Dear sir,
With referance to above mentioned subject, i am utilizing your 349/- monthly rental plan unlimited coiling and unlimited net pack from last few days. Last months company applied me 1009/- rs bill and says about 589/- vas services. I have not utilizes such type of services from my end. How company applying me such charges, i am not agree for that bill. Then i have contacted customer care about such billing. No one satisfying me for same. From last few days my outgoing calls are stopped by company. Please see my previous record and call records about same and. Take necessary action to aforesaid company.

        Hello,
        This is to inform you that i have been asked by tata docomo to pay bill of rs.1915 for my account number:[protected] and tata docomo number:[protected] for the services which i'm not using since 6months, i have contacted tata docomo customer service and wanted to close my account, but tata docomo customer service stated that the waiver which has been given to me for my bill of march/april approx to rs.438 or above was not being updated in their system and they could not close my account until its updated. Then after few days it was updated and they did not closed my account. Also their was descrepancies in the monthly bill generation. And 3 days before they have send me e-mail confirming that waiver has been applied and now they are not fulfiling their communication with me which they did from their official e-mail id stating that we cannot issue waiver and ignore the previous e-mails, which is unethical and is unprofessional from a corporate business firm like them. Also they have nowhere mentioned that i have to only contact customer care of their company to close my connection, their is no where mentioned that their representatives who gave me waiver in bill and called me and collected the payment from me do not have authority or cannot cancel my connection. I have all their mails and also had phone conversation with one of their legal team associate who indirectly spoke implicating that whenever we contact your customer care we should have a written proof otherwise it will be not considered as legitmate as it would be only verbal communication. Considering all the e-mails they have send me and conversations i had with this companys representatives it is clear (Assumption) that this company sends wrong e-mails to the customers then they manupulate the information told and cause unnecessary harrasment to the customers. I have written proof with me which will clearly explain that i do not stay at the address where i have been using their connection since when my services were barred and i have asked the customer care to generate a bill for the services which i have used (March/april) and i will pay it though i have been not using the services in this period also, and they said that they have taken the complain for the same. And i have also done the payment for the same and as a proof i have send a copy of receipt to them in my earlier mails to them. And i have asked their representatives to close my account/connection, also i contacted 48 hours and then 12 hours back and their agents promised me call-back from their senior and no one called back, when i asked them to send me e-mail regarding the comunication we had they said that they do not have the option to do that. Now considering this how can we trust their customer care and why should i suffer unnecessary loss for their mistakes.

          We would like to inform you that for number portability generation o[censored]PC code is mandatory. UPC code will be generated by sending SMS as Port<space> Mobile no. to <1900> from the mobile number which you wish to port. Hence, without active SIM, porting is not possible.

            Its not user friendly ideally technician should have come to my place and rectify it but it didnt happen.

              On 18.7.2017. I did recharge from icici bank. My amount has been deducted but havnt received any recharge.. I hve tata docomo connection and then 24 august 2017. Again i did my recharge from data docomo outlet again i havnt received, total 160 rs recharge i havnt recived yet.. I m currently in international roaming and i cant call customer care and not even possible to recharge from any outlet. So kindly do it as soon as possible..

              We would like to inform you that as per our records, a recharge of amount Rs.60/- and Rs100/- was successfully completed and activated on 18-Jul-2017 at 23:27PM and 24-Aug-2017 at 19:13PM. Your balnace on account Rs.157/-.We request you to kindly check the same.We would like to inform you that international roaming is a pre-activated service for your number. You should maintain aminimum balance of Rs.800/- while on International Roaming to make a call (Rs.99/- for rental & Rs.100 for making at least one min. call). Rs.99 /- will be deducted immediately whenever your handset latches with any network on International Roaming.

                    We would like to inform you that there is no wrong deduction found on your number and you have been charged as per your usage and you can get the all outgoing call details and data usage for your number through the prepaid bill by sending an SMS as PREPAIDBILL <space> <EMAIL ID> to 121 from your mobile number, an amount of Rs.25/- will be deductable from the main account balance for this facility which gives you last one month details. Hence, we request you to maintain minimum balance of Rs.25/- before sending the SMS.

But today i got message that ldr service has been activated on my no. Today morning, my balance was 61+ rupees. But now 35 rupees has been deducted from my balance showing that ldr service has been activated on my no. I want to say that i don't know what kind of service ldr is and how to use it. And i haven't subscribed for any of these services. After that i called customer care and deactivaed the service. We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. However, as per your request we have deactivated LDR Service on your number. so that you don’t get charged in future.                         Hello, this is ajay from rohtak (Haryana). I am having a tata docomo prepaid sim card. I am having issue with sending sms from my mobile number ([protected]).

                        Actually i am trying to send message for "port" when i am sending an sms it always says "message not sent". On the other side i am getting all kind of message from my friends & others and i can send also but the problem i am facing that i can't send a message for the port.

