From yesterday night docomo network is showing emergency calls only/ no network. Without any intimation how network can be disconnected? That is my permanent number so all otp's are coming on that number. So, i'm not able to do my official work. How bad it is without any intimation they are disconnecting the network. Can you please try asap or i have to lodge a complaint to regional head.
Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have called customer care and told that the Sim card showing no service in the mobike phone.they told to do manual settings but still after i am facing the same issue. Can i know the reason why its not working? if I call the customer care again the answer they will give me same but no solution.
There is no network in tata docomo, otp is coming on that no but suddenly from yesterday night there is no network i tried every thing but still problems are there. Plz resolve the isse as soon as possible.

    My tata docomo brodband account no is

    Which is disconnected from 02nd june 2018, i have raised complaint several times to fix it but it was not done from there side then i sent mail to discontinue the services they didn't process that too

    And they have generated bills from
    09/06/18 to 04/07/18 rs.1124.00/-,
    And 05/07/18 to 04/08/18 rs.878.00
    Which i didn't pay because in that period of they were not providing internet service to me

    Now they are sending legal notice to me

    Please do somthing so that they can stop harssing me

      I have been using one tata docomo number since so long as i have been to some other location and i also port in other circle with cdma to gsm (Port in tata docomo itself in raigad, pin 402201) and when after some days found my sim number is showing as invalid and i have linked so many accounts to this number, without informing me how come they have stopped the service and when i m trying to call customer care i am not able to call even as message is popping up mobile service not registered on network, kindly help me out in re activation of sim as its is very important for me.

I am having issue with sending sms to any other numbers from almost last 1 months (As i feel may be this problem is older). When i am sending an sms it always says "message not sent". I tried to contact tata docomo care their direct complaint number (198 or 121 or etc) doesn't work. Although i tried to contact with them on their tollfree number [protected] and other And i am having trouble due to not able to send sms. Please help...

          I have been using my Tata Docomo number since 2011. For last couple of months, I was posted in another state due to office work. And I did not have network coverage in that area. Now I have returned to mu state.
          Now when I checked my mobile number says as invalid.
          Although I have recharged it regularly.
          Please look into the issue.

            Dear tata docomo executive,
            My sim card is not detected in any hand set and the number i am using is very important since i am using the same for 8 years. All of a sudden, network connectivity is not establishing in any headset. Locality is chennai, tambaram, tn. Requesting you to support either to provide a duplicate sim/fix the existing one and the problem is tata docomo offices are not located nearby.

              I have been charged a sum of rs. 25 for a service called "gamepad49" for which i didn't even subscribe to
              I received a message saying that i've been charged 25 rupees for the same
              Such unsolicited deduction from my balance is utterly shameful on the part of my service provider and i expect reparations in the form of a refund at the earliest, if they wish to not lose their customer and their brand image.

              I am from Bangalore from Karnataka, I was using your number [protected] from docomco I recharged it for 165 on 19/10/2018 but subsequently disconnected, kindly do the needful for activation.                 I have been a customer of tata docomo for a long time but today at 9:06 i got a message that i am subscribed to gamepad49 that to for rs. 14.02 that to when i didn't subscribe for the same and have the bal. Of rs. 15 something.in the message i am provided with the toll-free number to dial or sms to unsubscribe or to stop but it's not working so kindly call or sms on [protected] or email me on [protected]@gmail.com

                Through external source I got to know that docomo service in declined...
                I am trying to recharge my docomo no. Since 15 days but it's not happening..
                I want to port my no. Or at least please help me to resolve my issue

                  I've been a customer of tata docomo for a long time. And i've been happy with the services. But out of nowhere you have charged me for beach_models_shf at rs. 49, gamepad49 at rs. 37. I haven't subscribed to any of the above services but you have charged me with these services. Also my recharge balance has become zero now.

                  I do not want any of such subscriptions and i want my recharge amount back.

