I was not able to recharge my number due to some issues, i was having very important calls from that number. and tata docomo service suddenly disconnected my no. with out even communicating i want my no back as soon as possible.i have connected that number to several documents and sites now i am not been able to use this facilities due to this disconnectivity of my number i just want my number back.

    Balance was in my said mobile no. Was rs.70/- again i deposited rs.35/-, no outgoing phone calls made from my phone but the balance became nil. Please you return the amount. Kindly check and refund the amount at the earliest. Tata docomo sim i am using for more than 8 years, i have not faced this type problem but last week i have seen repeatedly unnecessarily without phone calls my amount debited. Please look in the matter.

      Ldr suscription and i player subscription is automatically deducting my mobile balance even though i did not opt for that subscriptions. What kind of a service it is? Even though we did not opt for these subscriptions manually, its automated and deducting all my mobile balance. Please unsubscribe my number from these subscription and restore my balance back to my number. ([protected])

        My name is ankit verma and currently, i am in oman. Since last 6 months, i was in germany so i took my tata docomo sim out of my mobile. Although i had recharged my number in order to avoid this problem. But now when i have reinserted my sim then i found it to be deactivated this number is linked to various things and it is the main indian number i have.in a few days i will reach india and if this problem continues then i will have a very hard time to contact many people. How can i reactivate my mobile number? Is it possible to solve it online? Help

          My tata docomo number was off for about five months but i have used the sim for four to five times in between that period and now that i put the sim on my phone it is showing "not registered on network / emergency calls only" and even when i filled the no. On tata docomo website for complaint it shows "invalid no."
          Some of my important email accounts and some other accounts have been linked to that number... Please help me out

            Hai this is mohan chandra royal, i'm using docomo since last 8 years. Recently i applied for ap dsc 2018 exam and from yesterday on wards im not getting the one time password but it is mandatory to select the examination centers. I called to customer support they didn't respond to my issue. It is an emergency case please solve my issue as early as possible.

            Getting error 10, msg not sent. I do reach the of 10 rs. That is also not reflecting. And msgs are nit getting sent.

              Hi, i haven't subscribed for any ldr service. But yesterday i got message that ldr service has been activated on my no. And rs.35 was deducted twice from my account. I even dont know what the ldr service was and why the money has been deducted from my account. I sent an sms to stop that service to 155223. Can you please refund my rs.75 back to my account. Thanks for the help in advance.

                I work for tata consultancy services and i took two tata docomo postpaid cug numbers ([protected] and [protected]) as the sales person convinced me that there wont any bills generating as these are cug numbers and im tcs employee. I took them in 2015 feb/march, and i've not used them, almost never.

                For last two three months i've been receiveing calls/messages, from docomo people that i've outstanding bill amount of 339rs on each number, and i told them im reluctant to pay on the basis

                1) i've not used the services
                2) im still working for tcs
                3) i've not received statements of bill on mail or hard copy

                Today a lady called me from number +91 [protected], and threatened me that she is going to raise a legal notice for that.

                Please suggest, how should i deal to get rid of this?

                For mobile porting purpose I send message(PORT [protected]) to 1900 But UPC code is not generated .I sent nearly 20 times. I gave complaint so many times but no response from your side. Immediately I want UPC code other wise I will give complaint to TRAI
                My tata docomo sim card gets blocked. So, please give me PUK code of my phone no.[protected] and card no.[protected]
                My Tata Docomo card was unfortunately locked so please help me to give puk code for my number because I don't know how it's locked

                    Tata docomo is not allowing me to port my number to jio.
                    I have sent port sms 10 days before and i have also bought replacement jio sim. But tata docomo is not processing my request, so i am struck up in between the process of porting.
                    Date of port sms sent: november 10
                    Mobile number: [protected]
                    The upc code is valid only till november 25. If it is processed within that, i have to start the process from the beginning sending port sms again.
                    Please help me resolve this issue.

                      Sir, the message i wish to send through my tata docomo sim, does'nt deliver. As i want to add my number to online services so i am facing a lot of problems... Plz resolve it as soon as possible.
                      Since i need to merge my mobile number to some online sites for the purpose of working on it. I really need my tata docomo sim to be worked. I am using this sim for 12 years. Everyone connects me via this mobile number. I hope that i will resolve my issues. It will be very thankful.

                        Today i got this message.
                        "hi! You have subscribed to ldr at rs22.65 for 4 day (S). Due for renewal on 23-nov-2018. To stop, dial or sms stop to 155223 (Tollfree)."

                        Just i want to tell you that i didn't activate any kind of service. I spoke with your customer care executive but of no use. I am using this number from last 5 years. But i am facing this issue for first time.

                        Please look in to this matter and i want refund of the deducted balance.

                          I did online recharge on my number [protected] for 148 rupees pack...
                          My transaction was not processing,
                          It showed error but still 148 rupees were deducted from my idbi bank account.. Please refund the money or do the recharge as soon as possible.. Transaction status is also not shown..
                          I did the recharge on 19th november..
                          The time of recharge is around 10.15am.

                          I lost my phone 2 days back. I went to the docomo store and gave my documents for verification and got a duplicate sim. They said it will be active in 4 hours . 24 hours is over till now its not activated.

                          I tried to contact Docomo but there toll free numbers are not reachable
                          I was a subscriber of Tata Docomo in prepaid category. From 3rd instant I started getting call after call intimidating me but out of fear i got them deleted.But now I want to take police help to get out of the problem permanently for which I need all the call details for the above period.                               I've been a customer of tata docomo for a long time. And i've been happy with the services. But out of nowhere you have charged me for beach_models_shf at rs. 18. I haven't subscribed to any of the above services but you have charged me with these services. Also my recharge balance has become zero now.

                              I do not want any of such subscriptions and i want my recharge amount back.

                              This has disappointed me deeply...

                                I have recharge my tata docomo no [protected] on 17 nov at 11.30 am for rs97 by paytm upi money is deducted from my bank account but recharge is not received on my no till now.                                 Where can i get my circuit id? I have paid the bill but the line is still disconnected since yesterday. If i call the helpline no. they ask for circuit id.

                                  I am docomo customer, my no. Is [protected]... It was all going well but before a month i started facing a problem.. I was not able to receive and sent message to any kind of company... I am able to recieve messages from a person like my friends and family but not able to send and receive any messages from company.. And the main corcern is not about company messages, it is about bank otp... All of bank is registered with this no. [protected] and i got otp from that... I am not even able to send the message of port to change my sim operator..

                                    I am facing a issue in tata docomo sim, actually i need a micro sim for my phone so i went to the shop to cut it down into micro sim but shopkeeper missed the spot and cut it down resulting in the sim stopped working.. I want replacement for the sim which no. Is [protected] and the sim was not on my name... As i purchased it in 2012-13 don't know the exact date and don't know on whose name is the sim issued...                                       I've been a customer of tata docomo for a long time. And i've been happy with the services.
