Everyday i get a message from TD-NETWAP CINEONE service and my balence gets deducted by one rupee
I have contacted customer service around four times and they said the service well be disabled but no action has been taken , i am sick of this unfair method of removing currency

    2 I HAVE MNP THIS PREPAID NO FROM VODAFONE TO TATA DOCOMO ON 24 MAY 2011 FOR BETTER SERVICE

    3 SINCE THEN IAM REGULARLY USING THIS NO AND THERE WAS NO PROBLEM

    4 LAST RECHARGE WAS DONE ON 3-2-2012

    5 I HAVE GONE OUTSIDE FOR TRAINING AND CONFERENCE FROM FEB TO MAY END

    6 WHEN I CAME BACK AND USED THIS SIM IT SHOWED INVALID SIM

    7 I PHONED ON 1-6-2012 TO 121 CUSTOMER CARE.THEY TOLD ME THAT DUE TO NON VERIFICATION IT HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED. THEY TOLD ME THAT U GO TOMORROW TO TATA DOCOMO OFFICE WITH PROOF AND PHONE WILL START WITHIN 72 HRS

    8 ON 2-6-2012 I GONE TO TATA DOCOMO OFFICE JODHPUR PWD CHORAHA,MISS KANCHAN GEHLOT AND YOGESH SHARMA TOLD ME IT HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED ON 9 MAY 2012 AND U CAN NOT START IT AGAIN

    I TOLD THEM TO GIVE ME IN WRITING, THEN THEY MISBEHAVE WITH ME AND GIVE ME NOTHING

    9.I HAVE NOT RECD ANY CALL,MESSAGE,REGD LETTER ETC THAT U WILL DISCONNECT MY NO WITHOUT INFORMING ME
    .
    10 IT WAS SHOWN IN COMPUTER THAT I HAVE TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTS BY 31 MAY 2012,IT IS ONLY 2 DAYS DIFFERENCE

    .I TRANSFERED FROM VODAFONE WITH HOPE THAT I WUD GET EXCELLENT SERVICES FROM TATA DOCOMO BUT IT HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED DUE TO NON VERIFICATION.HOW WITHOUT VERIFICATION I USE FOR ONE YEAR

    AT THE TIME OF MNP I HAVE SUBMITTED ALL DOCUMENTS AND THATS WHY IT WAS PORTED

        Dear sir , I just start using Tata Docomo Prepaid service with 2 GB free internet service for 1 month my cellular no. For the same is : [protected] , on second day i was so busy in my work so i didnt use any service of the same but at evening when i dial a call i was surprised because they said that i have minimum balance , so i check my balance and it was 1.50 rs. instead of 41.50 rs. , so i call to the customer care and he said me that it was deduct because u have download a game , so i explain him that today i use internet for 0 time , then how can i download the game when i never surf the net ? So he check and told me that "Sir we will give u back ur 40 rs. Which will transact in to your mobile account" so i cut the call , but for 2 days i didnt get the balance so i call them again on today ( 02/06/2012 ) morning and their customer care executive (!) told me that there is no request for ur cell , so i argued with him that i already talked about it day before yesterday and your executive sid me that we will revert your deducted amount , but todays executive sid that we never revert ur money and cut the call , and also dedut 50 paise for the call for their mistake


        Please give me juatice for the same

        Tata Docomo — Wrong commitments

        My number is [protected] its a AIRTEL number which i ported out and took TATA DOCOMO, the only reason was that i m 90% on national roaming and docomo offers national roaming free, when i was at Goregaon outlet below thing informed by the customer executive MR.Neeraj.
        1) incoming would be free in indian if i m on docomo network ( in actual i m charged for )
        2) All SMS on docomo network would be free. ( in actual i m charged for )
        3) When i m on roaming and places where 3G is available i can access it ( in actual not possible )
        after complaining so many time to the customer service ( 121) who cant even speak english the final thing they have told me is sorry we cant help you, i was also informed by the same ppl that they have network issues in Mumbai as they don't have indore towers, one of them suggested me to tak a Blackberry service which should be helpfull for me after taking the service the problems are the same and the result is i m paying 399RS plus 299Rs every month without having proper service, and i was also informed to bare with them for few months more as they cant solve the problems and also pay for the service that i m not using, i am now confused that company like tata which i know since my birth is acting so cheap and frankly speaking i m loosing trust in it

            i am using TATA DOCOMO since 2year but now your service is not satisfied me b’ coz I have some problem with TATA DOCOMO details are below.

