Why is this cutting???

We would like to inform you that, Docomo Deals service was activated by you on 01/11/2017 06:57:20 AM through SDP_WAP mode and hence the balance of Rs.30/- has been deducted. We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. However, as per your request we have deactivated Docomo Deals Service on your number and the same will be deactivated within 30 minutes so that you don’t get charged in future. Being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo an amount of Rs.30/- has been credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket number ABAL[protected] on dated 09-NOV-2017 at 15:42:33PM.

    I have asked 'n' number of times for disconnection even after the payment.
    Still i couldn't see the disconnection. I have been getting the bills for the further months. Moreover even after the internet has been blocked by the company i have been receiving the bills for unused data. I have sent so many emails regarding, complaints, queries and issues of the photon.
    Inspite of such unsatisfactory service i have been asked to pay the bill.
    Its really dis hearting to see that the customer has been blamed for the company's pathetic service.
    Now its really huge amount to be paid and not affordable to pay even after sending so many emails of complaints and request for disconnection.
    I feel its not my fault for such poor service.

    I bought a new sim yesterday against my old lost sim...It has been a day and the number is not been reactivated.
    [protected] no. Closed karwana ha, par dehradun m koi bhi office nahi ha...Sabi office close ho gaye ha..Customer care no. Dial karne sa ...9 option click karne par ..Call disconnect ho jayta ha.

      I was using tata docomo post paid no [protected] but on 29 september i request to them to port my no, & i got porting code te694315 but they didn't port my no, i asked to customer care (Cc) he said clear your bill amount 268 than porting would be done, i payed immediately even they didn't port my no.
      My billing period was 5th of the month i said to him generate my bill i'll clear all dues and pls port my no, i deposited my bill on 8th and again talked to cc any bharti was online she said your request is accepeted and will be ported on 15th even they didn't port my no again i talked thier senior officer she said again clear bill from 5th to 15th than will port and will take 7 days, he closed my no because they were not porting.
      They were saying they need 7 days to port but every after 7 day they say clear your dues and i clear 2 times my dues.

        I'm using tatadocomo postpaid (Advantage 299 plan)
        I've asked the customer care to enable roaming for a month (June 2017) and the person said it will be deactivated after one month. But the roaming pack (Rs.149/-) is not deactivated and i asked another person from customer care to deactivate in august 2017. He confirmed that he has deactivated the plan.
        But it is not. I'm charged again with roaming pack. I got frustrated and asked the customer care, they said that they have not received any request from my end to deactivate and there is no logs for that. How pathetic your service is.
        I raised a complaint via mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com.

        A guy called and apologised, but still now (Oct 2017) the plan is not deactivated.
        Either u guys deactivate the plan and refund the money that u cheated from me, or i'll find my way to some "reliable & better network".

        We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered. We would like to inform you that upon verifying our records we found that your request for deactivation of roaming pack was registered on 26-SEP-2017 with the Service Request number[protected] and the same was deactivated on 15-OCT-2017(end of the billing cycle). Further, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide the waiver for roaming pack charges as we have not found any request for deactivation of roaming pack before 26th Sep’17. Hence, we request you to provide the details when and where you have given the request for deactivation of roaming pack for the needful to be done.

          The docomo customer number is [protected] and not [protected]
          My mother is a tata docomo customer with number -[protected],

          She is a old lady, senior citizen and see cannot see the validity of data pack

          As the data pack of more than 3gb data is removed on 20th though i recharged with validity of data pack for again 1 month

          I request to return back the more or less 3gb data deducted from my mom's account deducted without prior information and no courtesy

          Please refund into the account of number [protected] the data pack.

            I have taken tata docomo post paid connection i have submitted cancellation letter two times to docomo office. Last six months i am not using that sim but paying monthly charges. Finally i fed up with their response and stopped paying for last three months. The response was horrible when the time of taking connection they called continuously but for cancelling they are not responding at all. It is very serious issue. When i visited near by docomo shop in hymathnagar. I was really wondered more than 30 people are waiting in line to convert postpaid to prepaid it is telling all how they are charging.

              Hello there, ,

              I bought a passport cover on passport seva Kendra, rajkot they told I got passport cover with passport and I paid 450 rs for one passport cover on 3rd October, reciept number pp[protected], I got my passport but it's cover not yet, so can you please tell me when shall I get my passport cover ?

