Dear sir,

I was a user of your telemarketing lines for that i have deposited rs 50, 000 as security after january my lines was disconnected due to non-payment and 3 months later i received a refund cheque from your side but that cheque was expired (Because every cheque has a limited validity of 3 months). Afterward, i contact your team via mail. Every time your team executives give me a time, but nothing happens. If you have any problem to process my refund through cheque then you can directly transfer into my company's account.

This is not a way to deal with your customers. At the time of starting the connection whatever you have demanded i submitted on a priority basis and on your officer's words i also visited twice at your okhla branch to complete the formalities.
Now at the time of refund, you are taking soo much time. I didn't expect this time of service. If my refund cheque is ready, i'll ready to come to collect it.

Please look into the matter on urgent basis and do the needful.

    I had deactivated the tata photon [[protected]] on 19th march 2018 via email to customer care. On 8th april i have cleared all my bill till 20th march 2018. And i had a conversation with customer care that i have already disconnected this number in march and i have cleared all my dues. If i receive any bill further i will not pay. After one month i got one more bill (20/03/18 to 19/04/18).

    Every day i am getting calls from tata docomo to clear outstanding and every day i am explaining when i have already disconnected and i haven’t used the data card for entire month (There is no single usage in april 18 bill) then why should customer pay and when he/she already disconnected the service.

    If this is the case that you people will harass your ex loyal customers (Who were paying bills on time from last 3 to 4 years without any delay).

    I have contacts who specialize in various fields of law and i will ensure this time i don’t spare you guys for harassing me.

    Kindly look into this matter. These people making our live hell without any reason

      Hello team my mob no.[protected] shows error as "sim card registration failed". How can tata docomo deactivate my mobile without sending cautionary sms. I was not making call for a long time
      But how can u deactivate my number without sending an sms (Or email).
      I[censored] have deactivated, then you must give another chance to retain the number after recharging some amount.
      How can u totally stop my mobile no. I am using this no.
      For banking transaction so i can't afford to loose this no.

      Please solve the problem on a priority basis, because i need banking transaction immediately.

        Hello i am 10+years user of tata docomo but when now i have problem about network then i am calling to customer care he told me to use this card and recharge it and company give u 1month extra recharge for your plan but when i calling again to ask him then he does not properly give mi answer and again told me does not any offer for your mobile. I call at 14aug2018 to customer care he told fake information. And and last 9sep not properly give me the answer

          I have tried searching for DoCoMo stores in order to get nano sim for my existing number but I could not find any in my locality. I have tried reaching one DoCoMo outlet but the response I got is they are not providing nano sim now I need to get nano only from one store in Hyderabad.could you please check this issue and let me know if I can get the nano sim for my existing DoCoMo number.if yes please let me know the procedure I'm reachable at chaithanya.[protected]@gmail.com.please do mail me regarding the issue.

            Am not receiving any incoming calls, messages in my tata docomo number [protected], even outgoing calls are not working. The issue was reported on september 8th, however i have not received any responses from tata docomo team. Please note i have moved to qatar and i need to keep my tata docomo number active for someother reasons.

            I have already dropped a detailed note to [protected]@tatadocomo.com, with all the details.

            Kindly help me.

            I am using a prepaid tatadocomo from last 10 years. I am using international roaming from last 5 years. I was able to receive the otp and other promotional messages. Recently i was not able to receive. They kept saying it will be addressed but nothing has been done.
            i have a balance of 124 rupees.
            I tried to send PORT SMS from the my mobile number [protected], many times but the sms is not being send.
            I am presently in Qatar I have Indian no since 5 years I am using and wanted to keep that active for bankig reson please let me know the process for the same

              I have been using one tata docomo number since so long as i have been transferred to some other location for shorter period of time and when i came back found my sim number is showing as invalid and i have linked so many accounts to this number, without informing me how come they have stopped the service and when i m trying to call customer care i am not able to call even as message is popping up mobile service not registered on network, kindly help me out in re activation of sim as its is very important for me.

                I lost my sim card along with mobile... I purchased this sim card nine years ago using my cousin uncle's i'd proof.. Now he is not with us he passed away last year.

