Dear Friends,
I am existing customer of Tata photon for last 9 years.But I regret my decision for going for Tata photon.

since April mid week i got my tata photon plus (CDMA Connection) migrated to New GSM Photon number & I have discontinued the earlier Photon plus (CDMA Connection after visiting their Hyderabad Hydernagar outlet successfully.

After migration to new GSM Photon number it stopped working & it never worked for me from mid April itself.I called their customer care number & Toll freehelpline number both - [protected] but of no help.
I have paid bills of both the numbers which I am not supposed to since the old CDMA number got migrated to GSM number.
Out of helplessneess i wanted to cancel the new GSM Photon number on 20 th May & tata teleservices informed me they will cancel it within one weeks time but till date its not resolved.
They have mentioned work in progess for my complaints & one mad crazy thing is for my non existing photon plus (CDMA Connection) they opened one SR with resolution date is middle of July which shows thier high handedness & how low they can go.

Please help me out.

Due to continuos calling to my mobile number & messages I sent the below mail to Tata photon Team even after they disconnected my Photon number, Pls go though the below coversation:

As per the above mail from you it is already clear that my photon No - [protected] & A/C No[protected] is permanently disconnected on date 05-JUN-18, and your current outstanding amount is nil. But still I am getting calls from Tata docomo help desk & other numbers like[protected] continuously to go for some other plans & other things.
Even I am getting continuous messages on my mobile number regarding bill generation date for the above A/C No which is ridiculous on your part as I have already requested for the Cancellation of connection for photon No - [protected] & A/C No[protected] and already mentioned by you as per the above mail.This is a sort of harrasment to very old & dignified customer since I was 9 years old customer.
Pls look into this urgently.

Hi Team,

I have already made bill payments for both numbers CDMA Tata photonplus No- [protected] & Latest GSM Photon No - [protected].I had raised the SR no[protected] on 20 th May 2018 for cancellation of my Photon No - [protected] since it was upgraded from my earlier photon plus No - [protected].Tollfree Helpdesk informed me it will take one week for cancellation but still i am getting bills for my Photon No - [protected] even though i got mail also cancellation is done from your end. I am also getting frequent calls from landline numbers of Tata Docomo altough I am not using the GSM connection from 1st of May 2018 itself.

Atleast I should not get bills for Photon No - [protected] since its already cancelled as per your email confirmation dated on 5th of June 2018 & I have not used the photon connection for whole month of May 2018.
Still I am getting bills in month of June 2018 as attached in below mail.

Pls Look into this urgently.

So I request you to close the connection for Photon No - [protected] (A/C No[protected] permanently as already confirmed by Email from your Photon Team as in the above mail.
I dont understand why you are sending me details for logging to your company website & making the bill payments even tough I have not used your connection since May 2018 & requested repeatatively for the permanent disconnection of the above mentioned Photon Number.

I hope you understand my request & not harass me frequently by sending bills & calling to my mobile number.

    I was having tata photon sim of hyderabad city. I was transferred from hyderbd to mumbai. On enquiry with tata docomo, i was told to purchase new sim card. Hence, i have purchased dongal and new tata photon sim card in mumbai for it from the tata docommo gallary in gokhale road thane. Since it purchase, i was facing the problem. It appears that it was not activated nor i used it till now. I have tried to lodge complaint, but all my efforts have been proved futile. The bills raised by them have been paid by me till now. Tata docommo is raising bills again and again. Have paid the last bill. Please discontinue the following services and stop sending send any further bill henceforth.

      Am lidans george now staying at qatar. My docomo sim is here at qatar. It's still shows network am not able to receive any incoming calls or messages.. Am able to do outgoing calls from this sim.. I have been using this sim for the last 5 years.. My net banking otp coming on this number so i can't afford leaving this number.. I tried contacting docomo customer care via mail but no response from their side. I do have more than 1000 rs balance in my mobile...

        And to raise this issue i had calling to customer care.
        But the only response was as invalid number.
        It's very irritating. I could not getting any proper response from the tata docomo service.

          The problem is that sms messages are not being sent from the last two months due to that i am facing problem.

            Hi, my tata docomo postpaid connection number is [protected], i want to convert from postpaid to prepaid, i have visited 2-3 showroom in hyderabad, they are not reverting properly, when applying for postpaid connection, they treated very well, when asked for cancellation, they are not reverting properly. Without proper usage, i am wasting money. Pls help by converting postpaid to prepaid..

                The experience with my photon number [protected] was extremely bad though i am a member of this service for more than 5 years duration.

                As i was encountering frequent issues with connectivity and it was never getting connected since january '2018. I used to travel to my home town and need to use this dongle for my official work and it was never getting connected. I had called the customer support multiple times and the way they asked me to change the setting/restart all that never yielded any result. Hence i strongly remember asking them to cancel my connection and they did take my request. Unfortunately i did not make a note of the request number or noticed any communication.

                In spite of this the bills were getting generated and as i had auto debit from my credit card the payment was also going through my account. Later i did realize this and asked my bank to cancel this auto debit. I paid the bills diligently for 2 months in spite of cancelling my service.

                I was devastated when i received a bill of 1000+ for two months (March and april '18) and asking me to make the payment. When i wrote this confusion to customer care i am getting response which is extremely rude and unfriendly.

                Now they have completely stopped the service still they wanted to make money through my wrong ways so it looks like they are troubling their old customers to snatch money. The manager says there was no such calls which is extremely disappointing as i believe all these calls are recorded and anytime they should be able to retrieve these calls.

