HI tata docomo,

Last month (GSM 500L+N+1GB @99 3GPlan) got activated in Account No[protected] from (GSM TCS Special ZRP Plan ) without my permission. now they are charge me for new plan. Please tell me why i need to pay extra when i have not asked for it.
please have a look at

Please do the needful to resolve it.

I want my account to be deactivated ASAP.

in my handset there is a tata docomo sim card in which m-check message is coming frequently. I want to stop this message .
for this I will be thankful to you..

    Hi,
    I'm writing from Chennai K K Nagar region and I've been having this problem with OTP related sms for the past week or so.
    I'm getting other types of sms (transactional, promotional) but not OTP messages. I've tried from different banks and websites but the behaviour is the same.
    I called the customer care but wasn't very helpful!
    Is there any particular issue going on relating to OTP pipeline in your network.

    Please resolve it quickly as I'm unable to do banking activity without the OTP.

      Due to poor network service/connectivity issues as several times about my main telephone is not working nor incoming nor outing, i had called several times and complaints, my last complaint no was[protected], without my permission they close the complaint
      Since you are called as deficiency in service, that force to switch over to other Network as mentioned above. If my problems not solve ASAP then i will discountinue your connectivity my account no[protected] and landline no is [protected].. solve immediately to continue a good relation with your company..

      I'm Unable to make calls, each and every number i call, I receive reply as invalid number, even not able to call customer care, very disappointed with Docomo service. I'm even getting roaming symbol, but im not in roaming area. Please look into this immediately.

        This is to bring to your notice the menace by bikers in Kalyan Nagar, 2nd Block, 5th main road, HRBR LAYOUT.
        Bikes that are parked on the footpath especially by the delivery boys is causing so much of inconvenience to the pedestrians. The tow trucks take only vehicles parked in the no parking areas but are ignoring the bikes left on the footpath. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

        Unwanted automatic subscription..big hell problem..i[censored]r not going to resolve my problem as soon I'm going to change my network
        I am facing the same problem for past so many months. My docomo sim won't send messages and error 96 is shown.I tried dialing #33*1234# but it didnt work either.
        I want to port my no. But it won't happen either because I Can't send message to port it. I tried calling tata docomo hepline no. But it was no good.

          I was using a Tata Docomo sim bought from Kolkata circle for last 8 years. Due to inactivity of couple of months, the sim has been deactivated. I would like to reactivate the sim through online channels as soon as possible. I found out about the deactivation today (07th July, 2018). Since this is a public forum, I would not post the phone number. Kindly get in touch via email correspondence.

            Balance of Rs. 20 was deducted by Tata Docomo on subscription of Beach_Models_shf service which was done without my permission. I do not want to use this service and the balance deduction without my consent is outrageous. I am disappointed with Tata Docomo's service.
            Please revert my balance back or I will have to switch to other networks.

              Luckily I managed to get ported to Airtel. but I had the worst experience with docomo. 950 charged on value added services and that too in a matter of 10 days. and in the detailed bill it shows as international sms to uk no. [protected]. apparently I realised I clicked some pop up window ok without knowing it will be charged and some international sms costing 5 will be sent to that no. but this is completely fraud. I have not used any service or sent any sms to any international no. and I have clicked ok not more than 5 times and they have charged me for 100 times. when I called customer care they were very rude. they barred my calls saying I have crossed credit limit and when I spoke to customer care, he was very rude. I had to pay first before seeing the bill and only then services will be restored. Visited a store to ask. they were in the process of shutting shop permanently and the staff was very rude as well.
              after that I got the bill and tried to speak to customer care again but no answer and all stores permanently shut.
              Yesterday I got a call from docomo. they ask me to pay the bill they will cut 500.i said I will pay what I have used and nothing more. they said they will send lawyer notice. My overall pending bill is 1450. out of which 950 is value added service. I would have paid if they minus the value added service but now they will have to spend a lot of time and effort in court for this meagre amount.

                Hi there,

                I was using prepay number of Tata Docomo and that number([protected]) is connected with my banking and email account recovery. But Tata Docomo Deactivated my number. I am overseas in Ireland. Now I can't access my Internet banking as I need OTP coming on my mobile number but can't get it as my number is not active. Tata Docomo support saying they cancelled my number as it was not used for a while. Now I have to wait for 90 days. I requested them to activate my number but they saying they can't. Admin department can do anything. But on other-side I never signed on term and condition that says my number will be blocked if I will not make a call from number. They selling sim card in small wrap with a lot of information about recharge and scheme but no term and conditions. if it says T & C apply then it doesn't say where to find T & C.

                I was talking to docomo support and they saying after 90 days go to near store and you can buy this number again.

                How they can do this. I am overseas and can't go to any near store in india as I am not in india. They gave me ridiculous excuses.

