I disconnected photon:[protected] connection in july and was requested to pay only 700 (Out of 1019) and remaining 319 would be waived off and rcvd settlement letter. After made paymnt yet receiving threatening sms this outstanding (319) would be forwarded to lokadalat. Couldnt reach any cust care no [protected], [protected] as given in the sms alert.

Phone did not receive any phone calls from land line and did not go outside calls we change the piece of phone but still continue please respond immediately

    I applied for refund of security deposit for international roaming and advance for porting out. Docomo agent closed shop after promising return for over a month. Applied to docomo online and on asking submitted receipts copies. Thrice complained. Every time was called by phone and told cheque sent. Informed did not receive cheque. Was promised action and will send cheque. No action every time after that.

        Placed cancellation request on 22 may 2013 by calling tata photon customer care[protected]
        Cancellation service request number[protected]

        Bill generated on 26 may 2013 for the period 23/04/13 to 22/05/13 amounting to 562 inr
        [protected]@tatadocomo.com sent email to my registered email id on 27 may 2013 1:47am

        Payment of 562 inr done on 29 may 2013 and received confirmation via email from [protected]@tatadocomo.com for the same.

        Suppose to be end of story. Then the usual case as other victims here, received email from [protected]@tatatel.co.in on 28 july 2014 (1 year later) claiming 1908 inr is outstanding amount due in my account.

        Responded to [protected]@tatatel.co.in on 28 may 2014 and 29 may 2014 sharing the details like cancellation request number and date, billing date, bill amount email and payment confirmation email. No response.

        Received email from [protected]@tatatel.co.in on 23 may 2015 as "amnesty scheme offer for your tata docomo account due" asking to pay 50% of total due which is 954 inr.

        Responed back on same day giving all the details and attached soft copy of previous email stating all these details. No response.

        Received email from tatadocomo. [protected]@tatatel.co.in on 20 may 2016 as "information of outstanding for your tata docomo account!!!" to settle due amount 1908 inr

        Responded back on 22 may 2016 attaching the email of last 2 responses from year 2014 and 2015. No response.

        Received email from divya. Sri1. [protected]@tatatel.co.in on 24 april 2017 as "legal notice on behalf of tata teleservices ltd." to pay 1908 inr. No action from my side

        Received email from tatadocomo. [protected]@tatatel.co.in on 18 september 2017 as "legal notice on behalf of tata teleservices ltd" to pay 1908 inr.

        Just to inform people about the looting mechanism by tata teleservices ltd., i'm posting this in consumer complaint forum. They do it in mass across india to earn millions of rupees by breaching trust and harassing customers.

        I do not want to stress myself. Let them go to court and i will handle them with all the proofs i have. This is for other victims like me to ignore them.

          Hi
          I have been using the tata docomo number [protected] for more than 5 years now. Occasionally additional packages are activated on my number without my consent. On complaining the customer care people never refund the money deducted. I recharged my number for rs.200. On 17/09. Ever since my account is being debited for re.1 everyday. On inquiring the customer care confirmed that no services were activated and that he would request the billing to stop, however he could not issue any refund. They were not willing the transfer the call to a team leader or escalate this issue. The online complaint site is also not accepting any complaints. I am fed up with this ongoing issue. Please help.

            I have recently port from airtel to docomo. It was my big mistake. First that docomo store guy told me sir you will not get any coverage issue.

            But it was wrong commitment. Tata docomo coverage is very very very poor even you can't expect. I am from pune here it's very poor.

            I have raised complain 2-3 times but every time they have closed ticket from back end without giving any solution.

            Kindly help me here either provide the coverage or let me do port out from the tata docomo before 90 days or waived of my bills charges.

            I have called customer care to change my bill plan due to poor network, they have refuced to chaange the plan.

            Very fraud company in telecome field i have ever seen.

              My no is [protected] i recharge my phone on 11/09/2017 with top up of rs 60 which gives me full talk time of rs 60 and i make only 3 call the remaining balance was 58rs but later when i call again it said you have insufficient balance. Another one was on 16/09/2017 recharge the same no with topup amount 20 and after 2calls balance was12:30rs but after some time it was 8paisa where did my all money go i call on customer care 121 tata docomo but no option to talk to customer care executive. What should i do. Please help me.

