This is vaithika from coimbatore. I am existing user of Airtel for the past 4 years. I was satisfied with the network coverage and all those things.. but latter.. they are not giving full talktime, high cost of booster amount...(compare with idea and tata docomo).. finally I decided to switch over to tata docomo and got the unique porting code"AT545526 " ON 14TH DEC 2012 and submitted the form for porting out on the same day but it has been 7 days i havent got any response from both the service operators and i dont know the status of my mnp request even after 7 days.

      i have a tata docomo prepaid connection(Kolkata Circle), At our area heavely network coverage ouucur again due to very poor signal strength, i called customar care again & again but they do not take any steps to solve it. They said select network manually but by searching no signal found,This is ont only my poblem but also suffer all tata docomo user, we suffer from 10 december 2012 which is more than 3 weeks, so that many time my phon number is unreachable.

        I have purchase Tata Photon Plus data Card from Dell Store, Bangalore on 8th Dec 2012.
        On 11th Dec 2012, it has delivered to my house.
        On 13th Dec 2012, Tata Photon agent Mr Sarad ([protected]) took all the document (Photo copy of PAN card, passport, rental agreement).
        On 18th Dec 2012, I received SMS from DOCOMO([protected]) that local verification raised.
        From that day till today (28th Dec 2012), when I am calling to customer care, they are telling LOCAL Verification pending, they have raise request, my connection will get activated with 48 hours.
        Till today 28th Dec 2012, my number has not been activated.

          I Rishi,made the payment of my Tata Photon Plus No [protected] of amount Rs 733.00 on 04.1202012, through a retailer of mobile recharger who done several different company mobile e-recharge through mobile, i also made the post paid bill payment through the same, as i was in hurry on that day i havent taken the transaction id and left the place. As normally the massage come within 1 days of credit the amount in the account. i become relax of thinking that the recharge was success. I made the payment and left the place. After 15 days I git a message from the company that my outstanding amount is Rs 1379. in which Rs 733. is of previous balance. I immediately made contact wityh the retailer and asked him about the matter. He first refused to say anything. He told me that its not possible for him to make any investigate into the matter as its 15day so he cant do anything, than I asked him for the demo number from which they make payment through mobile, firstly he refused than after when i told him that i will talk to the customer care regarding this and that time if they asked me the number than what i say, than he given me the number, his demo number from which he made the payment is [protected]. As I am in Mumbai Right Now i got the number, actually my connection is of Assam State Of Tinsukia, But recently due to some problem we dont know all the office of Tata telecom are closed . Kindly look into the matter and make the way for the transfer of Rs 733 in my tata photon account which number is [protected]. I have talked to the customer care about this matter but they refused to help me on this matter and asked me to consult with the retailer, where the retailer already refused to help.For any query kindly contact me on this number [protected]. I become very harrassed about this matter. Today i.e 28.12.2012 i made the payment for 2nd time oif the same amount Rs 733.00 Hope you will provide me the justice.

            I am using the TATA DOCOMO num: [protected]. in a day im getting flash messages latest 20 per day. please stop sending this kind of message. please of this i couldn't able to access the phone. ans also, yesterday night, when i was browsing, unfortunately 49INR + 49 INR = total 98INR got detected from my main balance, i dont know, whats the hell is this,,, last week also it got detected. that time i called customer guys, they told i click on some chargeable site.....
            I haven't click on any changeable site. i just accessed the different sites. I request the tata docomo to refund my amount. please don't do this way again..

            There is no discrepancy in the balance deduction as you were charged for downloading the VAS service ¿Hot Arundati¿. An amount of Rs. 128/- is credited back to the account as goodwill. However, no further refund is applicable for the same.

              Tata Docomo — unnecessary deduction of balance

              Tata Docomo — REGULAR DEDUCTION OF AMOUNT FROM TATA DOCOMO MOBILE NO AND IMPROPER RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE

              I Sachin M Kabra is a Tata Docomo prepaid customer with number [protected] since last more than 1 year.
              On 22 April 2011, a sum of Rs. 26 has been deducted from my balance towards Hot N Sizzling Models Subscription. On logging a compliant the same has been reversed somewhere on 24 April 2011 and credited back to my account. At the time of logging a complaint it has been assured that the same will not be repeated in my account. But since then every week during either Friday or Saturday the same has been renewed and Rs. 10 has been deducted every time on account of renewal. But every time on logging a complaint to the call centre the same has been reversed and every time I was requesting to stop this facility. In one of the complaint a call centre officer suggest me to delete the link in my mobile browser even though on deleting the link from the browser the same has been renewed on a weekly basis. The call centre officer also suggested that the same can be deactivated thorough login into My Account on Tatadocomo.com. But when I tried to deactivate the same through internet I was unable to find the option for the same. On enquiry on the above mentioned facility on internet the other call centre officer told that no such facility is available on internet.
              But the worst thing I faced on Friday 20 May 2011. I received a same SMS from number 52250 stating that the “Your subscription to Hot N Sizzling Models Subscription has been renewed. You’ve been been charged Rs. 10.0/-.” The word been repeated twice in the SMS. At around 8.25 PM, as usual I called on 121 for the reversing the same. After a holding a call for approx. 5 Mins the same got disconnected. I again called at 8.32 PM on the same number, a call centre officer kept me on hold for checking the details. Approx. after 10 Min a another call centre officer came on call and asked what help I required. When I asked that call centre officer where is the earlier officer he informed me that he has gone for break. Here I want to ask one simple question, how can I a call centre officer gone for a break by keeping a caller on Hold for more than 10 Min with a reason to checking details?
              After telling the problem a call centre officer who came after words asked me to call after 6 hours. When I asked him do you want me to call at 3.00 AM in the morning he suggested me to call in the morning and told me he will give one Toll free number where I need to sent a SMS for stopping this facility. He started with the number 521 and suddenly kept me on hold and on return asked me to call after 24 Hrs since they don’t have any details for the deduction of the amount of Rs. 10 and also inform me that this information was given by his Team Leader. When I requested him to transfer the call to his Team Leader, he informed me that the same can’t be possible. He was also not ready to give the name of his Team Leader but he has given his name as Bal Syed, but I was very much sure that he has given me a wrong name. The call centre officer was also not able to tell when this facility was renewed by me.
              Again an amount of Rs. 10 deducted on 27 May 2011.
              Deduction of balance , improper response form costumer care
              With reference to above I would like to bring to your notice that I am using a GSM connection of TATA Docomo with no.[protected], but since last 3 days i am being unnecessarily harassed due to their system faults or whatsoever.They have been continuously starting one service after another without any confirmation or request from my side. And then I have to call them and fight to get my balance back which they are reluctant to reverse. As of now they have activated Vastu tips, caller tunes, and smart art services and also deactivated the same after i had to fight with the senior executive, yet I haven't been credited the charges which have been deducted for the smart art services activated today ie.09.01.2012(they have reversed the payment for the other two services). Now I don't have so much time to keep a track on what services they have activated and keep on fighting with them to reverse the charges and as a result it is becoming embarrassing and time consuming for me as they make me wait for long to talk to their senior officers to talk in this regard. I would be grateful if the authorities look into the matter and stop harassing me by doing this. Also I had sent a sms for MNP code request today on 09.01.2012 at abt 13.30 hrs., but am yet to receive any MNP code form the Docomo people.I want to get the problem solved as early as possible.

              Tata Docomo — unnecessarily balance deduction from 10 days

              My mobile balance of approx. Rs.50 has been deducted. Tata docomo wap services are activated and they say that it is not related to tata docomo. Every day a new service activated .when i sen d mail complaining about this then they say that they will deactivate but after deactivation a new service is activated.. They have

              Hi, I am a consumer of TATA DOCOMO service since few months. But from a few days regularly I have been receiving messages from NETWAP informing the alerts about bollywood,cricket etc. But this is un-necessary to me. I have contacted Customer Care for several times and every time they have assured me to solve my problem within 4 hours or 1 hours or 1day. But still now I am suffering from the same problem.

              a day before i have activated my gprs pack of 99 (i.e data uses upto 4gb for 6 week). today afternoon i was doing net, in between i got a massage you have downloaded Dazzling Beauties at rupees 33 which is non refundable. first of all i checked my mobile is things was happened may by mistake i did such things.but i could not find any download. then i called customer care (really a big task ). they told me you have downloaded Dazzling Beauties,i told but nothing save or downloaded in my mobile, name the site which i explore and i downloaded such thing,they replied i have no idea about that but i know one thing by a single click your balance will deduct. i argue with them just a last night i activated my gprs pack after that you deduct?they have not replied and cut the phone.

                  Respected Sir,

                  I am Sandeep SV, using a Tata docom number[protected], which I took under 899 Unlimited Plan (Call’s and SMS-Local & national). Last month onwards all my messages are chagrining. When I enquired with call center, I come to know that as per my plan while roaming my SMS is chargeable.

                  I took this connection September 2012, after activation the 3rd day I moved to Kerala on deputation. My 1st bill was not charged but from November onwards all my SMS are charging. As per the tariff showing my SMS rates is 0.84 Ps /- but charging 1.20 Ps /-.

                  After activating and before using my Docomo line, I was taken confirmation from Call Center and other concern team in Docomo about the free facilities. And month on month the commitments are changing.

