I have had enough bad experience from docomo since december 2017.. I have been complaining that i'm unable to make calls for any number even i cannot call 121/198 also. There was many complaint lodged since dec, jan, feb with customer care/ nodal appellate but the issue is yet to be resolved. After merging with airtel network not even single day i have got airtle network option in search network. I cannot use the sim in android phone at all. Please help in resolving my issue on priority.. Docomo team has become very lazy they are not bothered about customer issues at all. Pls i want this issue to be escalated at the top most escalation.. Ceo and chairman of docomo. Plssss do the needful

    I am a customer of tata docomo from past 6 years, now i am not able to listen any calls who are calling me... There a lot of distubense in the network, when i calling to your customercare auto machine is making a problem, am facing this problem from past 1 month and your network is suffering me lot, if your team will not solve my issue i'll change to other network.

        I was using tata docomo prepaid number which is linked to all my banking and email account recovery. Tata docomo deactivated my number on april 19, 2018 while i am overseas. Now i can't access my internet banking without otp, tata docomo support saying they cancelled my number as it was not used for 90 days. Now i have to buy another one if i wish using tata docomo services. I requested them to activate my number but they saying they cannot.

        How they can disconnect number without giving any message or notice in this regard?
        I am ready to recharge as much as they want but they never informed me or asked for it and now not giving any chance.. This is giving me so much of trouble and stress.

          My number is [protected].. I ported my number from tata docomo to airtel... The network of tata docomo is disconnected but same is not started with airtel... As they are saying that we didnt have your data... So i request to docomo for look into this matter and give proper solution. I want my number to be started again for docomo other wise a new upc code to be generated from your side.. So that i can re activate my number

            Plz reactivate my tata docomo number 896*79. I did not use it since long so my sim seems to have been deactivated. My bank and other registration are linked to this number. I have searched and tried contacting customer care persons through docomo help line but non was able to resolve my issue. I wish to retain my number. I’m not able to locate any docomo customer support online and offline. Plz help me. I need quick help. Urgent!!

                Dear Sir, I was having Tata DoCoMo photon stick no.[protected], which I decided to cancel as I got another connection as per my need. I called the customer care to cancel the connection but the executive forced me and finally convinced me to not cancel but to put it on safe custody feature for 3 months, during which period no bill will be generated as per him. He also told that I will have to call if I wanted to activate after 3 months otherwise it will be cancelled automatically. We received the message about the safe custody feature period starting from 6th September 2017 and ending on 5th December. We never called to activate. On 29th November I received a message saying that safe custody feature is getting over, please call to activate the connection. In December another message came that our service request has been processed. In January we received a bill of Rs.570, which was not due as the connection was on safe custody. We were receiving call every other day for the undue amount and we explained at least 15 times to 15 different people that we are not using it and it is cancelled. In our community also people confirmed that Tata DoCoMo people keep on calling and harassing them. Now we receive a message that they are going to Look adalat for the remaining amount. Kindly look into the matter.

                Yesterday, We purchased a 4g sim instead of our old sim for ₹200 including for change of name and Aadhar registeration.

                He told me that the sim will be activated by 8pm yesterday.

                So far, it hasn't been activated.

                  My docomo sim was lost with number [protected], i purchased a duplicate sim for 130rs.
                  They said it will be activated within 3hrs, but its more than 3hrs now.
                  I called customer 2-3 times they say its activated.

                  I also contacted at [protected]@tatadocomo.com, but as usual no reply.

                  Why its taking so much time to get on network.?

                  Please resolve this as early as possible

About this regard i go to madurai bye pass pomeni tata docomo office. They were not respose for me. They said to me go& communicate ur retail dealer (Opp to walkford college k. K.                       Hello, this is merin kumar. I am having a tata docomo prepaid sim card from around last 7 years. I am having issue with sending sms to any other numbers from almost last 3 months (As i feel may be this problem is older). When i am sending an sms it always says "message not sent". I tried to contact tata docomo care their direct complaint number (198 or 121 or etc) doesn't work. Although i tried to contact with them on their tollfree number [protected] and other (Get from google) they say that my 10 digit number is invalid. And i am having trouble due to not able to send sms. Please help. Thanks,

                          Hello dear,

                          I myself pembarthi mahesh kumar yadav s/o p. Dayanand actually my sim was lost on last sunday i. E (08/04/2018) so i raised a complain to blocked my sim on monday at our nearest tata docomo store sec-bad hyderabad.

