    Whenever any one call me it showing busy. I am unable to receive a cll nor sms please solve my problem. I contacted customer service but they were also no t able to solve it. My no. Is [protected]. I am i have tried all usss codes. Right now i am in poland and my cellphone is catching full signals and i have balance too available in my no. Can you please sopve it.

      Dear sir,
      I am tata docomo custome who was using postpaid services and we were paying our bills honestly from last few years at their brand store located at mangalore.
      Now i am not able to pay my postpaid bill offline anywhere in mangalore and hence they have stopped all the service on my mobile number.

      Its really difficult because we have 5 phone number connected to one connection.

      As you know how important it is to have a mobile in business.

      Now these people have closed their office and their customer care is worst in the industry..

      We request you to help us get same mobile number even if it is in other network.

      Please help us

        I am unable to send sms from my docomo sim since 2 months however i can receive messages. I have dialled #33*1234# as well but that is not working.

        Also let me know what is the sms centre number that i should be putting for my docomo sim. I have tried searching in net but didn't get anything.

        Most of my applications are stuck because of this issue

        Please help me resolve my issue asap.

          The purchase has been done on[protected] at 9.11 pm at talence online site with my sbi debit card for a purchase worth rs510.0 on pos [protected] at talence technologies txn#[protected]... The desired customer cell has not received the amount but my debit card has been debited with the desired amount... Please do the needy as soon as possible...

            My mobile no. Is [protected]. Today - 31.7.2018 at 6.08 am amount of rs 75/- automatically deducted for music unlimited va's services. I myself do not activate that and automatically balance deducted for that service. The customer care executives are not giving any satisfactory answer nor they are refunding my hard - earned money. Very very shame for tata docomo that they are stealing or doing activity like a chor (In hindi). Great work or service done by tata docomo.

              I am not able to send any message to anyone.

              Like previously i used to.

              I have been using tata docomo since 2011. And very good service i was being offered till this problem i faced.

              But from past 1 year not able to send a message.

              Now it has been hectic because have to do a lot of business related messages.

              Consern person please look into this as soon as possible and get it resolved as i dont to change service provider.

                Tata Docomo,

                I was using your internet services and the same was disconnected in 2013. However there was a last bill outstanding and agreed to pay the amount due on the same.

                Since we were not aware of such a long back due, it could have been missed out.

                The lady who called for recovery as mentioned that she is an advocate - I have never in my whole damn life have heard someone speaking so rudely from the very first second.

                When I asked her, to please tell me my date of disconnection and month of dues, AND that my account is disconnected for sure - She lashed at me and threatened me for court procedures.

                I paid the last amount due and got no dues letter confirmation from one side, on the other side this lady is lashing at me for simply asking her my outstanding details

                I read the recovery policy (code of conduct) of your company - I think the word polite has been mentioned so many times -- saying that our recovery agents speak politely - WHICH IS FALSE.

                I am right now using tata docomo landline and even internet for my office - Which I AM GETTING DISCONNECTED RIGHT NOW !

                because if your company earns from us, and for peanuts money can spoil our entire day, then we do not want your services.

                the lady had called me from personal mobile number, I have the audio recording - and I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED AN ONLINE COMPLAIN AGAINST TATA DOCOMO with Mumbai police.

                This lady is out of her mind and does not deserve a desk to work.
                A suitable action needs to be taken by your company, or she must apologise for her behaviour.

                I will take to social media if no action is initiated. One one deserves to be abused for asking basic details to customer care/recovery team

                No response about the action taken in this case?
                From few days the internet speed is very low we are not even able to load a web page or get what's app messages on this speed. Sometimes the internet doesn't even get start.
                Plese cancell my porting m-[protected]

                  I am fed up of trying to send port message to 1900 and it not being sent. I tried n number of times. Customer care also doesn't seem to respond. This is very pathetic and very very unprofessional. Tata docomo clearly doesn't seem to have not just poor network but also very poor customer service. The customer service guys won't even take my complaint simply denying. I immediately want this port to be done. I urge you to respond as soon as possible. Else i will take it to consumer court.

                    Hi. My number is [protected] message is not sending.. I tried to reach customer care. No response and company office has been closed in my locality. No use worst network. Even I am trying this for past 3 months. I have tried #33*1234# and no use.. I have switch offed mobile and on.. Till then no use. Please better shut your company and go. Worst expression. Can't even talk to customer support

                      Sir/madam,
                      My mobile [protected] balance stilling every month.
                      There are no vas and services activated. But service provider deduct as music unlimited. My handset is micromax. Customer care executive say me that after your confirmation we activate this service. But
                      I did not give any conformation. Then how they received confirmation! They are not refund my amount rs.34.56.
                      Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount.
                      Every month customer care executive deduct amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct.
                      Every time i have facing this problem.
                      How may people are facing this problem and they are not taken action to service provider.

                        I was receiving the messages while i was in abroad from april to july. But from last 3 days (24/72018), i m not getting any message. All my otp messages are coming in this number. Currently, i m in riyad, saudi arabia.

                          I lost my mobile and i blocked my existing number ([protected]) and bought new sim on same old number ([protected]) but when i insert new sim in my new handset and try to make an out going call it says "not registered on network" and i see a notification as "sim not provisioned" on my device popping up all the time. Please do the needful. Thank you

                              Hi...have been using tata docomo service for my no past 4-5 years. I was a happy satisfied customer. But from past 1 month i am highly disappointed and irritated by such fraudulent pathetic activity by the company. I have been charged 2 times almost of 100rs for vas subscription pack which i never activated.
                              After calling repeatedly the so called customer care who don't even to respond to your grievances and then registering complaints, i got my refund. They say pack get activated via sdp mode which is a false claim. Docomo has spoiled my peace of mind and happiness. I am writing this post to take disciplinary action against such fraudulent company

                                I was not getting internet access since feb-march on my dongle (Photon number [protected] used at pune). I called for discontinue service. I was advised my address doesn't match hence service cannot be stopped. I informed i don't want to use and if not disconnected, i will not pay but i was told service will not terminate. I did not pay and service finally got terminated but i am still being charged for a period i did not have service hence didn't use.

                                I still asked for data usage details - and agreed to pay as per usage. But i am not provided that details and i have been getting harassment calls from [protected], mail from [protected]@vmsgroup.in.

                                  I have been unable to perform online transaction using debit card and netbanking because otp sms is not getting delivered to my docomo number.
                                  I have contacted my bank and found that it is network issue. Recently i have not been receiving any otp sms to my number from other online services like freecharge and paytm also. I tried to resolve it through customer care but they told to change sim slot from secondary to primary, which i did and still not getting any otp sms. Plz resolve this asap. Or i will port to another network.

                                    My outgoing calls facility is stopped from 2 months. I have converted my number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid. I have paid the remaining bill.                                       I am not receiving messages on my tata docomo sim from past week. Please I want this problem to be solved ASAP.
                                      I have had a conversation with atleast 3-4 executives of yours and they are not able to resolve this issue. I have even tried by changing my sim slot but it didn't helped. I then changed the settings too but it was not much helpful. Please solve my issue.
