My tata docomo num.[protected] i want to change my sim company but tata docomo has not changing my sim company docomo to idea. please resolved my complaint as soon as possible.
And my other docomo number is [protected] it is also not port in any other company so suggest me what can i do for this problem and how to port my docomo number in other company.

As discussed, We would like to inform you that your request for port-out was registered vide docket number PMCS[protected] and the UPC (Unique Porting Code) code for the same is TY1795** which has been closed on dated 19-OCT-2017 at 17:09:06PM due to the The porting code IS wrong as.
I'm not able to send SMS through Docomo number . So I have lot of problems with it . kindly resolve my problem.

    I need to port from docomo to airtel. I did all the necessary things like linking my aadhar and submitting the request for porting and upc and all. They said it will get port in 7 days and it usually happen with 4 to 5 days.. Buts its been six days and nothing has happened so far. This is the second time they are leaving my number from their network and not forwarding the request to airtel. My upc is tl293772 and phone no is [protected]

      I'd recharged for 200 rupees and it got deducted three times within few minutes. I called the customer care number and a person called mohammed eltiaz responded my call. He was very rude from the begining and not at all responded to my query. Atlast he agreed to credit back the money got deducted for wrongly activated vas without my approval.

      Once the call over, again in a few minutes, the amount got deducted as said before. I couldn't able to recharge my number now, the entire amount is deducted as soon i recharged. And the person blocked my number, so i couldn't reach the customer care. This to be fixed immediately.

        I was using prepaid number of tata docomo [protected]. It was linked to my aadhar card as well. Now within a week i need to fill an exam form using aadhar card linked number and this number is not active anymore. When i call your customer care they are telling me this number doesn't even exist in their database. R u kidding me!! I cant even port this number. Kindly activate my sim card asap. I am going to go to consumer forum otherwise cz ur customer care is not helping at all

          I have made three recharges over the course of the past two days, for rs. 103, rs. 30 and rs. 148.

          The 103 recharge was useless to me as it was misrepresented on the paytm website, and did not mention that the plan was only applicable for docomo to docomo calls.

          The rs. 30 and 148 refunds were both denied to me, and i find that the recharge has been made to the wrong number. When i contacted the support staff on email, they inform me that the payments cannot be reversed.

          Docomo has been very keen at taking my money and seeing to it that i am unable to avail any of their services. Despite sharing my transaction receipt and order number with them, they still seem uninterested in actually providing the services i have paid for. My daily phone broke recently and i have been using a feature phone for now, and docomo has made it increasingly difficult for me to get the services i pay for in a time when accessing data has been very difficult.

However, the same was not possible as the call was not busy, We would like to inform you that, There is no facility to providing the incoming call/SMS details from our end. Further, We would like to inform you that you can get the last 30 days outgoing details (calls, data, value added service deductions, recharges) for your number through the prepaid bill by sending an SMS as PREPAIDBILL <space> <EMAIL ID> to 121 from your mobile number. Please be informed that an amount of Rs.25/- will be deductible from the main account balance for this facility and you will receive the same within 5 working days.

              I had a tata internet service with account number[protected]. This was way back in[protected]. I dont remember exactly month. But i was extremely dissatisfied and planned to disconnect the service. So followed the steps provided and disconnected it. After that a bill of rs 700. Odd was generated.
              I called the concerned staff and was requested to pay that amount and the service will be disconnected. After a month again i got a bill of rs 510.00.
              When i called they told it is a mistake and that it was generated wrongly.
              I thought the issue was resolved.
              But now again after 4 long years, since about 3 months the i am being harassed by smss everyday stating that rs 510.00 is due. When i called last month i was told it will be resolved. Now again i am getting message stating that legal action will be taken. When i call them they say that legal action will be taken against me. I dont have any other evidence as it was 4 years back and i was assured the issue is resolved. I have act fibernet connection now for 2 years and have no issues at all.

