I am fed up with this, no one is able to call me as it says "invalid number". I am able to call people but unable to get calls. This is happening with me from last 2 to 3 months. I have complained 2-3 times but no one is giving a proper response. I have been told to call on number #35*1234# and it, it said call bearing has been disabled. But still my issue persists. No one is able to call me, parents, friends, relatives even important calls from my working place. Its rreally frustating, not expecting this from tata docomo. Please look into this asp.

    Docomo has stopped service on my number without any notice. From 7th august 2018 my network has stopped working. How they can stop the service without any notice. I am using that number from last 8 years and now they suddenly stop the service. Now please tell me how i can port my number to airtel or vodafone because i am not able to send the sms now. Please take the action against them as soon as possible

      I am exhausted dealing with tata docomo and feel harassed by tata docomo people.

      I shifted out of my old apartment in thane by end of december. Tjey informed me that shifting to my new location in ranjnoli kalyan is not possible. Thereafter, i was then asked to put a cancellation request which i did and i paid all my dues (Several times). For 2-3 months bills stopped and there were no bills. Out of the blue, tata docomo charged me rs.706 again, i don't know why. I raised a compliant, and they are asking me to wait till aug 26th for a resolution!!

      In the meantime,
      *i'm going on getting sms messages about the due amount,
      *messages saying tata docomo tried to reach me but could not (With no received or missed calls)
      *automated calls asking me to make the payment.
      * call center agents calling me, and asking me to (A) shift to tata docomo again in my new place! (B) saying they will forward the cancellation to concerned department!! (C) asking for transfer ownership to someone else!!! (D) asking me who in tata docomo confirmed my cancellation 4-5 months back!!!

      If tata docomo just wants the rs.706 they have fraudulently charged me, i will just pay them, if they just can promise that i won't have deal with this company ever again. I have not used their services at all in 2018 and yet i have paid a lot of money already in 2018. But there has to be an end to this harassment.

        My new installation request for broadband was handled in the most shoddy manner. Speed test was not conducted and landline was not working for 7 days after installation. After 2 days internet also stopped working.
        I raised a complaint no.[protected] and waited patiently till 6th august as i was having faith in tata teleservices. But when no engineer turned up i asked the case to be escalated. To my horror, the customer care had no connect with the engineer and was clueless about my case.

        One thing i would like to point out though, i am ok with the support received from customer care, the problem lies in the kind of engineers sent to my premises. Due to the engineers incompetency my installation was messed up completely. I requested customer care for 2 days to send a different engineer but all this fell on deaf ears. Hence i have discontinued the connection now.

        Inspite of my repeated requests, same engineer was sent ultimately and he too did not check why my internet was down. He said he came only for landline issue.

        What i feel is that these so called branded operators like Tata and Airtel have outsourced their last mile work to contractors and these contractors do not bother about case resolution because they are meagerly paid i suppose. That is why customer care has no clue about going on in the field.

        To add to my horror, when i saw the way in which the WAN routers are kept on roof of my apartment (Ittina Mahavir, E-City, Bangalore) i was aghast. The routers are kept in an open space and covered with an empty sack. A little bit of rainfall and wind would blow it away (this is what i suppose has happened)So much for the robust installation. If Tata cannot ensure quality service, better do not provide service but at all costs please avoid the cheap engineers and installation materials / upkeep. In the long run it is going to harm the companies only.

          I, ravindra kamat, have a tata docomo prepaid sim card with number +91 [protected]. I am currently out of india for an year and the number is deactivated. Due to this i am facing issues in logging into my bank account and other related platforms. I request you to please consider this and reactivate the sim card at the earliest. Please let me know if you need any documentation from my end.

            I have been using your walky for telemarketing since more than 2 years.. And you have taken deposit of Rs. 50, 000/- for the same... And i requested for disconnection of the walky And disconnected also as you are unable to give service for that 140 series numbers... I paid total outstanding bill... I requested on phone to refund my deposit money So many times since 2 months... But I hasn't received...
            I am requesting you to refund my deposit money as soon as possible...

              Kindly help me in this regards to call forwarding i am unable to turn off call forwarding to unknown number, i have researched all options,

              *#002# i tried this code when i dial its erasing but after 15min or so again problem is recurring, i tried manually erasing call forwarding number but it say no network and its not getting deactive, i need to install some third party app and erase this number but still this number is not delected from call forward list.

                  Tata Docomo is not sending UPC code for my mobile no even after sending PORT sms nearly 5 times. My mobile no [protected]. There is a total silence from the service provider. When I tried to lodge a complaint in TATA Docomo's online site, it says OTP has been sent, but there was nothing came. Pl help to resolve this problem.

                    I automatically get subscribed to stupid and useless deals like Music Slate and my balance gets cut off every time this happens. I never activate these deals on my own. This is very annoying. It recently subscribed ne to a 15 day music slate deal and charged me 45 rupees. This is an atrocity. Please stop this from happeneing time and again. It's becoming a nuisance now. I have to recharge my balance so often because of this.

                        Sir, my sim card had been deactivated without my permission. I am staying in my my native so whenever i use to visit there, i use my docomo sim but now suddenly when i entered my number to get it recharge it gave me a pop up message that "the number is not valid". I am npt able tp recharge it. Please activate it soon. Its really very urgent. How can they deactivate my sim without my permission. I know i use that sim oftenly but that sim number...

                        Hi docomo number jharkhand circle has stopped working and showing sim registration failed from last month. I currently in telangana and didn't get any message regarding sim card registration failed. How could the company do this. It was running with a good balance.
                        It was running just fine for last few days and had balance. I lost my balance i tried to switch network selection to airtel but it was no use.

                          Hi i had a tata docomo sim card with number [protected].. I didn't use sim for 20 to 30 days and if i switch it on now it's showing sim card registration failed.. I called the customer care and the customer care representative are so worst that they reject to talk in other languages except for hindi and i somehow managed to talk in hindi and that guy is so rude.. He thinks that i'm using the sim from his money or for free or something like that.. When i asked him for solution he told me that there's no way i can get back the same number and when i said i'll complaint about him he so rudely says me to do whatever i want and gives the customer service complaint web address as well. I never expected such response from docomo

                            I'm the docomo customer since lond back but today (5thaug'18 around 1 pm) i got the msg that you hace subscribe to "chit chat" (Vas service) and rs 99 has been deducted from my balance (Mobile no. -[protected] as i didnt subscribe any service and when i call the customer care they refuse to refund my balance.
                            This is not the 1st time i'm facing such issue.
                            Earlier on 21st july'18 they cut down rs 30 from my other docom no.-[protected] in same way as they did now. At that time i have ignore but now it is not tolerable.
                            Pls have a look into this

                                Tata DoCoMo — Problem with SMS sending
                                Hello, This is Madiha from . I am having a Tata Docomo sim card from around last 5 years. I am having issue with sending and SMS from my number, from last 1 month, When I am sending an sms it always says "Message not Sent". I have called the Customer care several times but the issue has not been resolved from last 1month, And I am having trouble due to not able to send import sms to my Banking and financial related details.                                       My phone with tatadocomo sim pertaining to mobile number [protected] got misplaced. I could only locate it only today. It shows no service and customer care says number was disconnected and deactivated as it was not used for some time. I had balance in the account. The customer care is not helpful and nodal office is not responding.
                                      In view of the above, please take up the matter to reactivate this number.