                  This has disappointed me deeply.

                    I lost my DoCoMo sim, I registered a complaint to block the sim to the customer care. no response from the office.
                    I asked the currently available outlet to the customer care, they given three address in Bangalore, I went three places three of them are not available that has been closed.
                    they are giving fake address of their outlet. customer care peoples not meant for helping me.
                    I wanted to transfer my money by internet banking my OTP is registered in this mobile number, I suffered lot by this behavior from them. 3 days wasted because of them,
                    Still no response from DoCoMo.

                      Hello sir,

                      I had a tatadocomo boradband connection, i generally pay once in a year, every renewal they give me a new connection and close the old connection. For a/c
                      [protected], in the same month i had two connection as they failed to disconnect. Now i'm being chased to make the payment for 2nd connection that i never used.

                      How can get justice here? Though the amount is just 1785, but i'm not liking being fooled for no reason.

                        Hi team,

                        You have written your service will be discontinued wef 30 nov for international roaming.

                        I am using it in new zealand and not even able to port my number by sending port xxxxxxxxxx to 1900. Note:xxx is my number which i wanted to port.

                        My money is keep on deducting and not even getting the message. Please help. Or confirm that our service would be still there after 30 nov if you merge with airtel so that we will be on airtel with ir activated.

                        I have been given false promise from your customer care who dont even know this. There are thousands of customers around the world are affected and helpless because of your answers and decisions. I am 7 year old customer and regretting now for trusting you.

                          Please provide instructions how to change my micro sim to nano sim without changing my phone number in kochi, kerala.

                          I am out of country. I need to use it once i reach back home. Is it possible to postal a new sim if proper verifications are provided. Or do i need to visit personally to any nearby shop.

                          I had unknowingly locked my sim card and now its asking for PUK code to unlock the same. But since i have forgotten the password and unable to guess hint question and answer i am unable to login to the docomo account. The customer care number is not getting connected and email query is not answered. Kindly help to unlock the sim.

                            I am on international roaming and tata docomo never worked at usa. I have registered a complaint (M[protected] and its more than 24 hours no response has been received, escalated to regional appellate authority "appellate. [protected]@tatadocomo.com" and it seems the complete tata docomo team is very irresponsible and they never understand the customer situation. A person in abroad without a phone number how is managing??

                                My sim is not working since 24 hrs.. Its showing emergency sim since yesterday morning. I am staying far from my own city and unable to connect to anyone.@tata. Docomo can you make the fix at earliest as this is a very serious problem i am facing since 1 day. It should get a priority resolution as this is hampering my important calls.                                   I called to 121(Tata Docomo) and informed to change by mobile number from postpaid to prepaid and he replied it will be done in 5 to 7 workings days, i even asked him whether i have to submit any documents he said not required. after few days i got message to submit my identity proof in near by store and i have called to customer care service to know near by store and accordingly i went there and shopkeeper informed me that they are not taking any documents and we have to submit it in main office. after few days i called to customer service informed this story to him he told in hyderabad there are only two centers where postpaid is converted to prepaid and gave me balanagar store address i tried to call him and he informed me that it is not available. Kindly help me in converting my mobile number from postpaid to prepaid. I have submitted my request in August.

                                      My phone number [protected] was registered with t24 mobile which was the migrated to tata docomo and i got a message about it. After that i have not been getting service on my device. My phone network always displays - 'emergency calls only' even when we have service for tata docomo in our city. Also i have all my bank accounts, email and important stuff as such linked to this number.
                                      I need the problem to be checked asap its causing a lot of troubles.

                                        I am kiran kumar ([protected]) using the tata docomo prepaid sim since 2014.
                                        I m not able to send sms. Each time i call the customer care, they say there is no issue and refresh the sms centre no as [protected] and then restart the phone which i have done some 4 to 5 times but still i m not able to send sms.

                                        Kindly resolve this issue or give me a solution for this.
