Hi docomo team,

I spoke to suresh (+[protected] today who is one o[censored]r executive. I dnt believe that the way he spoke to us is not at all polite and moreover its commanding our credibility.
And he is asking about our personal incomes and defaming our credibility. As per the conversation we had with docomo ppl earlier, i asked to disconnnect the service at jan-18 but they had hesitated to do so.

Since 3 years i am using this tata docomo photon + and i have paid my bills on time and i had not seen any executive speaking like this with a customer.
I would like to get an apologies from them and i have not used the docomo from jan you can track the data and verify. Even i asked to disconnect also it is not made from your side.

      Hello, this is elvy thomas from bangalore. I am having a tata docomo prepaid sim card from around last 7-8 years. I am having issue with sending and receiving sms from / to my number from last 2 months. When i am sending an sms it always says "message not sent". I have called the customer care several times but the issue has not been resolved from last 2 days. And i am having trouble since this number is linked to many online accounts.

        The complaint is regarding the postpaid bill i have received ie 997 rs and out of which 650 rs was charged as international sms usage where as i don't have the access to any international numbers on my number. Then how can i get that bill? Moreover i haven't sent any messages to any international number at 2 am or 3 am in the day as i don't have the access to any international numbers. Till date i believed that tata group is a people trust worthy organisation but today i lost faith in it.
        Why should i pay the bill for the services that i haven't used till date??
        I want justice.

          Sir/madam please help me out. My sim card has been deactivated because i was not using that sim from last 1 year now i want to reactivate that number because my bank account and many ligeal documents is linked to my old number only i am facing lot of problems.
          Please help me out i am not abale to apply for my insurance also realy its too difficult to make me all those things you people are only the hope for me please help me out it is too important for me please try to understand my problem and help these poor guy

            I have raised complaint ticket number - dum[protected] with tatadocomo, i am having this sim for last 10 years and travel /stay in uk suddenly after 30th march 2018 the sim has stopped working on asking the tatadocomo team they said that tatadocomo has stopped the services with partner uk networks like vodafone and all the international roaming customers are having issues, i dont know how without informing they can stop the services, i have been calling these guys daily as this number is primary number for me and used for all my contacts to call and receive messages. Can anyone please help with the issue.

            I am suddenly started facing strange issue since 5 days while roaming in Europe, before that it was working absolutely fine, problem is it is not able to connect to any network i don't have any clue, i have balance in SIM but stiill problem exist. I am in huge problem as this no. is register everywhere in Bank, adhar etc i cannot do any thing now.
            I am also facing the same issue after using Tata docomo sim from last 4 years in London
            Same Problem here, stopped working after March 2018. I am in Australia though. After basic troubleshooting like replace phone, restart phone, which I had done multiple times, they asked me to maintain minimum 850 balance. I have topped up the SIM but didn't help at all. Seems they have no clue on what needs to be done for this issue.
            They also told me they have moved to Airtel infrastructure in the background and seems international SIMs have not been transitioned.
            I am also facing the same issue in UK from Feb 1st 2019, all my banks otp are linked with this number and i am unable to do any transactions now. It was working fine from last 4 months but suddenly it stopped getting signal.

              I am not able to send any sms through my mobile number. It's been around months that i am not able to send any sms. Every time i phone them they say that i should change my message centre number. I tried it and even then the problem persisted. I keep calling them and they give me the same explanation everytime. That phone number is connected to a lot of my accounts and barring of outgoing sms es is creating a lot of trouble to me. Please help me out as soon as possible.

                I am writing this as a complaint to inform you that unfortunately, i have taken a broadband connection from tata docomo. My account number is[protected]. I was offered a speed of 40mbps. But from the day i got the connection, i am getting a speed which varies from 250 kbps to 1.5 mbps. Also, my connection is not at all stable. It has been three weeks and i am fed up complaining about this to the representative who gave me the connection and your kerala regional manager. These guys are not even picking up my call right now. I just want to cancel my connection now and refund the amount which i paid for cheating me like this. Please do needful. I also send a disconnection request to [protected]@tatatel.co.in and tatadocomo. [protected]@tatatel.co.in, but no response still.