                  I want an immediate solution because I have another Post Pay number[protected] and the Service is Vodafone. Because Tata is provide this facility last few months I am not using Vodafone. And I am all ready declared my Tata Docomo as my new official number.

                    I have registered my mobile no. "[protected]" With Tata Docomo. I just want to shift my no in B.S.N.L. so i have submit all documents to B.S.N.L.and B.S.N.L. provide me a simcard and the verification call done by B.S.N.L.
                    I have requested to company (TATA DOCOMO) for porting in dated 03/12/2012 and my UPC code exp. 18/12/2012 but the company will not ported out till 18/12/2012 , so i repeat my request in date 20/12/2012 with UPC Code (TE545298) and company will not port out till today.

                          sir..i m using Tatadocomo service they always subscribed any new service in number without my permission..when i called for that to customer care about that,they always give one toll free no 155223 no to me and say please call this no and unsubscribed your service...more than 10 time they had done like this...so please do something and refund my money back 2 me..

                          after 5 days i checked my account but money they did not refund, , i called up customer care but they are ignoring my request and saying that reference number is not correct and all...
                          this is really irritating ..thay are providing sites for recharge ...takes money away..but they not cooperates after ...
                          plz assist me.. i need my money back.. i am really hopeless..

                            I am Rachit Kumar, have tata photon no. [protected] I used Tata photon almost since 1year and I always paid bills before due date. I got my plan changed to 500Rs on which I got confirmation from tata photon employee that I can use this plan upto 30 hours after that speed of internet will be slow as soon after that I paid my first bill at Tata store where they update me about my next bill of 1000+ on which I immediately call Tata photon customer care and closed my photon connection and registered complaint about misscommitment made to me. But instead of solving complaint from tata photon I am regularly receiving threatening calls. So now I decided to suit a case against Tata photon. So kindly update me process to file a case and lawyer who can help me in this.

                            My name is gautam sharma. maine website par tata photon ka add dekha tha. jis mein unlimted internet usege ki baat ki gai thi wo bhi 3.1 mbps ki speed ki sath.ye dekh kar maine online apply
                            kiya tha. phir waha se mujhe call aayi jisme bhi yahi baat ki gayi mujhse. to maine[protected] ko tata photon rs. 1800 dekar kharid liya. par 04 feb 2011 ko inhone mujhe email bhej kar suchit kiya ki 5gb taq he maximum speed milegi. par main kisi karanvash use pad nahi paya. aur thode hi dino mein meri internet speed slow ho gayi. jab maine custmor care mein complaint ki to inhone apna engineer bheja aur usne kaha ke apka photon device faulti hai. 04 din baad device bhi change ho gaya phir engineer ne kaha ke operating system format karo wo bhi kar liya par speed phir bhi wahi 150kbps. maine dobara complaint[protected] ko kari to inhone mujhe 05gb deta usage ki baat batayi. jisse main apne aap ko thaga hua mahsus kar raha hu.jab maine inse kaha ki apne 05gb deta usage ki baat apne add mein mention kyon nahi ki to. unhone bhi is baat ko sweekar kiya. sir please meri complaint par uchit karyvahi karein.

                            Gautam...I am in complete agreement with you as I faced the same problem 2 months ago. The tata photon service is the worst in the market. Dont let them eat your hard earned money and lets pledge them to teach a lesson. I know that its diffcult to sue them and waste our time but what we can do is ask our family and friends not to use tata photon connections. Load all the social networkign sites with your issues so that a real face of tata could be shown to the people.

                              Hi DoCoMo,

                              2 days ago I was browsing on my Lumia 800, by mistake I clicked some ads which immediately activated a couple of dive-in services without my intention and I lost some 90INR in this way. Few months back also the same thing happened and I lost 100INR. Your customer care is of no use in this regard, as they say they have no control over this.Why docomo is activating the divein services without proper acknowledgement from the user? Due to the small screen on devices like smart phones, many times the wrong touch points are getting clicked and docomo is taking this as an advantage.

                              Please implement an sms acknowledgement system before activating any service.

                              Please give back my money which I lost 2-3 days ago via dive-in services.

                                Actually I have request to port my no [protected] from TATADOCOMO to other net work & I got Port Code, mean while I got call from TATATDOCOMO representative on 14-12-12 at 10.08 am from this no [protected] stating that they'll give good calling rate 1p/2sec & some 200 hundreds Docomo 2 Docomo minutes free for next three months, so I convinced with this offer & she told me the offer will be activated with in 72 hours. Even after passing 72 hours offer didn't activated. Later on I register complain in customer service about this issue on 18-12-12 with ref number PSMR12050592, they ask me to wait till 27-12-12.
                                Today at 10.00 am I got call from TATADOCOMO representative from this no [protected], & she said sorry the said offer is not available.
                                I am asking you why did u ask me to wait & wasted my time, even the offer give by your self.
                                What kind of stupid service you are giving.

