wrong deduction

deduction of this amounts. No satisfactory explaination provided

Net speed is too low for Tata Docomo Photon Plus

I bought a tata docomo photon plus prepaid last month. When I purchased they promised the net speed will be above 1.6 Mbps (since they say they provide upto 3.2 Mbps.) but the speed is not even 200Kbps, and most of the time it is below 50 kbps. I have got Tata DoCoMo 3g unlimited Internet plan. i paid PR's. 250/- for this plan but Internet not connected in my mobile. then I recharged Rs.10, Rs.15. after that Internet not run in my mobile. this is clear cut Tata DoCoMo company mistake. by this mistake my Rs. 275/- is sheer wastage.

2 false deductions of 99 each

Denying payment for modem

When I bought the modem I was told that when I will return that I will be paid upto 50% of the money, which I gave during the time of buying. Daily cutting of Rs.2 from main balance

From around two months or more, I have been witnessing the daily balance deduction of Rs.2 from my main balance. Im losing my balance without doing anything and that has frustrated me now. I want to know the reason for the same. When called at customer service, they said they'll look into matter. Still their "look into matter" hasnt started.