                I did not expect a brand like tata will cheat the customers in this way.

                Dear mr. Sahana,

                We got your e-mail dated 29-may-2018 regarding billing related for your photon number [protected].

                We had cross checked our records and we did not found any interaction/intimation/request for disconnection of photon service. Hence, you had billed as per your tariff plan irrespective to the usage.

                We would like to inform you that your number is already temporary suspended as cdma services are closed and the same will disconnect itself as per process.

                You are requested to pay the current outstanding amount in your account, rs. 1003, which was due on 25-may-2018 generated from 06-mar-2018 to 26-apr-2018.

                We would also like to inform you that your bill will not generated anymore after 27'apr as cdma services are closed.

                Thank you for giving us an opportunity to serve you.

                  Sir the issue is that the messages are not being delivered from my mobile since many days and when i try to call the customer care you guys always keep talking about offers and keep an option of talking with executive for the problems to be solved really disappointing service from your network also no proper network coverage suddenly the network drops down and the net disappears

                    Hi,

                    I have been using docomo number since 2009 & since past 5 days my sim doesn't get any network. It says "invalid sim".
                    The number is from andhra but i have been staying in bangalore since past 3 years. If the number is invalidated for whatever reason it is, i should have been intimated about it first through call/sms. Mobile networks have ample amount of time to send # ads & notifications but no time to intimate about sim invalidation.

                    I want my number back. Its my primiary contact number & i do not intent to loose it.

                        I had surrendered my photon on the 21st march 2018 and opted for airtel hotspot, based on sms received on my mobile wherein tata was closing down its operation and asking its customers to visit its nearest showroom to migrate..in the month of march, however the company further extended the option to migrate to april 27 if i am correct. During the month of march i visited the tata showroom at vijayanagar, who still had no info on the photon migration and tata walky migration. But i received teh bill for march upto 31st march instead of 21st march and raised repeated complaints, sent several mails of which one reply only i got to pay the full bill, further they again raised a bill for april till the end of their migration date. I have however paid the prorata charges upto 21st march of rs.240/-, but am being pestered with calls for balance payment. Will the authorities concerned close the matter

                          Nearly 86 rupees was taken from my phone balance without reason. Its not a small amount either. My balance was pretty much drained without the ability to contact anyone. The chit-chat service activated even though i never tapped on any option to receive this service. Please ensure that your customers are not disturbed involuntarily in this horrible manner.

                            Requested for account deactivation as wanted to stop using the service. I paid the last bil after confirmation in April. Still the account is not deactivated and I keep receiving the bill and several reminders. I even called customer care and reminded the same. They only argue like fools.
                            Please can you stop the service before I escalate to consumer court? I will also log case for mental harassment and cheating customer.

                              On May 2017, there has been a call from DOCOMO company saying that my phone number has won A samsung J7, Reebok items set etc. for which we need to pay just 6500 only and i agreed to pay but when i recieved the products there was nothing but simple track suit pant and a plastic wallet, a bag and a local set of shoes. i got disappointed and tried to call them. they said the product has been exchanged and been changed with another customer they will return the fund back to me but the very next day there number was seen switched off. i dont know what to do.. it was a huge shock for me and my family got disappointed by me and till now they wont be talking to me for this reason i dont know what to do i just need the money...please help me out please.

                                I am facing this problem of the "dive in now* pop-up over and over again. It has been many months this is happening. It will be better if you can permanently resolve this, or else i'll see to it that an action against the company will be taken. This causes alot of hindrances in using the phone and other applications in the phone and becomes very inconvenient. So please put this off for once and all.

                                  I was a tata docomo walky user and had about 3 connections, i wasn't notified about their shutdown neither before nor later and recently i have been getting calls for the for payments!!!

                                  I run a small business for which we had used these phones and due to their un notified shutdown i had to go through loses of business connectivity / advertisements / etc... Running into huge losses and inconvenience.

                                  I received a call today, the women staff have a very horrible way of talking and dealing with customers and that only in hindi when language option was english.

                                  I have barred such arrogant calls and have yes i can't deny that i have lost my cool too... Obviously i have huge losses due to this unprofessional service

                                  Then i get direct calls from this no. Threatening and abusing

                                  They have no right to call me as i am no longer their customer... They should have resolved with at least a forwarding facility to e new no. With some notifications... Yes we could have resolved this amicably.

                                  If a company has shut down i hope they learn from their mistakes and carry on rather than mentally harass customers for payments... And that too for a company that doesn't exist anymore

                                    I am a customer of tata docomo (Phone no. [protected]). Yesterday night you have deducted rs. 170.34 from my balance by activating some vas chitchat service twice (First rs. 99/- after i deactivate the service you again activated & deducted rs. 71.34/-) which i have not requested in any manner.

                                    I request you to deactivate the service & refund the amount.

                                    Kindly do not activate any type of vas service in future.

                                        I have not received any response from you for the e mails sent to you on 18th may 2018 and 24 hours is over. Please let me know whether you have recredit the amount of rs.38.90 which was erroneously debited/ deducted from my mobile no.[protected]. Please recredit the same immediately.

                                        I have recharged with rs.40.00 on 18.05.18 and your people deducted rs.38.80 immediately stating that your vas pack renewed till 27th may 2018 whereas i have not renewed any vas pack.
