Hi,

My tata docomo number (Karnataka circle) has been temporarily disconnected. It's jus been 4 months since i moved out of india, but did keep recharging the phone multiple times to avoid disconnection. I keep receiving ads through this sim. My bank account, and all details are linked with this number and i had been using the number for the past 6 years. Kindly activate the number soon.

I did write to your customer support and received no response
I used a docomo network for long time.the number connected with my bank account and some serious stuff.please reactivate my number
My tata docomo number is [protected]

internet is not working since one month when i am trying to call for complaint, they ask for number and when i put this number it, customer care is saying its wrong number.
But when i pay bill with this number than they accept.

i am not going to pay bill now. stop my connection.
It subscribe s unknown services this takes out all my money which I have recharge d to my phone and when i deactivate it I shows you have not subscribed to any vas service but I have the message of subscription of vas services plz tata docomo do something and plz stop activating of vas services plz plz plz
I've had Docomo sim for the past two years. I came to Pune from Chennai bro days back. There's been no network in my phone since arriving here. I tried recharging and availing roaming packs and the recharge succeeded. But still there's no network. I'm staying in the MAGARPATTA CITY HADAPSAR area. There's no response on the customer care numbers.

    I have been using tata docomo number from 3 years. This number i am using for all my official and bank work. Currently i am out of india and receive all my otp on this number.

    But from today morning i am receiving "sim not provisioned" message.

    This number is very important for me. Can you please let me know why it's happening?

    I want to port my number.But my number show EVD number.I am an student.Customer care and agent does not help me.3 month before i have complain.     Hi Anki,

    you can reactivate your number from any outside vendor, they charge around 300-400 rs to activate it. there is no response from tata Docomo.

      Hi i am laxman singh i facing many many problem with tata docomo coz i don't get upc code of my tata number [protected] i also contact with tata docomo custmer care but i don't get any solution from their. The first problem with tata docomo i facing is that i don't done any recharge on this number then my out going is also stop from last 6 month in all banks my tata number is registered now i want to port this number in other operator but i don't genrate upc code.

      Dear team

      I have Tata photon WiFi max dongle and for past 3 months I have been facing internet issue. After every 3 hours it tells me to connect again. It says no service and no network and I have to search it manual. Have made this complaint many times still no action has been taken.

        Hello, this is taha muddasir from hyderabad. I am having a tata docomo prepaid sim card, i am having issue with sending sms to any other numbers from almost last 6 months. When i am sending an sms it always says "message not sent". I tried to contact tata docomo care their direct complaint number doesn't work, i also went to the tata docomo service care center where the response always it will get back in 15days but it never comes back. And i am having trouble due to not able to send sms. Please help. Thanks,

          My balance has been deducted on some music unlimited service that was initiated without my consent. I just found that this has been happening for 3 times (Rs 75*3) for a validity of 20 days each. My balance has came down to Re1. I want the refund to happen at the earliest. When I call customer care, they are did not refund it. They are not talking in english even though my language is set as English.

            Hi,

            When i am trying to forward my calls using below method:
            (Settings — call forwarding — always forward — after typing desired mobile no — turn on)
            It is showing 'unexpected response from network.'

            Am i required to get my call forwarding activated from somewhere else also.

            Please share the exact and complete procedure to do call forwarding from the scratch.
            Please respond at the earliest.

              Since last 8-10 months i am unable to receive or send any messages from my number [protected]. I tried contacting the customer, they give me same stupid solutions which i have tried for almost 100 times. And even after registering a complain for 3 times they were not able to solve this problem.
              I am just helpless.
              Message error code - 28
              Ims registration - not registered (I dont know what this is but it shows registered for my second sim)
              Tried resetting the message center number.
              Tried #33*1234# and #35*1234# - it shows (Call barring - connection problem or invalid mmi code)
              I even got a new sim from some sources.

                The problem duration - approx 2 months
                Am not able to receive some messages of otp, like am not able to get uber otp, microsoft password reset otp, but i am able to get other sms,, and uber and microsoft password reset otp are being recieved by other friends of mine in same circle.

                I really need the otp sms as am not able to login to the microsoft account and uber app, without this i will not be able to get into other accounts also.

