        We received net very well for 1st month. But after that, from 2nd month on-wards the net started disconnecting after every half hour. I have logs of the connection and disconnection. when i complained about this to docomo customer care, they said it is their policy to disconnect after every half hour.
        Ok i thought i atleast can finish my quick browsing after half hour. But i was ready to forget the number of redials i had to go through to get another connection with docomo server. And i usually had to try some 5-10 redial attempts to get a fresh connection.

        Now it is 3rd month of docomo connection, when i try to connect to internet it doesn't work. i tried for some 50 times to connect. I got fed up and i call customer care to complaint. they say it is the configuration issue. i receive a new configuration and still it is the same. and i pay them still for the internet when i dont get any service from docomo.

          I had made an online recharge on my tata docomo no. [protected] of Rs. 26 through their site tatadocomo.com . money was deducted from by bank account but recharge was not done on my number.
          I had talk to customer care and also manager they said balance will be back in 48 hours. but it is 5'th day now and still there is no luck. so people be aware recharging on tatadocomo.com.

            On 30/03/13 i activated my new number [protected]. Everything went fine till the home network is showing roaming when i use Internet, whereas all calls n msgs are working fine. Customer service people say the do not have my info coz of some server down issue, n it has been 24hrs no reply.
            I am working in an IT company so i tried changing almost everything n doing all possible ways to make it work but it seems like DOCOMO company is solely responsible for this problem .
            Is it worth changing from LOOP to DOCOMO...!!!
            To me it seems like they are cousins...

              Hello Sir/Madam,

              I am Nitish Kumar Bandari holding the number [protected]. I am overwhelmed by the service provided by TATA DOCOMO. Some breaking news alert pack got activated automatically without my notice as from morning i didnot use the phone. i just called 198 the complaint help line number and finally a hindi speaking customer care pundit recieved it. i explain the whole thing and he in turn said me to not to type this or that. i replied i didnot type or pressed any number and didnot recieve any calls he replied "GAAND MAARLO" and hung up the phone. Is this the service provided by TATA DOCOMO or this the language should be used when a customer is speaking with a good language. you can check the record. but i want my balance back and action on the executive. If it is the company ethics then let me know.

              Tata Docomo — Abusive Customer Care

              The Customer Care disconnected the call when i asked for Complaint Registraion....Complaint fr the Recharge on my no [protected]...150 recharge from Freecharge-no notification of any sort on what basis the recharge would amount to!....PATHETIC Customer INterface and Intimation!!....Highly Disrecommended.....
              And the Customer Care feedback service was not accessible and responded 'BUSY' evrytime i called immediately subsequently after the call...

                I recharged my phone for 255 for 1GB + 1GB data. Right now, I'm in Delhi. And I'd like to complain that I'm getting charged for the internet and on top of that I'm not even getting any 3G speeds. Now my request is that I want my money back. The money that was spent on the data and the 255 rupees I paid for the data pack.

                  Today evening i suddenly got a popup message on my cell which read.. "your cost Rs 30 and remaining balance 550" something like this. I was shocked because i was not browsing or doing nothing on cell.
                  When i called CC, that customer care guy told i have to call him back after 2 hrs. After 2 hrs I tried a lot but i received the same reply all the customer executives are busy.i am fed up .This is the second deduction.Previous month (Feb) they deducted Rs 30 for buddy chat. I didnt register or used this service(buddy chat). This month i have no idea for what they have deducted.

                    Portability of sim dar from TATA DOCOMO to VODOFONE was applied for, for six times. I am being tossed from one post to other by both the Operators. I have lastly applied for 22/03/2013 and the UPC Code is expiring on 06/04/2013.

                    Tata Docomo — mobile portability

                    I have appllied for number portability from Docomo to Airtel.

                    My mobile number: [protected]

                    Airtel customer care informed me Tata Docomo has not given approval for portability.

                    How i can resolve this issue. Docomo signal strenth is very bad, for the same reason I am switching
                    I have applied for mobile number portability ([protected]) from Reliance CDMA to Airtell GSM. After more than one week it has not been activated. When i talked to Airtell Customer care executive, they have told that the details are not being provided by Reliance, kindly contact to reliance. Reliance customer executive is telling that it is in process. Request please resolve the problem as soon as prossible.

                      Before recharging my mobile with special recharge of Rs 111 I checked on Docomo website.
                      http://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx
                      And following benefits were mentioned.

