Dear Sir/Madam,

My tata docomo number ([protected]) has got deactivated a day back on 19/7/2018. This number is linked to all my bank accounts, aadhaar, Pan and would have a problem with income tax filing also.
I have also been a long time customer of tata docomo. Can you please help me re-activate my number at the earliest. Please let me know the necessary steps to get it activated.

    I want to close my Docomo broadband connection and i ahve raised a complaint in the month of April. but still till this mothn july again i am getting bill of 2500 rs i dont know what this amount is for. No executive is reciving call who promised me that they will close my account and after that i dnt need to pay a single rs. i called to customer care but seems my number got blocked couldnt get to communicate with executives.

      I want to register a complaint against Tata docomo, for haressing me with this dive in now Pop up, which keeps on coming in between everytime i restart the phone. If they can't shut it off for once and all then they should shut the company itself. It's useless ti keep complaining over and over again for the same problem of this pop up. It's very irritating and should be put off once and for all

      Help me out soon, my works are kept being delayed due to this issue.

        Dear all,
        When the services were discontinued by you we were informed that upon submission of the device and a copy of invoice of new device we would be refunded an amount of Rs. 800/- for which a period of 45 days was confirmed. Also, the same was supposed to be posted to us in the form of DD.
        My photon number is [protected] and the needful was done by me in second week of Feb 2018. I am yet to receive my refunds in the case.

          When I call 121 or 198 or[protected] from my docomo number, it says invalid number. I am in Bangalore and the sim was bought in Chennai. I am trying to call the customer care to refund my money on some music unlimited service that was initiated without my consent. I just found that this has been happening for 3 times (Rs 75*3) for period of 20 days each. My balance came down to Re1 today. I went to tata docomo brand store 20 km from my home, only to find out that they have closed it permanently and heard that they have closed others also in banagalore. So I have no way of contacting them to resolve my issues.I want these 2 compliants to be resolved at the earliest.

              Also received the call from Someone called Mr. BALBIR from Bandra Civil court regarding payment of Bill of Rs.895.Here I want mentioned that Tata DoCoMo themselves stopped their internet services. NOW they are expecting consumer to pay their bills and go to the tata docomo galleries (which must be closed down) to get back deposit of Rs.1000/- against the dongle. My question is why consumer do all this exercise, it is your decision to closed down the services, you should make the arrangements. In fact, I have also asked one of their executive to adjust my deposit amount against the bill which was that time Rs.531.Now person like balbir calling and asking to pay the bill otherwise I have to face legal charges, talking in goonda language and manner. This kind of treatment is not expected from a brand with whom Tata is attached.plz look into.

              I recharge to tatadocomo no [protected] special recharge 129 rupees and 4 rupees Internet charge total amount 133 deduct in my account but my recharge fail date 12/07/2017 but deduct amount not receive please ado in deduct amount 129 in my hdfc bank account

                I am using tata docomo card since 2009. I have no idea about 'in whose name my card is registered'. I tried calling customer care, which gives options. As per them to talk to customer executive I have to dial 9 in sub menu. I tried it several times but did not get it. Please provide me proper customer care no. from where I will get my account name details.

                  My request for DND is never accepted my tatadocomo number is[protected] the calls come daily 2 times regarding financial product promotion its been very disturbing and my request is accept my DND request

                  We regret to inform you that your request cannot be processed as we did not get confirmation within 24 hrs

                  their is no call center person to whom this complaint can be made as all are voice recorded service

                    I am getting text messages from contnt as your subscription to so many nonsense things which i havent even used and my approx 100 rupees has been cut till now.
                    This message is coming for per day and my balance is deducted even if i am sending stop msg to 155223 and even call to 155223 (Toll free) and stop this subscription.
                    Now i don't have any balance in my account so i am not getting any such text message.
                    This subscription is activated from your side automatically.
                    I have not activate such any subscription, so please deactivate it soon.
                    Please do it on priority.

                      I am being harassed by Tata Docomo from March 2018 and I am no longer able to take it further after receiving a Legal notice on mail.
                      I received Mail & Messages from Tata Docomo that I should shift to Airtel as their services are no longer availabe in feb 7 March.
                      So I Switched to Airtel 4G Services from Tata Docomo on 2nd March 2018, I had handed over the Tata Docomo Device to Airtel and was no more using services from Tata Docomo as airtel said I will have to hand over the device to them. But still I paid the Bill for 17th Feb to 16th March. As logicaly i should have paid the bill till 2nd March only.
                      In Next month I got another bill for period 17th March to 16th April when I no longer had the device and had not used any serviced from Tata Docommo.
                      I called up their call center and told them this bill is produced by mistake and they should correct the same in their records. but still i keep receiving calls for payment for the serviced i have not opted for and i was not at all offered as i did not have the device with me.
                      Still as on date i am receiving SMS every day for the outstanding payment & last week got a Legal notice mail from
                      Advocates & Associates, Pune, Maharashtra.

