Hi tata docomo team,
I am a tata docomo user with mobile number [protected]. Today morning an amount of rs. 45.3 was deducted from my balance for a certain value added service called chitchat. I have not requested for its activation nor had i received any request or advt for the same.
I have deactivated the vas now. I request you to kindly refund the amount.
Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
While scratching my recharge coupon's secret code, some of the digits were scratched off..so can you kindly help me with my recharge??

My docomo sim is not being detected in any phone.
Help asap
Today at 11.52 AMT of 11.28 has been deducted as musicslate45 for which I have not subscribed. The sms is creating a nuisance with followup sms. It seems this is faced by many subscribers who r caught off guard as d amt is negligible.
Kindly do d needful.

    I made a lot of complaints about tata docomo voice mailing service. There is no response and they didn't take any actions about my complaints. Please deactivate my voice mail service i don't need future. Other than tata docomo service very good in call, messages and internet facilities. This service only more disturbing for me. My friends and relatives they make a call for me some voice mail disturbance that's why i need a solution. Please take a action as soon as possible.

      Hello,

      I lost my phone on 13th May 2018 and I did the complaint regarding the same to the customer care.
      - My name is Jai Awasthi and number which I lost is [protected] alternate number is [protected].
      - They didn't took any quick action on the same and told that we can stop only your outgoing calls and nothing else.
      - They told me that you need to visit the nearest store to get the sim replaced they provided me two address of the store one was not reachable and with much difficulty I have found the address of the other one because the address provided my the support was not correct.
      - I was going to and fro to that store and the man is very helpful he immediately sent message for replacing the sim but every time he got the regret message from the provider.
      - After trying for two days he talked to the concerned person in his touch and he told him that my number is not of TATADOCOMO my not sure whats going on I am using the number for last 3 years and they are saying this number is not of Docomo.
      - I tried calling to customer care again today and they told me that you have to give 52203 this number to the dealer who is helping me to replace my sim but now he is not ready to waste more time solving my problem.
      - The problem here is there is no proper store of docomo in my state(Madhaya Pradesh) the company has some temporary dealers which are least interested in solving the issue.

        I paid the bill of month feb-mar. After that i got call that 19 mar tata photon service will close so convert it. Airtel person called me and they convert the service of tata docomo to airtel. Now again tata photon person give me bill of mar and april full month. I didn't receive call about service continue for april. I paid rs.500 for that. I want refund my bill.

        I have tried to send 5 MMS from [protected] on 14th may 2018. But None of them has been sent and 15 rs. has deducted from my a/c. Please do something to refund my money. I don't able to lodge complain in docomo complaint section. I am not happy at all with your service.
        My no is [protected] . Any one try to call my number in their mobile it is ringing but in my side could not receive a call y and same like out going also

          I'm using the sim card for more than 8 years. I've installed my watsapp in new phone n for which i was asked for a pin number. But i'm unable to receive the pin number to my tata docomo number. I previously requested for it a month ago n i got the message.. Now i'm unable to receive the message. I also have the previously installed app in my old phone, but the phone is completely dead now. Please help!

          Hello i have been using tata docomo for last 5-6 years. And it's been a few months i have not been able to use the sms services.
          Whenever i send a sms its shows "MESSAGE NOT SENT" i have tried to get in touch with costumer care still no use.

            I'm a customer of tata docomo. Recently, i received an sms stating "hi! You have subscribed to docomo deals at rs7 for 1 day (S). Due for renewal on 21-may-2018. To stop, dial or sms stop to 155223 (Tollfree)."

            But i never subscribed to any such service. After multiple attempts, i managed to talk to docomo customer care, who blamed me saying that i had subscribed for it. I asked them how can i subscribe when i don't even know what the service is and i didn't send any confirmation sms either.

            Customer care refused to accept and transferred my call to their senior. After a long time on hold, the call eventually disconnected. Please be aware of tata docomo. They do a lot of such illegal deductions.

            There is an unwanted detection from my account. I have also spoke to the executive but still no changes. I am very much disappointed by them. Request you to look forward to this and help me get my refund amount back.
            There provide very poor customer support and very poor response.

              I have submitted a porting request to port out of docomo on 21st march for my mobile number [protected].The request is neither resolved nor cancelled but hanging without any further process.its not allowing me to submit another request to port out.kindly nullify the existing request or release my number out of docomo network to enable the other service provider to accept and complete the porting process.pl solve it ASAP.
              I spoke to ur customer care executives but there is no clarity on why the porting has not happened..Please understand it is not allowing me to resubmit the porting request since the existing request is still under process...M tied up unable to do anything.
              pl solve it ASAP.

                I have requested to change my postpaid sim to prepaid, they have send me a mail to visit tata docomo brand store and give aadhar card photo copy.

                I search their website to locate the store in tamilnadu, i was shocked there is no stores located in tamilnadu, i registered a feedback again regarding this but they are not responding properly, even i have called the customer care number and inquired about this they also not responding, they just put the call in mute and cut the call.

