Hi,. I have been using tata docomo service for my no past 5-6 years. I was a happy satisfied customer. But from past 2-3 months i am highly disappointed and irritated by such fraudulent pathetic activity by the company. I have been charged 5-6 times almost of 200rs for vas subscription pack which i never activated.
After calling repeatedly the so called customer care who don't even to respond to your grievances and then registering complaints, i got my refund. They say pack get activated via sdp mode which is a false claim. Docomo has spoiled my peace of mind and happiness. I am writing this post to take disciplinary action against such fraudulent company

    I want to immediately terminate service to the above account no. I am a senior citizen and i transferred to tata do co mo photon 3g i got a 3gdngle84gb699plan and got an sms for installation i tried but could not install on complaining i was told to go to your tata do co mo out let for installation i did the engineer at the outlet did something and i was asked to just plug in to my pc but on doing so there came a message that cannot connect this is continuous message being received.
    Once again on sending email at listen... I was asked that now technician site visit has been stopped.
    Under the circumstance i want to terminate my above mentioned connection which please note.

      Dear sir,
      Since there is no service store in sanjay place agra. I am failure to get my walky no 6450959 into gsm as out going facility is discontinued thou my bill payment is upto date.
      In view of the above please suggest me how to over come problem. I f no reply is received i would have to discontinue this phone and will have some other telly services.
      So please do the needfull and reply soon.

        This is regarding my tata docomo pre-paid mobile number +91 [protected] being permanently disconnected without any prior notification to me. I am using this number for last 10 years and cannot lose it.

        I am staying abroad for sometime and using my tata docomo sim card actively for my banking transactions and paying for my online services for about an one year. Also i had some credit balance in it. I keep receiving other otp and sms from friends on it daily, but i did not get any intimation from tata docomo and i lost the signal suddenly on 19th jan 2018.
        When i contacted the customer care via email, they given me below reply.

        "we regret to inform you that, upon checking with our records we have found that the number [protected] has been permanently disconnected on 21-jan-2018 at 04:16am due to non usage greater than 90 days. As it has been permanently disconnected, you cannot get the same number. Kindly make a note of the same.
        Further like to inform you that number will be recycled at any point of time before 15 days from the date of disconnection and same can be activate in postpaid / prepaid by visiting any nearest tata docomo brand store by submitting necessary document (Address and proof of identity) and charges for new connection".

        It is wrong from their side to disconnect without informing me via email or sms. I am requesting them to allow me some time to recharge my phone and start using it.

        Please understand that i have all my bank accounts, important contacts and several financially relevant applications linked to this phone number and i make transactions several times a week and hence it is impossible for me to change my number everywhere at such short notice. Please advice me to get this connection immediately.

        Looking for your earliest response.

        This is resolved. The customer care replied to the email and sorted out but it was very challenging to get it activated again. They don't have right procedure in place to track. They need to improve their customer communication methods to intimate before deactivating.

          For the past one month am facing this issue contacted customer care but did not receive any response from their side. This problem started when the docomo was merged with airtel starting from jan 2 nd 2018. You can reach me through mail [protected]@gmail.com. Kindly give me suggetion should i port this number to some other good connection providers as the number is already linked with aadhar.

          The handset shows Roaming symbol for local sim, while making a call also it shows roaming and the roaming charges are taken for local call .
          The data connection is not working at all and sim is in "roaming" even in home network. Unable to use any applications as no network and internet connection.
          I am unable to find option "Airtel" in the Network operators-manual selection, according to your messages.
          Please help me to resolve this.

            Hello sir,

            My tata docomo sim [protected] is showing the status as cellular network nit available when tried to use after a gap of around 3 months. As all my records are linked to that number, i need to activate it again. I am not sure, if that sim is permanently deactivated, as it is showing signal and the recharge attempt was successful. But i am not able to send sms, or make calls or receive calls.

            Please respond asap.

              I have two docomo nos... I wanted to deactivate those two nos so i made a request for it but inspite of that my bill is coming every month with chargesto pay.. And i am not even using those two nos since months so why should i pay for the charges if i am not even using it?.. I am really fed up with the services of provider and the docomo team... Please deactivate my nos. And stop the bills from coming as soon as possible..

