My mother is a tata docomo customer with number [protected],

She had 3gb talktime till 19th diwali date it is completely gone on 20th when she tried to tried to see data based messages,
I recharged for the datapack and it deducted without usage, though i extended the validity,

I didn't receive any prior information.
Refund add back the 3gb data - amount charged for the recharge to number [protected].
Please add it soon, contact me i am ashok my number is [protected],

Return back the total charged for the deducted 3gb to the tata docomo mobile number.

    I am totally mentally harassed by your representatives over my mobile no [protected].. The subject tata photon was purchased in the name of canara bank, d s market, amritsar from your then showroom at court road amritsar. And i am only employee in the bank and since then my personal mobile no was given. I am getting call from your chandigarh and other areas again and again. I want to inform that i told them that i had been transferred from amritsar and not used subject tata photon since september 2016 by me and any other person and even my bank at amritsar informed to your office in writing in september 2016 and cleared all the dues. Still i am getting call again and again till now more than 100 times and every time by one and other employee of your organization and every time i told them that no body is using photon and same can be verified at your end. Even after telling them every time that it was corporate no and given them contact no of canara bank amritsar branch, again every time they start from scratch that your bill pending which pathetic and i donot know how people in your organization works, no due diligence, no record and without verifying records they are calling and annoying customers. Even now i received message that bill is overdue. I am really mentally harassed by tata photon company which is not acceptable and appreciable. I am very upset and stop sending any message to my personal no and stop sending bill. Otherwise i donot have any other option but to go to consumer forum or may take legal advise in this regard.

    Mene 10 Nov ko 7.35 pm ko 148rs ka plane active kiya he or muze us plan Ki 4000 min Ki seva abhi tak active nahi Ki gayi he. Customer care me call kiya toh unka kehna he Ki ho jayegi seva active, or ab care me call nahi lag raha. Ab 22 hours ho gaye or abhi tak kuch bhi process nahi huaa. Plz solve my problem or I will complaint in consumer court.

      Hi, i have used tata photon whiz dongle net services (Post paid) since 2011. Now i requested for close connection. Tata photon office was locate at college square and mangalabag of cuttack, odisha. Now there is no office. Then some of place i looked for office to make close connection. But i count not get office. Then i search at internet i got this option to complain in this way. So let it close this connection. I cant pay anymore.

      We tried to reach you at your number, however the call was not answered. We regret to inform you that we are unable to process your request for cancellation due to security reasons.         We tried to reach you at your alternate number, however the number was not reachable. We would like to inform you that upon verifying our records we found that your cancellation request was registered on 28-OCT-2017 with the Service Request number[protected] and the connection was disconnected permanently on 13-NOV-17. Your Outstanding amount is Rs.755/-(Rs. 126.99/- for the bill generated on 05-SEP-2017 with the Invoice number [protected]; Rs. 294/- for the bill generated on 05-OCT-2017 with the Invoice number [protected]; Rs.334/- for the bill generated on 05-NOV-2017 with the Invoice number [protected]). Kindly note that, monthly rentals will be charged when the number is in Active/Outgoing Barring state. However, you will get discounts on rentals when the number is in Temporary Suspension state. Further, we request you to provide the details of the agent to whom you have given the cancellation request for the needful to be done regarding billing.

          Hi,

          My tata docomo walky device is not working properly. It gets switched off automatically. Also calls gets dropping. (I used this phone as landline for more than 6 years now). I contacted docomo customer care, they asked me to go to store. The store guys are saying that neither repair nor new device is not possible till april 2018. (I went to secunderabad store, the person name is srihari). They are speaking rashly as well. I am willing to pay for new device, but they are saying that production of new devices is stopped.

          They are saying that porting out of docomo is also not possible, as this is walky. As i used this number for 6 years, many of my old friends knows this number. I cannot loose this number now. I regret choosing tata brand. Please help me.

          Customer care at 121 also not agreeing to raise a service ticket for me. I am ready to pay for new device. I just need my device to be functional.

              (Copying my e-mail) it is with great disappointment im writing this e-mail. This communication
              Is with respect to the number [protected] a/c number:[protected]. As ive been travelling back and forth on business and ive not been able to keep track of the status of my connection. A week back i realised that my line was
              Barred and i could not recieve or make calls. When i walked to the docomom
              Store to find out what happened, the executive there told me that the
              Connection has been terminated due to non-payment and that even if i were
              To mak a payment he cannot release the line. It was totally disppointing to
              Hear that. I later cleared all the dues pertaining to the number and called
              Up customer service to inform the same. I was curious as to how the line
              Was disconnected/terminated without any prior notice hence asked the
              Exectuive about the status of my connection and to my shocking surprise he
              Stated that a request was given to terminate the line and that i had given
              The request at a store. Hearing this i was totally baffled and asked him to
              Confirm it one more time and he verified it and confirmed that same. I told
              Him clearly that i did not give any such request and inisisted that this
              Must be an error at his side. I asked to be put across to a supervisor so i
              Could express my grieviences to him. To this he said he cannot transfer the
              Call adn that he could arrange for a call back the follwong day at 12 noon.
              He assured me of the follow up while i asked him to log a case for the
              Interaction. He sternly refused to log a case and said he cannot record any
              Part of the conversation as a case log as it is not required. What kind of
              Professoinalism is this?? I knew i would not get a call back and so it
              Was. No call no communication yet. Please do the needful to reinstate my
              Line as it is primarily used for my business.