Hence, you have been charged for the data usage from the main balance at 10p/10KB and the same cannot be refunded. Further, we would like to inform you that kindly off your mobile data or deactivate internet service on your number. So that you will not charge in future.

                  On 15 sept 2017 and 16 sept 2017 i reacherged my mobile no ([protected]) with Rs 50 in each occasion, that means total Rs 100 reachege. Before on 14 sept 2017 i borrowed an emergency balance of Rs 20.Right now today tata docomo deduced my balance and my balance is Rs 14 now.In the mean time i did not spent my balance by any another means.So my total deduction is about

                  We would like to inform you that upon checking thoroughly with our records your balance of Rs.62/- has been deducted as you have surfed multiple sites (2 sessions) at the same time on dated[protected] at 11:18 PM as you have used 6247KB Data. However, being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo, an amount of Rs.62/- has been successfully credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket number ABAL[protected] on dated[protected] at 12:19 PM. Kindly note that when data balance in the account is less and volume of the content browsed (size of the website) is more than the available data balance, hence for the data usage you will be charged from the main balance at 10P/10KB.
                  I am having a Tata Docomo Postpaid sim card from around last 1 year. I am having issue with receiving SMS to my number from last 2 days. I am not able to receive a single sms from any of the number.

                    I had stopped using the photon given by tata docomo from april 2017, as i was on leave. I telephonically kept on requesting them to cancel my bill not issue further bill but once i pay, they would send me another bill. Finally in customer care i was told if i pay rs.1368 as final, payment the request will be taken. I paid on 22.05.2017. Then again in july i received a mail for payment with email ids. I sent an elaborate mail to bharranidharan. [protected]@tatatel.co.in and jaikumar. [protected]@tatatel.co.in. Prompt action was taken by them cancelling my no. [protected] and i also was credited 1335 on july 25, 2017 as closure of bill. On september 8, 2017, i receive a lok adalat summons for non pay ment of rs.3000..

                    Kindly help me ..once again I am requesting you to help me. My tatadocomo photon nu. Is[protected]...I have paid the amount required and my account is deactivated in in fact I was credited 1335 on July 25, 2017 as a final closure..thereafter in September I am asked to pay 3000 and also received a letter from Lok adalat. That s when I have come to you to put my complaint to resolve..Yesterday on 6th October 2017 in the afternoon, a lady calls me and tells me that she s from K4 police station which is in Anna nagar, chennai and when I told I have paid and even got an amount credited..she put me on to another lady who was very harsh and loud..I told her I was an income tax officer she was very insulting saying so what and didn't allow me to complete my sentence when actually I wanted to tell her that I was on six months leave and hence hadn't used this photon no, as I had wifi at home and hence had wanted to close the photon no, when I asked her name..she said Shivani, regional manager. When I asked her to repeat her name she was very harsh I talking to me...in spite of the way she spoke to me, I patiently told her that I have received a mail for closure Nd amount credited, she kept insisting on noc.. When I told her I have the mails sent to me..she said she will send me her mail Id for me to mail her but till no response has come from her, the number she called me was [protected]..after I received her call I became extremely nervous and couldn't concentrate on my work.. I believe I have already paid more than 3000 in spite of not using photon but if I still have to pay another 3000, I will to buy my peace thing to I am robbed of Rs.6000 but again I am unable to pay online nor is the store from where I got the photon any more in existence..

                      With some connectivity problem running on, i need to switch from postpaid to prepaid segment. I have already paid the reuisite bill amount of rs 806- and the balance o[censored]nbilled amount shall be paid asap. Kanpur offices have been windup, hence it is great difficulty to search and submit the switch request.

                          Am very much disappointed with tata docomo service. My new postpaid contact number is [protected] [portability]. Now the number got activate call baring facility because address not verified but no one call my number & alternate number also no come my address i have lot of time called your costumer care number that person not given any instruction your end so outgoing call had been barred. I have submitted all documents & buy portability

                          Then also i m not able to make outgoing calls, every day i am calling to customer care but i am not getting any resolution.