                        Today I received a message that I have subscribed to some service called CHITCHAT and 13.94 Rupees were deducted from my balance!..Some weeks ago similar thing like this happened and around 9 Rupees balance was deducted. But at that time I didn't complain and didn't take it seriously so I just let it go. But as it happened again, I would like to inform you about this matter and I am really disappointed as I didn't subscribe to any such service by myself! It was automatically done! So as a loyal Tata docomo customer for several years, I hope I get my refund as then only justice would be done.
                        And I hope such taking away of my balance doesn't happen in future as it is high time now!

                          I surrendered my device as I switched to other operator. I called the Tata customer care and confirmed the same. Later I was surprised to receive the bill. Upon enquiry they said it's the last time I need to pay the bill. I paid the bill. The following month again I received the bill and came to know that the brainy employees did not stop the services. Someone else was using it and these are demanding payment from me.
                          Since then they are repeatedly calling and sending intelligent messages and trying to threaten me.
                          I am too going to file a legal case for cheating customer and also a case of harassment.
                          I think the poor illiterate employees have no other means of earning money. Hence trying to get the bits from customers. It's a pity. I have names of those who have called me. Let them stand in court and explain there. It would be entertaining as i know there will be no connection with what they talk and what they do.

                              I need to cancel our broadband connection as i have moved out of my place. But, there is no way i can talk to any customer care. When you dial the customer care number, you are asked to enter tata docomo phone number or circuit id. Neither of these are given on the bill or any where else. I don't have these numbers. I have tata docomo number and an account number but entering them is of no use.

                              Whoever designed this system certainly didn't care much about the user's convenience. It is not practical to expect user to always have circuit id or phone number. Existing users should be able to easily connect to executive through an option on call like "to talk to our customer care executive, press 9").

                              There is absolutely no way i can talk to executive or file my request/complaint without these numbers.

                                In may i uninstalled one application which requires text message authentication
                                while reinstalling process message go stuck. from then no message has been sent to any other number. my number is [protected]
                                i have also tried changing the message service center numbers but nothing worked till now.

                                i tried communicating with the customer representative directly but failed to find the way to establish the communication.

                                also its a very hectic process to call customer care.

                                  This is regarding the Message notifications being received frequently for the Bill payment for unused internet data for Photon Account number:[protected]. Please find the mail I have sent it to the below executives on 28-Aug-2017 which I have not received any explanation or response till now. And now after returned the photon device to Airtel for Airtel 4G hotspot connection. Now, I'm receiving the notification to pay the amount of Rs.669.

                                  As discussed in the call, I have clearly mentioned why I'm not paying the outstanding due amount Rs.394 for the Account No:[protected] Mobile No:[protected], Please verify all the call data of MARCH/APRIL month which I mailed several times on my Photon number. Customer care Executive has given the confirmation that the Outstanding due amount Rs.394 is not required to pay and it will be adjustable/exempted.

                                  I have mailed to the below Mail ID's and I have sent several reminders

                                  But I didnot received any responses I have mail proofs, Its really horrible experience with Tata photon for the last 3-4 months, there is no proper communication with Customer care executives. Whenever I give the complete justification and clarification on why I'm not paying the Outstanding due amount, they say I will check and get back to you, but never responded me back with the solution.

                                  I will continue to use this datacard only if you exempt this amount.

                                  I hope I will get the reminder this time!!

                                    I have called the customer care number [protected] several times past three days, have sent emails to the email addresses provided by the representatives.
                                    [protected]@tatatel.co.in and [protected]@tatatelebroadband.com; have sent the requested documents ( rent agreement and id proof) every time the representatives tell they would revert there's no response. we would be shifting to the new premises by 14th July and yet there is no response from Tata Docomo.

                                      I was planning to shift my house in December and so informed Tata employee to end my connection and also cleared previous bill but they didn't do that now some Rishikaysh bhale is torturing me with calls and legal notice for paying unwanted amount of 1800 . I even replied back with payment receipts but still the mails have not stopped. It's strange to see how a reputed company like Tata can get to such low heights .

                                      Let them go to court.
                                      I am facing similar problem and I am going to do the same.
                                      I am sure if more and more complaints go against these tata docomo service, soon they will close down. Let them surfer the loss. They deserve it.
                                      Also claim compensation for mental harassment.