                An official from Tata Docomo has called me and said they will resolve the issue. Since I had suffered too much with them, I asked them to cancel my connection. What they said is they will put my connection on hold for three months and for this time period they will not arise any bill for me. But now I have received a mail from them asking to pay the bill for the internet which I am not using. What ### is this ? They are trying to cheat me like this. I don't understand why these guys are doing these ### things continuously.

                My tata docomo mobile number [protected] is showing no service from last two days.why this happend ? can you tell me? when it will get resolved ? or should i port in other network?

                  I am from hyderabad, telangana and hold a tata docomo sim since more than 5 years. I am abroad and want to keep my tata docomo sim active to receive sms from banks since it is registered there and to use it as required. On enquiry in the shop that sells sim cards, it is said that it automatically be in roaming due to various international roaming agreements. It was in roaming for some time as has been told. But suddenly it stopped working. I wish to contact customer care but do not find any no for nris. All customer care no are 198 or toll free which cannot be rung from abroad. I wish to pay a fee for international roaming, if any. Hence, i request the tata docomo authorities to advise action as needed. Thanks and regards.

                    This is dindayal gupta from mumbai. I am having a tatadocomo prepaid sim card from around last 6 years. I am having issue with sending sms to any other numbers. When i am sending an sms it always says "message not sent". I tried to contact tatadocomo care their direct complaint number (198 or 121 or etc) doesn't work. Although i tried to contact with them on their tollfree number. And i am having trouble due to not able to send sms.

                      Hai team,

                      Hai this is deepak i am using tata docomo from last 10 years and recently converted to postpaid. I have made the payment through my bank app (Icici) for ₹500. After that without any intimation my sim blocked saying that i did not made any payment.

                      I have called to customer care (Very pathetic service i have ever seen, waited for almost 35 min only to connect customer care executive) they told me that they have raised a request. But till now nothing is happened i have the transaction details to whom i should contact now.

                      In hyderabad almost all the stores are closed now (Very bad)

                      Pls give me solution

                          My name is varun nair and i was a long time user of the dongle from tata docomo. I lost the dongle one fine day and i decided to stop using the connection and even dropped an email to the customer care to discontinue the services. I even reached out to the customer care on phone asking them to guide me to the nearest branch of tata docomo. Each time i was given an address which was wrong. The next month onwards i started getting billed despite me putting up a request for deactivation of services. And the month after that, they billed me again and ever since then i've been getting non stop calls and messages asking me to pay up the two months billed amount. And even if i pay up the amount to just stop this harassment, i have zero faith in tata docomo that they might reactivate my services again. However, i am not going to pay up the amount for zero usage despite all the nonsensical calls i've been getting from them. I would urge everyone to just stop using the services of this phony company and their # services and even more # customer support. I am being forced to submit this complaint today after the call that i got today where i literally had to throw fiery phrases at the lady because of the manner in which she spoke to me. Tata docomo, if you wish for customer retention and loyalty, then start treating them well to begin with. If this is how you treat long term customers then there is a good reason why your market share in the telecom sector has drastically dropped. Going further, if i continue to get such calls, then i will be forced to take severe legal action against you. This better be taken seriously.                               60 paise getting deducted daily from my prepaid balance. I filed a complaint in Docomo's official website..but no action taken...and deduction continues...pls resolve it ASAP...my money is getting wasted...
                              I am not able to call .This issue got started when i called to customer care he told to enter the *33*1234#.

                              Not able to call cutomer care also.

                                # tata docomo, you disconnected my sim card of 9 years citing non usage of 90 days and balance less than rs 20.
                                I have received sms messages on this number during those 90 days, so you cannot say non-usage.
                                You have previously mentioned that you cannot reconnect with the same number. #, if you cant reconnect, why the # you do the disconnection?

