Hi i m akanksha n my no. Is [protected]. Few days back i hv registered a complaint regarding automatic activation of ldr services by your company. The same thing is happening again. From last 4 days mini movies named service is activated on my no n 7 rs. Got deducted. And daily this service get renewed by itself. Around 35 rs. Has been deducted from past few days. I m not activating it. U can also chek my account for last 5 days balance deduction....

But as i have all the accounts linked to this number i wanted to use this for messaging and roaming purpose. I have plans to come to india next year and wanted to use the same sim. I have been using docomo number for the past 6 years. For the first few years i was using it for outgoing and incoming calls. Later i used it only for my whatsapp. One day suddenly my whatsapp crashed and when i call the customer care, it says it is an invalid number. Then i came to know that my number became a free number.

Can you please clarify what you mean by a free number? And when it is released...

tata docomo not providing authentic bill for a 7 day deactivated connection

They did not provide complete information for deactivation. Now they charged me two month bill which i am not liable to pay. disconnected my number

I was using tatadocomo sim for last year & was kinda adjusted although there were network issues & bad customer support. Recently i got a call from docomo guy saying i need to submit my documents & when i asked him why, he sounded so stupid that i ignored the call. Later on 04/16 suddenly my outgoing calls were barred for which when i consulted the customer care they assured me that once i submit the documents everything would be fine. But...

14th December 2017: internet goes down.
I thought it could come back so waited on 15th...

16th December: raised customer care complaint. Asked for service visit..
No one came...same day called...

slowest internet speed and interrupted calling services

I am getting the most unpleasant service from tata docomo since last 3 days. The current prepaid pack i have is worth 229 rs for unlimited calling and 1gb 3g net daily. I m akanksha n my no is [protected]. I m facing problem regarding activation of LDR services. Today in morning I got a msg that I have activated some TOP GAME service nd got 41 rs. Deducted from my account. This happened thrice in a span of 2-2.5 weeks. Pls refund me my amount as soon as possible nd don't activate such service by urself otherwise I'll raise a legal complaint against ur company. Return me my money soon....

what is going on tata docomo and other networks

I make lot of calls a day and on every call i keep hearing your before call advertisement and also an other receiver network advertisement. Totally wasting around 20-30 seconds on every call. I'm frustrated with these blady design advertising campaign.

I fully registered with dnd, means not only i should get offer emails but voice advertisements too. If these same happens i will drop off from tata docomo....