              How can i trust this company that any payment now will stop this harassment. Moreover this payment was generated for no services at all, that too after my connection was disconnected officially.

                She had 3gb talktime till 19th diwali date it is completely gone on 20th when she tried to tried to see data based messages,
                I recharged for the datapack and it deducted without usage, though i extended the validity,
                I didn't receive any prior information.
                Please add back the 3gb data - amount charged for the recharge to number [protected] as my mother is a old person

                  I am being charged rs. 620 every month.

                  Looking for a much more cheaper plan

                  The increased amount was not informed to me.
                  Only after the bill was sent, i knoew about it.

                      My name is amit d nagpure m using tata docomo number [protected]. Two days back i went to the nearest tata docomo store which is pragati enterprises shop no 6, near regimental theatre, nashik road nashik for changing my simcard as i needed as micro sim for my new phone. The concern person at shop didnt tell me the charges for sim change before hand. After changing of sim they charges me rs 100/- which i felt is way too much. Also they didnt give me any sort of bill saying they dont provide any bill of sim change. They were also quite rude while answering these questions.
                      Please look into this matter, i m certainly thinking of switching my network just because of this staff and behavior.

                          I have requested tata docomo over phone and email to disconnect the connection as i am shifting my home. But they continued to bill and the net amount now stands around 3000. They have resorted to threat to pay for a service that i never used and never requested.

                          Service disconnect request date: august 10th through email and through phone much earlier
                          Billing date: 17th august

                          Throughout the month of august our connection was suspended but we were billed for it.

                            07/10/2017 and till now sim is not activated .When i am visiting the
                            retailer where i can get the sim i am unable to get help from them.When i
                            called to customer care they said that the sim will be activated on or
                            before 29/10/2017.Till now the sim is not activated.When i called to
                            customer care today i didn't get proper response about the issue.Please
                            take a note about the issue and resolve asap.Please update the status

                              This is regarding the payment done to tatadocomo for my landline account number[protected] in my wife's name. I have done payment of Rs 212 on 18th Sep, 2017 through DBS Bank. Amount is debited from the account but tata docomo not acknowledging it. I am speaking to their customer care almost every day since 18th Sep. I have written more than 25 mails to them with bank statement and transaction ID but still these fools are not understanding my issue. I did another payment of Rs212 on 20th Sep, 17 through Citibank, which they acknowledged but when I ask about 18th Sep payment they say they received it on 20thSep. I have broken down speaking to these guys. They are harassing their customer like anything. For Rs 212 they have harassed me worth Rs 10 lakh.

                              Please help me resolve this issue.

                                Tata docomo clearly cheating india. There are no internet combo packages. All options are kept empty and trolling crores of income by not allowing people to allow proper recharge options of internet combos, rate cutters and data+talktime plans are not visible all packages are deleted from docomo portal. Please take some action on this fraud company. On the name of internet once it finished 200 rs will cut on three bad father name of this ceo crores of turn over looting on internet data finishing fraud scam. Whatever i have talktime they will cut automatically without mercy.

                                    My account has been locked by tata docomo because of wrong attempts for login. As i forgot my password, i can't login to my account. The forgot password option is not working.
                                    I contacted with tata docomo helpline through my tata docomo number but they said they can't help me. They said they don't have third party information.
                                    I can't login to my account that's why unable to see my all details.

                                    If the company don't have any solution to login to their website then why they have customer support and why they have their website?

                                    They called me third party. Am i?

I also call to customer care but they told that either your area i. E. Delhi ncr is highly utilized area due to this your wifi speed slow you wait for 2 to 3 days problem will be short out. I wait for 4 days but my problem is not short out. After 7 days i call again customer care and customer care executive give me same reply that your area is highly utilized area due to this your wifi speed slow you wait for 4 to 5 days problem will be short out. After that i wait for more than one week. Now i sent emaili to photon with request to give me same reply.