                An amount of ₹13 has been deducted from my mobile balance for the number [protected] as credit loan advance on 27.01.2018 even though neither i have opted nor requested for any kind of loan service. The service provider has fraudently deducted the amount without customer knowledge or approval through corrupt & unfair means. Please take proper action.

                Even tried to reach the customer care but all in vain. Customers are not allowed to speak to a customer care executive for prepaid service. The option to speak to customer care executive is a big challenge to be precise almost non existent.

                Tata Docomo is a thug company. No wonder why they are unsuccessful. Cheating customers doesn't take you long way.

                  Today I got message saying that I have been charged for musiczonepack for 49rs. I had called customer care regarding this. He said that from flash message link it happen. I didnt got any flash message. Then how it is possible? This same problem happen with another person with same mobile service provider on same date last year (25 jan) below is that complaint

                    I regarched my phone number [protected] with topup of rs 20 and get a talk time of rs 14.94 last night. I called only once which deduct my balance about
                    0.25 paisa after which i did'nt call anyone after something check my balance it was 0.75 paisa. Where did all my balance go. I want my balance back. On enquiry they say there was a deduction of 14.75 rs for data but i did'nt surf any thing on internet. Please help me.

                        I am not able to receive call on my tata docomo number [protected]. I call customer care several times but they say their is no issue from their sides. From the last seven days i call them several times to solve my problem, they told that they will issue a complain and problem will solve in 24 hours but it has not solved till yet. It is one of the worst service provider i have ever seen. They don't know even how to talk with their customers. That's why they are losing their customers. My all friends have ported their numbers due to the same problem.
                        My hr called and rebuke me in front of whole member as i was unable to attend the meeting because he called me the day before and i didn't receive call. Due to this problem i depressed..
                        So i decided to complaint on consumer forum..
                        Please take a strict action against such defaulter service provider.. And please guys port your number soon. Otherwise you will face the same problem soon or later.
                        I am going to port my number soon.

                              I am having 2 tata docomo numbers one prepaid and one post paid no issue was there since 18 months but after merger with airtel there is zero network at home since 14th of this month. I have raised several complaint with docomo but every time it is closed without resolution. I need help. The call center people are very arrogant. I m a doctor no one can contact me when i m at home as it's total zero network. We don't have airtel network but we were having tata docomo network earlier. Please help me

                                I have been using tata photon plus dongle for pre-paid internet service on
                                My computer for last 6 years.

                                Last time, i recharged about 4 months back for 6 months, by paying
                                Rs 2499/- online, and the next recharge is due on 28.03.2018. As off now,
                                I still have more than 24 gb data and about rs 850/- in balance in my account at your end.

                                Since last week, i have been receiving messages and phone calls from your
                                End that tata docomo is discontinuing cdma service and that customers should opt for strong gsm service or other service provider.

                                I am an old man of 78 years and do not know what to do. I am in a fix.

                                I request you to kindly help me out of this problem or else refund my
                                Balance amount (Rs 850/- or so, almost one-third).

                                    How much ever I do recharge. Now I can't recharge my number fearing it will be deduced.
                                    Following are sample messages:

                                    I didn't get any confirmation while activation.

                                      Please reactivate my sim no.- [protected], as it is already adhar card verification being done. As my mobile phone get damaged and was switch off for 1 month so my sim deactivated within 1month. This number i am using for past 7-8 years so it is really crucial for me. I want to continue using this sim. It will really nice if you can reactivate my sim.

                                        I would like to beware every new &old customers of docomo to leave any relation with company since now they have become thieves coz they are at a huge loss.. From last 20 days one or other vas service is been activated on my number without any confirmation abt which they have been telling.. I am on my way phone being in my bag and when i reach home and open my phone money is shown to be deducted with some vas activations.. Like seriously how many times will i do it myself and ask for a refund?? What do u guys think u can do anything and get over with it?? I swear every last docomo sim in my contact will be ported within a few days and u will be able to do nothing.. M fed of this now.. Plzz everyone think twice while buying a new sim of this horrible company please.

And also they have learnt a new art of keep the phone hanging.. seriously didn't expected such behaviour after being such chronic user of your company please just close it i[censored] can't handle it but stop stealing
