I was using your internet services and the same was disconnected in 2013. However there was a last bill outstanding and agreed to pay the amount due on the same.
Since we were not aware of such a long back due, it could have been missed out.
The lady who called for recovery as mentioned that she is an advocate - I have never in my whole damn life have heard someone speaking so rudely from the very first second.
When I asked her, to please tell me my date of disconnection and month of dues, AND that my account is disconnected for sure - She lashed at me and threatened me for court procedures.
I paid the last amount due and got no dues letter confirmation from one side, on the other side this lady is lashing at me for simply asking her my outstanding details
I read the recovery policy (code of conduct) of your company - I think the word polite has been mentioned so many times -- saying that our recovery agents speak politely - WHICH IS FALSE.
I am right now using tata docomo landline and even internet for my office - Which I AM GETTING DISCONNECTED RIGHT NOW !
because if your company earns from us, and for peanuts money can spoil our entire day, then we do not want your services.
the lady had called me from personal mobile number, I have the audio recording - and I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED AN ONLINE COMPLAIN AGAINST TATA DOCOMO with Mumbai police.
This lady is out of her mind and does not deserve a desk to work.
A suitable action needs to be taken by your company, or she must apologise for her behaviour.
I will take to social media if no action is initiated. One one deserves to be abused for asking basic details to customer care/recovery team
Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
