Heavy Network coverage occur Again

I have purchase Tata Photon Plus data Card from Dell Store, Bangalore on 8th Dec 2012.
On 11th Dec 2012, it has delivered to my house.

Actually I have request to port my no [protected] from TATADOCOMO to other net work & I got Port Code, mean while I got call from TATATDOCOMO representative on 14-12-12 at 10.08 am from this no [protected] stating that they'll give good calling rate 1p/2sec & some 200 hundreds Docomo 2 Docomo minutes free for next three months, so I convinced with this offer & she told me the offer will be activated with in 72 hours....