            1. Customer care number not working properly
            When I’m trying to call in customer care and press any key, there are no any responses from IVR. We have to listen IVR twice after working.
            2. Only one time call in day in customer care and take more time
            When we call in customer care number 198 we can talk to customer care executive only one time in day. Sometime call automatic cut when transfer to customer care executive and also take more time for transfer call to customer care executive.
            3. Your call rate is high
            When I decide to Port Company I mean I decide to going in other company than I type message port mobile number and send to 1900 I received below message.
            “Dear Customer, your unique porting code is TG442134 which is valid up to 7-6-2012.Thank You –TATA DOCOMO”

            I was send message to your company 23/5/2012 and I got one call from your company at 24/5/2012.
            Your customer care executive talk with me why you want to port. I am answering your call cost is very high so I want porting. And they told me we are providing 1 paisa 2 seconds skim for you free for three month but no any skim are activated and no any message from your company.

I tried to unsubscribe the same by dialling deacivation portal in the no 155223 but it says no pack is activated. Rs.10/week is deducted from my balance. This happens two times.. Kindly arrange to unsubscribe the same & refund of deducted amount.

                    I ported my number from Vodafone to Tata Docomo. My service started around 24th April. Myaccount no.[protected], ph no [protected] in Kolkata West Bengal

                    Complains:
                    1. Payment made but still outgoing was barred:

                    I got a bill and SMS to pay my bill urgently as I was nearing my credit limit. I registered myself on net and paid the bill on 25th of May online and paid Rs168 in excess. Still my outgoing was barred on 26th. Since then I called 121, emailed at [protected]@tatadocom.com, and now customer.[protected]@tatatel.co.in, AND visited your docomo office. The problem, apparently, is that my no is not showing in your database and hence none of these people are able to help me. Funnily, my number is there on your website so that I was able to register. It shows in your database which sends the bill, it even shows on net to take MY money from me, it also shows in the database which bars the outgoing, but it doesn't show itself to your customer care people or to people who can resume my services.

                    Later, I had asked your person at your Park street office to get my limit increased so that at least I can use my phone. This was after 4 days of not having outgoing service, which he agreed and finally in the evening of Wednesday, my service was finally restored, but even now, it can be cut anytime because I am close to that limit again.

                    2. No Customer Orientation, pathetic service, awful customer handling:

                    Your 121 people do not even have the courtesy to listen to your customer. One of your associate even hung up on me.

                    I emailed to your listen email service, every time I answered to the mail, a new person replied to it and none of them took time to even read the trailing emails to understand the problem, one of the associate had the gall to write that he can't help me because my number can not be seen in the database so I should write it again - clearly he had not bothered to check the whole email to know that WAS the problem I was complaining about. The other one asked to tell him my phone no so that he can call me, not checking that it is written in the subject line itself and also in the trailing mail. Yet another one wrote that he tried but my phone no was busy, (I didn't see any missed call though) clearly his responsibility ended when he wasn't able to reach me in one phone call. To wrap up my complaint obviously doesn't come in his Key Result Area. Now when I would reply back, it would go to another person and it wouldn't be his headache anymore.

                    I had gone to your office at Park Street, where I was told, my complaint will be resolved in 2 hrs, I took their ph number to follow up, in case it doesn't happen, after 4 hrs when it hadn't happened I called the number. I called 7 times before a person picked up and told me to call in 15 minutes in a very rude manner and hung up. After that I called again more than 20 times but nobody picked up. So I had to stop my work to go to your office. Then when I went there, I found out that nobody had even done any thing about it. I waited for 2 hours for them to fix it and finally I asked the floor manager, who finally stood still for 5 seconds to listen to what I was proposing, and he called somebody to increase my credit limit so that my service can be started and told me that it will start within half an hour. Since there was no trust in your service I stood there till it was restored. 3 hours and 6 pleas later, finally my service started.

