Dear m/s. Tata docomo,

I am a user of tata docomo network and rs. 99 and rs.7 were deducted this morning from my account for the sake of activating vas of chit chat and docomo deals, respectively. I did not want to activate any deals. I inactivated as per the following messages instructed. I request you to refund the money to my mobile account at the earliest.

My mobile no is [protected].I was use this number as long time.So i does not add aadhar number to mobile number.So that number is invalid.I recover this number.Please help to recover this number.
I m also facing the same problem as hemant is facing. I too is not able to receive any incoming call.i m able to call others and send a message.but other are not able to call me. Presently I m haryana -Delhi border.

    Hello
    I am not getting incoming calls on my docomo number ([protected])
    This problem has been identified on 02.05.2018 when i reached in allahabad.
    I called customer care but they are unable to solve and further have blocked my number and now i am unable to speak to representative.
    Then i call other docomo number but representative not solve my problem and disconnected my call.
    It's disgusting i ll switch from tata docono to another company if not get any solution with a day.

        Hi sir... For the last 4 transactions that i have made... I realised that i used only a part of the balance for calls and the rest got deducted absolutely for no reason and am making it sure that it isn't any offer nor a package for limited days that the balance got deducted because the validity is over. Please do revert back to me with necessary details as of why this is creating a hell here. I really like your services and wish to continue if this is well addressed. If this doesn't seem to be important for you all then it would force me to leave your service behind to get a good one that can serve customers better. Thank you... Would be waiting bac for your acknowledgement!!

          I am a customer of tata docomo from 2013 onwards and i am not able to send sms for a long time and after multiple attempts with customer care. I was told that i need to replace my sim card for which i need to go to nearest retailer and pay 49 rs. I dont mind paying the amount but it took me multiple followups and effort to find out this. Now the sad part is even i cannot port the number and getting punished for staying with tata docomo for a long time.

          I can't send my messages and cannot call to other numbers and it is responding that "please validate the number you had dialed".Iam just able to receive out coming calls and sms, help me out with this

            I have been using one tata docomo number since so long as i have been transferred to some other location for shorter period of time and when i came back found my sim number is showing as invalid and i have linked so many accounts to this number, without informing me how come they have stopped the service and when i m trying to call customer care i am not able to call even as message is popping up mobile service not registered on network, kindly help me out in re activation of sim as its is very important for me.

              Registering complaint againt the above mentioned RTO office because there are no employers to do work here. The people are waiting since morning to evening but then also the work is incomplete. Please as much earlier as possible ...take the action and make the common people to feel free ...

                Hi,
                I am a regular customer of tata docomo. I am using postpaid card since last 2 year, from past 2 months they start adding fake charges. Every alternative bill they add voice portal charges with number as 54321. They did not mention the duration of call (Time in sec) only unit of call with out any detail only charges of 359rs.
                It's kindly request you to take strictly action against such fake charges.

When i went to docomo store in mangalore they said it s not possible to reactivate in mangalore... Please let me reactivate it even when i am in mangalore.                     I have tata docomo broadband connection. It is not working since yesterday.
                    Where can i get my circuit id? I have paid the bill but the line is still disconnected since yesterday, althought the due date of the bill payment is tommorow i.e.28th april 2018. If i call the helpline no. they ask for circuit id. I do not know my circuit id. But i do know the account number.
                    This is causing a lit of problems. the customer care number provided has not given any opyion reach out to the executives. Olease do resolve this at the earliest. Its a big hassle to get issues resolved for tata docomo, due to the poor customer service provided.

                      Tata docomo network is stopped in my area from Oct'17. eventhough i was paid my entire dues on 26-Nov-17.after i was send the confirmation closure they r delay to process my request.
                      Later they are send again billing statement for pending dues.
                      I got valid proff of the closure req. no[protected] on 19-Dec-17 it is indicates thata i had not defaulted your payment and strictly i told them i can't pay any single paisa...
                      Now they are continuously sending harassment through SMS that you have not paid your dues. its not acceptable.
                      Now i file the complaint in Customer Govt. Redressal Forum.Docket No. 702026.

                      if they keep on sending like that SMS for due payment, i may have to seek legal proceedings against your organisation.

