Hi,

Issue: i have received rs. 1902 bill for the month of feb, 18. It was surprising as my monthly bill would be around rs.400. I verified the bill in question and observed that there is an amount of rs.1357 (Rs.5555 less disc rs.4198) for data usage.

Firstly i don't use data on docomo sim as my default data usage as i don't get speed as well as i have data offer on a different operator's sim which is set default for data usage on my phone. I rarely use docomo for data if there is no signal on other sim.

Secondly, i wonder how an operator can charge that much when other operators in the same area charges almost nothing for data these days.

So i complained about it on 10th march (Unique docket number is[protected] and have been following up with docomo on emails and the response is very poor. Once i got a call from their team asking about the details and they stated that the amount will be corrected and they are waiting for approval about 10 days ago.

Today, 28th march, i still am following up for an update but nothing.

Meanwhile am getting emails stating that there will be late fee as am crossing the due date and there can be service disruption as well.

I don't understand when there is an issue in the billing and they have to get back on it, how can they expect late fee? And discontinue services?

There is no response from TATA Docomo even after a couple of followups on the docket number. Meanwhile, I received recent bill with the same issue. I have 199 plan on my another sim of Airtel where I get 1.4gb/day free and I set that up as my default SIM for data always. Especially am not using Docomo even though I have any signal issue on Airtel as there is a issue going on. The question is, when I do not use data...how can Docomo keep charging me thousands of rupees a month for data?

And I can't believe the call i just received from bill collection executive. They talk to me as if I escape paying the bills and even after explaining that there is an issue and a docket number is being worked on, they simply say I have to pay the bill???

I also went to Docomo store personally and they simply said I should follow up with Applette which am already am doing. Any suggestions anyone please.

      Hi,
      I am Anju from Kochi(Kerala). I am having a tata docomo prepaid sim card. I am having issue with sending sms from my mobile number ([protected]).

      I am trying to send message for "PORT" when i am sending an sms it always says "message not sent". I am getting messages from my friends and i can send also but the problem i am facing that i can't send a message for the port.

      Tata docomo guys said do the message after 3 hrs i try for the same and again got a same message "message not sent". I have called the customer care again but the issue has not been resolved. Please help.

        Hii i am facing this issue of dive in now pop up again. How do i turn it off? It displays itself multiple times on the screen and irrespective of clicking on ok or cancel still keeps popping up. If you could let me know how to shut that down will be better as it creates an obstacle in the other functioning of the phone too. So please let me know of a way to block it as soon as possible.

        This was found in a tata tea gold pack of 500gm. Bought around a month back.
        I was given a sim card when i visited the TATA showroom at Patny but am not able to activate it, as i am getting a message that it is not registered on Network. My walky phone#[protected].
        I am sending the SMS to 1900 but it is not sending the port message. Calling customer care IVR tells every time that they are busy. Want to port my number asap. My location is Bhopal.
        A dead lizard in tata tea gold pack !!
        This is very shocking and disappointing for us as a consumer to find a dead lizard inside the tea packet. Please take an immediate action on maintaining the hygiene of the product since tata tea is a regular tea brand for Indian household.

          Sir,
          We recd a email from tata docamo as legal notice for non payment of due. We have informed to thru email to disconnect our connection. But there is no response and suddenly sending a legal notice. Actually we cleared our dues and the number [protected]/[protected].
          I called and asked them they told to clear the outstanding dues. I cleared and sent the transaction id and request for noc. But no reply from them. These are fraudulent.
          Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Due to clousre of Docomo service very shortly I would like to surrender my landline. Please let me know how to go about it. Also please let me know if there is refund.

              Bought this photon max wifin dongle on 29th november, 2017. Now just 3 months later, i am informed that cdma will not longer work and i have to change over to gsm. When i visited your store in kormangala, bangalore to exchange the dongle, i was informed that they are out of stock and i should visit the e-city outlet. There i was informed that in place of my wifi dongle i will have to accept a single user dongle. I paid for a wifi dongle so why shoudl i accept a wifi dongle. As per the store people there is no wifi dongle, so i called customer care and they asked me to visit kormangala again.

              This week i visited kormangala again, and they also offered me a single user dongle in place of a wifi dongle. I am not willing to accept a single user dongle when my requirement is a wifi dongle and i have paid for a wifi one.

              I demanded that they offer me a wifi dongle in exchange or refund the money rs 1999 that i paid for this dongle only 3 months ago, which they shouldn't have sold in the first place knowing that it won't work in a few months. I am sure the decision to shift from cdma to gsm was not taken one sudden day.

              I have written to their customer care and also escalated to their appellate, but they say we can't refund not give wifi dongle as its not in stock. Please advice.

