I have stopped using my tata docomo broadband connection since april 2017 and had asked the tata docomo to close the account. But they had still billed me though i informed them and now they are sending me legal notice to force me pay the bill. Now their legal team is telling me that do you have it in writing? But the fact is their e-mail would not respond in clear language, they just mention ticket number and tell resolved.

    Everytime i recharge my sim money is getting deducted on its own.. Even though i haven't subscribed anything..
    Tata docomo they themselves deduct everything saying u have subscribed so and so services [for example online games]. I m facing problem regarding activation of ldr services.. The services are automatically activated and my money is getting deducted they themselves subscribe everything and deduct my money.. U can also check my messages. I want all my money to be refunded.. It's my humble request pls don't activate any such service again otherwise... Pls refund my money i want it back... Else i will lodge legal complaint

      I am having a balance of rs 600 in cdma. Got message that cdma service will be closed and i should port. No response about refund or carry forward of the balance. Mail received mentioning that they do have this policy at the moment and will look after some policy is in place. Like me many such people will be having balance in their account which will go to tata docomo's coffer as profit. Pls look into the same and put some procedure so that the balance amount is not lost to the consumers.

        Hi i m akanksha n my no. Is [protected]. Few days back i hv registered a complaint regarding automatic activation of ldr services by your company. The same thing is happening again. From last 4 days mini movies named service is activated on my no n 7 rs. Got deducted. And daily this service get renewed by itself. Around 35 rs. Has been deducted from past few days. I m not activating it. U can also chek my account for last 5 days balance deduction. It's my humble request pls don't activate any such service again otherwise i'll take legal action now against u. Pls refund my money i want it back.

          We have requested tata docomo to migrate our mob no [protected] from postpaid to prepaid like wise they have migrated our no to prepaid against there reference no[protected] dt 06/11/2017

          But they have disconnected our phone, we have requested them so many times personally to there stores at raj height aurangabad (M. S.) also wrote many mails to there head offices on [protected]@tatadocomo.com & appellate. [protected]@tatadocomo.com but they are unable to activate our mob. Giving reason every time that we are working on it & now they are responding to our emails also

          Sir, whenever i am sending a sms from tata docomo, "it shown sms not sent". I am not able to contact with customer care. I did change a sms center Number also...But it not works...

            Hi, i been using docomo sim with the number [protected] for more than 2 years and i came to us recently and did not use the sim for some time. But as i have all the accounts linked to this number i wanted to use this for messaging and roaming purpose. I have plans to come to india next year and wanted to use the same sim. But all of a sudden the sim is disconnected. There was some balance amount on it as well.

            Can you activate the sim so that i can use it and continue with it when i return.

              Hello docomo,

              I have been using docomo number for the past 6 years. For the first few years i was using it for outgoing and incoming calls. Later i used it only for my whatsapp. One day suddenly my whatsapp crashed and when i call the customer care, it says it is an invalid number. Then i came to know that my number became a free number.

              Can you please clarify what you mean by a free number? And when it is released again into the market, can anybody retrieve my bank passwords/whatsapp messages? Is it recycled and disconnected from all the connections that i made previously? What is the security that you are providing to me as your customer? My docomo mobile number was ([protected])

                I called to customer care and submitted request for deactivation. But they did not disconnected and keep my connection active for next month. They did not provide complete information for deactivation. Now they charged me two month bill which i am not liable to pay. I tried to call again to disconnect my broadband connection but they keep on charging.

                  I was using tatadocomo sim for last year & was kinda adjusted although there were network issues & bad customer support. Recently i got a call from docomo guy saying i need to submit my documents & when i asked him why, he sounded so stupid that i ignored the call. Later on 04/16 suddenly my outgoing calls were barred for which when i consulted the customer care they assured me that once i submit the documents everything would be fine. But on 05/16 my incoming calls were also barred & my sim was disconnected permanently. And when i consulted tata docomo customer care they told me that they are helpless & i need to get a new connection. My only number in use with which all my bank and other accounts were associated was suddenly disconnected without even giving me a chance. I took the issue to the appellate through e-mail for which he asked me for an alternate number to resolve the issue and few days later the highest authority of the state calls me & tells me that reactivation is not possible & he is sorry. My balance & net pack everything just got washed away. Still i was persistent about getting back my number & asked the appellate if i can get the new connection with the same number & the reply was so imbecile that he asked me to check every retailer shop in the city if they are having sim with the same number & if not i should completely forget my old number. Tata docomo is the worst telecom company with respect to its network, customer support and even the higher authorities.

