Hi, i have used tata photon whiz dongle net services (Post paid) since 2011. Now i requested for close connection. Tata photon office was locate at college square and mangalabag of cuttack, odisha. Now there is no office. Then some of place i looked for office to make close connection. But i count not get office. Then i search at internet i got this option to complain in this way. My tata docomo walky device is not working properly. It gets switched off automatically. Also calls gets dropping. (I used this phone as landline for more than 6 years now). I contacted docomo customer care, they asked me to go to store. The store guys are saying that neither repair nor new device is not possible till april 2018. (I went to secunderabad store, the person name is srihari). They are speaking rashly as well....

I registered a complaint and it’s solved I was happy that it’s solved.. but today again my 5rs got deducted.. please just see what thing has activated .. please take an action.. my phone no is [protected]...

I have been charged rs 70 extra on my monthly bill for over 18 months - i never got the bill copy and we where paying this for so many months and finally when i requested for bill copy, we identified some additional charges for the voice mail which we activated - however the phone which was given to us did not have the voice mail facility...

I got a docomo sim few years from my dad. Recently that was broken. We don't remember the details we provided. We need the same number because it was linked with many of my official accounts. We applied for a tata docomo connection. We gave the correct name of the company as "9 point design" which can be verified from the verification form.

We have received a bill from them in the name of "mr. 9 point design". We have called their customer service and compaints department more than 10-15 times. We have also emailed them to rectify the company name as we cannot make the payment...

Four months back i have paid total bill of my postpaid sim of number [protected] and i have sent mail for deactivation and it was not deactivated and u r sending outsatnding postpaid bil. And i have not using sim from 8 months and have mailed twice for deactivation.. No proper response if it is the way that i will complaint to trai for further action... So please deactivate my post paid connection immediately...

Even after launching complaints against tata docomo there is no action taken.. If i go to service centre they call customer care people and say you have activated so and so things.. It’s my phone i know i dint activate anything.. If activated it’s there work to deactivate but no actions are take still 5rs is cutting daily.. I need my refund with an apology from them.. What kind of service it is.. I’m using this no from almost ten years...

I need to port from docomo to airtel. I did all the necessary things like linking my aadhar and submitting the request for porting and upc and all. They said it will get port in 7 days and it usually happen with 4 to 5 days.. Buts its been six days and nothing has happened so far. This is the second time they are leaving my number from their network and not forwarding the request to airtel. My upc is tl293772 and phone no is [protected]...
