we are not facing a really bad network in marketyard pune
since 3rd december we dont have range and service in our cellphones when in our offices...
we are not able to communicate through our cell phones and just feel that we are having dummy cell phones...
besides repeated complaints to customer care just getting unsatisfactory answers

?sir already registered complaint about the network repeatedly but
not yet solved
already refreshed the sim also
still the problem persist
no range all day....
i am feeling as if i am carrying just a dummy piece for show
i am not having range in my cell the complete day
this problem is since last monday
when asked the local retailer in my area he said that this is been faced by all the docomo card holders....
i also tried my sim in different handset

    This is Satyendra A customer to Tata Docomo since 11/2 yr. I am using Tata docomo and my number is [protected] even i am having account in their website for the same number i used till 15 days back and even its in my mobile and suddenly my signal is collapsed and i am unable to see my number in their website there is no intimation no alert nothing regarding my account i don't know why there are giving pressure to the customers and if my problem is not resolved i will go legally.

        Hi All,

        Today I am writing here with This Service (My Num: [protected] in AP), I got Fedup/ giveup and inform you all that pls change your numbers to other service which are much more better.
        These people are charging me everyday 1.50p from my prepaid account with no msg/phone call made. Even I dont use my phone whole day still 1.50 P will be charged on my account.
        I have added SMS plan of 0.01p for Local/National SMS but they are charging 0.60P on every msg..Y the plan is not getting applied, when I call cust serv..thats one of the stupid service that they listen to problem and cut the conversation in between after that I can never get to them again.

        Cheating has become daily job and bread for there 2G and 3G companies.

          Tata Number

          I received a random call this morning for a Tata No. [protected]

          Some amount is pending on this number. Apparantly my ID Proof has been used to get this number issued but I don`t remember taking this number.
          Also, I haven`t received any bill or any police verification.

          Someone named Mr. Chauhan had called me.
          He was extremely rude on the call.

          I doubt this would get resolved just by sending e-mails to them hence posting it on this public forum!

            We have been using 10 postpaid tata docomo numbers and regularly paying bills. We had requested for conversion to prepaid for all numbers and were asked to submit documents at the nearest outlet which we did and were informed it will be done by 29th Dec as the documents had been submitted on 26th Dec as asked by them. We have all the trail mails sent and received from them. Now the customer care has stopped responding mails sent to them and we cant connect to the helpline as it gets disconnected. Our postpaid numbers are [protected] to [protected]. Our alternate contact nos are [protected].

            Please advise further action.

                  This is shekar and few days back i have migrated from Airtel to Tata Docomo.But as the store suggested me to post paid due to non availablity of prepaid SIM cards.I have submitted all the documents. But i have a query now.

                  The documents and originals submitted belong to different address.Now i have shifted my house different place in the same city.

                    Hello,
                    During the last week of December, I opted for Tata Docomo family plan 999 with the following four numbers:
                    [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. Of which, the first three connections were MNP and the last number was a new connection. The 999 plan was advertised on your website and said by the store official (Ms. Jacqline, Adyar, Chennai).

                    Later, only two numbers were ported into Tata Docomo ([protected] and [protected]). The number [protected] was not ported for other reasons. So, now I had three numbers in total with Tata Docomo.

                    When the sims for the three numbers got activated, I came to know that you had put me in the 'My family medium 1999' plan. This was done without my consent or knowledge.

                    After many emails and phone conversations, the plan was still 1999. Now, recently I have received a bill of Rs 724/- under the 1999 plan.

                    The complaint is: why should I pay for the 1999 plan when I opted for 999 plan. I only have 3 connections under this plan and I am not willing to pay for the 1999 plan.

                    Attached, please find list of complaints. I do not have the complaint numbers for phone conversations. And somehow, the complaint list in the My accounts page says 'closed'.

                    Please take necessary action as soon as possible. Contact me at [protected].

