No range/signal on mobile for my docomo sim. Can't choose airtel 3g or 2g as it says forbidden. What to do?
Been like this since 4 days and i can't make transaction now as this number is the one to which otps are sent.
And even though i got messages beforehand that there will be network down and during those time select airtel network, when i manually search for it, it's saying forbidden network and i can't select it.
Please resolve this issue immediately.

    Hi, I have been using Tata Docomo Walky landline since last 4-5 years. The device has stopped working since yesterday. I tried calling the helpline number for walky mentioned on your website but your executive say this is prepaid desk we can't help you. Please request you to arrange a callback from the walky device department who can solve my problem or send a repairman.

      Am using tata docomo more than 6 years now, now i want to to change the network, so i followed port (My number) and sent to 1900 but it didn't work and saying ur msg is not sent! I spent more than 1 day for this issue, i tried every customer service in docomo but none of them replied to my queries, what to do now, i hate using docomo now as they are not replying to our feedback and also the network won't be available for more days
      Kindly take this complaint, and i need to change the network as soon as possible!!!

      I didn't subscribed for any LDR service.(mob No.98xxxxxx57) I got a sms on 5.1.18 at 3.58 pm saying that your subscription for LDR has been activated & Rs.62.50/- has been deducted from my balance. I'm being a customer from last 16 years never expected such unknow deduction. Now i request you to deactivate the LDR and refund my balance.

        Since last few days it is showing roaming on my number. If you call from some other number on my number it says "your dialled number might be incorrect".. There's no network problem here and even my phone is also working fine. I have not contacted customer service yet though. I don't know it's happening with my number only or everyone is facing the same in my locality!!

        Sir I am using Docomo sim but few days before it stopped working and there is no network neither it is working in any other sim. I have gone to Docomo service centre and they are asking for 200 rupees for sim replacement. As per I know the replacement charge is only 49 rupees and this is the fault of company not mine.

        From last few weeks my tata docomo sim is showing roaming in my home network

          I lost my sim card along with mobile.. I blocked my sim on that same day... I purchased this sim card seven years using my father voter i'd proof.. Now he is very old nd suferring from illness nd not in right condition. Right now he is in village (Bihar).700 km from here. He is not able to come here nd do the process
          I lost my sim card, for that i want to get new sim in same number
          Today i went to docomo store golmuri jamshedpur
          There they saying we can't provide without the sim proof given person (My father)
          No solution till now
          I lost my important contact nd all link up messages (Notifications)
          I want immediate solution for this.. I have all original proof of my father
          I feel sad about docomo.. The way they are treating customer. If this solution will not solved by docomo then i have to change my no. To other telecom company

          We tried to speak you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered, we would like to inform you that to change SIM owner name you need a no objection certificate from the original user you need to visit outlet with all your documents ( Rest procedure is same as to purchase a new connection ) & New SIM will issue to you, after the change in name the connection shall be treated as new connection .

            We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible. We would like to inform you that as per our records your number is in active status. Also be inform you that, if there is no balance in the account after the non usage for 3 months then the number will be permanently disconnected. Hence, we request you to make a chargeable call/SMS and recharge every month in order to avoid service disconnection.

Unfortunately our multiple attempts in establishing a contact with you have failed, we would like to inform you that, if there is no balance in the account after the non usage for 3 months then the number will be permanently disconnected.
              I want to attached mp3 file, as a proof...its was a life and death situation for me...I am planning hire a lawyer to sue such pathetic companies, how they hires such pathetic people and don't even care of the quality.

                From past 7 hours i have been trying tp get in touch with tata docomo customer support team but unfotrunately ivr never lets me reach them out. For the whole life time i should be pressing 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6... And it goes - at the end they say all customer representatives are currently busy!!!
                Anyways, i have this strange problem from past 7 hours that i am unable to receive any class and outgoing is also not happening.

                  I have been using one tata docomo number since so long as i have been transferred to some other location for shorter period of time and when i came back found my sim number is showing as invalid and i have linked so many accounts to this number, without informing me how come they have stopped the service and when i m trying to call customer care i am not able to call even as message is popping up mobile service not registered on network, kindly help me out in re activation of sim as its is very important for me.

                    I want to surrender and disconnect my tata docomo post paid mobile number:[protected] my account number[protected]. My last bill amount is rs. 984 paid on 07.01.2018. '

                    I wish my mobile number is to be cancelled immediately with effect from this minute. I do not want any phone calls further pestering me for payment of bill since i am not using this mobile number and i have lost my sim card.

                    Please take immediate action and oblige. I find some of your customer care people in tata docomo unnecessarily harassing me. I being a senior citizen of 68 years, i request you to stop this nonsense and deactivate the above menetioned number with immediate effects.

                      Raised a request to convert tataphoton postpaid into prepaid but they didn't processed so i have cancelled the connection but still they sending bills every month, i have visited the stores also regarding this issue but no proper response. Received a call 15days before to close the issue and settle with paying rs 1000/- so even i have agreed but now they are denying. I am facing this problem from the month of october 2017. Very poor response from tata photon. Even they have close many stores in chennai so customers finding difficulties to reach them. My tata photon number is [protected]. I want to raise this issue to consumer court and i am having the emails, call recordings which i have communicated with them. Jai hind.

                        I have paid all bill without any delay to tata docomo against my number mobile number [protected]. But after paying bill tata docomo closed my outgoing service.
                        Regarding the same i have tried to reach consumer care..

