I lost my DoCoMo sim, I registered a complaint to block the sim to the customer care. no response from the office.
I asked the currently available outlet to the customer care, they given three address in Bangalore, I went three places three of them are not available that has been closed.
they are giving fake address of their outlet. customer care peoples not meant for helping me.
I wanted to transfer my money by internet banking my OTP is registered in this mobile number, I suffered lot by this behavior from them. 3 days wasted because of them,
Still no response from DoCoMo.
