I have a tata docomo mobile no. [protected] (Cdma sim) in which existing balance is rs. 333/- with life time validity. Firstly tata docomo informed that discontinuation of its sevices is a rumour and absolutely false. All of a sudden on 29.12.17 tata docomo, by betraying me, sent a sms that tata docomo mobile service will not be available in my location after 27 jan-18 and i may port my no. To its gsm network or any other operator. Tata docomo's own gsm network is not available in my locality (Giridih). Being dissatisfied with services and suggestions of tata docomo, on 29.12.17 i sent a mail to '[protected]@tatadocomo.com' to discontinue the service of my above mobile no. And refund the balance amount by providing a cheque in my name. The reply dt. 29.12.17 of tata docomo reveals that in our locality they have tied up with airtel and advised me to shift my sim to airtel gsm sim through tata docomo outlet.in my mail dt. 31.12.17, i informed them that tata docomo outlet is not available at giridih and requested them to send a competent authority to visit my given address and shift my cdma sim to airtel gsm sim with existing balance and linking with aadhaar otherwise honour my earlier request for refund of existing balance. But tata docomo is silent on such requests and continuously pressing hard on my mobile no. [protected] and through email dt. 31.12.17 to shift my sim to airtel gsm sim through two stores located at jamshedpur for which i am not ready as its travel will cost about 6000/- and being a senior citizen aged about 75 years with fractured leg, i am hardly able to move.
I, therefore, request you to direct tatadocomo to refund the existing balance of my mobile no.[protected] with a suitable compensation according to your discretion (For inconvenience, betrayal and mental agony caused to me) by providing me a cheque in my name and oblige.

[email protected]' on 29.12.17 and 30.12.17. Tatadocomo by its email id '
[email protected]' replied to my email id (
[email protected]) on 29.12.17 and 31.12.17. On 31.12.17 Tatadocomo called from their no.+911216672300 on my mobile no. 8210748441. I have given the contents of above conversation in my complaint. When I called on the above no. +911216672300, the response is that it is an invalid number.
Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
