i got one TATA DOCOMO connection [[protected]] for UNlimited calls Plan like Rs. 899 + Tax, Total Bills Come for Rs. 1,010/- but bills came for 1,385/- there is no details for the excess amount, customer care people says, excess payment for value added service, i am not subscribe any value added service, but i paid Rs. 1,100/- my payment Rs. 90/- excess there, but docomo disconnected my outgoing without any intimation,
due to this prob there is no response to customer care and i send the mail also nodal officers, there is no reply form any,
from customer care executive ever one say the diff ans, but no solution, like this many people suffering for this payment detection,