              Thanks for your prompt reply, Dear TATA i can understand that the connection was barred due to non-payment and i was not in town to realize that and make arrangements for it. However, as of today there are no dues and I've made sure the account stands cleared of all pending bills. Its not even been a month after the disconnection and you already made it a case of argument. I want to make it clear that I'm using this connection for business and I hope you understand how a cellphone connection is vital. Without it it's gonna affect my business and i wouldn't want TATA to play that negative role. So it my humble request that you reconsider my request and reinstate the line at the earliest convenience. Should the matter require escalation, Id be glad to talk to any higher official who could help resolve this issue in an amicable way.

                  Hi this is lokesh from kumbakonam, my mobile number[protected], last four five years are am using tata docomo prepaid gsm number, last few months are i try to change other network because docomo was signal problem before docomo linked aircel, i think agreement time is over after docomo link vodafone, vodafone signal is not good for our home just only one or two points only comes, that's why i change the network, i will try to change 5 more times 3 times jio 1 time bsnl, 1 time idea network all are rejected from docomo, every time docomo said every reason, so please what to do, please help me because this is my important mobile number.                     I am reproducing the communications pertaining to an incorrect recharge in verbatim -

                    Complain - (On 28/10/2017 at 1021 hrs.)
                    Sir/ madam,
                    I am a customer of your esteemed service for last 3-4 yrs. As per your websites full talktime plans there is a plan of inr 80/- (Which is getiing displayed even at this very moment today). Accordingly i had recharged for an amount of inr 80/- at 2119 hrs on 26/10/2017 but received a talktime of rs. 64.80/-. Today around 0830 hrs i had a talk with your customer care representative in this regard wherein she kept me on waiting for considerable time to gather better information. Finally she regretted to inform me that your system is not showing her the reason at this very moment which is usually the most comfortable answer from your end. Very sad to learn it indeed. Hence, my request is -
                    I) please get me my dues else remove the misleading offers from your website. Ii) improve your customer care service. I firmly believe that i won't have to terminate/ port this number.

                    Here i would like to point out that the reply message in principle admits my grievances but does not redress the issue. Your misleading advt.                       I have asked TATA DOCOMO to close my connection in the month of April 2017. So instead of closing connection they moved it to safe custody feature without my approval. After that I am receiving bill even if i am not using it. They constantly call me to pay bill and even sending me sms to pay bill. I have complaint several times to TATA DOCOMO customer care each time they raise new complaint. So till now I have raised 8 complaints. None of complaints are resolved yet.                         Hi i am a subscriber of bsnl network.

                        From the past 14 months i have been receiving frequent calls on daily basis from tata docomo to pay bills of numbers which i do not own have any connection with. This has been very frequent and is causing mental trauma, harassment and killing the productive hours. Every time the call is recieved from a new number. Also there are frequent sms which are spammed regarding the same. Multiple compaints have been tried to be registered yet it hasn't helped. I would like the necessary authorities to take action on the person or people behind this. I would also need compensation of 14 month harassment and water of man hours caused by this.

                          Complaint #[protected]. Unnecessary harassment for bill payment for service which was not used

                          I have been charged rs 70 extra on my monthly bill for over 18 months - i never got the bill copy and we where paying this for so many months and finally when i requested for bill copy, we identified some additional charges for the voice mail which we activated - however the phone which was given to us did not have the voice mail facility or the voice mail indication light.

                          I started receiving calls every days - i kept on giving the complaint number - till date and no one address the issues - i have received some legal notice and which i replied - but still i did not get any response yet.

                          Finally i have received a call from some jennifer who claimed she is form legal department and wanted me to visit the civil court the next day and pay the entire bill and penalty. When i started requesting for more info on the location she informed me that i will receive those details in half hour, she refused to give up her identity and just asked me to call same number.

                              (I do not remember date or even months of the events that happeded because i have not used this service from more that 8 or 9 months now and)

                              I was using a tata docomo datacard (Photon no [protected]) which i asked to keep on safe custody for few months. When this safe custody period was about to finish, a representative from tata docomo called me and told that my account is about to expire and if i did not activate it my account will be disconnected.
                              I told that person that i had started using broadband (Tata docomo) and do not want to activate my account and asked him to let it deactivate.