                I have been using my docomo number since 2011, and all of a sudden since 20 oct my number shows no network. It only displays invalid card - no service.
                I tried everything slot change, manual network selection, cleaned the sim card, tried with three other phone, but no use.
                Lastly i contacted customer care -
                And they provided useless solution...
                One of the representative told me that my sim has been deactivated because i have not linked adhar number with mobile number, further when i asked that according to govt directive it is mandatory to do by feb 2018 but the representative told that they are following company's protocol. Again when i asked where i could do the same, they where unable to provide any exact location.
                One more representative told me that my sim is active and there might be any fault with sim so all i needed is just to visit a store and replace that with another sim but mobile number will remain same.
                To my surprise that representative gave me three outlets where this canbe done.
                Which are 100 kms far from me.
                Even though i enquired at one of the outlet for the same and i was told that sldue to no supply of sim card my issue can't be solved by them.
                I am totally helpless at this point by the service provided by tata docomo.
                I wish i never have been part of this telecom company.
                All i want for now is to have a activated working sim card with my same mobile number.

Hence, we request you to visit Tata Docomo outlet in order to check the availability of the number.

They have opened their system, entered my no-[protected], and found that instead of my name s. Rajakumar, a lady name krishnaveni is there. I bought this sim at big street docomo camp around 7 years back, i had given my photo and the address poof as my voter id. How surprise it changed to a lady name. You pls register thios as my complaint and find out how it had happened. I am unable to link my aadhaar pls.

I have paid two months of the extra bill on the suggestion that disconnection will be possible after paying the bill.                           I am honestly very disappointed with your service. Two times my balance has been deducted (99 rupees, total 198) from the number [protected] without my knowledge for the last five days. A service called ldr is being activated by itself. I saw several customer complaints regarding the same service but still this problem is being persisted and you are blaming on other applications for this. I have been using tatadocomo for the last 4 years irrespective of many service providers offering me better offers and now i want compensation as well as removal of this service ldr. Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

                              After multiple calls to tata docomo call center no one is able to solve my issue. We have a walky connection. However, the company name on the bill is incorrect. This was a mistake from their side. I have mentioned it multiple times that i cannot pay the bill on a wrong company name.

                              I refuse to spend any more of my money or waste my time going to their store to correct a mistake they have made. This is the worst service i have ever seen. They will loose a good paying customer for a stupid data entry mistake.

                                As discussed, We would like to inform you that, as per our records the number has been permanently disconnected as part of MNP (mobile number portability) on dated 06-NOV-2017 at 22:50:58PM.
                                Am using tata DoCoMo sim card past several years. due to network issues
                                I want to switch to different operator. AM UNABLE TO GET UPC CODE FROM MY OPERATOR. am able to send msgs to any number but unable to send to 1900.I called the customer care several times but they register a complaint but never resolve the issue .

                                    Sir/ma'am, i am vishal and my tata docomo no is [protected], recently i had recharged my number 3 times with rs 10, but it automatically activated the services and deducted the balance. I had called customer care also they told me to block popups on browser but that didn't worked at all. Please solve this problem permanently and refund my money back
                                    As trai mentioned that no service will be activated without the confirmation of customer, so solve this problem permanently and refund my money back.

                                    I have complained many times to customer care but they do not understand my problems. My Balance is deducted before some day which is not refunded by customer care executives. Tata docomo is careless to solve customers problems. Today there is again balance is deducted from my account illegally without my any confirmation or without any treat by me. I am troubled with this company.

                                      I was erroneously subscribed to buddynet of tate docomo group and charged $39.95 to my bank account. I do not know how this happened and i do not want to be a part of this group.

                                      There is no simple way to contact buddynet or unsubscribe which makes me think it is a scam of some sort.

                                      I want to be unsubscribed now and my money reimbursed immediately.

                                      I have reported this to my bank.

                                        It showed me on *141# that there is a offer of 1gb 3g internet on ₹98 recharge.
                                        On 14th october 2017 after selecting it we have to press 1 to activate and pay from balance, after all this i received only 500mb internet. I waited for the rest internet data but after 2 days i called customer care on 121 and told them everything, but they said that i'm wrong because it shows offer of 500mb on 98₹ (Seriously? Who will do recharge of 500mb @98 when there are so many cheap offers, just like in jio we get 1gb 4g data + voice call minutes). I told them that it's still showing me 1gb data now tell me the procedure to refund, still they said to the end that it can't show you because there is no such offer.
                                        Now i don't know from how many lakhs of customers they steal money like this.
