I have been out of country only for few months and my my bangalore phone no. Got disconnected inspite of keeping it on on mobile.. However i do received messages.. Why is it so?? I would like to know the reason for being disconnected without giving prior notification sent to me... And it sound quite unfair.. Today i try to recharge balance but it doesn't work in the sense money was deducted but dint get the balance.. I try to place a call to customer care too but couldn't... Please activate it asap as it is link to my bank account... What should i do to get it activate??
Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Currently I am in USA and my number has been deactivated without my notice. I have been using this number from many years and I want my number to be reactivated. My number is linked to many accounts like bank, adhaar etc..So i can't lose this number. I will be back to india in 2 months and I'm in need of this number. Please reactivate it.

    I am not getting network from yesterday wiz. 27 sep 2018 here in bangalore so not able call anybody, receive call from anyone or use internet, hence facing lot of problems. I can't receive otp for some work as well.

    I tried manual network network selection to ind airtel or others but i am getting mm sim not provisioned.

    Please resolve this as soon as possible.

      I belive you have to check your data bases. Where i have complain to your team many time. I have't use any data.Then also clearly informed your team. I had 2G plan.First they told 4 automcataly actived.then they have told me i was 2 G Form they used .different people given me reply. I m ready to pay my uses like call use and rent . I will not going data uses payment which not used by me.even i have already escalated to consumer court about same.please me

      Looking at the long term relation, we would waived off the data usage charges . Request to pls make the payment of Rs . 1675 by 15th July, 18 and balance will be waived off as goodwill gesture .

                Hello, this is nagireddy sarath chandra. I am having a tata docomo prepaid sim card (+91 [protected]) from around last 3 years. I am having issue with sending sms to upi to use payment apps from almost last 2 months. When i am sending an sms it always says "message not sent". I tried to contact tata docomo care their direct complaint number (198 or 121 or etc) doesn't work.
                I tried to contact with them on their toll-free number[protected], but i am receiving the following response: "the outgoing call facility on this number is currently not available"

                  Tata docomo broadband connection i used about 3 years ago. I have discontinued and paid last amount after getting transferred to another location. But the company have been constantly calling and messaging saying i still need to pay money. Today the docomo people have logged complaint against me saying i have not paid the bill which is a total lie.

                          I can't send sms on 1900. I have sufficient balance and nothing is due on me. I have prepaid no.
                          While customer care shows busy and on my docomo app it shows number barred for non payment. I wonder how it is possible.
                          Every thing is ok as calling and sending sms on other numbers. I tried to call customer care and still ivr tells for busy.
                          Kindly resolve it as soon as possible.

                              I had a broadband connection from the company in nagpur account number[protected], telephone number[protected]. I had been paying their bills on the day they were raised all through. On 18th july as soon as i paid the bill - internet stopped working. After 2 days their call centre confirmed that they can't continue services in our area due to regulatory and other issues and i should take service from another service provider. During the current period they have at most provided service for one day and have sent a bill for rs 669. The monthly bill was rs 940. Since submitting the bill they are not responding logically to my requests for sending correct bill but have made my life miserable by calling several times daily and sending emails and smss.

But out of nowhere you have charged me for beach_models_shf at rs. 49, miny movies at rs. 35, gamepad49 at rs. 31. I haven't subscribed to any of the above services but you have charged me with these services. Also my recharge balance has become zero now.

                                      I do not want any of such subscriptions and i want my recharge amount back.

                                      This has disappointed me deeply.

                                        I was a user of your telemarketing lines for that i have deposited rs 50, 000 as security after january my lines was disconnected due to non-payment and 3 months later i received a refund cheque from your side but that cheque was expired (Because every cheque has a limited validity of 3 months). Afterward, i contact your team via mail. Every time your team executives give me a time, but nothing happens. If you have any problem to process my refund through cheque then you can directly transfer into my company's account.

                                        This is not a way to deal with your customers. At the time of starting the connection whatever you have demanded i submitted on a priority basis and on your officer's words i also visited twice at your okhla branch to complete the formalities.
                                        Now at the time of refund, you are taking soo much time. I didn't expect this time of service. If my refund cheque is ready, i'll ready to come to collect it.

                                        Please look into the matter on urgent basis and do the needful.