                    3. False promises:

                    During sales pitch, I was given a wonderful plan, but I did not note it down. Second day again somebody called, asking me what plan I was given. Once she was convinced that I didn't note it down, she went ahead and gave me some other plan.

                    I was also told that TATA Docomo has great network throughout India. To my chagrin, I found out that you have no service in Ludhiana, and only patchy services in Bihar and Kolkata. I have to go to two other states for my work viz Odisha and Assam and numerous cities in the interios and I shudder to think what kind of service you would have over there since even in Kolkata my phone goes on roaming sometimes.

                    Sir, I would really appreciate if you could have pity on my poor self and just CANCEL MY PORT TO YOUR COMPANY AND LET IT REVERT TO VODAFONE OR ANY OTHER COMPANY FOR THAT MATTER. NO COMPANY CAN HAVE WORSE SERVICE THAN YOU. EVEN BSNL, WHICH IS A GOVT COMPANY HAS BETTER RESPONSE THAN YOU HAVE.

                      Respected Sir,
                      I used the postpaid service of tata docomo that was 5 month plan with 5 GB 3G data usage every month and Rs.650 every month
                      But after 1 month when my bill has come.. there was rs.1000 bill ..so i called customer care they said that you have only rs.1000 plan.
                      So now every week they call us so we said that please correct the bill and then give us !!

                        In my no.[protected] my service provider tata docomo has activated cricket pack without my knowledge and because of that daily they are deducting 2 rupees from last more than 8 days. On calling customer care they are not resolving the issue. Kindly help.

                          Dear Sir

                          Earlier i was using BSNL connection, but due to bad connectivity of BSNL i switch my connection from BSNL to TATA DOCOMO because i have heard from lots of friends that its service is best. After doing MNP my connection was woking fine. But nearly after one month suddenly my number was blocked and it showed sim card registration failed. When i called to customer care they told me that the document which i have provided was not verified in form of address.
                          Let me explain you my situation, i am basically from Chhattisgarh and currently i am pursuing my Engineering from IT-BHU Varanasi, so obiously i dont have any local address but i have voter ID card, Driving Licance, PASSPORT, PAN Card, BHU I-Card(which contain my local hostel address), after having all these legal documents how can my connection be cancelled without any prior notice. I should have informed about this condition, i would have again submitted the document. Then customer care told me to contact local Dealer, I contacted local Dealer in Varanasi, they told me fill a new form and give all documents, now its been nearly 10 days, after submitting new form, still i got no response.
                          When i contact the Dealer then he told me that he is checking, he has some server problem he cant check.
                          That number was nearly 3 years old so all my friends & family know that number only.
                          So please try to take some action & start my number ASAP.
                          If you tell me i can give all my documents again. But i am facing very much problem, nobody can contact me.

                            Hi,
                            Avinash here, on 08the May 2012 I got Call from tata docomo costumer care for 899/- postpaid unlimited offer. So I agreed and on 09the May 2012 executive from tata docomo came ( shashi [protected]) and took 899/- deposit amount and gave me receipt of that and sim number[protected]. And told withe in 1 week it will activate , on 25the I contact koramangala main Tata Docomo office and theey took 4 days to say theey dent receive any application in my name for theat plan last day contact person in office is (Sisir [protected]). where do I need to go ? plz some one help me.

                              Dear Team,

                              I am a prepaid customer of TATA DOCOMO, It has been observed that TATA docomo send flash SMS to user mobile, where it appears with service description and only "OK" option, by mistake i[censored] press OK or while unlocking the phone, if "OK" is pressed, it activates your subscription and service provider deducts your account, these services (i.e. "Tutor on Mobile" ) are auto renewed even if you stop the service they will keep on sending this flash SMS where user is likely to get trapped.

                              I strongly object such practice, its cheating and request service provider to immediately Stop such practice and refund my money, in parallel i am writing this mail to TRAI to seek their action on this case.

                              By such wrong practice TATA Docomo is damaging TATA brand image, they must stop such practice.