                I tried to port my tata docomo postpaid number, port number genereted with that number i went to airtel show room and asked for prepaid, they told me that prepaid is not possible and postpaid is ported to only postpaid, (Is this true?)

                Anybody please help me on this issue, as i was using my number for bank and other related things.

                  I am unable to receive otp from any service. I tried calling the customer service but i am even unable to contact customer service (Customer service number :[protected]. It rings once and the call gets disconnected immediately. I am unable to do any banking transactions because of this issue. So please help me resolve this issue as early as possible.

                    I regularly get reminder calls and text messages from tata docomo's customer
                    Care team about a payment pending for the number - [protected]

                    It seems this number belonged to some ravichandra who earlier owned my current airtel number. But i own this alternative number since the last two
                    Years and i have no relation with the concerned person nor with tata docomo.

                    Despite my request to update their database and remove my number from it, i keep getting reminder calls from them.

                      Sir/ ma’am,
                      My number ([protected]) recieves no signal, and my calls keep getting diverted to an unknown number i have tried the code #002# but nothing is happening my network is still lost and my calls are still diverting. I am having a lot of troubling contacting people in any situation and its been a while now that things have not improved, earlier ut was working perfectly fine but now its causing utmost difficulty to reach anyone. Please help me, or else i will have to port my number.

                        I am not able to send port message from my tata docomo number.
                        So, I tried to sent message using another mobiles, it does not worked.
                        I tried as customer care told me to do to select airtel mobile network from setting, this also does not work. I have tried reset mobile option as told by customer care, not worked.
                        I have tried calling #33*1234# to solve the problem.
                        But this solution also did not work for me.
                        So, how many step should i follow then message will be sent.

                            as per mails & sms from tatadocomo i have to shift from tat photon to Jio . For last month I have not used Tata docomo Photon device (a/c no [protected]).One way Tata docomo is asking to shift to other make & charging for their unused device & charging penalty on the bill.Pl.wvae off bill.
                            As per your mails & sms we have discontinued using photon having no [protected]. Still docomo is sending bill. Discontinuation of photon was informed on phone.If your device is not used, why to pay ?
                            I am using mobile number [protected]. From few days while trying to do outgoing calls I am getting message saying "check operator service"

                            Please suggest me solutions

                              Mmy tata docomo post paid mobile number:[protected] my account number[protected]. I have already reported about my loss of sim card on january 7, 2018 and paid my last mobile bll of rs.984 and requested you to deactivate my number with immediate effect.

                              Again i had posted a complaint on march 13, 2018.

                              So far there is no response in this matter. But i am getting every month mobile bills for unused mobile.

                              Please stop sending bills and deactivate this number immediately.

                              I will be much obliged if you could take action immediately.

                                My sim card has 73 rs balance and after 3 months i activate that sim again because it was damaged so getting new sim (Reactivate) i take this time but when i get new sim with paying 80 rs. I have 73 rs balance but after then next day i have balance of 53 rs and i dont have any idea of where its gone. So pls help.. Customer care service dont provide good service...

                                  I was using tatadocomo prepaid sim for long years was kinda adjusted although there were network issues & bad customer support. Consulted the customer care, they are not responding properly, my sim was disconnected permanently. And when i consulted tata docomo customer care they told me that they are helpless & i need to get a new connection. My only number in use with which all my bank and other accounts were associated was suddenly disconnected without even giving me a chance.

                                    I had a balance of 7.5 rupees yesterday and today when i woke up in the morning, i saw that it got reduced to 1.01 rupees. I got a message that "you have subscribed to docomo deals" and hence they charged me 6.49 rupees. I hadn't done any such type of subscription by myself and this was done against my wish. So i hope u see to this and provide me back the lost balance.

                                      I am DoCoMo user of about 6 years, almost last 15 days message was not sending from my phone. But I am receving the message from others.
                                      Could please help me...
                                      Note : I am trying to contact customer complaint "198" unfortunately I can't able to connect DoCoMo due to language issue (customer support person was only speak in Hindi), And also I am trying #33*1234#
                                      This also not working..

                                      On my Docomo number 2 value added services were stated automatically 20 minutes ago . And deductions of ₹100.
                                      I didn't do anything. My phone was on charging. Only the internet was on. And it's not the furst this happened. And they don't even give refund.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        We are using tata docomo mobile for the last more than 4 years with mobile number [protected]. We have taken a plan of rs. 349/- per month o[censored]nlimited calls and 1gb data per data. Now for the month of apirl' 18 we have received a bill for rs. 2, 060/- in which it shows data usage charges rs.1, 474.65/-. I have written five time emails to tata docomo customer care to explain what is this bill. Their standard reply is their billing of rs. 2, 060/- is correct and we have to pay that amount.

                                        This is purely day light robbery from the customers and their reply is irritating me. Whom shall i report and where will i get the justice.

                                        It looks like tata docomo is not professionally managed company and they are trying to rob the money wherever they want without giving correct response.

                                        Five times i written the email to explain them what is this rs.1, 474.65/- all the times i got a reply from them their bill is correct.
