I found my number disconnected today, it is very important to get the number back as i use the number for all communications.
It was not even 90 days.

Tata docomo disconnected the number without any info.
I need my no. Back as soon as possible
It was the only number which i was using for all sites.

There has to have a way to get the number back.
Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I'm a Tata Docomo customer from past 7years.recently I am facing a problem.message is not sending.msg is incoming but I can't send msg.
My docomo sim is not working.Its showing not registered in network without any information.I want to get back my docomo network as soon as possible.Please help me.

    Hi,

    I have been using tata docomo walky landline since last 2 years. Have paid all the bills on time also.

    The device has stopped working 10 days back. Facing all kind of issue like not able to call anyonw and not able to get any call and even not able to listen any dialer tune.

    Number 121 /[protected]Toll-free) mentioned on website is not working mans call never get connected it just disconnect within a second.

    Even there i s option of register complaint that is also not accepting the tata docomo walky number., so which means for complaint there is no option

    Even haven't got any notification or email or message that can say any issue in the service or maintenance work related information.

    This is ridicules. When you want the customer you are coming at home and giving the service and now no response.

    Pl refund my amount
    I tried to recharge my mobile with tata docomo services for rs.110/- using my rupay debit card and an amount of rs.114/- has been deducted from my bank a/c.However, it appeared on screen that recharge was unsuccessful.

        I am using tata docomo from last 7 years and suddenly my sim has corrupted. Sim card belongs to up east circle but now i live in pune. I have visited the tata docomo store to replace it but they told me that it will not get replaced as its from another circle so i have to go there. Please resolve my problem asap as my mobile number is registered everywhere and i m unable to make any transaction

          Hello, this is siddharth gupta. I am having a tata docomo prepaid sim card from around last 7 years. I am having issue with sending sms to any other numbers from almost last 3 months (As i feel may be this problem is older). When i am sending an sms it always says "message not sent". I tried to contact tata docomo care their direct complaint number (198 or 121 or etc) doesn't work. Although i tried to contact with them on their tollfree number [protected] and other (Get from google) they say that my 10 digit number is invalid. And i am having trouble due to not able to send sms. Please help. Thanks,

          I have enabled internet packs in my tata docomo sim, but it seems to have stopped working from past week. Can you please let me know if this will be fixed or will i need to move to some other network provider?
          My tata docomo sim is deactivated suddenly, why I dont know.Before Deactivating you should atleast intimate me.I suffer a lot threw out the day.Please solve my query fast within 2 hours.

            Hello,
            I'm using tata docomo prepaid number ([protected]) from past 6-7 years.
            Now i'm out of my prepaid circle (Bihar/jharkhand) from 2 years.
            I'm in delhi now.

            Recently i found that my mobile number is deactivated.
            Also the number is linked to my bank accounts and aadhaar card.

            I searched for tata docomo store near me on tatadocomo site, and found that i have to visit tata indicom store instead.
            So i visted tata indicom store situated at connaught place, new delhi on 3rd of february 2018.

            The representative there didn't respond to my query well and went on his call, me still standing there.

            Please let me know if i can get my nubmer back or not, and if possible, guide me in activating my number back.

            My name is Akhil and for the past few weeks I am not receiving any messages or calls from my Docomo sim when somebody calls it tells them the phone is switched off and the Docomo sim is not showing any range it is showing Emergency calls only please help me
            I have a Tata indicom sim which I have not used for a year and now when I have inserted it in it shows emergency calls only.

              I am unable to connect to my photon plus internet since last 4 days as there is no signal and error is displayed 'remote computer failed to respond'. When i called the customer care, they informed me that since i am using the device in mangalore, i am unable to connect to cdma network. I had bought the device 4 years ago at bengaluru. After a year i was transferred to mangalore, but i continued using the device. Now the customer support says, the device will be usable only in bengaluru but the billing will be in process even when the device is not usable. They informed me that if had to buy new device that can be used in mangalore. How can there be billing when i am unable to use the internet connection?

                I had balance of 18 rs and validity is 10th feb. I have found that there is a sudden deduction of 13 rs. And then the balance became 0 and there was a special balance of 5 rs. Please refund my 13 rs. Balance in account in my mobile immediately. Actually we request you to credit remaining 13 rs balance as it is frustrating. Please resolve this issue and credit my balance of 13 rs within 1 day.

                Hai I ma using tata docomo sim for more than 4 years. But yesterday itself the my tata docomo sim card not detected.
                I am not able to make calls but i am able to receive calls and same while sending sms. i amnnot able to send sms but i am able to receive sms.

                I am using lenovo k4 note mobile
                I am also using jio sim. It is working fine.

                Kindly help me solve this issue.

                  My two docomo mobile number were port out on 29th nov'17 & docomo has charged more than double on both the number. Docomo has not even adjusted the data allowance against the services used. Docomo has also informed that since the numbers are not active anymore they can only give 50% waiver on amount.

                  I have all the recording of the commitments given by docomo representatives ([protected] on 06th dec’17, 198 on 13th dec’17, [protected] at 12:01pm on 16th jan17 & [protected] on 30th dec’17 at 10:09 am). I have been highlighting this issue since 24th dec'17 onwards to appellate. [protected]@tatadocomo.com, & docomo has not resolved this issue yet & still asking me to pay even though it was not my fault. If required they can be shared.

