my name is palash chakraborty, my tata docomo gsm prepaid number is '[protected]' . company disconnect my connection without any information. though i have sufficient bal in my account. and i port this number from tata docmo CDMA to GSM servise and then using this number since 6 months under tata docomo gsm service. and when i call their customer service operator they are saying i have register a missing complaint with this number so they deactivate this. but believe me i don't register any complaint like that. this is my emergency number please help me. please reactivate my number.

    Docomo is here to cheat customers... I have recharged for 3G, but none of the time it is working. Totally I lost 90+39+36(165 rs). If I call the Customer care, They will listen my query and they will disconnect is my call. Viewers please don't use Tata Docomo, they are earing money in this way. Whenever you call customer care their Server will be down, but while recharging server will be up to make money.

        Hi,
        My tata docomo account no is [protected] and Del No:- [protected] which i got it deactivated due to poor service and irrelevent bill amount. I paid the due balance and asked for the deactivation and it got permanently disconnected on 27-NOV-12. But still i was keep getting mails for the bill of 449 rs. When i sent a mail, i have been told it's a deactivation charge. When i sent a mail and for any document which support the same (deactivation charges). No one respond for that and even whenever i talked on phone regarding, i didnt get any answer. When customer care person called me any time and i said my account is already deactivated, he didn't say anything. So i just ignored the mails saying non - payment. Now i got legal notic mail saying
        "within 7 days on receipt of this notice, failing which our client will be constrained to initiate appropriate legal action, both civil and criminal under the various provisions of Indian Penal Code, against you for recovery of the said amount along with interest @ 24% per annum, holding you liable for all costs and consequences arising thereof

        Also please note that you are liable to pay a sum of Rs. 500/- towards the legal charges in this connection".

        I dont understand why should i pay if i have not used the deactivated connection.
        and if there is any deactivation charge why don't anyone provide the same.

            This is to bring in notice to you that one of your sale execitive by name Mr. Rafiq has force fully given me the sim card and the number is [protected] / Sr. No: [protected] to reach his target, i have been told that the sim will not activate, In future if i required this sim i have to activate, till now i have no requirement of any other number as i already have the number of tata docomo [protected] and my bill payment is upto date clear no due, , i have sent lot of email regarding to you regarding disconnection of this number but i am getting reqular bills to which i have not yet used. i have not yet open the sim nor used the number please find the attached photos of the sim so that you can make decision that i have used , For you cleareance you can check the call logs. Now today at 11:04 am i am getting call from Delhi court +[protected] and the lawyer by name Mr.Jaswant Rana (Cell number [protected]) file number is 117/13 asking me to pay Rs 1500/- bill else penalty i have to pay Rs. 50000/- . Becouse of your execitive i am suffering. I kindly request you to check this issue and solve.

              What the hell is this idiotic Docomo network? I haven't ever imagined of such a terrible SIM with so downtrodden network.The call gets disconnected on its own at any time while I'm talking over the phone.It then shows that the no. is switched off OR UNREACHABLE.This continues till long and long hours and again with great difficulty the call gets connected but again the same problem persists. While getting cut off and creating problem the SIM is very punctual and even more than that but while connecting a call,the SIM starts showing its horrible problems.It is just like bad things take very short time and easily spread but good things take it long to be accepted and be activated. JUST HATE D DOCOMO SIM.THE NO. IS [protected] AND [protected].

                  With the reference mentioned above,
                  I want to say that, I'm an TATA DOCOMO NETSETTER User ([protected]). I had been using your services from more than six months, I had requested to discontinue my service before 3 months ago, even I've paid 1400 rs. after adjustment. But after one month i received a sms alert of monthly rental. Then I approached to Mr. JAYESH PAMNANI "from whom I've requested to discontinue my service." He Replied genuinely that he'll disclose the request and also advised me not to pay attention on that he'll settle this by his own edge. But today I've received call from this number [protected] the person on the call introduced himself as Mr. Saxena and he threatened me and said to pay 2000 rs. or else we'll complaint about you and raise an F.I.R and introduce arrest warrant against me. And also threatened me to charge 12000/- rs.

                  I went to near DOCOMO store and paid 2000/- rs. without any reason, you have charged on me. I already registered a req. two months ago, The company cheated with me and I'm highly disappointed with service and the way of executive dealing with customer.

                  Please solve this problem as soon as possible, Still I'm getting outstanding bill alerts on my email while i received the NO DUES CERTIFICATE.

