Facing problem due to zero network of tata docomo in the circle zip - 768038 since last 1 month. No support from tata docomo customer care. My registered tata docomo number is - [protected]. This is the worst service from india's leading telecom service provider. Tried contacting customer care, but no positive feedback. Even unable to port this number to other network. I had inr 100/- unused balance. Please resolve as soon as possible.

    I am having mobile no. [protected] and one more in my family [protected] and residing in mysore pincode: 570011.

    We are unable to use internet data for the past one week from place where we are residing and the same place i am staying for more than 6 months and using internet data from same network.

    For requesting and making complaint i called several times to tata docomo customer care and they are telling internet setting need to be changed and disconnecting the line without proper response. Kindly do the needful for the customer.

    As discussed, we would like to inform you that a complaint has been raised on[protected] regarding issues in Internet connectivity and the reference number for the same is PN3G12035818. Hence, the resolution date for the same is 24-NOV-2017 18:13:14PM. You will be duly notified upon the resolution. Please save your docket number in case of any requirement for reference.
    On the evening of 6th November 2017 the phones and intercom stopped working, thinking it to get solved on its own, we kept quiet that day, but placed a complaint on 7th. November. All our 30 phones were not working, but still Tata-Docomo has failed to resolve the issue till date i.e for 8 days

      In the month of march 2017 i called the customer care to deactivate my account and they promised me to do so.in the month of may i got a mail saying that i got a outstanding of amount 2400 for a period of two months (Apirl &may). Then i called the customer care, and they said that no your account was not dedicated and you have to pay the bill of 2400/-rs to deactivate. Then we payed the bill for not even consuming a bite of data and deactivated it

      In the month of june again we got a bill for rs1200/-, again i called the customer care. While calling the customer car in the voice mail only it said "your account has been permanently deactivated" and when i speak with the customer care people they said that my account is deactivated permanently and there is no dew amount for my account. They said that by mistake we got the bill, please do ignore the bill and in feature we wont get the bill.
      In the month of july again we got a bill for 1200rs, and they have also added the past month bill. So the bill total amount is 2400rs again. So again i called the customer care people. They said the same thing to me that y account is deactivated permanently and there is no dew amount for my account. They said that by mistake we got the bill, please do ignore the bill and in feature we wont get the bill. When i asked for a confirmation mail they said its not required and they also have no option to generate such kind of mail.

      Now november 14th 2017 i'm getting a mail saying that we are sending you a court notice and we have to appear in court for not paying the bill of 2400rs, again i called the customer care people regarding this issue. Now the customer said me a new story that our account was deactivated on october 2017 only for not paying the bill of rs2400/-.

      Then why did the customer care people said that my account was deactivated and the bill was generated by mistake.

      In the mail which i got on november they gave two contact number. I called that number and tried to explain him my issue. I said that if i want to cheat i would have consumed the data in tata photon device. But for the past 5 months i'm not using the device but you people keep on charging me for that.

      He said in a lethargic manner"i'm not bothered i[censored] are using the device or not, pay the bill or i will file a case on you"

      I have been a customer to them for the past 7 yrs and this is the way they respect us.
      Then i written a complain mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com. They said action for mail will be take in 24hrs but it has been 1 week till now but no progression,

      I got 4 calls from the customer care every one is asking "whats the problem" and in the end "we will check what's the problem and get back to u & sry for the inconvenience. Which means there is no action take till now.

      For the past 7 months i have not used the device but they charged me 2400/- which i paid and now again they as for another 2400/-

      These people are playing a clever game. They are not deactivating the device on our request and in the end they make us to pay the bill and if you refuse they as for the noc which they wont say us about it in the time of deactivation.
      People who are reading it please get the noc at the time of deactivation. If you don't get it they will take it as an advantage and charge you wantedly.

        I have use docomo number for 10 years without any issue. Last one idea guys called me and told that docomo going to close so please your network.                   I have moved abroad, and have been using my docomo mobile number in abroad for more than a year now.

                  Today, the number got disconnected without any reason. I also have prepaid balance of rs 800/-.

                  I don't understand what to do, as i'm out of india, and want the number to be activated again, as all my bank details are linked to it. Please help!!