                      1. All STD & Local calls @ 1.2p/ 2secs. for 90 days.
                      2. 6660 secs. all India (111 mins.) valid for 30 days.
                      3. 400 MB data. Validity : 90 Days

                      But out of these 3 benefits I received only 1 benefit(All STD & Local calls @ 1.2p/ 2secs. for 90 days).


                      May I know the reason behind this??

                      I request you to Give me all 3 benefits other wise I don't want 1 benefit. This is fraud with customers. On website it shows something else and customer get something else..

                          Dear Sir,

                          We had changed our Company's connection to TATA Docomo Postpaid having Max. Limit of Rs. 550/-. But in their bill they had set the limit of Rs. 3300/-.and in the bill which they sent are very very improper. Now when we went to DOCOMO store to stop the connection, then they refuse and tell that after 90 days connection is changed from Postpaid to Prepaid. I think during these 90 days they charged anything.

                          Also His representative has collected Rs. 1500/- as advance payment but after collecting the money
                          Mr. Sunil Chauhan ([protected]) cell is switch OFF. when we inquire at local office then they refuse for giving any details of the Mr. Sunil. So I think he is fraud and collect the money from customer.

                              Hi Team,

                              Following is email which I have sent to '[protected]@tatadocomo.com' after multiple communication with customer care. I did not receive satisfactory answer from complaints department. Hence raising this in consumer forum hoping to get proper answer.

                              This is w.r.t. my cell phone bill of Feb-Mar'13 from Tata Docomo.
                              Mobile:[protected]

                              I had received bill of Rs. 1667/- which includes my rents.

                              I have analyzed the bill and found that I was charged mainly for the 2G/3G data usage. On detail analysis, I found that I had requested for 1GB of 3G data on rent of 199/- on 8th Feb’13. System sent me a message that it had received the request and it would be activated within 66 hours. However, the scheme was activated on 12th Feb’13 as per bill without any intimation from the company.

                              Due to this SLOWNESS of the company and LACK of acknowledgement, I was charged for around 1000/- rupees.

                              Even though I had activated 3G services, Tata provided me 2G services most of the time. I am living in Gandhinagar and as per your claim; you are providing 3G services here. But I did not find that claim as true. You can get these details from my bill.
                              Following is summary of my usage out of free 1 GB.
                              2G Usage: 245 MB & 3G Usage: 45 MB

                              I am first time user of 3G services or even any mobile internet services. Hence, I have activated package of 1GB as I was unaware of my total usage. I used only 300 MB from that 1GB of free data.

                              Also, I have called to Tata call centers and visited nearest stores to understand the bill amount, the responses from attendees were bad. Sometimes they just don’t respond multiple times stating system is down or stating that this is not the postpaid customer care. Tata customer care is the worst experience for me being a user of Vodafone and Idea.

                              These are all details that will set the reference.

                              Being a frustrated with system generated HUGE bill amount, I am not willing to pay this due to following reasons.
                              - Tata did not inform when my pack got activated.
                              - Tata was very slow in activating 3G pack and that cause havoc for first time users like me. Due to this slowness, I got such huge bill. I only used 300 MB of data.
                              - I was mainly served 2G services in the main locality when Tata claims to provide 3G services.
                              - Bad and No response from Tata customer care.
                              - This is my 2nd such experience with TATA. Similar experience was happened to me when I was using Tata Photon. Just due to time constraint, I did pay the bill and change my internet provider. I do not want to happen this again.

                              After putting this amount of words and time, I am expecting justice from Tata. Kindly look into this matter seriously and give me justice by waiving off that amount of Internet Usage.

                                I am Lalit this side, i am working in an automobile company as an Engineer.
                                Around 10 days back my company provided me with new sim card of airtel (No. is [protected]). i started using it & after 2 day i started receiving calls from some tata landlines no. who are threatening me to pay bill of Rs.583 & even they are messaging me that i have unpaid bill of Rs.583.

                                here are the No. from which i am receiving calls

                                I also received message from TA-INDCOM….Msg content is ( Hii!! your bill for Tata Photon Account No.[protected] is overdue. Please pay Rs. 583 immediately to enjoy continued services. Tata Photon. )

                                I am receiving calls around 10-15 times a day& around 5 msgs daily, whenever i tried to tell them their executive that i have taken this new no. & this photon connection does not belongs to me, they say that we will remove your name from database but than withing 10-15 mins i again receive the same call. I even asked for their regional manager’s no. but they dont even provide any contact no. of their concerned person.
                                As one of their executive has told me that this photon connection is registered in the name of KPSIN Trade company, it was issued in October, 2010 & March bill is pending.

