This is regarding the Message notifications being received frequently for the Bill payment for unused internet data for Photon Account number:[protected]. Please find the mail I have sent it to the below executives on 28-Aug-2017 which I have not received any explanation or response till now. And now after returned the photon device to Airtel for Airtel 4G hotspot connection. Now, I'm receiving the notification to pay the amount of Rs.669.

As discussed in the call, I have clearly mentioned why I'm not paying the outstanding due amount Rs.394 for the Account No:[protected] Mobile No:[protected], Please verify all the call data of MARCH/APRIL month which I mailed several times on my Photon number. Customer care Executive has given the confirmation that the Outstanding due amount Rs.394 is not required to pay and it will be adjustable/exempted.
I have mailed to the below Mail ID's and I have sent several reminders

But I didnot received any responses I have mail proofs, Its really horrible experience with Tata photon for the last 3-4 months, there is no proper communication with Customer care executives. Whenever I give the complete justification and clarification on why I'm not paying the Outstanding due amount, they say I will check and get back to you, but never responded me back with the solution.
I will continue to use this datacard only if you exempt this amount.
I hope I will get the reminder this time!!

Please clarify on this, I will not be paying amount for the amount Rs.394 which I have not even used and for the additional amount please clarify on the amount Rs.275 (Rs.699-Rs.394).