                                Hi, I bought a New connection of Tata Photon plus([protected]) from a tata docomo outlet in jaipur(Gaurav Tower). I submitted all the Document requited for the connection. After bought the connection, i received a sms in which they have written my Wrong address. I visited the same outlet again, showed the SMS to the executive and told him "I guess by mistake you typed the wrong address". please correct my address because i am going to Delhi for a month and i don't want any problem with my internet connection . He said- sir, i'll change the address.
                                Two-Three day back I receive a sms that we were unable to connect you at your billing address please visited the outlet again in 48 hrs. This time i called on their toll free number and explain each and every thing to the executive. He said- "Don't worry. When ever you go to jaipur just submvit the Same document again and we'll not cut your connection.
                                Today they have cut my connection I don't know why and also why there executives giving me the wrong information.
                                want to complaint against them, when i am not on the wrong hand, why they cut my connection

                                Tata Docomo — cut my internet connection without any reason

                                It's not about resolving my problem. If i am not on the wrong hand, who give you rights to stopped my services. I have Several meeting with my client, How i am suppose to give them presentation without internet connection and who will compensate of my lose.
                                I have took enough assistance from your executive. They Give wrong information's and miss Guide the consumers on each stage or they don't know how to resolve the problem.
                                I am facing this problem is because of your services and your executives. As you mention in your comment that my resolve shortly(That means minimum 48 hrs). I have several meeting with my clients in next 48 hours, where i have to give a demo of my product. without internet connection i am not able to give the demo of my product. Now i have a question for your- Who will be responsible for my lose.
                                The Docket number you have mention in your comment is being generated/register because i forced your executive to write a complain otherwise he is not ready to write my complain and Important thing is- He has no answers to my question. I think he know only one word that is "SORRY"

                                Yesterday i myself launched a complain against those guys[protected], why they gave me wrong information and why they are not solving my problem.Today when i call to the Toll free number to know the status of my complain. The Executive(Artz) told me that your complain had been closed. I asked him, how can you closed my complain without my approval. he has no answer of my question.
                                After requesting so many times, please write another complain, he did not write my complain and not allow me to talk to any senior person.
                                Is this type of service you provide to your customer or is this the way to talk to a customer. want to complaint against them, when i am not on the wrong hand, why they cut my connection

                                  I had two SIMS of TATA DOCOMO. An official came and offered a plan "small family plan" in which one should have three SIMS I accepted it and asked for a SIM. (third SIM is never used it is still packed). I used my old two SIMS under small family plan for seven months, Due to some reason I decided to port both numbers to Airtel and paid all dues to DOCOMO. After two months I received one phone call from customer care center of DOCOMO that you have to pay RS 2200/- I told them that there is some mistake at your end. They didn't' listen to me and daily they ask to pay the bill. After few days I got one call from Delhi from this No. [protected] a person from this number told a company registered a of 420 against you.Like this they h arras me several of times. Then I decided to go to their Head Office at Bhopal. There I met one Official named Miss Priyanka, she checked in their system and told me that OK every dues is settled now. She give me NO-DUES certificate also. My security Deposit of R. 1000/- is still with them, I don't.know whether they refund me or not.

                                  This company Harass me several of times, who is responsible for it, I want to claim Rs. 500000/- (Rs.five lacs) for it.

                                  Kindly suggest me what I do.

                                      I purchased tata photon connection vide id [protected].I requested the office to keep this connection in safe cutody in January.this connection is not in use since then.suddenly from last month i started getting calls from there customer care people for outstanding payment. while requesting them for safe custody we never heard from them fro starting services and even did not get any bill.Yesterday was surprising day for my wife she got call from nos [protected] & [protected] and threatening that case has been flied in tees hazari court ,to avoid any action deposit money in one hr.kindly do the needful

                                        Hi, My mobile no is [protected]. My name is kaushal kumar singh. Daily I get a message from NETWAP stating the alert of the day with some hyperlink. I have not subscribed for the service. my balance is being deducted for it. every time i recharge it deduct my balance. When I call customer care on 198 i didn't get any response after holding more than half an hour. i call customer care every time but i have not get any response yet every time says apki call line me h wait kro. my balance get deducted and i get sms of netwap. till now i have lost more than Rs10.i call to docomo deactivate no 155223 but there shows that no pack is activate. Unsubscribe the services and refund me the balance otherwise i have to use portability and switch off docomo.
