I work for tata consultancy services and i took two tata docomo postpaid cug numbers ([protected] and [protected]) as the sales person convinced me that there wont any bills generating as these are cug numbers and im tcs employee. I took them in 2015 feb/march, and i've not used them, almost never.
For last two three months i've been receiveing calls/messages, from docomo people that i've outstanding bill amount of 339rs on each number, and i told them im reluctant to pay on the basis
1) i've not used the services
2) im still working for tcs
3) i've not received statements of bill on mail or hard copy
Today a lady called me from number +91 [protected], and threatened me that she is going to raise a legal notice for that.
Please suggest, how should i deal to get rid of this?