                      I have taken a Tata Docomo Postpaid SIM with Rs.1299 Plan. According to the plan, I should get 2GB 3G data free and unlimited 2G data. I called up the customer support asking for the 3G Settings for my Apple iPhone 4. They asked me to send a message with 1299 typed to 52270. I got a reply saying that "My phone does not support automatic settings and I have to contact Customer Support for Manual settings". I called up the customer support again, asking for the manual settings. At first they asked me to enter APN as TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNETHVC. I tried using this APN, but neither the 3G data nor the 2G data was working. I called the customer support again telling them the error I was facing. They again asked me to change the APN to "internethvc". I tried using this APN and I was getting the same error. I called up the customer support/technical department again telling them about the error. They told me to call [protected] and press 149 to log a complaint for this issue, but the person told me that there is no problem at there end and ask me to again call the technical department to resolve the issue. I can't understand to call whom?
                      These Tata Docomo support team is not able to tell me how to fix the porblem.

                      hello,
                      I have tata docomo connection for 1.5 years. But my sim get damaged. Then i have taken new sim on same number.
                      Now what the internet is not working on it. previously it was working on old sim of same number now but it doesn't work.
                      It shows that "service unavailable" on your SIM.
                      I complaint many times to customer care they told me receive settings and install it and switched off your phone and switched it ON.
                      I tried so many times but it doesn't work.
                      I am using Tata Docomo sim card from last 2 years. till now it was ok while using its services but from last 7 days the net connection doesn't work.
                      I have subscribed net connections of 48r.s of 2GB data usage. but now it does'nt work. thers an error while opening the connections. I have talked to 121 from these 7 days but they r not giving any reason for such a problem occuring. they told me to delete all APns and make new APNs and restart my cell. all I tried but still no sucess....I m not only the guy to suffer infact there may be many to suffer from this problem. Infact not even there senoirs are ready to talk on this problems.
                      plz do something. If it does't then surely i will had to make a complaint to Consumer Court on Tata Docomo........

                      I have raised the complaint on 7-aug-2014, but till now the problem not solved. Today (11-aug-2014) I called to customer care, they told your complaint is closed, but no service person came and didn’t receive any call from tata services. I have asked about the problem but they told that the service engineer called you but your mobile not reachable and not attending. So they closed the complaint, but the problem still there. I have not satisfied with the service you provide. So do the thing at the earliest. From 5th aug 2014 to 11th aug 2014 the network is not working so do the refund for those days.
                      Dear TATA Docomo team,

                      I have got TATA Docomo connection around 6 months Back And my userID

                      From last wednesday(6thAug&#039;14), The internet connection was not
                      working. So I have tried calling the toll free no. on 7th and it was
                      not picked by any of the customer support executive merely for Half an
                      hour.
                      After trying for so many times, I have raised the complaint on 7th
                      and the Complaint no is:[protected]. And he told that the Technical
                      Support engineer will reach home in person and check the connection
                      details. But after that we didnt get any call or information from
                      them.

                      Again we called them up and asked for the details on 9th aug, the
                      customer Support executive told that the ticket has been updated with
                      &#039;Battery Backup down&#039; and he assured that the problem will get solved.

                      But it wasn&#039;t resolved. So again i tried calling Yesterday (11th
                      Aug&#039;14) and contacted the Customer support executive and he told that
                      the ticket[protected] has been closed. And he again opened new ticket
                      &#039;[protected]&#039; and we dont know the status now. Again we didnt get any
                      info what is going on.

                      And i need justification for below points :

                      1. From 6th Aug&#039;14 my internet connection is not working, that too
                      because of Server back issue and etc, -&amp;gt; ie from your side. -&amp;gt; I need
                      a refund for those days(from 6th Aug to till date), which we didnt get
                      Internet Connection

                      2. Customer suppert executive is not picking the call for almost half
                      an hour-&amp;gt; then why you are advertising as 24/7-&amp;gt; is this the way you
                      behave with Clients?

                      3. While setting the target resolvation time, you have to get input
                      from Customer and not use whichever Generated in system.

                      4. And the other thing is if you people are not able to resolve the
                      issue with the date, then merely you are closing it with some useless

                      that we are not able to reach you. so my question here is, if i am not
                      able to reach in Phone, you have to come in person as you aware of my
                      address, which you have verified while providing Connection. -&amp;gt; that
                      was not done.
                      And Customer support executive told like he sent a mail that we are
                      closing the ticket. -&amp;gt; but how can i check your mail with out
                      providing connection. Second thing is, you have to wait till my
                      acknowledgement mail. then only u have to proceed. Without my
                      acknowledgement it was working how can you close the connection -&amp;gt;
                      please justify.

