This is about deactivation of my post paid mobile number of tata docomo
[protected]. My account number is[protected].
1. The first complaint was posted on this regard onjanuary 7, 2018.
2. The second letter regarding this was sent on march 13, 2018
3. A direct letter was sent to tata docomo by courier and i have the receipt of acknowledgement for all these complaints.
Inspite of my request to deactivate the mobile number and relieve me of all our problems tata docomo is forwarding every month a bill for unused mobile number in the name of rent collection etc and i have also paid them without fail.
Bills paid by me on various dates and amount:
1. Bill amount rs. 984 on 07.01.2018
2. Bill amount rs. 667 on 16.05.2018
3. Bill amount of rs. 706 on 18.09.2018
Instead of cancelling and deactivating the number tata docomo is going on sending bills to me. Now again they have sent me a bill for rs. 148 on june 7, 2018.
How can a reputed mobile provider like tatas harass customers, a senior citizen of 70 years old like me who have no income other than pension income and who has paid all the bills within due dates regularly for years like this. How can they harass me for the last 6 months with bills on an unused number instead of deactivating the number as per my request and end this forever
I will pay my last bill definitely if they send me a letter confirming that they have deactivated my lost mobile number either by mail /phone/ or by official letter. I can be contacted at any time in my alternate number [protected] which is now under airtel or in [protected] which is also airtel number of my wife uma angiras or either in my mail id [protected]@yahoo.co.in or in my wife's mail id [protected]@gmail.com.
Tata docomo is giving false excuses saying that they are not able to contact me inspite of giving 2 alternate phone numbers 2 mail ids while promoting their mobile a sales person came personally to my house and filled up the forms for me in medvakkam. This is utter falsehood and sheer inhuman on the part of tata docomo and if this is not done immediately, i have to complain in a higher forum.
I hope this is taken up at very high level.

Updated by Angiras I have received an acknowledgement from consumer complaint forum but no reply from Tata sons limited. Meanwhile I have paid the latest bill of Rs. 148 and the transaction id for that is[protected]. I have used my Account number of the mobile[protected]. and this has been acknwoledged from the billing section of Tata Docomo. But there is no ultimate confirmation of letter of deactivation and stoppage of bills henceforth. Thanks for forwarding the complaint letter to TATA Sons. If you could help me in completing this process I will be greatful.
