    Automatic VAS activation inspite of full DND service. On complaint representatives say that the service is activated from my end by clicking on to the internet ads. But I am sure I have never encountered such ads on internet. And by chance if I come through any such ads why would I click on it. I am not a kid nor any kid is using my phone.
    It happened to me more than thrice in 24 hours. For the first deduction of Rs. 51, balance was reversed on complaint but deducted again in an hour. Again I complained and balance was refunded but deducted back again in within hours.
    Why weren't these services getting activated when there was no balance for more than a month. And why all of these malicious VAS services came into existence after my recharge.
    Now Getting the talktime balance refund is not the thing I am concerned about but the thing is I am left unsatisfied.
    Also If such ads really exist then, : is it the company's policy to create such malicious ads and post tgem on the internet to rob people? It might be the innovative idea to earn profits but is really not fair.

      I'm dinesh more using your sim card of tata docomo of number +91 [protected]. I here to say about by deactivated sim card. As i am out of station for an year from india. My sim has been deactivated. As my alll the information like bank, aadhar card and all my accounts i please request to activate my sim card as soon as possible.
      Please let me know how to reactivate my sim card

        charge Rs.99/- from a extising customer.Custtomer care executive told me Rs.49/- cashier took 99/- RS from me and denied me to give receipt. And if Tata Docomo takes money from client why don't company issue recepit to the customer for the payment.

          Tata docomo is making fool of customers by deducting money from balaces on the name of vas activation. When call they said it is done from your side with double confirmation. I[censored] dont have potential to survive in the market than dont make the fool of customers like this. On 11 jan 99 rs was deducted from my balace and i ignored that time n today again 134 rs deducted from my balace n when i called they said it is done from your side with double confirmation. Also destroying the name of tata.. Very shamefull for tata telecom

            I have not subscribe any plan still from my account continusly decting money it happen thrise 1 time for game and on for ldr subscribe it still from my account deducted 35rs and 21rs balance that even though i had not subscribe any plan i call to customer care nuber all sound busy what should i do to get my all balance reatunr and avoid to again such atomatic deduction please help me to stop such atomatic deduction or else i should change service provider

                Dear sir,
                I have lost my phone having the sim of tata docomo on 16.01.2018. I tried several times to contact the customer care and requested them to block my number [protected]. The customer care kept on telling me to dial 198. And when informed at 198, asked me to inform at 121, and request to block from a sim user of docomo. They asked me to inform the toll free number. The toll free did not respond. Finally, yesterday i landed up to the recharge dealer. He helped me and mbade me to talk to the customer care. But, the customer care said the phone number is registered in some other person's name, which i regret the number is my personal. The fellow on customer care asked me to dial 111 through any phone and they shall block the number. I rang 111 but, no response. The physical and mental agnoy i suffered is terrific where to block my personal sim...?
                I have lodged a police complaint also about the loss of phone and sim.

                  I have applied for duplicate sim for no [protected], on 12th Jan 2018 I Tata Docomo store hospet, they asked me to pay 130 RSS checked my docs and took my thumb impression.i was following with Customer cared team they said it will be activated by Monday, when I checked again they said you need to contact to same people. Today I had sent my cousin to check it, they said its mistake from my end we didn't processed it asking me to give my thumb impression again, I reside in Bangalore can't go hospet just to give thumb impression. I asked them to refund the cash they are asking me to give the sim which is there with me.
                  This is my personal no and wanted it to get on however I had gone through such a torture and mental harrasment. Still with no results.
                  Now I had decided to not to continue with Tata Docomo services because they have such inefficient employees who are unaccountable and irresponsible. Kindly request you to take necessary actions against it. I will take help off social media too.

                    Am using docomo sim registered to my friend's name since 6 years.
                    Since government came up with the aadhar and mobile number linking, i am in need to register it with my own name.
                    Now i want to register it with my name. I changed the display name on my account but it think thats not sufficient.
                    Whats the procedure to to register it with my own name?

                      I am using last 5 years docomo postpaid... Because of worst service i decided to port other network.. When i port customer care exicutives called and ask reason and told not to go other network then gave me a good plan... I said ok... After i recieved bill i shocked my bill generated 5200/- after i complained customer exicutives no response... They dont give single waiver... Dont believe customer exicutive... They cheat us easily...

                        I did not use my docomo sim for few months as i travelled to other state due to roaming issues i could not use it. Now it got disconnected. I visited the store as well but they are not helping me to get it reactivated.

