Dear sir/madam,
As i am currently outside india and was not regularly using my tata docomo number [protected], it got deactivated on sep 17 because of low balance & idle use. I was using this number for so many years and this one is listed in my all important bankaccounts/passports/visa etc. As its only few days over 15days grace period of reactivation of number, i humbly request you to please help me in reactivating my number. I can also pay any reactivation fees if applicable. I already followed up on your customer care email, transaction # m35320560 but did not get any satisfactory response yet. I did not realized of low balance as there is no way to check it here in us and it got off radar. Please please please reactivate it to avoid me all inconvenience as a gesture for being a long term customer for docomo.

Yours company deduct 50/- R.S. amounts without any reason. Customer executive says that a game download by my father but my is 65 years old he is not now about any game and he use simple key pad phone. How is possible that a game download on his phone.. So pls refund this amount