                                  I've raised a request #[protected] on 15th mar'18 with tata docomo broadband asking for a hardcopy of the bill for my passport address proof verification and i got to know that the team had auto closed that request on 21st mar'18 without delivering it. Later on 22nd mar'18 i raised a complaint #[protected] and although it was a miss earlier by the billing or bill dispatch team, customer care team said that the default system generated resolution date for this complaint no. Is 28th mar'18, but i didn't agree as it was your team's fault when it should have been delivered earlier and then i said that i can only wait until monday, 26th mar'18 for which the customer care person had agreed.

                                  But, i still didn't neither got the bill nor a call from tata docomo's courier company that they'll be delivering it either on 26th or 27th mar'18. I want to know the reason why? I'm very dis-satisfied with all the team's services on what they are committing to do and not all doing the work of what they've agreed when i've made these requests.

                                  Till today the hard copy of the bill is not delivered yet to my billing address. When i just had a call with one of the senior person, knew that they would need another 4-5 days to try and find why it was not delivered by your billing team or the courier team.

                                  Today at 6:24 PM I had received a call from one of the team's of Tata Docomo and one of the lady was asking my email address so that she can send the soft copy of the bill immediately.

                                  This how Tata Docomo team's work without any coordination. They do no know what is the reason of my request no.[protected] that I had placed on 15th March 2018, that she does not know at all OR when she called, her colleagues from the billing department did not let her know the reason behind the call.

                                  This is the way Tata Docomo team's work internally.

                                  I still did not get a response from anyone from Tata Docomo.

                                      There was no or very low broadband service starting starting 15th dec'17 till mid feb'18 for a broadband plan of "limitless 5 mbps ul @ 2999". I had raised multiple compliant between this timeframe in customer care. I was always informed stating that technician are working on it and the problem will be resolved at the earliest. I was also asked to pay the monthly bill so that service continues and the amount will be refund once the issue is fixed. Now when the issue is fixed i have been requesting the tata docomo billing department to offset the forth coming bill with amount paid for dec'17 and jan'18. The stance taken by the company is if "you were facing problem in those month you should have not paid the bill, there is nothing we can do about it now"
                                      I am not making any bill payments henceforth. I have also written multiple mail to "[protected]@tatadocomo.com,
                                      Appellate. [protected]@tatadocomo.com", but there has been no progress on it. I have also raised the issue on social media sites such as facebook and twitter, but again no progress. My account number is "[protected]" and complaint number is

                                        Issue: i have received rs. 1902 bill for the month of feb, 18. It was surprising as my monthly bill would be around rs.400. I verified the bill in question and observed that there is an amount of rs.1357 (Rs.5555 less disc rs.4198) for data usage.

                                        Firstly i don't use data on docomo sim as my default data usage as i don't get speed as well as i have data offer on a different operator's sim which is set default for data usage on my phone. I rarely use docomo for data if there is no signal on other sim.

                                        Secondly, i wonder how an operator can charge that much when other operators in the same area charges almost nothing for data these days.

                                        So i complained about it on 10th march (Unique docket number is[protected] and have been following up with docomo on emails and the response is very poor. Once i got a call from their team asking about the details and they stated that the amount will be corrected and they are waiting for approval about 10 days ago.

                                        Today, 28th march, i still am following up for an update but nothing.

                                        Meanwhile am getting emails stating that there will be late fee as am crossing the due date and there can be service disruption as well.

                                        I don't understand when there is an issue in the billing and they have to get back on it, how can they expect late fee? And discontinue services?
                                        Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        There is no response from TATA Docomo even after a couple of followups on the docket number. Meanwhile, I received recent bill with the same issue. I have 199 plan on my another sim of Airtel where I get 1.4gb/day free and I set that up as my default SIM for data always. Especially am not using Docomo even though I have any signal issue on Airtel as there is a issue going on. The question is, when I do not use data...how can Docomo keep charging me thousands of rupees a month for data?

                                        And I can't believe the call i just received from bill collection executive. They talk to me as if I escape paying the bills and even after explaining that there is an issue and a docket number is being worked on, they simply say I have to pay the bill???

                                        I also went to Docomo store personally and they simply said I should follow up with Applette which am already am doing. Any suggestions anyone please.
