My mother is a old person, senior citizen and tata docomo customer with number [protected],
She had 3gb talktime till 19th diwali date it is completely gone on 20th when she tried to tried to see data based messages,
I recharged for the datapack and it deducted without usage, though i extended the validity,
I didn't receive any prior information.
Please add back the 3gb data - amount charged for the recharge to number [protected] as my mother is a old person

I received a mail regarding will solve my issue by december 5th, docket number is pe08946212
45 days how can we wait 45 days for data pack, please refund the amount into the respective tata docomo mobile number
Please return back the total amount charged for the deducted 3gb into the tata docomo mobile number account.