                        Tata docomo guys said do the message after 2 hrs i try for the same and again got a same message "message not sent". I have called the customer care again but the issue has not been resolved. Please help. Thanks,

However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered (busy), We would like to inform you that, as per our records the number has been permanently disconnected as part of MNP (mobile number portability) on dated 17-OCT-2017 at 22:07:08PM.
                        I have made my recharge on my no. [protected] rs. of 103 of 250 min local+national but i got only tata to tata docomo.. where as it was for all network. this is not fare. either return my money back or allow my 250 min plan for all networks. otherwise i'll port out from docom without wasting any time.

                          Dear sir,

                          I apply new tata credit card in july month as they confirm no yearly charge will take but immediately after send card with in 4-5 day they send me bill with 500 yearly charge even i not use this card.
                          I register complaint for same & close my credit card & inform him i will not use this card so please cancel my billing amount. But after three month still it not done & every month they send me bill with late charge added.
                          Now they ask for rs. 2307/- balance amount to paid, even i not use card & close it within 15 days.

                          Am using tata DoCoMo sim card past several years. due to network issues
                          I want to switch to different operator. AM UNABLE TO GET UPC CODE FROM MY OPERATOR. am able to send msgs to any number but unable to send to 1900.I called the customer care several times but they register a complaint but never resolve the issue .

                            Hi,

                            I am very much disappointed with tata docomo service. My contact number is [protected]. I activate call baring facility but i fogot mybarring password. My out going call had been barred. I have submitted all documents & buy new sim from service center.

                            Then also i m not able to make outgoing calls, every day i am calling to customer care but i am not getting any resolution. Every time they tell within 24 hour it will be activated.

                            Its showing call barring. Customer told me to go to retailer shop.
                            So many times i went to retailer shop, they have called/sent email to customer care.
                            Then also my problem is not resolved. Still i am facing problem. Not able to make out going. I guess its a technical problem. They are not forwarding my call to technical department.

                            When ever i call customer care is they telling that, my out going call is activated. But still i m facing problem. I want a permanent solution.

                              I have got corporate connection in my name numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]&[protected] & i am getting message & call regarding the change of plan. I am not willing to join new plan & when the plan was offered the rental was 45 rs. I am in the process to port the number to any other operator.& i will complaint to trai regarding the issue because merely giving sms for change of plan is not justified.

                              I need a new sim card with same number [protected] facing problem with previous sim card. Its faulty sim so pleases solve my problem as soon as possible. Or else please let me know the procedure how to swap my previous sim card. Actully you guys gave a very worst service to customers. So i hope you will solve this as soon as possible

                                I have tata docomo dongle for which i have opted for 15gb + 15gb free plan which comes at rs 1474 including gst.
                                Last month, i used up all 30 gb and had to reload 2 gb @ rs 350 on 22 sep, 1 gb @ rs 200 on 27 sep and again 1 gb @ rs 200 on 29 sep.
                                The total should have come to rs 1474+350+200+200= rs 2224 plus gst on the reload packs.
                                I have received bill of rs 2884 instead. The helpline executive says i reloaded 1 gb twice at rs 200 each on 29 sep which is not the case, if i needed 2 gb, i would have reloaded rs 350 pack - that would have been cost efficient for me. Even if the additional rs 200 is considered (Which i won't), the total would have been rs 2424 and not rs 2884. The helpline is not able to provide satisfactory answer and keeps repeating what they are trained to say.

                                I need to know on what basis the billing is done for the month of sep 2017. Till i get a satisfactory answer, i shall be withholding the payment - as i find this is the only way i can ensure that the concerned people from tata docomo will get in touch.

                                  My account number is[protected]. I have not been using this connection from 1 year. I have given complaints regarding this and also took device to the store personally to rectify it, all was in vain. Customer care people would call again and again and harress to make payment and i tell them the same story like i was not receiving network and was not using the network for almost a year. Why do i have to pay for the landline when there was no network itself in the landline? Why do i have to pay for your mistakes.

                                    Today i have got below message.
                                    "hi! You have subscribed to ldr at rs35 for 5 day (S). Due for renewel on 15-oct-2017. To stop, dial or sms stop to 155223 (Tollfree)."

                                    But i never subscribed any. Why there is subscribe deduction without my knowledge.

                                    I would like to refund my amount back to my account. Also cancel the ldr subscription. I dont know what is ldr.

                                        Hi,
                                        We are tata docomo wifi users, we had one connection but we need to get new connection because that was not our name (Chalo thik hai.. Samjh aata hai ye)
                                        Then we get new connection and we didn't ask for new
                                        That tata docomo gut only came and provide us new connection and said don't pay the bill the connection will cut automatically;
                                        But that doesn't happen, we need to pay the bill for two months and when we called they said he connection is not closed yet, they will close now and we have the close number which was provided by tata docomo only
                                        But after that we get again 1400 rs bill though we are not using that connection since february and also sent legal notice, when i called tata docomo then they said they don't have any close request, you need to pay bill again.
                                        I just want to know what kind of service is this, you just keep sending bill again and again
                                        They just want to get money from two account with single user.
                                        Kindly resolve this asap as this is very much disturbing.