                    I am not even call to customer care i got irritated with docomo service.

                      We would like to inform you that as per our records the recharge of RC 68 on 21-Dec-2017 06:41 PM was done for the number shared by you([protected]). We presume the recharge was inadvertently done by you on another number. We regret that we shall not be able to reverse the recharge and reiterate that you must cross-check the recharge amount and mobile number multiple times before initiating the final transaction.

                        Hi all,
                        Never ever consider Tata docomo for your internet connection..when it goes down you will have to go through pain for days and they won't even bother..

                        Below is the history of my pains..
                        14th December 2017: internet goes down.
                        I thought it could come back so waited on 15th...

                        16th December: raised customer care complaint. Asked for service visit..
                        No one came...same day called multiple times..no one came..
                        17th - holiday for service engineers..
                        18th- called 5 to 6 times...no one came
                        19th- called 4 times. Requested single return call from engineer. No phone call whatsoever..
                        20th- same story
                        21st- same story...
                        Each n every time customer care said they have raised it on high priority ...service engineer will visit to solve issue. Forget about visiting, no one gave me single phone call that they are coming. I had to wait at home full day for six days ...

                        Worst part is they will never connect you to any ground team so that at least u can contact and confirm if you have to wait or better to go for work.

                        20 times they committed within hour it will be resolved and today is 8th day...

                        Same story last time when internet was down for 6 days...

                        Stay away from these cheaters and save your valuable time...Tata docomo people are shameless...
                        In Airtel hands it will be even worse for sure...

                        I request you to guide me on having legal action against this fraud company...

                            I am getting the most unpleasant service from tata docomo since last 3 days. The current prepaid pack i have is worth 229 rs for unlimited calling and 1gb 3g net daily. But the internet speed is not even 3g it's 2g or g. Worst scenario is the internet just gets interrupted all the time. Its so inconvenience. I have been using docomo since 5 years and never have i ever experienced this but i think i shall have to opt for other networks if this happens. Regtet spending my 229 bugs over this unpleasant service.

                              He provided me code to deactivate call forwarding action but still i am facing the same problem. I even tried to check settings on my phone and also restarted sim and phone, but in vain.

                              Please resolve my issue at earliest.

                                  I have a Bangalore SIM (xxxxxx7235) from Tata Docomo, and am sitting in Bangalore this very moment. Suddenly my SIM shows that I am roaming, but I have not left Bangalore!! Every time I try to make a call I get a warning message saying I will be charged for roaming, while sitting in my house!!!

                                  How is this even legal???

                                  I tried to contact customer care but could not get a human being. I tried calling Chitra K, the nodal officer, but again could not get a live, breathing human on the phone!!!

                                  HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

                                    I m akanksha n my no is [protected]. I m facing problem regarding activation of LDR services. Today in morning I got a msg that I have activated some TOP GAME service nd got 41 rs. Deducted from my account. This happened thrice in a span of 2-2.5 weeks. Pls refund me my amount as soon as possible nd don't activate such service by urself otherwise I'll raise a legal complaint against ur company. Return me my money soon.

                                    Today again this same thing happened. In early morning I received a message that I have activated music unlimited service. Ur company has deducted 24 rs. This is enough now . I m going to complaint legally against ur company now

                                      Hi there,

                                      I was using prepay number of tata docomo and that number ([protected]) is connected with my banking and email account recovery. But tata docomo deactivated my number. I am overseas. Now i can't access my internet banking as i need otp coming on my mobile number but can't get it as my number is not active. Tata docomo support saying they cancelled my number as it was not used for 90 days. Now i have to buy another one if i wish using tata docomo services. I requested them to activate my number but they saying they can't.

                                      How they can do this without giving any message or notice in this regard.

                                        I have requested for micro card for above mentioned t24 number at below t24 gallery address six months ago which i only managed to get last month after continuously following up for 6 months.
                                        Infinity mall, raheja classic complex, link road, andheri west, mumbai - 400053
                                        Now after multiple follow - ups, i managed to get the micro t24 sim last month but it has not been operational yet.
                                        Moreover charges been levied on sim replacement which is not the case with other operators.
                                        This is duty of service provider to provider sim then how come charges being applied on sim replacement?
                                        Now even after paying charges, sim has not been activated & due to all this am not able to use my new mobile purchased since 8 months.
                                        I called up customer care many times but did not get any update on activation.
                                        Now after repeated follow ups over call & visits to gallery, i realized what customer is to you, company which failed to provide the basic sim over 8 months, what else can be expected from them.
