I had stopped using the photon given by tata docomo from april 2017, as i was on leave. I telephonically kept on requesting them to cancel my bill not issue further bill but once i pay, they would send me another bill. Finally in customer care i was told if i pay rs.1368 as final, payment the request will be taken. I paid on 22.05.2017. Then again in july i received a mail for payment with email ids. I sent an elaborate mail to bharranidharan. [protected]@tatatel.co.in and jaikumar. [protected]@tatatel.co.in. Prompt action was taken by them cancelling my no. [protected] and i also was credited 1335 on july 25, 2017 as closure of bill. On september 8, 2017, i receive a lok adalat summons for non pay ment of rs.3000..

Is[protected]...I have paid the amount required and my account is deactivated in in fact I was credited 1335 on July 25, 2017 as a final closure..thereafter in September I am asked to pay 3000 and also received a letter from Lok adalat. That s when I have come to you to put my complaint to resolve..Yesterday on 6th October 2017 in the afternoon, a lady calls me and tells me that she s from K4 police station which is in Anna nagar, chennai and when I told I have paid and even got an amount credited..she put me on to another lady who was very harsh and loud..I told her I was an income tax officer she was very insulting saying so what and didn't allow me to complete my sentence when actually I wanted to tell her that I was on six months leave and hence hadn't used this photon no, as I had wifi at home and hence had wanted to close the photon no, when I asked her name..she said Shivani, regional manager. When I asked her to repeat her name she was very harsh I talking to me...in spite of the way she spoke to me, I patiently told her that I have received a mail for closure Nd amount credited, she kept insisting on noc.. When I told her I have the mails sent to me..she said she will send me her mail Id for me to mail her but till no response has come from her, the number she called me was [protected]..after I received her call I became extremely nervous and couldn't concentrate on my work.. I believe I have already paid more than 3000 in spite of not using photon but if I still have to pay another 3000, I will to buy my peace thing to I am robbed of Rs.6000 but again I am unable to pay online nor is the store from where I got the photon any more in existence..
