I am using tata docomo cdma walky number from last three years and now they are shutting down their cdma service. They are changing our number to gsm service. As we are having an corporate number, we have requested to keep our number same but they have denied for this services which is going to put us in trouble because our old number has been given to all of our customer.
Even they are charging unnecessarily for new gsm walky for no reason and when i asked them what about the cdms walky which i have already purchased before? They said that will be no longer in use.

    I used to use tata services for last 4 years.
    I ported to other service provider on 11th of nov 2017, had paid the bills upto 25th oct 2017, tata instead of providing me bill from 25th oct to 11th nov 2017 they prodive bill for full billing cycle, they also generated the bill from nov 25th to dec 24th, during which i had already ported to other service provider, these are fake bills, and now they are threatening me to pay bill to logde complaint, they are harrassing me with continous calls and cheap language, please help

      I talked to a customer care representative on tata docomo and he told me the procedure for terminating my connection. I was moving to a different city in the month of october and the internet connection was no longer needed. I was told to drop a mail on a particular mail id for termination i did that, after that, i got a confirmation call and i explained my reason for termination. Within 24 hours my internet stopped working. I left the city i paid my dues online. After 2 months tata docomo calls me and tells me that i have to pay them for the month of october and november. I told them that i have already terminated my connection to which they replied that my request was not received. Since then i have complained to the customer care so many times they never get back to me, instead they drop emails like we looked into your case and unfortunately, we can't provide a waiver for this case. Why did my internet stop working if my request was not received? Also they told me that their retention team approached my father and he agreed to retain. Now please tell me why on the earth will my father agree to something like that. No one was living in that space anymore, my consumption for the month of october and november is 0.
      Whenever i lodge a complaint they tell me that they will get back to me but they never do and in the mail they write we tried to contact you but you were not reachable even though my phone was totally reachable throughout the day.

        I was sent the demand for payment on email by tata docomo for photon plus connection that was not deactivated after constantly asking them to deactivate my account, in spite of repeated requests to deactivate the connection, i was called by a number of representatives from tata docomo offering me different plans to continue with the connection. I kept saying no as i didn't need the connection but they disagreed to deactivate the connection on time. I paid all the outstanding bills till january and asked them to terminate my connection on 20th january. When i made the request to cancell my connection. Tata photon still generated this bill as they delayed the cancellation from their side. And upon asking them that why i am getting this bill they told me that you have to pay the bill till 7 february as your number was not disconnected and you told us to continue with the services. This is consumer harassment by sending a legal notice to scare the consumer and forcing them to pay for services they never asked for. Request you to please help me with my complaint. I read about a number of such consumer harassment cases against tata photon. I believe we should all take a legal action against the company

          I have posted a compliant about loss of my sim card and surrendering the post paid mobile on january 7th 2018. The complaint is as follows.

          I want to surrender and disconnect my tata docomo post paid mobile number:[protected] my account number[protected]. My last bill amount is rs. 984 paid on 07.01.2018. '

          I wish my mobile number is to be cancelled immediately with effect from this minute. I do not want any phone calls further pestering me for payment of bill since i am not using this mobile number and i have lost my sim card.

          Please take immediate action and oblige. I find some of your customer care people in tata docomo unnecessarily harassing me. I being a senior citizen of 68 years, i request you to stop this nonsense and deactivate the above menetioned number with immediate effects.

          I thought tata would have taken prompt action and deleted the below mentioned mobile number. [protected]. It is a really shame on tata people to harass senior citizens like me by sending me bills saying that it is rental charge for sim card. What nonsense this is? The funniest thing ever heard that sim card has got rentals. People who allow politicians and billionaires to loot the country are harassing a 69, year old senior citizen who has paid all his regular bills be harassed by giving mental torture

            I am a docomo customer for past 7 years, ([protected]). I activated this sim from kolkata circle when i was studding, but my present address is krishnagar (Outside of kolkata, 100 km distance). So when i went krishnagar it was also working but suddenly i checked that tower is not comming, it happend on november 2017. Now i came back to kolkata for work but still i didn't get tower in my docomo number. That number is linked with so many thing, i need this number badly. Please inform me what needs to be done from my side to activate the sim.

              Tata docomo (Karnal) charged me rs 100 for a sim upgrade without providing a receipt against the same.
              Also the charged amount doesn't include any sort of recharge against it.
              It's been long since they are promising of call back (On their facebook page) regarding the issue, but no communication has been done so far. Didn't even get the complaint number.