                Now they completely ruined my banking and access to my email address. whole accounts are compromised because of ### service of TaTa Docomo. Please guys if anyone can help me then please reply on [protected]@gmail.com

                    I am unable to make outgoing calls from my tata docomo number while calling getting "the outgoing facility on this number is not available" and also i'm unable to send messages from this number. I tried to register a complaint online on their website but thats also not working, i wrote the whole complaint and on submitting it repeatedly says "sorry, your complaint could not be raised. Please try again". I have tried submitting my complaint a number of times and its not working.

                    When a caller calls me, they get a voice that "The number You are calling is incorrect", but my outgoing calls are working. It is happening since today morning 28/06/2018. Kindly resolve the problem.

                      My sim card was deactivated on 18th june'18 as it was not in use for more than 90 days and balance was less than expected.

                      As per policy i can get it reactivated again within 15 days of deactivation so i registered my request via email with [protected]@tatadocomo.com team on 1st july'18. They initially told me that it can be activated only within 15 days and when i pointed out that my request was made within those 15 days, they stopped responding to me. I have sent around 8 mails till now.

                      Could you please take it up with the technical team as i really need to get my sim activated since i am unable to make any kind of transactions due to this issue.

                      This was the service request number m34396917 which was appended in the subject of the mail sent by me for tracking purpose. Please let me know if anything is required from my end.

                        My father had taken a tata docomo broadband connection in the year 2009 when we were living in nagpur. My father got transferred to another city in the year 2011, due to which we had called the company and gotten the broadband connection disconnected, which was done immediately by them. However, they did not come to our house on time to collect the broadband modem from us, due to which we left it with our next door neighbour and informed the same to the concerned personnel via their call center.
                        However, now 7 years after the connection was disconnected, my father has received a legal notice from an advocate deepak chaudhari from email id ([protected]@vmsgroup.in), who claims to be the legal representative of the company and who is claiming that my father has a due payment of inr 1179, which has to be paid within 3 days of receiving the letter.
                        The notice also says that if we have any doubts regarding this, we should contact a mr. Rishikesh bhale (Mob. No [protected]) or email him at (Mail id: rishikesh. [protected]@tatatel.co.in).
                        The entire legal notice is based on wrong information, because it claims that we took tata docomo broadband connection in the year 2016 from our address in nagpur. However, my parents have not lived in nagpur since the year 2011, which was when my father got transferred to a new city.
                        I am posting this complaint here because i believe this legal notice to be a fraudulent one, as it is based on incorrect information and is an attempt either by advocate deepak chaudhari or tata docomo to make some easy money.
                        I hope tata docomo resolves this issue and sees to it that their customer's information is not being stolen by unscrupulous persons hoping to make a pay day by entrapping their past customers. Mails like these are an offence against tata docomo as well, since they are ruining your reputation and goodwill.

                          First of all i want to highlight the truth, i am using world worst service, i. E. Tata teleservices ltd.

                          I had made request to port out with poring code (Tz313698) from docomo to vodafone on 29th june'18 after clearing my all due in fact i have made over payment before porting request. However my porting request is rejected due to outstanding balance.
                          I contact to docomo call center and talk to senior supervisor on 29th june
                          He replied i have no due and need to raise porting request once again, i do the same but while raising porting request again got massage as porting request is already open for this number (99703xxxxx), again called to customer care and talk to senior supervisor he replied he will close the porting code (Tz313698)
                          And i resend new porting code by sending sms to 1900.
                          On 30th june i resend sms to 1900 but got massage "your porting code tz313698 is already exists. I again call to customer care and again talk to senior supervisor and told him the conversation happen on 29th june between me and senior supervisor, he directly said i am telling lie and never talk to any senior supervisor. Again i called on 1st july again he said the same thing mention over. Again i called on 3rd july. And talk to senior he replied the problem is not from their end, i want to know if the problem is not form your end and my payment is cleared then why i am not able to port

                          I want a new sim card for my existing Tata Docomo number. Can I get to know the existing working Tata Docomo gallery in Mumbai western line. I visited 2 of the gallery both were shut down.or is there any other way to get it home delivered.
                          I tried for a bank transaction and am not receiving any incoming sms to proceed

                            If my is fordwarded to unknow number if I switch off the call fordwarded option they become on automatically if I call to 121 they didn't give proper answer and my problem is not sloved

                              I am facing network issues as no signal is there in my sim from 4 months. Please resolve the issues as soon as possible. The number is [protected].                                         I am not using the connection from several and every time asking to discontinue the connection but no action. Instead they every time send me the legal notice to pay the pending amount and i do pay replying back to stop the services.
                                        I do want to discontinue the services. Please do the needful. This is not the way to make the money for your business instead the customer feedback should be taken into consideration. I hope to see the services discontinued asap.
