Dear sir,
I was a user of your telemarketing lines for that i have deposited rs 50, 000 as security after january my lines was disconnected due to non-payment and 3 months later i received a refund cheque from your side but that cheque was expired (Because every cheque has a limited validity of 3 months). Afterward, i contact your team via mail. Every time your team executives give me a time, but nothing happens. If you have any problem to process my refund through cheque then you can directly transfer into my company's account.
This is not a way to deal with your customers. At the time of starting the connection whatever you have demanded i submitted on a priority basis and on your officer's words i also visited twice at your okhla branch to complete the formalities.
Now at the time of refund, you are taking soo much time. I didn't expect this time of service. If my refund cheque is ready, i'll ready to come to collect it.
Please look into the matter on urgent basis and do the needful.