                              Almost 4 months later i started getting calls almost everyday that a bill is pending for more than rs 3000. I told them there should not be any bills as the account was disconnected months ago. Those people who were calling me did nothing to resolve the issue. So, i called their customer care, they could not resolve the issue and asked to send email to [protected]@tatadocomo.com. I sent email and within a couple of days i got a call that account has been deactivated now and bill has been revoked. He confirmed me clearly that i do not need to pay those bills.

                              Again after 3 days i started getting the same calls. I thought may be system was not updated. So i sent email to [protected]@tatadocomo.com again. But this time they reply me saying they had only closed the account and bill was not revoked. They are asking me to pay it agiain.

                              When their customer care representative informed me that the account will be deactivated, why did they keep generating bills after that?

                              I have high blood pressure and dealing with these people is becoming more and more difficult for me. Every time i speak to one of their people it takes me at least 2 hours to cool down before my hands stop to shake. It is very frustrating to see that such a reputed company will do such a thing. You can never trust these people what they say on phone and you should always ask for a written proof of everything they say.

                              I have sent the issue to their appellate and hoping that not all people at tata docomo are so insensitive. And they will revoke the bill which should never have been generated in first place. I will update further once i get a response from their appellate.

                                I am unable to generate the port code for my tata docomo number +91 [protected], due to which i am unable to port my number to reliance jio.

                                Everytime i send the sms (Port [protected]) to 1900, instead of port code, i get the following message.

                                "send any of the foll: new short codes:sms cri to 58243 for cricket, sms bid to 57272 for bid n win, sms tune to 57886 to get ringtone. Rs3/sms"

                                I have tried sending the sms for more than 10 times and got the same reply instead of the port code.
                                It seems tata docomo is trying to deliberately block the port code generation to restricting me to port to different service provider.

                                Please take some action against these guys.

However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered (BUSY), We would like to inform that you have to generate UPC (Unique Porting Code) from your handset. UPC code is the unique porting code mapped to the mobile number and is required for porting process follow the given procedure to generate UPC Code;- 1. Send SMS from the existing (Donor Operator number). a. SMS Port<space> Mobile no. to <1900> from the mobile number which you wish to port. You will be charged as per local SMS tariff for generating UPC code. b. You will receive the UPC code instantly from 1901 number. c. SMS will be charged as per the existing tariff plan. 2. UPC will be valid only for 15 days. 3. UPC code is 8 digit Alpha numeric code. 4. UPC needs to be generated from the same number for which the port out request needs to be registered. Kindly note that you need to visit the desire operator with UPC code regarding Port Out related concern

                                  We tried to speak to you personally on your number regarding mobile number portability. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered. We would like to inform you that upon verifying our records we found that UPC code (TX6954XX) was generated on 21-OCT-2017, UPC will be valid only for 15 days (05-NOV-2017).Post these please visit the nearest new Service provider outlet where you wish to go for enabling the port out. You would need to wait for a maximum 7 working days before you get ported out and you would keep getting SMS’s on the status of your request. But that port out request was rejected due to time out we would like to inform you that we are not received any request for airtel service provider, They did not raised any request for port so we request you that visit the airtel store for better assist you.

                                    We applied for a tata docomo connection. We gave the correct name of the company as "9 point design" which can be verified from the verification form.

                                    We have received a bill from them in the name of "mr. 9 point design". We have called their customer service and compaints department more than 10-15 times. We have also emailed them to rectify the company name as we cannot make the payment on a "false" name.

                                    They refused to change it online and asked us to go to the local store to change it. It is tata docomo's fault and i do not see a reason why i should spend rs. 200.00 in taxi to go to a store to rectifiy their mistake. This has already been intimated to them many number of times in the past. We have also sent an email to [protected]@tatadocomo.com.

                                    We have also started getting threatning calls from their colleciton department.

                                    Today we received a bill with the edited company name as "col 9 point design". "col" stands for "colonel" which is indian army rank.

                                    We are absolutely frustated with the pathetic service and continuous harrassment by tata docomo and if this doesn't get sorted we will have no option but to approach the consumer court.

                                      I'm alagar. I've already paid for usage of tata docomo postpaid number [protected]. I don't know procedure for how to deactive postpaid number. After 4 months they are contact me and forces for pay amount of 652. I have no use that number for 4 months. They why can i pay that amount. And from customer care they said i should pay that amount

                                        Even after launching complaints against tata docomo there is no action taken.. If i go to service centre they call customer care people and say you have activated so and so things.. It’s my phone i know i dint activate anything.. If activated it’s there work to deactivate but no actions are take still 5rs is cutting daily.. I need my refund with an apology from them.. What kind of service it is..
