            hell o sir,

            this is Anil kumar , i bought one tata photon on 21st november, and as i had no local no at that time as i recently joined in GPGC bilaspur HP that' why i was aked by dealer to give any other no of any other professor. so i gave one of my profesor MR Anupam Bhalla who has also varified that mR Anil Kumar has taken the photon.

            and after that i have called 14 times to customer care but before they listen me completely they hang up , i feel highly embarrassed, it's to much regretting having bought tata photon.had i taken any other service it would havw been handy for me.

            these are the name of customer care executive with whom i have called and the have behaved against the code of call center.

            Arti , Santosh , Amarjeet, Neeru ,Varun ,Chandan ,Harshit And Suresh And the team Leader Of this team any lady who also repeated the embarrassing behavior.

              Recently took Prepaid connection of Tata Docomo
              Recharged for the first time Rs250
              Then went to website
              http://www.tatadocomo.com/prepay-packs.aspx

              Checked for Full Talk time packs Rs111. Recharged on 31st Dec 2012 14.08.27
              Didn't got any talk time for this pack.

              Called Customer Care at 01/01/2013 12:09 (Kindly check your recording for behavior of the representative)
              Tried to complaint about the same to Customer service they say that they do not have enough information about the packs so they can not take any complaints. After telling them also that it is available on their site still they are not ready to take any complaint. I think they should listen to customer when they are charging for customer service call also.

              I think they are just bluffing about FTT packs but they are not actually giving that to end customer.

                  I'am a Tata Photon Customer(Myphoton number-[protected]), and want to register a complaint against the Tata Teleservices Collection agency in the name of KMS Creative Solutions pvt ltd. Landline number:[protected], Mob: [protected](supervisor-Nampal).
                  we have received a call from there tele caller (Muskaan) for the payment of our bill Rs. 2400/- for which she told us to give us the cheque/cash payment and we will waive off the late payment charges of Rs. 400/- and you just have to pay Rs.2000/- for which we told them that we are giving you a PDC cheque of the amount 2000/- dated 26/12/12. The tele caller -Muskaan again gave us a call on 27/12/12 that our cheque has bounced and need to give 2000/- cash again we gave her the payment in cash On 28/12/12 we got to know that our cheque has got cleared we called up this tele caller and she is denying that she never told us that the cheque has got bounced and there is no waiver committed and even using foul languages when we asked her to transfer this call to her supervisor she refused .However some how we got the number of the supervisor Mr. NamPal[protected] and I asked him for the refund of my cash payment for which he said that do whatever you can do we will not refund and start using foul languages.

                  Attaching the payment slips as in proof of collection.

                  Just want to know why a customer has been harassed once the payment has been made and why should i make double payment for one Bill is this every customer is taken for granted.

                  If no action has been taken I'am planning for going to consumer court for this.

During Porting they said me that i will get Full talktime for One year on every E-Recharge above 10RS Done. But The Problem is that they are Not Providing the same from Jan 1-2012. Even i contacted Coustmer care and lodged a compliant but they are telling that this offer has been closed on[protected]. My question is that how could they do it without prior Notice. And they also removed My 100 SMS Saying that As Per TRAI Rules It has Been Done.

                      Sir ,I have charged 30 rupees wrongly for a service called LKD .
                      Neither I send any req. For this service and nor I got a call for it
                      It was automatically started on my no. [protected].
                      When I was surfing internet on my phone than again I charged 16 without any reason even when I have net balance of 2 gb.
                      Sir I m disturbed please help me.
                      Sir i have also tried to call costomer care but they didn't give me option to press for call assistant.

                      Hi Team,

                      I am writing to you about the number [protected].
                      Presently my bill outstanding is Rs. 4041. I am using Nokia N8.
                      As per my plan I have 100MB of 3G and 2GB of 2G data free.
                      On my prepaid connection, from a diff provider my mobile remains on a dual mode and as the 3G is not activated I was using 2G only.
                      After taking this connection, on the first months bill I saw Rs. 15 added added as a charge(and waived off)
                      I called the Customer care. spoke to Israr and Meeran Mohiddin and they told me the 3G is not yet activated on my connection. And to activate the same I need to respond to the message or need to place a request with the customer care.
                      Again, they had both 2G and 3G charges on the bill.
                      This call was in the last week of april 2011. They said that this complaint has been taken and I will get a call back from the concerned team. I didnot get any call for next two days. I called back and spoke to Satish, he also confirmed that the 3G is not activated and I ve been given rebate, so I shud not be worrying at all. When asked about the complaint, he said the complaint has been "closed successfully". He also said the team had called me and I have confirmed the closure, whereas I never got a call back from the team till date.

                      I asked him to look into it again and confirm. He said he has taken another complaint(never provided any complaint number) and I will surely get a call back.

                      2 days passed without any news. I called back and reached Nikhilesh, he said the same team. I asked for the supervisor. I was kept on hold for more than 5 mins and transferred to Chumki Mitra. She again confirmed the same thing that I dont have 3G activated on my number. And she will send a mail to rectify the mistake. That never got rectified and I never got any new bill, tht was reflecting the same.

                      Within 5 days on 10th May, my out going services got barred. I was told I need to pay 3000 to get the connection working again. I was shocked to hear that. I might have made a few call and a few texts, no ISD, how can the outstanding cross 3k. I was told either I need to pay or wait for the bill on 25th May. I told them, I am going oout of station on 22nd May. They said they cant do anything. I preferred not to pay and wait for the bill.

