Hi All,

Today I am writing here with This Service (My Num: [protected] in AP), I got Fedup/ giveup and inform you all that pls change your numbers to other service which are much more better.
These people are charging me everyday 1.50p from my prepaid account with no msg/phone call made. Even I dont use my phone whole day still 1.50 P will be charged on my account.
I have added SMS plan of 0.01p for Local/National...

Tata Number

I received a random call this morning for a Tata No. [protected]

Some amount is pending on this number. Apparantly my ID Proof has been used to get this number issued but I don`t remember taking this number.
Also, I haven`t received any bill or any police verification.

Someone named Mr. Chauhan had called me.
He was extremely rude on the call.

Dear Sir,

We have been using 10 postpaid tata docomo numbers and regularly paying bills. We had requested for conversion to prepaid for all numbers and were asked to submit documents at the nearest outlet which we did and were informed it will be done by 29th Dec as the documents had been submitted on 26th Dec as asked by them. We have all the trail mails sent and received from them. Now the customer care has stopped responding...

My mobile network is docomo,They have been deducting money from my cell by attaching some services without my knowledge or without intimating me.I have said them many a times but they didnot heed to it.Please take the due action on them....

Few Days ago...tata docomo cut my 30/- balance from main account for "keeda SMS" ..which was not activate by me....i think i heard that word first time....n when i call to customer care there was no conneting line for me at every time...its means i can't call...them...dont know y .>>.Mo : [protected]...

I purchased a Tata Docomo Sim on 2nd January, 2013 but as I by mistake submitted black and white photograph.So, I submitted colored photograph on 4th Jan, 2013 but still upto 9th Jan,my sim is not activated.The number I took is [protected] and SIM number is[protected].
I request you to do it as soon as possible.

During the last week of December, I opted for Tata Docomo family plan 999 with the following four numbers:
[protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. Of which, the first three connections were MNP and the last number was a new connection. The 999 plan was advertised on your website and said by the store official (Ms. Jacqline, Adyar, Chennai).

Later, only two numbers were ported into Tata Docomo...

I have taken a Tata Docomo Postpaid SIM with Rs.1299 Plan. According to the plan, I should get 2GB 3G data free and unlimited 2G data. I called up the customer support asking for the 3G Settings for my Apple iPhone 4. They asked me to send a message with 1299 typed to 52270. Hi,

Today morning I had recharged my mobile with a 1day 3G pack worth Rs5 from my mobile balance.
I received the acknowledgement and and it mentioned that the balance is 171.1200.
Once I received the confirmation SMS, I turned ON my mobile data.
After a couple of minutes, the phone prompted me with the message "Insufficient Balance in your Account".

I have been a docomo customer for nearly 2 years now and i have been getting disconnected nearly once every month in relation to documents.... Whenever i call to customer care on 121 i dont get any option for talk to customer care person. i cant understand why they blacklisted my No. Bcz i had not talked to any customer care person in a wrong way. Even i had called only 1 time to Cust. care in. After that they Blacklisted my no. Now its 4 to 5 months i am facing this problem.Some of persons in my contact also facing this Problem.

My name is parimala i am working in ITPL whitefield, i took an postpaid connection with Tatadocomo who visited our premises on 27th Oct-2012, i paid them 300Rs. on 27th Oct-2012. to change from prepaid connection to postpaid as i tried to contect the customer care there is no response from there end. Still now none of them bothered to call me and return my money. Convert from prepaid to postpaid. as this is pending...

i used Tata photon internet plan of monthly 850Rs/- on last 6 years back,Due to low speed around 2kb/min (Max),even i unable to open google page also,So i disconnected my plain on 1 month and i paid 850rs/- for that used month and i disconnected, my services,

At that time the person who had taken my money told me that your service deactivated successfully,

i am having a lot of problem with the tata docomo internet service.
the net goes on and off all the time. and no one is even listening to launch a complain.
and package rate 95rs they are only giving 2gb data that is too high for a gsm net service.
more over other companies are offering unlimited in RS 128 with the cdma net work.
tata docomo is harasing its cutomers.
imidiate attention is needed....

Hi,

A service called Music Mall has been activated without my consent. The customer care person says it gets activated on accidental click on any pop up.Due to which money is constantly being deducted even though on my repeated request for the deactivation of this service.

Can docomo stop providing such services which can be activated by just a innocent and accidental click on any pop up. They cannot afford to...