                    For several months i have being using Tata docomo 2g internet connection in mobile for cost now 98rs/ month.
                    But iam not complaining for network slow, it may be sometimes but main problem vry often & per day regularly net been totally cut off automatically. after some mins then released. It may be they operating to less download from their services, we suffer much due often net cut.
                    We are giving accurate money as their charge then y will suffer by fraud.

                    Let u be informed that Tata docomo is applying another critical marketing strategy. Rs. 15/ Rs 30 sometimes being cut from customer unknowingly.
                    Later customer urgue that we have subscribe for heath pack or songs or dictionay or other facilities.
                    These cutting pocket strategy nowadays growing too much.

                      This is regarding a porting request from Vodafone to Docomo. Couple of days back I submitted a porting request to docomo, post which I sent an sms to vodafone for porting and vodafone replied back that my porting is successfull dated march 23, 11:17 PM. Since then my vodafone sim is blocked. I inserted the new docomo sim but I am unable to make or recieve any calls. I called both vodafone and docomo customer care but both of them are blaming each other and asking me to follow up with the other party. I have already suffered two days of business loss because of this tragic service from both the vendors.

                      Request you to please take action on this and get my porting request completed asap.

                        I had outgoing calls barred on my tata docomo number [protected]... i was requested to resubmit the ID-proof. i did so and my caf no.is [protected] ... it has been a month since i submitted it at the nearest tata docomo office and i nothing has changed.. i am highly disappointed with the docomo services... the outgoing calls are still barred on my number...
                        I have purchased TATA DOCOMO card on 22.08.09. My mobile no. is [protected]. My outgoing has been barred since 05.09.2009. I have contacted the retailer and the distributor several times. They has replied that my documents have been submitted to Tata DOCOMO office long back. I enquired with the DOCOMO customer care, I was suggested to once again submit the documents i.e., ID Proof and Address Proof. Once agains I have submitted the same to my retailer. But the debarred outgoing has not been rectified till date. Please suggest a solution through mail.
                        I have purchased TATA DOCOMO card on 12.08.09. My mobile no. is [protected]. My outgoing has been barred since 24.09.2009.                         i have purchased a tata docomo prepaid sim card. within a week o[censored]sage the outgoing calls was barred without any prior information.

                        i have made frequent calls to costumer care , they have informed that the address proof submitted by me was not reached to them.

                        once again i have submitted a proof again. they have informed that the outgoing calls will be activated within 48 hours.

                        i have also conformed over phone that the address proof submitted by me was sent to the company by the dealer.

                        since after 3 days again i made call to customer care, they have informed that the proof has been recieved and outgoing calls will be activated by afternoon,

                        but till this time the outgoing calls were not activated, and again i made calls to the customer care, they now inform that the address proof was not recieved by them.

                        due to this sort o[censored]nfalse statements i have been led to lots of tensions by this TATA
                        DOCOMO.

                        even if i ask the address to which the address proof is to be sent , they dont give any guidance. this is not only happend to me, but almost every customer who purchase tata docomo is facing this problem.

                        there is no person in the customer care to give a proper solution and remedy for the problems faced by the users.

                        7 days before, i have recharged for Rs.50/- but, outgoing calls barred. why ?

                        in the morning I received an sms on my docomo that we can recharge docomo online
                        without any extra fees or payment gateway. yaa its true www.babuchak.com is
                        marvellous. It also provides daily prizes to be won worth Rs.30, 000 daily just
                        to recharge our mobiles.

                        & it also has a very good scheme to win mobile phones at rs.10 only.

                        Tata Docomo — barring of outgoing calls

                        Respected Sir,
                        I am from Kerala State. I took two Tata Docomo connections in the month of June, 2009 giving my driving licence copies and photos. The numbers are [protected] and [protected]. The second number was confirmed by the Tata service men in the same month. I have been using these numbers for 6-7 months and all on a sudden, on 20th Jan, 2010 they barred my out-going calls without giving an information. When I contacted the customer care, they said that i failed in the verification process and asked me to submit the ids and photos again. According to their direction, i submitted those on 21st Jan with a retailer and it was collected by their men on the same day. They had said that it will take only 72 hours for the process. Now after 6 days (148 hours) they haven't rectified the problem. Whenever i call them they say sorry and assure me that it will be done in hours. I have already more that 800/- rupees in those accounts.
                        Now i don't want to continue their service and i need my money back. I also want the renumeration for the time i lost after it.
                        Kindly take appropriate steps.