                        How can i get the same number again, please help as this number is really important for me i am having this number from more than 5-6 years.

                          I'm not sure when this issue exactly started. Yesterday afternoon i tired to get the one time password for my login details it didn't come. Initially i thought due to server busy, however even after that i tried multiple times. Still no luck. Please check and assist on this, due to this i'm unable to do my important works.

                            I have tata docomo post paid account number:[protected]. I stop using this number after 15th july 2017 and i paid the outstanding bill of rs.379 on 2nd aug 2017 (Transaction number:[protected].
                            When their customer care called me i asked them to close the connection couple of times and still they sending bills and now they sent me legal notice and asking me to pay outstanding of rs.788 from aug to dec 17 billing period.
                            I completely removed the sim from my mobile and not used since 15th july onwards.

                            So i don't want to pay the bill and i want to cancel my connection.

However, the same was not possible as the number was switched off, we would like to inform you that, ASTROLOGY and Chit Chat service was activated by you on 08-01-2018 and 09-01-2018 through WAP mode and hence the balance of Rs.20/- and Rs.45.59/- has been deducted. We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent.                             We would like to inform you that as per our records your number is in active status only. However, as you have mentioned that you are not getting signals. Hence, we request you to re-insert the SIM in any other handset and select network manually as Tata Docomo or IND airtel. If still face the concern kindly visit any of the nearest Tata Docomo outlet along with the SIM for further assistance of your concern. Kindly note that, if there is any concern (fault) with the SIM, you can get the with the same number (Duplicate SIM) for Rs.49/- on submission of POA(proof of Address), POI(proof of Identity) along with one photograph at the Tata Docomo store. However the balance & validity will be carry forwarded and the duplicate SIM will be activated with in 3hrs.

                                I had taken the postpaid number. Unfortunately, the sim card was never delivered to me and i have not even made a single call on the same. I have been receiving messages about some dues. I request you to please look into this and waive of my dues and close this account immediately, as we have not even made one call / not even recd simcard.

                                  I am having a Tata Docomo Prepaid sim card from around last 7 years. I am having issue with sending SMS from my number from last 15 days. When I am sending an sms it always says "Message not Sent-error 50". Tata Docomo guys says that there is no issues with the network but here most of the times I am having issues even with the incoming calls and due to that I have to forward my number to another number. I have called the Customer care several times but the issue has not been resolved from last 15 days. And I am having trouble due to not able to receive import sms from my Banking and financial related details. Please help. Thanks, Dhananjay.

                                    I see that now a days there are switching there network automatically to ind airtel - tata docomo. And this why i don't get the speed of the data as expected. So it seems lot of inconvienice for me to connect to mobile data. Lot of important work remains stuck as the unexpected network changes happens.
                                    Earlier it was a good network connection but recently they send some message of network upgradation and many times the network gets switched to ind airtel - tata docomo which causes problems like connecting calls and mobile data doesn't work. It looks like it is connected to internet but since the connection will be very slow and no functions can be operated without the full speed of internet connection. I would like to ask if this is is the case continuously then i would better get port to another provider.

                                      Hello tatadocomo team,

                                      Greetings,

                                      I am using airtel number [protected].in this number i received a sms regarding payment for a tata photon no.[protected]. Since i am not using the photon number i am receiving the sms for last 1 year. Since last one month i am receiving sms that notice generated please pay rs.925 to avoid legal action many times i called to the number of which is received in the sms and informed the number is not used by me and message is sent wrongly to me. They said we will address in two days time. The problem is not yet resolved.in my view at the time of registration my number is wrongly entered in alternate number. So kindly take immediate action and update the number correctly. This is very embrassing to me.

                                        I rakshith pai, am facing the issues such as not able to call or text...!
                                        I contacted customer care but, the issue was not reaolved. They are asking me to go to docomo service center where no proper customer service was given!

                                        Update me if you can resolve else i will be forced move to some other service!

                                        The below is the error message details;

                                        1. Error message:outgoing calls temporally barred /temperately suspension of out going call service in your number/sim got locked /you outgoing service got stopped recharge airtel to resume your service or out going calls blocked
                                        2. Problem since 1 week
                                        3. My this sim (Docomo) is my main sim and have used it for all my main documents and purposes... So, please help me solve this issue...
                                        4. Number of signal bars:full signal