                        I recharged my Tata Docomo number on 17th April 2018, and was using my mobile till 19th April 2018 and from 20th April there was no signal and repeated calls to customer care wasn't of any use as no one was able to help me out.

                        I did the recharge through "freecharge" app. Upon following up with freecharge about the recharge they confirmed that the recharge is done and have mailed me the same.

                        I want a complete refund from Tata Docomo.

                          Today, i received sms from tata docomo for a/c #[protected] to pay immediately to avoid being a defaulter.

                          I haven't been using tata docomo services for last 4-6 months. When i called up their customer service to cancel my number on 11 feb 2018, the agent pushed me to move to the lowest plan of 50 rupees per month instead of cancelling the number. I have the plan activation confirmation from tata docomo.

                          On receiving the bill for same amount in mar, tata docomo customer service agents justify that the plan could not be changed as the decision was taken to stop services. Who will notify the customer? The agents were not ready to discontinue services in mar.

                          I paid 1180 in march even after putting the request for lowest plan or proposing cancellation.

                            I'm karthik.h. i have recharge my phone number ([protected]) tata docomo for ₹119/- unlimited call and 1.4 gp 3g per day.
                            On[protected]. My mobile net is not working and so i can't browse i can't check mails etc. I called to 121 customer care 5 times on[protected] for network issues. each time there said many option and i use to do it. Also same problem reflects. Then there took a complain (PNR[protected]) regards network issues there said it will resolved in 24 hours. But problem not resolved i called 121 again. There telling me to wait up to[protected]. To resolve the problem and there criticising me by laughing and telling me to change your network we dont have any problem and there telling there can't refund the reached amount.
                            I'm paying and i can't use anything such a bad network I'm so worried and got high BP because of this.
                            Please help me for refund my money and give them some penalty (₹50, 000/-) for there treating the customers.

But till now the issue was not resolved daily four times I'm getting call from tata docomo customer care office every one telling there ll resolve with in 24 hours with in 24 hours with in 24 hours same dialog there repeating but my issue was not resolved. There not resolving my problem and there not refunding my recharge amount also. I'm very sad and worried i got BP rise very high because of the peoples who spoken with me.
                            There are all cheating like something. There can't provide 3g mobile data but give offers for the customers and cheating them.
                            Need to take immediately action against the network. Thanks.

                                I am from kolkata i have been using tata docomo for more than 8 year. The call rates are 1 paisa 1 sec. But few day back suddenly they have raise 20 paisa per call. Without my knowledge. I had send sms to stop this but nothing happen. I called customer care but said that its a offer which ever customer of docomo has to bear whether they want it or not. Please resolve this matter asap.

Many numbers times i called i explained my problem is not resolve. Once in conversion they are giving change center and call #33*1234# number i tried. My service complaint has been resigterd request with number pwr[protected]. Next two minutes your problem is resolved in message giving but is not resolve. Help in this action

                                    Mobile no.- [protected], my credit limit was 800 rs but they send bill of 3784 rupees. At any cost my bill must not cross 800 rupees until i am not going to pay 80% of my bill as per company policy. They are saying that on there end data get updated after 24 hour but my concern is if company is lacking behind in technology why i will suffer for that. Pfa to get the context regarding whole conversation. I do not want to know for what they had charged, i want to know why my services not stopped after billing of 800 rupees.

                                    I am also having proper mail communication with the company.

                                        My docomo number is [protected] and i have been using this number for nearly 5 to 6 years. Now suddenly it is showing sim not provisioned. I haven't received any prior notice regarding this.

                                        I am on international roaming and my all important things are connected to this number. It will be really helpful if anyone can solve it as soon as possible

                                        Kindly help it's urgent