                        They all time saying we having some issue & we will fix within 1-2 hrs. But now its more than 5-6 days they have not started my service.
                        Kindly look into this matter. As now a days without mobile phone its very difficult to mange my business transaction.. Kindly resolve as soon as possible

I need a resolution to this very soon because i am not receiving critical information like otp's. I have already complained about this on [protected]@tatadocomo.com but only getting some auto-generated email response instead of actions. I am completely stuck with this. Please do the needful asap.

                            I have bought duplicate sim for the number [protected] but after inserting the duplicate sim i am not getting any tower even after 7 days. When i am calling the docomo store from where i got the sim they are telling me that they have done all the necessary work and the sim will get activated in sometime. This is going on for 4 5 days now. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

However, as you have mentioned that you are not getting signal, we request you to re-insert the SIM in any other handset and select network manually as Tata Docomo.                               old sim to nano but not yet registered network

                              Had been using old sim
                              Since i got a new phone
                              It wanted a nano sim option.
                              Been to the nearest tata docomo office in bangalore and got a sim.
                              The store person asked for an hour to get activated but by now it's already beyond the time they actually asked as it'll get activated.
                              So how long more to wait or is there any alternative.
                              Is there any procedure to be followed...

                              Sir,
                              I have a tata docomo mobile no. [protected] (Cdma sim) in which existing balance is rs. 333/- with life time validity. Firstly tata docomo informed that discontinuation of its sevices is a rumour and absolutely false. All of a sudden on 29.12.17 tata docomo, by betraying me, sent a sms that tata docomo mobile service will not be available in my location after 27 jan-18 and i may port my no. To its gsm network or any other operator. Tata docomo's own gsm network is not available in my locality (Giridih). Being dissatisfied with services and suggestions of tata docomo, on 29.12.17 i sent a mail to '[protected]@tatadocomo.com' to discontinue the service of my above mobile no. And refund the balance amount by providing a cheque in my name. The reply dt. 29.12.17 of tata docomo reveals that in our locality they have tied up with airtel and advised me to shift my sim to airtel gsm sim through tata docomo outlet.in my mail dt. 31.12.17, i informed them that tata docomo outlet is not available at giridih and requested them to send a competent authority to visit my given address and shift my cdma sim to airtel gsm sim with existing balance and linking with aadhaar otherwise honour my earlier request for refund of existing balance. But tata docomo is silent on such requests and continuously pressing hard on my mobile no. [protected] and through email dt. 31.12.17 to shift my sim to airtel gsm sim through two stores located at jamshedpur for which i am not ready as its travel will cost about 6000/- and being a senior citizen aged about 75 years with fractured leg, i am hardly able to move.
                              I, therefore, request you to direct tatadocomo to refund the existing balance of my mobile no.[protected] with a suitable compensation according to your discretion (For inconvenience, betrayal and mental agony caused to me) by providing me a cheque in my name and oblige.

Tatadocomo by its email id '[email protected]' replied to my email id ([email protected]) on 29.12.17 and 31.12.17. On 31.12.17 Tatadocomo called from their no.+911216672300 on my mobile no. 8210748441. I have given the contents of above conversation in my complaint. When I called on the above no. +911216672300, the response is that it is an invalid number.

                              I have made sure that I've enough balance for sending sms and call. i've both packs i.e. for call and sms. but still unable to send message at 1900. Other messages are going but porting message is getting failed again and again.
                              And I want to port at any ost coz network is so poor that it is senseless to carry my phone.

Really i was irriated with your service, from one month onwards iam requesting for a new sim with same number in tata docomo store in visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh, everytime they answered me only one answer., i. E. Sim's out of stock-stock will come in 4 days. And now suddenly why you people stopped services to my number even without any information.

                                Even i submitted my aadhar number to link up my mobile number, and it was done.. From the last 2 days i lost my many calls and business contacts.. Who are responsible to this loss...

                                If you couldnt resolve my issue in 24 hours means, i will move to consumer court and also file a cheating case on company and i will claim defamation on your worst services...

                                I have all the clear proofs
                                1. Confirmation message of id proof change of my number
                                2. Aadhar linked coonfirmation message
                                3. Recorded voice call of tata docomo not closing their services message
                                4. Tata docomo store employees video recorded reply about sim card update for 5 times

                                I want my sim activation immediately... Otherwise i will start my proceedings in court

                                  As discussed, we request you to follow the given procedure to generate UPC Code:- 1. Send SMS from the existing (Donor Operator number). a. SMS Port<space> Mobile no. to <1900> from the mobile number which you wish to port. You will be charged as per local SMS tariff for generating UPC code. b. You will receive the UPC code instantly from 1901 number. c. SMS will be charged as per the existing tariff plan. 2. UPC will be valid only for 15 days. 3. UPC code is 8 digit Alpha numeric code. 4. UPC needs to be generated from the same number for which the port out request needs to be registered. Kindly note that you need to visit the desired operator with UPC code regarding Port Out related concern. Further, if the same problem still persists, we request you to revert us for the needful to be done.

                                    I have stopped using my tata docomo broadband connection since april 2017 and had asked the tata docomo to close the account. But they had still billed me though i informed them and now they are sending me legal notice to force me pay the bill. Now their legal team is telling me that do you have it in writing? But the fact is their e-mail would not respond in clear language, they just mention ticket number and tell resolved.