                I lost my sim card, for that i want to get new sim in same number
                I went to docomo store in indore and did the precess with my aadhaar details.
                But my sim is not activated till now even after 10 days.
                No solution till now
                I lost my important contact nd all link up messages (Notifications)
                I want immediate solution for this..
                I feel sad about docomo.. The way they are treating customer. If this solution will not solved by docomo then i have to change my no. To other telecom company

                  As I have moved to out of country.I am not able to use it.Tata docomo number [protected] is deactivated.
                  I am suffering a lot due to this, And Customer care is not responding too
                  As I have all the bank account and other accounts information are linked to it.I need it activated.I am calling again and again customer care.no response and even I am not able to call 121.and helpless.please reactivate.I have been a old customer of docomo.these kind of service are not expected from a company like this.

                    I was a customer (Ac#[protected] using the tata docomo data card for close to 7 yrs since 2011. Tata docomo had intimated that they would no longer be providing services from march 20th 2018 and asked to swap the datacard with airtel. Airtel also provided an offer to swap tata docomo datacard for free without any initial fees during that period.

                    I had promptly swapped to airtel effective mar 22nd as my datacard was used for official purpose and is a corporate one and not a personal one. But tata docomo have billed me for april 2018 & partially for may 2018 as they provided additional extension time and asking me to pay the dues for april and may. They have been harassing me with daily calls inspite of explaining to them that i did not have the tata docomo data card with me and did not use their services as well as their datacard was already swapped with airtel hotspot.

                    They have been relentless for the last 5-6 months. I have been using the swapped airtel hotspot effective march 22nd 2018 ancd continue to use it till date. Pls help me resolve the issue by cancelling the apr and may 2018 amount which they consider as dues. You may also verify that i have not used the tata docomo data card after mar 20th 2018 as evidence.

                            Hi I am manisha i have been using my Tata Docomo number since almost 5-6 years. Sunce last 3-4 months i have noticed that i am unable to send text msgs from the same sim. Although I tried contacting the customer care and also wrote an email regarding the same, however I didn’t get a response or any kind of solution to this problem. This number of mine is linked with many official things and sometimes i need to send text msgs for communication with banks and other offices... i request you to please help me with the solution asap.

                              Sir/madam,
                              Now i am in saudi arabia. Iast 4 years i am using tata docomo sim. Last one year i am in saudi and the sim is working normally but last one month the sim is temporary disconnected. I used this number in bank account, passport, mail account and etc, now all messages coming but call is not coming in last one month. Kindly pls help and solve the problem

                                  Since last few days it is showing roaming on my number. If you call from some other number on my number it says "your dialled number might be incorrect".. There's no network problem here and even my phone is also working fine. I have not contacted customer service yet though.                                     I am having a Tata Docomo Prepaid sim card from around last 3 years. I am having issue with sending and receiving SMS from / to my number from last 2 days. When I am sending an sms it always says "Message not Sent". And even I am not able to receive a single sms from any of the number. Tata Docomo guys says that there is no issues with the network but here most of the times I am having issues even with the incoming calls and due to that I have to forward my number to another number. I have called the Customer care several times but the issue has not been resolved from last 2 days. And I am having trouble due to not able to receive import sms from my Banking and financial related details. Please help.

Due to bad network & slow Internet I have Ported the same number to other operator on 25th August 2017. But till now I didn't receive my security deposit.                                         My name is rahul sonthalia. Using sim card of tata docomo with number +91 [protected]. I'm here to say about by deactivated sim card. As i am out of station for an year, my sim has been deactivated. As this is my permanent number distributed in all my contacts and job relations (Very important) and registered in all financial institutions where i hold accounts like bank, passport and all other accounts. I kindly request you to activate my sim card as quick as possible.

                                        This is real cheat, Tata is giving an opportunity for the black marketers and roadside vendors to loot the public, by giving them the authority to activate the deactivated numbers at multiple times the price of a new sim. Firstly they cheated me by deducting my balance as well deactivating my card without any intimation. Shame on their part.