                                    I am Prasanjeet Verma, and have serious complaint against Tata docomo prepaid service. Its yesterday 25th Dec, i gave my cell phone to my wife ensuring that she will enough balance to make call whenever she is in need. However, when se really needed to call., she saw that her 39/- balance vanished suddenly. When i came to know about it, called customer care, they didn't provide any info about my balance deduction even after promising n number of times, i am yet to receive it. I am sure, this is is the major reason for all the bad incidence happening in our country every now and then with women because at the
                                    time of need they cant call to their relatives or family as no balance left in their phone.
                                    I want clear details about my deductions also refund of the same and fair action against these customer care executive people who dont have any sense and no humanity as this has happened many times.

                                      Respected Sir,
                                      This is not a complain on the service provider, but a complain on telecom regulation on the SMS limit i.e. post 100 sms the service provider should cost not more than 50 paise.
                                      Every student mostly communicates with others using an sms, and the low cost of sms is most useful for the students from poor families where they cant bear the tariff of call rates(for giving more info on call). Some of them will not have a single paise in call balance and in emergency case mostly sms will be useful. And if the govt. keeps this types of restrictions , how a person can freely and privately communicate to other person. Everyone cant express their information on calling and most of it can be done by sms.
                                      In my case i just have to give information to all the students of my class daily and for 3 messages per student it requires 225 sms and i am in a position that i cant even get a new sim to send more messages.
                                      So kindly take this into granted and just check whether the person sending the sms is not a promotional advertiser but a common man who has right to speech in this country. please lift this cap on sms's as soon as possible as mopst of the students careers are based on this small thing called sms.

                                        I have received a legal notice from lok adalat at my home(am out of station now)in fact i have cancelled my connection before moving abroad.

                                        Even after closing my docomo (outstanding)bill and cancelling my account.[protected] by august SR request[protected] for cancellation.
                                        they have send a legal notice for a zero usage ,stating that i have to clear the outstanding dues of rs.1653/Which I have not even used an dead dongle.I really don't know how they arrived this amount on what bias.

                                        If you guys really need money then please send out a circular in news paer that u need money with out doing work or wasting you time and energy(we don't have money making tree,even we work hard to make financial support).
                                        I don't know how much ratan tata is aware done my his management to their dedicated Customers,(since i was with TATA elexi before).

                                        For what his management and employees do ,either he or his family name will get spoiled.Tata DOCOMO is a fraud company,they are fishing with out letting their hand wet or head sweats.
                                        Its for sure one day they will get a reply for this,even I am one of the victim for this,.

                                        All the the best tata docomo keep on doing the good work, I will pay this amount which I have not even used,I will just consider this amount as the leftovers, remains of victuals, crumbs to the tatadocomo group.Let them become rich with this and their son and their next generation too.

                                        a brand which wont even have the shame to squeeze people, i will do my own campaign to keep my family ,friend and those other to keep away from the TATA product.

                                        I opted for Tata Docomo broadband connection in March 2014 where in the engineer who came for the installation and connection gave me 2 options.
                                        1. Pay 527 Rs for Installation and router ( Router will have to be submitted back on deactivation )
                                        2. Pay 1124 Rs and the installation charges and router charges would be free and the amount will be the security amount refundable after deactivating services if bills are cleared.

                                        In Dec 2014 I got the services deactivated and received a call saying that I need to pay the remaining bill of 724 Rs where I told them that rather they Owe me approximately 400 Rs after deducting this amount from the security deposit and then they said that I have to submit the router to the Tata outlet. I asked them of how they would make the payment to me and they said that our representative will call you back.

                                        I thought submitting the router back would not be a good Idea untill they pay me the rest amount.One day I received a call from Tata saying that there was no such offer and 1124 Rs were the installation charges which I responded saying that why then you guys also offered me 527 rs installation which they completely refused.

                                        For 3-4 months I haven't received any call or mail and all of a sudden I started receiving calls and final reminder emails to my surprise from third party recovery agency( Swift ).

                                        To which I explained them the situation I mentioned above and they like completely ignored my response and kept sending the same email again and again though they stopped calling.

                                        Finally I received a Legal notice on an email which I know is completely Fake and sent by one of their Lawyer to threaten me.

                                        Its not a complaint rather I need to showcase the level of these telephone companies especially company like TATA as they call themselves a brand.

                                        I actually was ready to pay for the usage amount and asked for the waiver for the Non-usage period. I asked to deduct the usage amount from the advance I paid but the Customer care informed that there isn't any deposit available.