                      Hi, i have a photon plus connection and have been regular in paying my bill.
                      I received a message from photon team saying cdma servies are being discontinued. Subsequently i have asked for cancellation of my service. Now, i am being asked to pay for 7 days extra.
                      Why is this?
                      Are you refunding me for the cost of the device?
                      Why am i being asked to pay for 7 days and you take no responsibility of cost incurred by me?
                      Your service is pathetic and customer care is rude and very unprofessional.

                          As discussed with your advocate mr. Sakshena, he has call me at gandhigram police station (Rajkot) m - ‭[protected]‬, i have not paid the above no tata docomo bill and he has put the fir against me with many many charges.
                          About the overdue, i have not paid due to your representative call me before 3 month (Bill overdue month) your photon dongle will be merger with airte and we have cancel the all active dongle. Why i have purchase the repeat dongle for company comfort zone, hence i have told him to cancel the my connection and same matter i have told every time for your representative for cancel the connection but he told me, go to docomo office discussed with our officer.
                          I have use mistakenly only 2 time dongle in the overdue month (2 months) and i am docomo customer more the 4 years and every time i have pay regular basis and many time your dongle not working and your speed not received me as per plan but that time your company not reward and refund or less bill against your service.
                          Your representative call me for payment only not solved my problem every person call me with hard collection with temper language.

                            I was having postpaid connection [protected] in panchkula (Punjab circle) from tata docomo. My plan was for 350/- plus service tax thereon. Suddenly, without intimation from tata side network stop working and tata store also closed in the circle. I was getting sms for use the airtel network on daily charge basis but i do not responded.in next billing, i received unexpected invoice without network service and value added services charged were not known to me and also customer care was not able to explain. I paid the entire amount to port to other operator. But tata docomo is still raising the invoice.
                            I request your good self for refund from tata docomo for the charges levied without any services and also compensation for mental harassment. I shall be oblize.

                              I had [protected]as a postpaid number which i wanted to discontinue... I had a bill payment pending for[protected]+1120) for which i was told to pay 2600. I paid rs 2600 by cheque to the authorised person who collected it from my home on 14th feb 2018.
                              On 15th feb i received a msg that rs 300 was still pending...
                              Now i am receiving the msg that more than rs 500 is pending.
                              I don't know why when i had paid the requisite amount as guided by the person on phone, why am i still harassed even after my account has been closed & facilities have been long suspended since mid feb.
                              Please note that i am not going to pay anything now & stop sending msges.

                                Hi,

                                I had taken the tata docomo broadband connection for demo from mr. Naresh ([protected]) and asked him to disconnect it from the very next day. I disconnected the device and kept it aside to give it back when the executive comes but the executive dint come to collect it for a month. Bill got generated for that month where i have used the device only for a day or two maximum. My number is[protected].

                                I have raised a complaint regarding this but tata docomo is not ready to waive off the amount and they kept sending me bill payment reminders all these months.

                                Recently i started getting legal action messages from tata docomo. Please find below the email conversation happened all these days.

                                Please help me resolve this injustice done due to the carelessness of the tata docomo executive.

                                    Hi my name is manigandan p one year before i used docomo number [protected] & did mnp and made the closure due to billing issue with docomo. Ref:1682305 mail dated: 1/24/2017. Issue details: [protected] - 8-nov~m29673754 service request number[protected] &[protected] no response from docmo end.

                                    250 rental plan bill generated for 1200rs. I escalated & one of the docomo executive from kandanchavadi asked me to pay 600rs, we will wave rest of the amount. As per her wish i made the payment of 600rs & provided the reference number.

                                    After that no noise hence i treated as closed.

                                    But past two weeks one of them called from [protected] & saying 28000 fine for non payment of docomo billing. Come & pay. I shocked & asked why. They are filed case against me so come & pay that amount otherwise you will arrest for this non payment of 600rs.

                                    Please help me on this how shall i proceed further with docomo.

                                        I have an awful service from tata docomo (Photon) for the past 8months. Requested for multiple disconnections. The customer care agents would take up a disconnection request initially but will eventually not do so.. However the issue was slow speed and i was away from home so did not have much time to concentrate or follow up kept paying my bills for a useless service. By jan it completely stopped working when i complained i was informed that tata docomo had no more service in my area and they were anyway goin to disconnect my service. They requested me to pay my bill only for that last month. Me like an # did now again i get a bill generation msg. For no service. Tata docomo is unbelievable sick.