                  For mobile number: [protected], billed amount, rs. 3320:

                  1. Bill date for this number is 6th of every month with all the usage allowance.in past i have never received a bill for more than rs. 400.
                  2. I requested for port out on 29th nov’17 & port in to vodafone was done on the 5th dec’17. Which means all my usage was within the billing period & did not use anything outside o[censored]sage limit allotted.
                  3. Why was my bill date changed & why the usage limit allotted was not applied on any of the bills. All the charges are only for internet usage.
                  4. I get 6 gb of data every month & not even used the entire allotted limit still i have been charged for it.
                  5. Two bills have been generated in a period 30 days (Bill number 1- [protected] & [protected]). Why, no one has explained it to me nether no one told me that this would happen. From my side this issue highlight on real time to your customer support team as per attached mail screen shot for the same.
                  6. I have highlight every incident with appellate. Rom team but not taking any action against him & not adjust icorrect data usage charges + gst, even after given all required details with him.

                  For mobile number: [protected], billed amount, rs. 1063:
                  1. Bill date for this number 22nd of every month & the maximum bill that i have ever paid is rs. 350. However the last bill date was 12th dec’17. No idea why it was changed.
                  2. Only one bill has been generated & my data allowance was not adjusted against the usage done.
                  3. I get 1.5 gb data every month & i have not crossed the allotted allowance.
                  4. Port out request was generated 29th nov’17 & port in to vodafone was done on 5th dec’17. Once again the usage was within my billing period.
                  5. I have highlight every incident with appellate. Rom team but not taking any action against him & not adjust icorrect data usage charges + gst, even after given all required details with him.

                  Please find attached e-mails screen shots for your kind perusal & help me for resolving this issue on high priority to avoid any future discrepancy.

                  Dear Tata Docomo CEO,
                  I have taken follow-ups on my issue since Dec’17 with Tata Docomo but results are not at all satisfactory. I have received standard mails without solving the issue.
                  Instead solving the issue, started harassment by sending SMS & phone calls for payment. During this entire period I humbly requested you to look into the matter & solve it on high priority. In return what you have done simply passed the days by sending standard mails & put me in waiting, and after few days you have sent a legal notice without solving the my problem.
                  @Consumer Team, Hope my complaint will be look into matter by honorable peoples, ministers & people kept for consumer grievances.

                      I have a bangalore sim from tata docomo which i am using since many years and always reside in bangalore or places in karnataka. I had not faced this roaming issue until recently from past 3 to 4 months. Suddenly the network switches to roaming mode often and i have to most of the times restart my phone often to get rid of this roaming. One thing i can certainly tell is that its not mobile handset problem as i have changed two mobile handsets and still observing same roaming problem. This is really annoying to every time restart phone often to avoid this problem. I hear the same complaints from many people and it looks like its serious. How come such a big stalwart company like tata docomo have this problem prevailing still unresolved?? And off late lot of network problems in general also. Especially lot of call drops and call initiation drops.

                      Could tata docomo company look at this roaming problem at high priority and solve this as soon as possible?

                        I had post paid connection of tata docomo, i discontinued service 8 months ago and docomo representative forcefully kept number in zero rental plan and told me numbe rwill be automatically disconnected after 6 months if you do not use it... And i stopped the use... Now from the month of november bill has been generated again.. Every time docomo told bill will be canceled but it they bluff everytime and not taken any action... They are generating bill every month... Docomo is worst and bluff with you... I am recommending do not use docomo!!!

                          From 1st feb 2018 all of a sudden my tata docomo landline walky no.[protected] has stopped working. Its showing searching on its display. I went to the local store in patiala city from where i purchased the set and connection. It was closed permanently. I tried to find the nearest store from tata docomo website. Patiala city option is not there in the list. I tried toll free no. Every time its saying that their attendants are busy to attend calls. I emailed the company. Then i came to know that they have barred all the services as they have tied up with airtel. No prior call no sms no email was sent to me regarding this info before barring the number. As my outstanding is already cleared. Now they are suggesting to go to nearest store. While i do not know where is their nearest store. After barring the no. They are suggesting to send sms on 121. How can i sms to 121 while no. Is already not working?

                            Tata docomo photon plus team,

                            I'm tata photon + customer from the last 1+ months. L got this connection from pune i am going out of country for long time and during this period i don't want to use tata photon 3 g+.
                            I don't even want to put my tata photon + number in safe custody as its chargeable (Rs 75 pm).
                            I been trying to reach at the customer care but i'm not getting complete and proper information about the same. I been totata docomo gallery also but there are also not helping me to close down my tata photon. With no success. And worst thing is that, iam trying your customer care no since last 2 day, but its geting. This is a very poor service from you. Why there is no help or guidance when the customer wants to cancel the account. And when it comes to providing new connection or for bill collection, you guys will be after customer life. I was not expecting such service from tata, which is very reputed brand.

I have tried calling customer care number but i don't get any help from them. Please try to solve my problem as i need the service as soon as possible.
                              Whenever i am in urgency of texting iam being helpless. What if my urgency becomes something related to my security or life threat? So please resolve my problem.

                                This is satyendra a customer to tata docomo more than 10 yrs and my number is [protected] (Andhra pradesh) where as i am unable to recieve or make calls to anyone not recieving otp's from banks since 4 days not sure why without any notification my number is disconnected and i want it to get rectified with your help.

                                Few years back i had same issue with other number which was rectified after submitting complaint here in this forum. So please help me

                                  I have a tata docomo of number +91 [protected], which was disconnected on 17-jan-2018 at 07:49 am due to non usage greater than 90 days and balance less than rs.20/-. I was out of india which caused for the non usage of the sim. Since my bank account and other things are linked to this number kindly requesting to reactivate the number.

                                    My SIM was working four days ago but now it is not being detected and the callers hear it as switched off. I have many important calls to come on this sim am finding it difficult to find out a service center here in cochin, kerala, India. It would be very helpful if you could solve the issue.                                       I am facing Sim invalid error since last two days. It was showing network for a moment and goes off.
                                      I tried raising issue from Tata DoCoMo site but it asks for OTP which is not possible.
                                      Also there are almost no outlets or very few. So how to contact online?