                      In the meantime I visited, the Tata docomo dive-in center, Indiranagar. There both Kavita and another person(I dont remember the name) said the same that the 3G is not activated and they cant do anything till I get the bill. The tata docomo is not working there due to change of dealership or that is wat they had informed me. I had to call STD to reach the customer care. Everytime I made a call, I was speaking to them for more than 30 mins and was on hold for more than 10 mins they tried transfering the call to the supervisor. Everytime the supervisors said they will call back and took the alternate number and no one called back. When I called back second third time I came to know that they were never saving my local number to call on their documents. And they asked for the locaql number to cal every single time. I had wasted more than 700 rs to call them while my cell was on roaming.

                      I returned on 8th and reached Indiranagar Dive-in center. The lady was refusing to understand the issue, saying that if there is amount on hte bill, than u have used it. Finally, she took my complaint and asked to wait till 13th May. She also told I will get a call back b ut no one called me back. I went again and spoke to Shahid. Shahid said that he wil write a mail and get it done, and will give a call back. Again, I only had to call and he said, he can work out only 1000Rs rebate on the bill.

                      I called up the nodal desk, some lady picked after the phone ringing a few times. I narrated the story to her again. She said she can provide only 1000 rs rebate. I reverted saying that it is not my mistake, I will not pay. She asked the names of the people whom I spoke to, and said she will get back to me. The next day I called, why she didnt call, she says that she didnt get the mail reply from the particular deptt so she cudnt reply. Now its been 7 days, and I didnt recieve any call from nodal desk too.


                      I feel cheated.

                      My questions:

                      1. Why is TATA DOCOMO not aware of the services that are activated on a number?
                      2. Why dont the TATA DOCOMO call back when there is a callback promised?
                      3. Why do they not provide the complaint number and follow up with that?
                      4. Why do they expect me to pay, when I have not used the service? Why ia TATA DOCOMO cheating on me?
                      5. How much time does it take to resolve an issue?
                      6. Why I was never given a new bill after the complaint was given on the first bill?
                      7. Why am I offered 1000 discount, does docomo take me as a begger for discounts?
                      8. When you people say "Keep it simple", what does it really mean?
                      9. I am told by some ads that if there is a fault on the bill you people will do something about it, does this not qualify as a fault? wat do they plan to do about this?


                      I feel lost, cheated.

                      the customer service executives keep cutting the call or puts the call on hold.
                      I lastly tried calling today at 11:30pm

                      They are neither ready to do a refund nor to lodge a complaint.
                      they put me on hold and ignore the call.

                        I have been Using a TATA PHOTON PLUS with no- [protected] for about an year, I'm on plan of Rs650 per month Exclusive of Taxes, Every Month I Usually Pay Rs.700 - Rs.800 as a bill payment in the month of October/2012 I had a bill of Rs.3400.00 . I was surprised to see the bill.... on top of it i get a minimum of 5 calls from TATA about the bill payment, I ask them about the bill clarification none of them have given me the correct clarification on this issue... From the recent day I'm getting some calls stating that they would pull me to Court if at all I don't Pay the entire, I donno where are we living , Either in Hyderabad or at some Forest.

                        The calls which we usually get The person on the other hand will be thinking that he is my boss. I don't know what to do....kindly let me know how to overcome this situation.

                            The outgoing facility of my above mentioned number has been barred ..when i tried to contact customer care....he said it has been barred for non submission of documents... I had submitted all the documents...its been more then 3 months o[censored]sing this sim and since then docomo had no problem with my documents...suddenly u people barred my number...i have hot received a single call from u for varification of my documents... On what basis u barred my sim???? If my documents were wrong, how u people allowed me to use that sim for 3 months ??? I have no time to go to nearest docomo shop nd again verify my documents...

                            Its of special mention that when i tried to talk to customer care representative he misbehaved and was not answering my single question ... every time i asked something ..he said '' ok sir , ok sir " nd then put my call on hold for so long and never answered...

                            The attitude of them are so irritating !!!

                            Docomo has no supervision on their customer care representatives !! Worst customer care service !!

                              Tata docomo is selling a product in the market called tata photon max with a claim that speed of 3.1GBPS will be available. However, after buying their product and taking their post-paid connection, I found that this was false and the speed in the product is about 500KBPS only. I have logged multiple complaints on their call center, and each time they call me and claim that it is resolved but that does not happen. I cant return the product nor can I get a cheaper subscription rate. This is wrong.

                                    i have an office in Magarpatta and have registered for a landline and wi-fi 1 Mbps FUP Plan 512 30 GB, on the 22/12/2012, through Mahesh Shubhla --[protected]
                                    after repeated number of calls,to Mahesh, the broadband was installed three days back.
                                    it worked fine for two days, but from yesterday onwards it is not working, and the landline has not been installed as yet.
                                    Mr. Borkar, the lineman at Magarpatta was contacted, he said he would turn up in 1/2 an hour, but did not do so, my work is suffering very badly b'coz of lack of communication services
                                    pls tell me whether u would be providing the landline or should i discontinue with ur 2 days of service

                                        my balance is dedudcting consecutively by docomo.

                                        1: Rs10 was deducted nearly on 14 12 2012 and i am not informed at all about this deduction.

                                        2:Rs67 Was deducted nearly on22 12 2012 , and i was informed that an calender is downloaded, but it didnot happened at all.

                                        3:Rs13 on 29 12 2012 and informed that i hv started mobile tuter, but i didnot.

                                        *In all cases except 1st my balance become Rs1 After deduction but in 1st case it become 0.
                                        *after 1st deduction i done nothing but after 2nd case i call to costomer care and they said no money will be returned by us, and then stop my customer care servises.

                                        please take some action sir.
                                        i hate docomo and going to port it.

                                        There was no discrepancy in the balance deduction as Rs. 7.90/- was charged for the internet browsing. However, the remaining amount of Rs. 79.03/- credited back to the account.
