As per my cancellation request (Sr no[protected] dated 20/05/2018 & earlier email request on 04/06/2018 for the cancellation of connection for photon no - [protected] (A/c no[protected] you have sent the confirmation e - mail on 5th june 2018 for permanent disconnection for the photon no - [protected].

As per your confirmationa sr no[protected] dated 20 th may 2018 raised by me, the photon no - [protected] (A/c no[protected] have been already permanently been disconnected as on 5th june 2018.

Then why you are saying we are unbale to process your request for immediate disconnection. Please let me know how long do i have to pay the bills without already using the connections for almost 45 days. Is there any time limit for this? I am ready to pay this bill amount but there should be some timeframe for this useless billing without actually using the connection.

Do you have any moral ground & business ethics for very old & loyal customers like me?

I hope you understand my request & not harass me frequently by sending bills & calling to my mobile number.

Chit chat service got activated to my tata docomo number without my knowledge and Rs 99 was deducted.
I have done online tatadocomo recharge dated:16/06/2018 of rs 129 My money was deducted but I did not get benefits, tatadocomo services are fraud and not credited back my amount

        I am old customer of tata docomo since more than 12 yrs. But tata docomo decided to stop their cdma services and they informed their customer. After taking decision they have to give option their customer whether they want to convert their number in gsm with tata docomo or not.
        But they dont gave or covert their accounts in gsm.
        And when i tried to port my number i got unique porting code start with ctm..
        Code start with c it means number is belong to company. When my company never gave me this number or never paid me for this number. How my number register under any company. I tried to contact them through email through customer care but no one is ready to help. And finally when i came to know under which company my number is register (Its surprise for me) my personal name is register as company at their end.

        But till that time company stopped my services. So now i am stuckup. How to resolve this issue can any one will suggest.
        I am writing them mails but no one is responding.

          I am having a tata docomo prepaid sim card from around last 7 years. I am having issue with sending sms to any other numbers from almost last 3 months (As i feel may be this problem is older). When i am sending an sms it always says "message not sent". I tried to contact tata docomo care their direct complaint number (198 or 121 or etc) doesn't work. Although i tried to contact with them on their tollfree number [protected] and other (Get from google) they say that my 10 digit number is invalid. And i am having trouble due to not able to send sms. Please help me

              I am a TATA DOCOMO customer from Surat, Gujarat.

              I received an SMS saying "Hi! You have subscribed to mtv facts Pack at Rs.28.13 till 18/11/2012. To Stop, Dial 155223 or sms STOP FAC to 56060(Free).Current balance: INR 1.00 at[protected]:05 AM"

              I immediately sent "STOP FAC" to 56060 to stop the subscription and received the SMS saying "Hi! You have cancelled your subscription to mtv facts Pack. Thank you for using our service."

              I was left with a balance of just Rs.1/- on my mobile in the process due to such fraudulent automatic subscription to unwanted junk services. If TATA DOCOMO resorts to such cheating malpractices to add to its profits, it really cannot expect to retain customers for long. I suspect that their system is programmed to leave just Rs.1/- balance in the customer's account since it seems very unreasonable to fix the price of such subscriptions at Rs.28.13, which the company deducted. I want TATA DOCOMO to refund the amount fraudulently deducted and desist from such malpractices in future.

              I tried to complain to "Customer Care" but they could not be reached even after repeated attempts. It actually seems that the company does not "care" about its "customers" at all. One of the reasons I had purchased TATA DOCOMO sim was that they advertised that there would be no automatic unwanted subscriptions ever. The company has failed to deliver its promise.

                Have received a bill for rs. 975 out of which 594 is for international sms. I havent sent any such sms. Total wrong amt on my bill is for 594+ taxes. Spoke to a executive few days back mr shivam kumar who was very rude on the call. My worst experience with a customer service executive.. Just wanted him to forward my bill to the billing team to get rechecked.

                Now we have received another bill which again includes international sms's. Have spoken to multiple executives and they all were not helpful. They say they will waive off some amount of the int. Sms charges. But my question is why should i pay for something which i have not used. An executive also informed me to do network reset settings and then those international sms charges wont come. But that means that due to docomo network in the background an sms is triggered.. Which means even my data is not safe on your network. I have call recordings of all executives i have spoken to as proof. I have used airtel, jio on the same mobile but have never faced any such issue...

                Have raised a complain long back on website and i keep getting messages saying that unable to reach you kindly contact 121.. This is very bad service...

                  I was trying since 1 year to port my docomo number to vodafone due to poor coverage of docomo, but they are not even sending porting code after trying more than 20 times. Upon calling docomo customer care they are saying send message to 1900. But this didn't worked.
                  This is because i am requesting you to please help me to port my docomo number to vodafone.

                  They are charging huge amount of money for a postpaid connection which is not even in active mode. We cannot make a single call out of that sim but at the end of the month. They are charging a amount of 1089.This is a scam from Docomo side.

                    This is about deactivation of my post paid mobile number of tata docomo
                    [protected]. My account number is[protected].
                    1. The first complaint was posted on this regard onjanuary 7, 2018.
                    2. The second letter regarding this was sent on march 13, 2018
                    3. A direct letter was sent to tata docomo by courier and i have the receipt of acknowledgement for all these complaints.