I purchased the Sim 3 weeks ago and since then I have produced the 'address proof ' documents TWICE, but customer care informs that the documents has not been produced OR they are not in order. They have no satisfactory answer for the Delay in updating their database which is beyond my control. In addition They are bombarding with SMS messages regarding document submission every few hours and have BARRED OUTGOING CALLS from my number.

                        I was using a Tata Docomo Postpaid Number from 19th October. Even after submitting 2 sets of documents to Tata Docomo, they have barred my outgoing calls saying that I have not submitted the documents. On asking the customer care they informed me that I have not submitted my documents so my outgoing calls have been barred. When I said them that I have submitted 2 sets of documents already, they are asking me to go to a tata docomo outlet and submit another set of documents. I simply just cannot go to their outlet leaving my work at office. Either get my service resumed as soon as possible or please send somebody to collect the documents as I have already submitted it twice and I do not have time to go for the third time.

Still there has been no action taken from the custimer care. They have no idea as to why these call are bein barred. Tehy tell me that its from the Government's side. how can the Government do that.                         I have been harrased with this whole thing. From the past 4-5 years I have been using the Tata docomo number. And thus call barring thing has been happening every year whereby they just stop all outgoing calls without informing. Their customer care centers are even worse. they are least bothered about the customer and they blatantly say come next day as we have no idea about the issue.

                        I have been to theier Kormangla Customer Care so many times. The manager is never there to talk to. The employees there are of no use.

                        I want my issue resolved as ASAP. I have wasted a lot of time in this. I have to leave my office everyday to stand in queue in their center to get the problem resolved. And when my turn comes up they ask me to fill the form again. I mean is this is joke.

                        My name is Naveen, recently ported my mobile phone No +91 [protected] from Airtel to TATA Docomo (Karnataka).

                        On Feb 12, 2015 I received a call from an unknown number & he informed that he is carrying out address verification for my new connection. I in turn informed him that I will not be available at my residence from 0730 Hrs to 1930 Hrs & requested him to come after 1930 Hrs on weekdays or on weekends. He told he is taking my appointment for the same day evening at 1930 Hrs. He did not turn up & after 3 days my outgoing calls were barred.

                        I called up the customer care & requested for re-verification and subsequently the lines were activated. Then I received calls from 3 more unknown number and I informed the timing for address verification as above. No one has turned up till date & now my outgoing calls & data is completely barred. Today I have received another message that my number will be disconnected due to non-contact at billing address. Customer care executives are of the opinion that all these issues shall be sorted out by Feb 26, 2015 and I requested for number porting on Jan 31, 2015!

                        Please note, I’ll not be able to make outgoing calls till they verify & activate the lines. There is no guarantee someone will turn up & my number which I am using from almost 7 years now may even get completely barred!!!

                        I feel I am being harassed by the service provider in the name of address verification. I request you to kindly help me sort this out.

                          I have received a call from the number [protected] saying that there was a case filed against me. Why is that, I had a tata docomo post paid connection which was horrible and was totally disappointing for which i have used for almost 2 or 3 months which I have paid the bills. I haven't received the bills for almost 2 months and I was asked to pay the bill where as I couldn't use it properly and also I had a discussion with the technical team as well. They promised me that it was technical problem and will get that resolved. I have taken a group connection for 4 numbers out of which 2 were closed and even after that i was asked to pay rentals which i had paid. The other 2 numbers were closed after the bad service that I have received. I had free calls to the other 3 numbers which were in the group but i was charged for each call and message. I was pulled from pillar to posts to resolve this which never got resolved and now I have to pay the bill. I would do that and If the case is really filed against me I would sue the Tata Docomo people for being back of me for just 1000/- rs. I know the high court judge and will see what happens.

                          Hi Srishaila,

                          Thanks for your valuable advice and I would do that if it will resolve my problem. But that doesn't work practically because I have noticed in the reviews that this happened to many people. This is totally humiliating the citizens for asking money to pay by not providing the service which we would expect and they are not even bothered to resolve the problems that many customers are facing.

                          My contact address details were wrongly updated in their database and did not send the bills to the right address which i have requested them to change after this issue. But even after that they didn't update the actual address and again sent the paperwork of the bills to the unknown address.

                          Could you please suggest what could be done for this.