                    This is a complaint about my tata docomo (Mnp from aircel to tata docomo since years ago) number ([protected]) where i was using for all my official, govt, identification & verification, banking other financial purpose. I came to abroad for my job purpose but still keeping my number for my all activities from india... Even i recharged multiple times just to keep this number active. Suddenly i realized a week from now i got a notification stating that "sim card registration failed"... "no network & no sim card found" in the mobile.
                    I tried to reach through customer care number which is as usual not connecting & tried for online chat assistance from the docomo official site but its asking my phone number to login. After entering my phone number it shows not a valid number... What is this?
                    I was really emergency needed that number back as active & please provide solution as i am not in india now & i can't come & meet your local store people because many times i got no proper response or assistance in the past for may complaints...

                    So please resolve my issue a s a p... If you want to contact me through phone my oman contact number +[protected]... Hope you could understand the importance of this complaint & resolve this a s a p...

                        Tata docomo stores in pune are charging for money for linking aadhar no. To your mobile no. When complained to docomo customer care, they are saying, ask for receipt and we'll refund you the money. Means, tata docomo customer care even does't want to take strict action on such stores.

                        Store executives are saying they have paid money for aadhar linking machine so they are charging this. But this is illegal as they are not providing receipts of this.

                        Tata docomo - as you are not able to take action that is why tata communications is on the verge of bankruptcy and airtel is overtaking the company. Customers will port the numbers to other operators as you don't have 4g as and you can't stop corruption at your stores. What type of customer support is this???

                        No other service provider is charging money for linking aadhar. I have vodafone and airtel numbers in my family, none of them charged anything.

                            I have initiated a request, for de-activating my post-paid number in the month of september 2017, to tata-docomo center, fort gallery, mumbai.

                            The last bill was paid on 10-sep-2017 and the request for de-activating was made on the same day. However the customer executive assured me that the post-paid number will be de-activated in next 15-20 days and also need to pay half of the bill amount for the next month, until the sim is de-activated.

                            The new bill has been generated for the entire month, amounting rs 357, and i get daily calls and messages from the company.

                            On recieving calls from tata docomo customer executive, they always ask when will the bill paid, but whenever i have asked for an acknowlegement that my post-paid number 8097*29 has been de-activated, they immediately dis-connect the call.

                            I haven't been using this number from past 4-5 months, still i'm getting charged for the unnecessary amount every month.

                            On requesting for de-activation, they started making excuses this and that, they made me visited the gallery 4-5 times.

                            I'm ready to pay the last bill amount if & only when i recieve an acknowlegement from tata docomo that my particular post-paid number has been successfully de-activated and i'will no longer receive any bill.

                              Today i had visited tata docomo store for adhaar verification at satara. But store owner mr. Irfaan shaikh behaved rudely with me saying that do what you wants to do and i am not link your adhaar card with your docomo sim. Even he charging for just adhaar verification as rs. 20 per person. Reason for charging rs. 20 he stated that company not provided biometric machine for verification so he purchased at his own and now he charges rs. 20 from each person

                              Please resolve the complaint at earliest.

                                  Every month Tata docomo activating the services itself and they deduct amount from my balance.
                                  When I try to contact with Customer care executives they are responding properly. Every time whenever I called they answered with excuses. Some time executive says I am activated it from internet when I ask for details they talk with very rudely or cut the call without any answers.
                                  Its very frustrating to deduct the balance and executives misbehaviour.

                                    Our company has 30 phone lines with intercom facility. Recently it stopped working on the evening of 6th. November, 2017 and we placed a complaint on 7th. November, 2017. We have been following up with them on phone and emails, but till date i. E. On 14th. November, the issue still remains the same.
                                    The escalation matrix is of no use, nobody is bothered to resolve the issue.
                                    Tata's provide appellate's number instead of ombdusman and to get his number is worst experience, even if you keep the phone on for 30 minutes - you just keep on listening "your call is important to us" and nobody comes on line.
                                    Getting such a treatment from a tata enterprise is really not beleivable

                                        I called 121 from my landline a month ago to cancel the connection. Phone number: [protected] and account number: account no.[protected]

                                        After waiting for 30 minutes i was told it is not possible to disconnect this line as the person could not bring up my documents.

                                        After that he agreed to change my plan to a basic 49 rupees plan which seemed very strange.

                                        I have logged in a month later and the connection has not not cancelled and neither has the plan changed.

                                        I have not used this phone for a month now and if i receive a bill i will be taking legal action.