                      7. On 11th Aug&#039;14, Customer support executive told that it will get
                      resolved by 12th aug&#039;14 morning, but it wasnt resolved yat and nobody
                      responded.

                        Hi,

                        Today morning I had recharged my mobile with a 1day 3G pack worth Rs5 from my mobile balance.
                        I received the acknowledgement and and it mentioned that the balance is 171.1200.
                        Once I received the confirmation SMS, I turned ON my mobile data.
                        After a couple of minutes, the phone prompted me with the message "Insufficient Balance in your Account".
                        When I checked my balance, it showed Rs. 0.02. Where did my balance go?
                        Also, when i disable the data, a message prompt appears and in that it says:
                        "Data Session Charges:-0.00Rs0. Bal Rs.167.90. Volume Consumed: 3KB. Free Data Left: 46.57 MB. Validity 08/01/2013.@"
                        I tried to make STD calls, but I was unable to.

                            I have been a docomo customer for nearly 2 years now and i have been getting disconnected nearly once every month in relation to documents.... DISPITE RESUBMITTING DOCUMENTS.... either documents not recieved and now for the nth number of time i m getting disconnected as documents submitted are incorrect .... i have been giving my documents for the nth number of time to get my connection reactivated ... and this is really a harassment on your part

                            IT IS YOUR JOB TO TAKE CARE OF THE DOCUMENTS WE SUBSCRIBERS SUBMIT.... (OR IS IT JUST GOING OUT TO WASTE)

But from 3rd jan 2011 it is disconnected.When i asked cust care they replied we can't do anything,u have to submit ur document. But how could they disconnet my no. Without any prior information.I can't submit the doc now because i am on ship at anchorage. And on 1st jan 2011 i activated gprs of rs5 but rs 95 deducted from my balance.Now they are saying u hv activated this plan but i am damn sure that i tried to activate plan of rs5 and i press 1 to activate this plan. This is cheating that u press any button but only get what they want. As i am regular user of airtel gprs and i hv no complain to them.
                            Pls if possible pay some attention on my issue as i am suffering from disconnection.

                            Last 21st April I got a rental connection from one of the Distributor of TATA DOCOMO M/S Balaji Tirupati (OWNERS MOBILE NO.[protected], NAMED MANTU BABU,) situated at (Salt Lake,Kolkata).The mobile no is [protected]. The name of the Executive is Mr.Nitesh Sharm, after the verbal discussion with him, he said that the line was activate with in 06 hrs, but surprisingly the line was activate on 24th April, and after that the line was (outgoing) bared on 27th April, As a customer I called several time to the customer care but they said that the line was not TATA DOCOMO Line, So as a customer under your your authority request you that I dont want to continue the same no.                             This is preeti reddy despite constantly making call to the back office visiting branches of tata docomo and writing letter for disconnection of there broadband service this beggers have been constantly harassing me for bill payment. since nov 2012 I have been trying to get disconnection but this people not once have confirmed disconnection pathetic service needless to say they don&#039;t want to disconnect so that they can keep pilling bills.
                            I bought the Tata Docomo 3G Dongle in Jan 2013. The speed was very bad and I applied for disconnection of Service in early Feb..2 months and 2 service requests later[protected] and[protected], all I get is a 100 phone calls from Customer Service asking the reason for disconnection. I have already confirmed plenty of times that I want the service disconnected. To my surprise, I find that that Tata has also been billing me for the last 2 months and are now claiming about a 1000 bucks in spite of me not having touched the dongle since I put in the first service request. Tata Docomo is not only ruining the goodwill that Tata had but also creating new world records in poor customer service. Apart from standard replies over the phone and pasiting templates in e-mail, they are not capable of providing any othetr service.