                          So my issuse is that your people took my father details and bio-metric i. E thumb impression and all because that sim was register with my father name i. E p. Dayanand this all process done by your employee on last monday i. E (16/04/2018) and they charged 100 rupees for sim reactivation.

                          Again same issues the sim did not activated on tuesday that is today 17/04/2018 so is that to behave with customers same process what has been done my father same thing as been provided today also bio metric i. E thumb impression and all but still did not activated.

                          Problem: irresponsibility of your employees on customers

                          They doesn't check the status of the concern person they were issuing sim and charging sim for 100 rupees at tata docomo store outside of road.

                          Kindly help me out me out or else i can proceed legallically as per govt nouns and conditions

                          Note:these all incident happen at tata docomo store @ sec-bad paradise beside yasodha hospital.

                              Tata photon has discontinued the cdma service on 31st jan 2018.

                              Still they continue to sent me monthly bills. After sending repeated emails, there is no action taken.

                              Each time i sent email to [protected]@tatadocomo.com their representative will reply back stating this will be the last bill.. And it is continuing even now.

                              How do i stop this harassment of collecting money for a discontinued service.

                                I was convinced to take tatadocomo broadband connection 2 weeks before i was to leave pune for about a month. The info provided was that i can get it deactivated when i am leaving and then reactivated when i am back.
                                I also opted for tata docomo as unlike other service providera in the area, it i. E. It's representative informed that the deposit amount of 590/- iam paying is refundable - he confirmed that it's deposit and not installation charges.

                                When i left pune as planned and called them to deactivate the connection on 12th december i was informed that only connections whih are atleast 3 months old can be deactivated. That meant i will have to pay for a month even when i am not using it. So i got the connection cancelled and asked to register a complaint against the person who misinformed me.

                                A few days later i started getting mails and calls to pay dues of rs. 985/-.

                                I asked them on what action is taken on complaint but never recieved any reply.
                                After a few mails and calls i asked them for deposit refund. The first time i was told that the deposit will be refunded with in 45 days of completion of 3 months of cancellation of services - this was strange.. Like 105 days i need to wait for deposit refund. But this was only conveyed on phone and not on mail.
                                After a few more calls from them i aaked them about the complaint registered and deposit refund. Tbis time was told that refund will be with in 45 days of me clearing dues and will be sent by cheque to my address.

                                And a few calls later i am told that the amount was not refundable.. That it was installation charges and not deposit. And this time it was on mail.

                                Now last week i recieved a legal notice from them asking me to pay thee dues or they will take some legal action.

                                I have their calls recorded and all the mail communication as well. I have proof that they misled me and misinformed intentionally at every stage and have wasted my time and also troubled me in my work hours.

                                Can any one suggest what should be my next step. How to get legal help and proceed against this planned fraud based on simole logic that any middle-class guy won't go for legal trouble for amounts like a thousand or two?

                                I feel cheated and am ready to spend more than my dues of rs 985/- instead of simply agreeing to them to clear dues.
                                They even once agreed to close the issue if i pay rs 500.

                                Please suggest the best way ahead.

                                    I am getting call from docomo agency and asking for a bill payment which was billed in the month of feb and i have never used it where i discussed with docomo agency to disconnect my connection in the month of january. I have received a email saying that if i dont make a payment legal action will be taken.

                                    How can i pay when i have not used any data and i have already told agency to disconnect the connection, i have also received many calls from agents for bill payment but my only reply always was i have told to disconnect in month of january. This is very rediculous torture by docomo agency people which we never expected.