                                I am not able to concentrate on my work just because of these calls. this is affecting my performance in my office.

                                I AM BEING MENTALLY TORTURED BY TATA PHOTON COMPANY.

                                Sir, please take necessary action against them. Even I am in touch with my lawyer to sue the company for harassment.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I am again complaining against this. This thing is unethical & its a case of personal space violation. Its a mental torture & You should stop this.
                                Even you had assured me that i would not receive any calls in future. I am again receiving this calls at least 6 times a day from no. [protected], even i receive message from TA-Indicom asking me to pay bills.

                                  my TATA DOCOMO mobile number is [protected] the company deducted false of rupees 54 (date:-- 28/3/2013) my balance was 132 then it became 78 out of which they refunded 27 (date:-- 28/3/2013) rupees my balance became 105 and the next day my balance was 80 out f which they deducted rupees of dont know what and now my balance is rupees 20 (date:-- 29/3/2013) both the time i was using internet but first time i had 4MB of data left and second time 7MB of data left.
                                  please solve this problem o[censored]nfair and false deduction of balance.

                                  i am using tata docomo from last 3 months.
                                  yesterday i got a message from TA-HUWWAP stating that "Thanks for downloading Valuepack : VS_Mix_Games_99. You've been charged Rs. 34.0/-.[protected]:00 AM".
                                  but the fact is that ,there is not a single bit on my phone related to this game that is downloaded by me or it is automatically downloaded from internet . when i talked about this with customer care agent he told me that they can't refund the amount nor they can do any thing in this regard.
                                  give some suggestion regarding this matter.

                                  We would like to inform you that upon checking with our records thoroughly we found that the balance of Rs.159/- has been correctly charged as per the data usage. Kindly note since there is no data balance in your account you have been charged from the main balance. Hence there is no discrepancy in your account.

                                  i would like to tell you that i had data balance of seven MB at the time when the balance was deducted mi have already mentioned in the complaint that i had 4 MB and 7 MB data balance left as i recharged with rupees 5 3g recharge then how can you deduct balance for internet usage also i would like to tell you that again after few days i was dialing number *141* then 1 then 2 then 1 then 1 which is for rupees 5 3g recharge for 50 MB for 1 day.
                                  The message in USSD was transaction failed but i had rupees 7.90 balance i tried 3 times thinking network is low but your system deducted rupees 3 for just to request to activate and then my balance was 4.70 what about this i think you have selected my number for balance deduction.
                                  iam not mad to use internet on 3g network when there is no data balance in my account i want my balance back...

                                    I am TUSHAR PATIL using Tata Docomo sim- [protected]. On[protected],Docomo has deducted rs134 from my account for no reason.After trying thousand of times to customer care,they are not even willing to help. At last,I have managed to speak 12:10am at night to them. They were saying its charge for Internet service which is pathetic reason.That day my data pack was not even over,4.06 MB was still left in it. How can you charge even if my data pack is not over? I have proof of Docomo's malfunctioning.This is complete fraud and looting customers. I need refund of my rightfully deserved money. Docomo stop looting customers giving senseless reasons.

                                      I have recharged my mobile number ([protected]) for Rs 200 (Full talk time) on 24/03/2013 by gorecharge.com, But i have got only Rs 178 talk time.

                                      I have registered a complaint against it on same day. Customer care executive said that remaining amount will be credited withing 3 hrs but i din't receive any money. After 48 hrs i called again, this time customer care executive said he is taking compliant against it and amount will be refunded with 72 hrs.

                                      Today after 72 hrs when i called customer care and explained all the above complaints. Customer care executive said there is no full talktime for Rs 200 and can't help on this, after that she forwarded the call to higher officer. Now the higher officer said a new story that i will not get full talk time since i have done recharge from third party website. I have explained him that this is not the first time am doing recharge from that website. every time i get full talk time but only this time i din't get full talk timeand Just two days back i have recharged for same Rs 200 to my another docomo number and i got full talk time using same gorecharge.com. But no use he is asking me the screen shot of my recharge made in that gorecharge.com website.

                                      Here i just want to raise some questions to all.

                                      Every one may think Why i am fighting this much for just Rs 22.

                                      I just want to know how many of them checking their recharge talktime value? only 5/10 people check their talktime. How many of them will call and raise complaints?

                                      National wide millions of recharges are made. How much money is looted like this?
