Sir/ madam,
I am a customer of your esteemed service for last 3-4 yrs. As per your websites full talktime plans there is a plan of inr 80/- (Which is getiing displayed even at this very moment today). Accordingly i had recharged for an amount of inr 80/- at 2119 hrs on 26/10/2017 but received a talktime of rs. 64.80/-. Today around 0830 hrs i had a talk with your customer care representative in this regard wherein she kept me on waiting for considerable time to gather better information. Finally she regretted to inform me that your system is not showing her the reason at this very moment which is usually the most comfortable answer from your end. Very sad to learn it indeed. Hence, my request is -
I) please get me my dues else remove the misleading offers from your website. Ii) improve your customer care service. I firmly believe that i won't have to terminate/ port this number.

Here i would like to point out that the reply message in principle admits my grievances but does not redress the issue. Your misleading advt. Regarding full talktime plans still remains in your website as of now, of which i am attaching a screenshot. I won't relent till such unfair business practice is discontinued. Thanks in anticipation.

Hence, it is obvious that the company is duping us through misleading advertisements and further to add more woes does nothing for redressal in the name of 'top most priority'. It seems that tata docomo is trying my patience. Here, i attach a latest screenshot to drive my point.