                  Hi,
                  I have tata domomo broadband at my home, but the broadband service is very poor. Most of the time the network is down. Almost every month we need to add complaint for the same. Their customer care number is also not accessible through bsnl mobile numbers.
                  We are fade up of adding same complaints again and again but no one took any action.
                  Please tell us frankly whether you can resolve this issue or not so that we can opt for any other service provider.

                  I am having a Tata Docomo from past 5 years. I am having issue with sending and receiving SMS from / to my number from last 4 months.                     I don't want to continue this number anymore. I am trying to call on customer care like since a month but there isn't any technician free ever and i haven't been using since then but my bill cycle is running high instead i fully paid it before applying for a deactivation complain.                       Hello, this is Sandesh. I am having a tata docomo prepaid sim card. I am having issue with sending port sms from my two mobile nos.

                      Actually i am trying to send message for "port" when i am sending an sms it always says "message not sent". On the other side i am getting all kind of message from my friends & others and i can send also but the problem i am facing that i can't send a message for the port.

                      I have tried to reach all nearby Tata docomo stores, but all the stores are shut down. Please help. Thanks,

                        Please disable the Flash messages for Internet Usage as it disconnects my Internet.
                        I use Internet to play online games and when the flash message pops up, the Internet is disconnected and it ruins the whole game.

                          Lost my Tata docomo prepaid sim and want it to get blocked. Kindly help. I've no other Tata docomo number to call their customer care.
                          I was using Tata docomo prepaid sim taken from Mumbai region in Maharashtra and the sim got damaged. Currently I want that sim to be deactivated at the earliet. Kindly do the needful to block the sim or deactivate the sim.

                            I'm the customer of Docomo family since long back but from last 1 month I'm facing problem of balance deduction each day.
                            My balance is getting deducted each day by 90 Rs and i have to call customer care each time for refunding my balance. Each time they says that balance get deducted due to VAS service activation and we cannot refund the balance as service got activated from my side after double confirmation (but i'm not getting any confirmation or anything) but after giving threaten to port the no. they refunding my balance . Now this has become daily routine of balance deduction.
                            So my concern is that i can make mistake once or twice for activating the VAS but can't make same mistake for 20-30 times.
                            It clearly seems that Docomo is deducing balance itself for which i need proper solution

                            Note - if Docomo can't provide me the solution permanently then i'm ready to port out to other mobile operator.

                                  My tata docomo walky no.[protected] was deactivated in februry 2018.
                                  When i asked for refund of my deposit of rs. 1500/- i am told that
                                  Refund cheque was sent to me in april 2018. I did not receive any such
                                  Refund cheque from them.

                                  I have reminded them by email number of times. My residential address
                                  Is already in their records. There is no change in my residential address
                                  Which is s. Ranganathan, plot no.32, 9th street, sri balaji nagar, santhoshpuram, chennai 600073.in spite of the above, they are asking for proof address. I have since sent to them pdf copy of my postpaid idea telephone bill. Now in their latest email reply, they are asking for
                                  Pdf of my aadhar number card!

                                  I cannot understand why they are adopting such tactics of delaying the refund. It is a shame on tatas.

                                    Hi I am using tatadocomo from past 6 year but now i cant send any messeges it showing some error .i am facing this problem from past 3 months please check and give me the solution.
                                    I have been using docomo sim since 2014;
                                    due to some reason i was not able to use docomo sim for 3 months. Now the customer care service is showing my number as invalid. There is no signal in my cellphone but just a 'x' sign over the signal handle. That number is very important to me, please resolve the issue as soon a s possible.

                                        I had tata photon connection earlier with number [protected] and i cleared all my arrears and due to very poor signal i requested for connection disconnection in december 2017 and customer care service person agreed for the same. Also the tata photon service is discontinued in my area since jan 2018 as per the multiple messages which i have received. I requested the customer care multiple times and even after 7 months my connection is not disconnected still and i am getting legal notice asking me to pay the amount though i have not used the photon device and in my area photon connection itself got discontinued. Can you please tell me why you are asking me to pay the amount even after my request for connection disconnection and how you have charged for the area for which tata photon connection itself got disconnected.
