Sir i am regular customer of tata docomo
From yesterday 18 oct, 2018 my sim network shows only emergency calls.

I have tried my sim in other phone then i realised that company has either blocked or deactivate my sim

This number is very important for me
Because it is linked from several govt services like aadhar and bhamashah etc.
And you have deactivated my number without prior information
Company has not right to deactivate the sim without giving prior information to customer

Sir please activate my docomo no [protected].

Tata docomo replies me that about my complain that your SIM has active but still it is not showing network connection

And also tell me to go to the seller or retailer of tata docomo service points shops for sim replacement. When I go to one shop manju shree situated at kishangarh, he tells me I was the dealer of tata docomo but now I have not any work of tata docomo and not belongs it.
Please tell me

Yours company deduct 50/- R.S. amounts without any reason. Customer executive says that a game download by my father but my is 65 years old he is not now about any game and he use simple key pad phone. How is possible that a game download on his phone.. So pls refund this amount

    Iam Rajesh from Chenbai.I tried to send portable sms but i am unable to send sms from my Tata Docomo number [protected].i called to the customer care no they gave#33*1234#but still it is not working.because i an doing business network in this area is very poor kindly take a complaint and avail me to send port sms.

      When i talked to customer care they give me number #33*1234# to call and said that this will solve the problem.
      But this soln also did not work for me
      In my area tata docomo network is very poor so i want to port my number
      But i think company does not want

        Actually I had a problem with incoming calls like I was missing many call so I called customer care they told me to dail 33*1234* . But now I am not able to call n text anyone.. it's telling like temporarily service are unavailable... please take it a urgent issues and hope you will solve this problem soon.. it's already been more than two to three days I'm not able to call anyone please do consider as emergency

          I am using this no for past 3 Years (No. [protected]). Since last week I am facing the issue of 'No Network'. I am EX TATA employee, I always had a good opinion of tata group. I have this no. linked to all of my documents. I have to withdraw my pf, but since there is no network available on this no. I wont be able to complete this until and unless I get my network back. Please provide me with the solution. I cant port my no as this no is not registered under my name.

          My Tata docomo number is not working . Please it's emergency I am a doctor...I can not contact my patients . Need to resolve this problem as soon as possible . My number is [protected] . Can't contact customer service centre also . Please help at the earliest
          Whenever I try to send message it shows that message could not sent and this problem is from last 1 year. I have tried #33*1234# but it doesn't help. Please try to resolve this ASAP.

            I purchased Tata Docomo sim on 13.10.18.But it's not activated till now.I called customer care many times but there is no response.I fell into so much trouble.I think it is a responsible company but in my case its too bad.They are playing with customers patience.There is many other tele services butTata Docomo previous services was good.So, Ipurcased this.please solve my problem as early as possible.

            My broadband account no.[protected]. Sir, i have closed my office from santacruz in mumbai. I would like to close my broadband connection.Tried reaching at many centres but all of them were shut down. Request to do it immediately. As I do not have any office now, please disconnect the broadband and my tel. no [protected]. Thank You.
            My balance is getting deducted without even using it...how much ever i recharge its getting automatically deducted...today i recharged for 50 rs and now i just have 19 rs without even using it...please check the problem and refund my money soon.

              Dear sir
              My mobile network disconnecting regularly approx 1 hour once for 1-2 min even at good network area this problem is there for more than one year, since i complained to my customer care they not soved this issue. Kindly look into this and resolve my problem. Im suffering a lot with this problem, my official calls are disconnecting due to this problem..

                My number is disconnected due to 2 reasons (These reasons are from tatadocomo repesentative:
                72xxxxxx56 is disconnected on 22-mar-2018 at 04:24 am due to
                A) non usage greater than 90 days :
                This case is not possible becuase i was in india and used this sim from 12th march till 15st march. I have the evidences

                B) balance less than rs.20/- : as per trai regulations this is not allowed. Please find below regulation from trai.

                This is pure case of fraud and cheating and non compliance with trai regulations. I want justice for this. This has caused lot of personal issues to me.

                  My tata docomo sim tamil nadu circle got deactivated 90 days back and i checked the reactivation procedures with a retailer and he said the sim can be reactivated only after 90 days.
                  Tomorrow is the 90th day and i'm currently
                  Staying in kerala and all the docomo stores here are permanently closed, tried to contact docomo customer care number and it cannot be reached. How to reactivate the number will i loose the number to someone else after 90 days.