                                      But now on today 7-1-2013 around morning 9:30 Am,One of the tata docomo customer care person called fake call to me and saying that,

                                      i'm calling from delhi cosumer court, we have complaint received on you, for not paying bill of another 2 months,I[censored] not paid bill within 1 hour,you need to come to delhi on today through flight,for hearing this case on delhi consumer court,on before evening 5 Pm, or otherwise i need to pay 20,000 rs punishment to consumer court to close this case,

                                      Qus::How i decide this fake call?

                                      Tata Photon + — Tata Photon + - Billing sucks so do the customer service (if they think they have any)

                                      Hi,

                                      I have taken the photon plus connection ([protected]) on the launch date in Kochi i.e. August 27th and my billing was suppose to start from September 27th as one month was free.

                                      5 days back I received the first bill and immediately my connection was barred. After lot of hassles (read it as several calls and messages to the people at various level) I received the detailed bill, which clearly shows that the billing has started from September 24th, which is blatantly incorrect. For last 2 days I'm struggling with these people to make them understand a simple point that they need to correct my bill - instead of Sep 24th it should start from Sep 27th. But, I trust that none of them is able to get this simple point and rectify the mistake in their own billing.

                                      On top of that the upload amount in my bill is around double of the download amount, which is simply ridiculous. Any sensible technical person can tell that in the normal browsing the upload is max around 20% of the total download. I have sort of given up on this point as when they are not able to understand the very simple point of "billing start date" then how can I expect them to understand this point. May be this will be too much for their grey cells (if they have any).

                                      I'm waiting till tomorrow to get this issue resolved; else I have to take this matter of "blatant cheating" to the consumer forum.

                                      Once this issue is resolved they have to adjust my next billing for the days, my connection was barred and that too because of their own mistake.

                                      I trust that these people are taking customers for granted. They need to learn a lesson. May be they want to learn it in hard way. Choice is theirs.

                                      My Sister taken new TATA PHoton Plus connection from Royal Teleservices (Bibwewadi Kondwa Road) 3 weeks back with Rs.1000/- recharge (3GB Package, 1 year validity). After 3 weeks its suddenly got disconnected.

                                      Dear Consumer court,

                                      I received the same call yesterday for the connection i deactivated after paying all the outstanding amount. Caller number is [protected]. The person talked as if I was a criminal and was threatening that the case was tranfered from Bangalore to Delhi for some reason and the complaint is registered by a person named RK Sharma ( I even doesn't know the person by any means ) and I am leable for punishment of some amount which i dont remember as I was shocket to hear this alligation,

                                      Infact i had two connection in my name. One was provided by the company for day to day business operation and the second was a personal connection. The business connection was transfered to my colleagues name post payment of outstanding amount which was confirmed by Tata Indicomm via mail. Hence this was closed from my side.

                                      This is a company owned connection and I have made the payment of 1039 towards tata Indicom which was billed and closed. Confirmation received from tata Indicom that the connection is transfered in the name of Ajith Rameshan, mail dated 14th April 2011 Tata Indicom service no. [protected] and also confirmed that the any bill post would be directed to Ajith Rameshan and not me.

                                      Second was my personal connection, Since the service provide by Tata Indicomm was really bad I had to terminate the connection post payment of outstanding amount, which was again confirmed by Tata Indicomm. Payment confirmation number mentioned below for refernce

                                      Dear Consumer Court,
                                      I want to let you know how horrible Tata Docomo has become, I had purchased an tata photon connection (customer id:[protected] way back in 2010 and asked them to disconnect in the same year due to poor performance and other issues, all bills were paid. But now in March 2013 I am receiving a call from a lady in consumer court(she was lying, i'm sure) asking me to get in touch with an advocate Mr Mahajan - [protected] who tells me I have to pay Rs 2500 in 2 hrs or he will file a case against me in the Delhi High Court . I am not sure how they can do this. If there is a balance to be paid from my end, they should have contacted me earlier, not out of the blue after 3 years.

                                      These scare tactics are pathetic and disgusting, I have paid all bills and yet I have to live in fear of these organisations. Please someone look into this, I am sure I will not sleep tonite because of Tata Docomo. I hate them and will never even associate myself with anything related to TATA in my life.

                                      They are using the name of the consumer court falsely and this should be taken seriously.
