Dear sir,
We are using tata docomo mobile for the last more than 4 years with mobile number [protected]. We have taken a plan of rs. 349/- per month o[censored]nlimited calls and 1gb data per data. Now for the month of apirl' 18 we have received a bill for rs. 2, 060/- in which it shows data usage charges rs.1, 474.65/-. I have written five time emails to tata docomo customer care to explain what is this bill. Their standard reply is their billing of rs. 2, 060/- is correct and we have to pay that amount.
This is purely day light robbery from the customers and their reply is irritating me. Whom shall i report and where will i get the justice.
It looks like tata docomo is not professionally managed company and they are trying to rob the money wherever they want without giving correct response.
Five times i written the email to explain them what is this rs.1, 474.65/- all the times i got a reply from them their bill is correct.
