I am having active mobile number with all the balances for data, voice and sms. Still i am unable to send sms, tried to reach the customer care representative but in vain, all the numbers like 121, 198 are ivr assisted, and the option to speak the customer care executive is disabled. I want to port out of tata docomo for number [protected] but the messages were not going. Please do the needful so that i can generate port code
