unsubscribe horoscope pack

Dear Sir,
My mobile no is [protected] of TATA DOCOMO. The company somehow activated the "Weekly Personalized Horoscope Pack". I tried to unsubscribe the same by dialling deacivation portal in the no 155223 but it says no pack is activated. Rs.10/week is deducted from my balance. This happens two times.. Kindly arrange to unsubscribe the same & refund of deducted amount.

Service cut even though payment given

EXTRA BILL

I used the postpaid service of tata docomo that was 5 month plan with 5 GB 3G data usage every month and Rs.650 every month
But after 1 month when my bill has come.. there was rs.1000 bill ..so i called customer care they said that you have only rs.1000 plan.
So now every week they call us so we said that please correct the bill and then give us !!...