                          Its showing call barring. Customer told me to go to retailer shop.
                          So many times i went to retailer shop, they have called/sent email to customer care.
                          Then also my problem is not resolved. Still i am facing problem.

                          Whenever i call customer care is they telling that, my outgoing call is activated. But still i m facing problem. I want a permanent solution. This is my kindly request pls clear the problem otherwise i will take legal action soon so pls clear soon

                            Please would like to escalate my problem to your concern since i did not receive any proper response for my queries raised either from customer care or [protected]@tata.

                            I used to hold tata docomo post paid connection bearing acc no:[protected]; ​tata docomo number [protected] which was cancelled 3 yrs back by my request.

                            After 3 yrs i received e bill statement sent to my email id dated jun2017 asking me to pay rs.207 despite i never made any
                            ​incoming or outgoing calls from the connection from last 3 yrs and the same can be verified from ur side. (Infact i'm not even holding the desk phone with me)
                            ​immediately i brought this to your department notice regarding this last month 13july2017 to [protected]@tatadocomo.com.

                            ​i received reply stating that my connection was not cancelled and they are asking me for the cancellation request number.
                            No body keeps track of things which happened 3 yrs back, iam not holding the request number.
                            Okay even if assume that connection is not cancelled how come i never received any e-bill statement hardcopy or softcopy from last 3 yrs.
                            And all of sudden ​from last 2 months you start sending e-bill statement soft copy that to changing the plan from zero rental to rs 180/- without my acceptance or any intervention from me to change the plan. (Im not holding the device in working condition with me)
                            ​
                            Again this month your department has sent me another e-bill statement dated july2017 asking me to pay rs. 528/- (Adding previous month amount plus late payment charges)

                            ​now from last 1 month i am receiving calls everyday for the clearance of pending payment.
                            ​please try to verify from your side you cant see even a single outgoing or incoming calls from/to this number.

                            ​nobody is listening to my queries they are just asking me to clear the amount.

                                I made a payment in the wrong account number by error. I have requested a refund of the same. I have furnished all the relevant data on the official email id provided. I keep getting calls to provide "more details" which i have done several times verbally on the phone as well as by email. I feel i am being harassed for the refund. Please revert back.

The store incharge opened the store at 10:15 am, as per internet information the store timing is 9:00 am and also when i requested for adhar link the incharge told me after 11:00am.                                     Company charged ra 76.75 for a ldr service without any permission and action of the customer. There is neither any source to be tracked from where this charge originated and nor any kind of message, call or notification to take consent before activating.
                                    The only solution they are offering is to stop service but no refund will be given.
                                    This is an irrelevant charge and reflects badly on the trustworthiness of the company...
                                    Company has cheated me 3 times. Before 2 times i didnot complain but they are doing this again and again. Such deception should be stopped by company. Company must refund the deducted amount.

                                        Hello sir/madam,
                                        I am a user of tata docomo number [protected]
                                        On 09.09.2017 i received message from comapny to submit id address proof without any timeline date
                                        In the evening i found my number blocked when i called customer care 121 then they said i hv blocked my number itself.
                                        I alsl mailed tata docomo regarding my problem in which they directed me to submit dovuments within 48 hours from 11.09.2017 4. Pmm as per trai guidlines
                                        But when i visited tata docomo centre sector 37 chandigarh they refused to accept my proof mentioning that number will not be issued baliming that i have used this number for telemarketing but this is my personal number soley for my personal use. I have not dis-obeyed any rules everyone should be given time. To submit documents by giving resonable time after mentioning due date but without any time i was barred from my tata docomo services in addition to this no tata docomo centre did't accepted my documents they disconnected my number within 2 days of blocking my number [protected].
                                        Plzz sir help me sir they are just harassing general public by posing unnecessary blame and not dealing people in time fir which they also disconnect moblie connection.
                                        Plzz sir help as this number is registereted in all of my official documents