                    I have a tata docomo number ([protected]) which has been blocked by the service provider from the past 10 days. When iam calling the customer care they are asking me to go to docomo stores and speak to them but there is no valid docomo address outlet in hyderabad.
                    There is no correct response from the service provider side. It is an important number to me as i have been using it from the past 6 years.
                    I just want to get the sim activated so that i can get it port to another service provider but they are not even doing so.

                          My sim with number [protected] not activated. My old sim was broken and i applied for new meanwhile my sim was blocked then i unblocked it by docomo center representative and then he issued new sim then i padi charges as well but sim is not activated.
                          Then again i went to the docomo center office in pune they issued another sim but that sim also not activated.

                          This sim number is linked everywhere pan aadhar bank accounts all portals, tez, paytm etc. So i cant do any transactions

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            As i am currently outside india and was not regularly using my tata docomo number [protected], it got deactivated on sep 17 because of low balance & idle use. I was using this number for so many years and this one is listed in my all important bankaccounts/passports/visa etc. As its only few days over 15days grace period of reactivation of number, i humbly request you to please help me in reactivating my number. I can also pay any reactivation fees if applicable. I already followed up on your customer care email, transaction # m35320560 but did not get any satisfactory response yet. I did not realized of low balance as there is no way to check it here in us and it got off radar. Please please please reactivate it to avoid me all inconvenience as a gesture for being a long term customer for docomo.

                              I have ported my number [protected] from tata docomo service to some other provider due to network problem at my residence from last month.
                              Now i got a bill of excess charges of data usage with in 15 days and full amount for a month.

                              Kindly request you waive the excess bill in data usage amount and request you to charge the internet charges for pro rata basis..
                              Also request you to review the data usage during these days.. There is no way for this much of charge for data usage for 15 days.. Something went wrong.. I was using this no for the last 5 years with you.. This is the first time am getting a bill of data usage that too for 15 days.. That too with out any network in my residence...

                              Now we are getting messages telling that they will take some legal action unless paid it immediately.. I already raised this issue to the appellate tribunal and it is pending with them.. Its really annoying a matter is pending with app tribunal and mean time sending these type of messages that too others mobile..
                              Really unethical behavior..

                                December 2017 i sent a mail to tata docomo regarding discontinuation of service after paying the bill amount on 25th december. I was unhappy with the speed provided at the high pack rates. Further, after a call with customer service i agreed to try a month pack of rs 399. After 27 january i have discontinued my service but now they are sending me bill amount of rs 1170 which is unfounded and incorrect.

                                    My tata docomo sim - [protected] is deactivated showing sim card registration failed even i am actively using the number in whatsapp.
                                    I have linked this number with my bank account too. All the existing tata docomo showrooms/service are closed. There is no way to contact the customer care without a tata docomo sim. I need to re-activate my sim card again.

                                    My Tata docomo mobile number has been deactivated. All my bank accounts and several other accounts are linked to the number. I need this urgently for OTP to transfer the money. I have not been using this number since the last few months and thus the balance is less than 20. But I need that number to be activated urgently to withdraw my money.

                                      I was a postpaid user of docomo for past 5 years and recently i found some discrepancy in bills due to which i raised complaint but was unsolvable so i recently ported to other network clearing all my bills after which only my number was successfully ported. But recently i got a message from docomo that i have an outstanding bill for rs 4635. My regular bills would be around rs 450 only. Even if i used for one year i wont get that amount. Please have a look over this and do the needful.

                                      I had network problem.. so i replaced my sim but sim registration failed
                                      I have Tata docomo prepaid number [protected], which is temporarily deactivated. Neither I can call nor I can receive cal from anyone but i can able to recharge so I request you to kindly activate the SIM.

                                        Respected sir/ma'am
                                        I am using docomo since last so many years from chhatisgarh, but now i have shifted to pune and here docomo is working horribly, even they charge roaming for incoming calls, i tried to contact customer care so many times but the calls are not connected, i tried to port my number to other network even message was failed to send! Iam sick and and tired of this network i just want to port my number that's it