                My docomo no [protected] has stop service. There was some balance that was clear as isa call.. On 21st march 2018 without any reason and deactivate the network service.. The company saying that their service will never stop or sim card will not discontinued but they did it... Please suggest me. What can i do???

                    I am receiving a daily message and threat email from a person call deepak choudhary who claims he is advocate and representing tata docomo.

                    I sent email before 1st october abount internet connection discontinuation as i was vacating my current residence.

                    Customer care did not close the connection, my bill payment of september was clear.

                    Because of their negligence they did not close the connection and generated the bill of 668.

                    Now they are following up for this payement.
                    I am no where responsible for this amount as i never used the internet as i had already vacated the flat on 1st october and despite sending them written email they did not close the connection.

                    In YouTube I saw one video so to do practice I pressed #31# in phone Dial for on wards my phone outgoing calls are not working can you help me

                        I am using the Tatadocomo landline[protected] for the past 7 or 8 years. I have been paying bills on dot all these years. They were providing their services all right all these years.

                        Suddenly in Feb 2018 the line went dead and I though probably there is some mess up in payment of bills and paid Rs.472 on[protected] through ICICI Bank credit card (Transaction Id 74568228038330077001371) and again another Rs.472 on[protected] through ICICI Bank credit card (Transaction Id 74766518043806464684876). Even after payment twice the phone was not working. I dialled to their customer care where they told me they have changed the instrument and I should personally go with my Aadhar card to their Adyar outlet and pay some Rs.1500/- and get a new instrument. I am aged 66 and after great difficulty I located and reached their Adyar office. To my utter amazement they told me that they have discontinued the land line system and they will give no new instrument . They did not have the courtesy of atleast informing me in advance before they discontinued their landline.
                        What action TRAI is going to take for such unbecoming behaviour of this telecom company?

                        Now the second part of my complaint. I wanted refund of one Rs.472/- which I have paid twice. I telephoned to them today(![protected] and One Mr. Yuvaraj acknowledges that they have received double payment and after about 80 days it will be refunded. I asked him to acknowledge this fact by email so that at least there will be some record for the refund. He refused to do it. In their web site there is absolutely no way I can register this complaint as the system does NOT accept any complaint from landline holders. Only Mobile phone complaints are accepted by their Website. Neither their voice system will accept and register the complain nor their Web system will accept a complaint from a land line owner. What should I do? I told Mr Yuvaraj that I will register complaint with Trai. He says you go and register complaint anywhere. This is there in the recording at approximately 7 PM on[protected]. You may kindly verify this by calling for the voice recording.
                        Is this the PURPOSE FOR WHICH TELECOM WERE PRIVATISED WITH SO MUCH FANFARE? SUCH WONDERFUL SERVICE FROM PRIVATE SECTOR!

                        Tatadocomo has to answer for two things:
                        1. Why they dis connected my service without information and why their Voice caller mis- informed to go to Adyar to get new phone?
                        2. Why there is no method for giving complaint by a land line owner of TATADOCOMO.

                        Kindly take up the matter with them and advise me. Regards.

                            Respected sir/ ma'am,
                            I am shailendra mobile no [protected] haven't subscribed for any ldr
                            Service. But ldr service has been activated
                            On my no. Before my balance was 36.46 rs. But when i checked it shows only 1.50rs. 34.96rs has been deducted from my balance. I don't know about ldr service what is it and how to use it. Yet i don't know. And i haven't subscribed for any of these services, i request to you do action against wrong doors who is responsible for that

                                My mobile number is[protected]. I have not suscribe anything on internet but i everytime recive a notification that your balance was deducted by 5 rupees. Now my balance is fully down. I’m still reciving the notification that you cant proceed you dont have enougf balance, now how can i trust to add balance in my mobile. Deducting balance automatically is the most costomer loosing thing fix this soon or i should change my career

                                    I recharged my phone on 22nd february 2018 for a talk time of rupees 160. When i checked a few days back, the balance was 0. I have not made any outgoing calls from this number neither have i used the mobile data since i have wifi at home. I can't make any calls to the customer care since i don't have any balance left.

I am having issue with sending sms to any other numbers from almost last 2 months. When i am sending an sms it always says "message not sent". Although i tried to contact with them on their tollfree number and other (Get from google) they say that my 10 digit number is invalid. And i am having trouble due to not able to send sms.                                         12 years am using tata indicom now tata docomo walky [protected], they give cdma landline device and i pay for it, now suddenly they move to cdma to gsm, so need to change device you will pay rs. 1500/- and not given same number,

                                        Now old device not use, because its encrypted not able to use other network also, i ask the, they not replace and not given offers also, so my phone money fully lose, customer service talking very careless and worst words,
