I have been using tata photon plus dongle for pre-paid internet service on
My computer for last 6 years.
Last time, i recharged about 4 months back for 6 months, by paying
Rs 2499/- online, and the next recharge is due on 28.03.2018. As off now,
I still have more than 24 gb data and about rs 850/- in balance in my account at your end.
Since last week, i have been receiving messages and phone calls from your
End that tata docomo is discontinuing cdma service and that customers should opt for strong gsm service or other service provider.
I am an old man of 78 years and do not know what to do. I am in a fix.
I request you to kindly help me out of this problem or else refund my
Balance amount (Rs 850/- or so, almost one-third).

1) Can i switch my tata docomo cdma service number to GSm service ( mumbai ) ( Same number) ?
2) Can i converted to postpaid plan to prepaid plan ( CDMA to GSM) Mumbai