                    Inspite of my request to deactivate the mobile number and relieve me of all our problems tata docomo is forwarding every month a bill for unused mobile number in the name of rent collection etc and i have also paid them without fail.
                    Bills paid by me on various dates and amount:
                    1. Bill amount rs. 984 on 07.01.2018
                    2. Bill amount rs. 667 on 16.05.2018
                    3. Bill amount of rs. 706 on 18.09.2018

                    Instead of cancelling and deactivating the number tata docomo is going on sending bills to me. Now again they have sent me a bill for rs. 148 on june 7, 2018.
                    How can a reputed mobile provider like tatas harass customers, a senior citizen of 70 years old like me who have no income other than pension income and who has paid all the bills within due dates regularly for years like this. How can they harass me for the last 6 months with bills on an unused number instead of deactivating the number as per my request and end this forever
                    I will pay my last bill definitely if they send me a letter confirming that they have deactivated my lost mobile number either by mail /phone/ or by official letter. I can be contacted at any time in my alternate number [protected] which is now under airtel or in [protected] which is also airtel number of my wife uma angiras or either in my mail id [protected]@yahoo.co.in or in my wife's mail id [protected]@gmail.com.

                    Tata docomo is giving false excuses saying that they are not able to contact me inspite of giving 2 alternate phone numbers 2 mail ids while promoting their mobile a sales person came personally to my house and filled up the forms for me in medvakkam. This is utter falsehood and sheer inhuman on the part of tata docomo and if this is not done immediately, i have to complain in a higher forum.

                    I hope this is taken up at very high level.

                    I have received an acknowledgement from consumer complaint forum but no reply from Tata sons limited. Meanwhile I have paid the latest bill of Rs. 148 and the transaction id for that is[protected]. I have used my Account number of the mobile[protected]. and this has been acknwoledged from the billing section of Tata Docomo. But there is no ultimate confirmation of letter of deactivation and stoppage of bills henceforth. Thanks for forwarding the complaint letter to TATA Sons. If you could help me in completing this process I will be greatful.

                        I have been using one tata docomo number since so long as i have been transferred to some other location for shorter period of time and when i came back found my sim number is showing as invalid and i have linked so many accounts to this number, without informing me how come they have stopped the service and when i m trying to call customer care i am not able to call even as message is popping up mobile service not registered on network, kindly help me out in re activation of sim as its is very important for me.

                          Hii i am facing this issue of dive in now pop up. How do i turn it off? It displays itself multiple times on the screen and irrespective of clicking on ok or cancel still keeps popping up. If you could let me know how to shut that down will be better as it creates an obstacle in the other functioning of the phone too. So please let me know of a way to block it as soon as possible.
                          Do i need to send this message every 3-4 days?? Can't y'all just shut that pop up once and for all??

                            From 1st feb 2018 all of a sudden my tata docomo landline walky no.[protected] has stopped working showing seraching. Its showing searching on its display. I went to the local store in pune city from where i purchased the set and connection. It was tata store is permentatly closed permanently. I tried to find the nearest store from tata docomo website. Wakad pune city option is not there in the list. I tried toll free no. From from friends tata phone every time its saying that their attendants are busy to attend calls. Then i came to know that they have barred all the services as they have tied up with airtel. No prior call no sms no email was sent to me regarding this info before barring the number. As my outstanding is already cleared. Now they are suggesting to go to nearest store. While i do not know where is their nearest store. After barring the no. They are suggesting to send sms on 121. How can i sms to 121 while no. Is already not working?

I could not able to get my simcard back within tamilnadu as tata docomo company has closed its brand store service within tamilnadu.                                   Today morning when i woke up, i saw a message in which it was written that i have subscibed to some subscription known as "chitchat" for 2 days, and for that they charged me 8.17 rs. I had not subscribed to any such thing, it was automatically done! Earlier i was having around 9 rs balance in my account but now i have only 1rupee as balance. At once, i stopped that subscription! But i want refund of my 8.17 rs. Being a tata docomo customer for last 5-6 years, i hope you help me out and do refund.

                                    My photon account number is[protected] and i have been paying the rental and the bills regularly but not using the data card for the last 6 months due to my system problem. But to my surprise yesterday i found that the connection was deactivated even though no due amount is there. Why? Pl restore the same as soon as possible otherwise i will close the connection and switch over to other service provider.

                                    When contacting with them they refused to take any action.

                                    Further once again they have activated some other services and deducted my balances...
                                    This is consumer harassment .

                                      I m using Tata DoComo Wi-Fi connection for past 2 yrs. in a competitive world new companies arive. so I prefer new company extile who!s plans r more economical and benificial. to me than Tata docomo. I m not using tata docomo since 7th may 2018 I requested to tata docomo executive so many times to dis-connect my connection. I came to know from tata executive that all outlets has been closed due to renovationwork But no progress seems to be in this matter. It is my humble Kindly deactive my connection(A/c no.[protected]

                                        We had tata docomo franchisee (Tagore telecom) at serampore, hooghly for which we have submitted all the required documents for business closure in the first week of march 2018 but still there is no update till now.

                                        Kindly look into this.

                                        We are supposed to get the security deposit back.

                                        We have submitted all the documents in srijan tech park office.
