Tata DoCoMo Customer Care's response We would like to inform you that upon verifying our records we found that cancellation request has already been registered for your number on 15-DEC-2017 with the Service Request number[protected] and the same is under the process. Please find cancellation process mentioned below: 1. Outgoing services of this number will be barred within 72 hours from the day of request registration(19-DEC-2017). 2. Temporary disconnection will happen on the 7th day and billing on the above mentioned connection would stop on the 7th day from the date of cancellation request registered. 3. Your total outstanding amount till date is NIL. 4. The number will get permanently disconnected within 16 days. 5. Your billing cycle is 07th of every month, hence, you will receive final bill on prorate basis post disconnection which will be payable.
