Hi,

I have requested closure of my tata docomo postpaid connection.in past i received calls from tata docomo representatives w. R. T. My request.in last call they promised to close my connection. I have tried registering complaint on there complaint site "https://www.tatadocomo.com/en-in/register-track-complaint", was enable to register same. I received following message,
"sorry! We were unable to process your request. Please try again and if issue still persists, contact customer care for further assistance"

Assuming closure of my connection i have stopped using services, still i have received bill for last month. I called there call center for explanation on same, it was useless and they were not able to share any details related to closure request.
Need help in getting out of this issue, need to get this connection closed asap.

We would like to inform you that upon verifying our records we found that your number was disconnected permanently on 27-SEP-17. Also, we have already registered your complaint regarding delay in cancellation and billing with the Service Request number[protected] and as per the revert, we have successfully provided the billing adjustment of Rs.1091/- and your Outstanding amount post adjustment is Rs.-206.5/-(excess). Further, as your bill generation date is 22nd of every month, final bill will be generated on prorate basis. Please note that the excess amount will be adjusted towards the final invoice.
Outgoing calls on my number [protected] has been barred. i want this to be fixed immediately. I have been using docomo for 6 years now.

    Its height of ignorance. You people bring shame to the name of tata. People trust on that name and still you people do it again and again.
    Starting the complaint :
    1. I have lost my mobile (Sim) in may.
    2. I have called for deactivation and they confirmed we have registered your complain and your number will be deactivated.
    3. After one month i have got bill over 400, i called again and they said only outgoing is stopped.
    4. They suggested me to go to call center and fill a form to deactivate, but they did not know where the docomo center was (Near me).
    5. Some how i found one and filled the form on july 10/11.
    6. I have got a call from some lady and she convinced me for 75 rupee plan and she also said that ill of june month will be refunded if yo take 75 rupee plan.
    7. I agreed, got accident and hospitalized and did not know what, s going on.
    8. Since my no was connected to credit card and billing was automatic.
    9. I have got bills every month over 400 and automatically detected from my credit card.
    10. When i came back from hospital i called again and they will agreed to return my money, but i have to pay 75 per month after june.
    11. Well i called next day and no one knew that they have to return my money of two months.
    12. I have to tell same story when i call they.

    Frist of all this is frustrating and second it appears people working there don't know what to do, how to do, they don't understand what i say, they understand what they have to say.

    I need my money (More than 800) back asap, i don't have money to pay for your fault.
    I am also attaching audio with last time i talked to customer care, and one of their supervisors yogesh.

      Tata docomo a/c no[protected].
      I was upgraded my plan to 4mbps on feb17 but in may-17, i came to know they are providing me speed of 2mbps instead of 4mbps and charging me for 4mbps and i done all the payment which they requested till may-17. But when i came to know about this issue i stopped there services and keep one bill outstanding and i am requesting them to provide me 4 mbps speed for which they have charged me then i will do outstanding payment but they are calling me daily for outstanding amount.
      Could please look into this issue and inform tata docomo to provide me 4mbps speed of broadband for which i paid amount.

        This site has become a host to all Fake customer care numbers :
        TRAPPING CONSUMERS SEEKING SOLUTIONS TO PROBLEMS

        I got 2-3 calls from +91-[protected] claiming to be CUstomer Care (the number here is of Airtel). And asking me debit card number and saying they will deduct 20 rupees for activating services(my SMS services). And it will be later added to my main balance.

        Please do not give your bank details. Any details.
        And do report these kind of Number to authorities.

          My phone number is disconnected & no intimation regarding that was provided. My phone number - [protected] is important to me. There was no proper message delivered to me regarding the disconnection of the number. Tata docomo centres are totally helpless. Also the customer care number is not at all supportive.

          I need to re activate my phone number with immediate effect & there is no help from tata docomo service centre.

              I went to docomo office address: 3, vitthal rao shivarkar rd, natraj enclave society, parmar nagar, wanwadi, pune, maharashtra 411040 for getting my phone account linked with aadhar. The person on duty asked me rs 20/- (Twenty), for linking. When i demanded a receipt he shouted at me that no receipt will be given. Why should i pay money for this? Is it legitimate?

              I also faced the same issue. I was charged Rs. 80 for linking 4 phones for my relatives and myself. This is not right because government has issued this to be done free of charge. Idea people did it for free. Please look into the matter and take necessary steps. Address of store is:

                They have cheated us by registering the number which was in use to other customer inspite of making the deposit and advance bill payment. We had made several calls and written mail to the customer care regarding the bill details but they say they don't have the records. They have records for 2015 but they don't have records for 2016. We haven't received the deposit amount nor the advance bill paid amount.

                    Dear sir/ mam, as i am keep registering complaint on post paid bill amount and every month executive will recommand some other plan, rather than solving the issues. Paid 1460 on 6th sep 2017 without having any due and aagain getting meesage from docomo to pay rs 868 old payment and rs 591 for this month by increasing credit limit to rs 1200. How is given confirmation to increase the limit and hoe come bill amount is getting increased. Need proper closure on priority. Really its not possible to tolerate. Awaiting closure.

                      My problem is that i have not been using my dongle for almost a year.in, around march, i got a call from the docomo people saying my bill is pending. When i left the city, i had asked my old grandfather to get my no. Disconnected but due to age, i accepted that he would have forgotten to do so. I got a call from someone who said was a lawyer, so i agreed to pay the amount to avoid any discomfort. Another lady from docomo guided me to the payment method etc and i paid the dues. I asked her to get my number disconnected and she said that yes, once you've done this, your number will be discontinued. She said i am raising a request and it will be done. So, for me that was it. For all i know, my number has been disconnected cause a tata docomo representative told me so. A few months later i get calls saying that another bill for 2500 or so has been generated and i keep getting calls and notifications for the same. I kept telling all of them that i have gotten the no. Disconnected but they were like no, aapka number abhi chaalu hai. I rcvd mails in which i have mobile numbers of a few people who i guess are on higher positions than just the call centre people. One of them, to whom my husband spoke, said that"aapko nahi pay karna hai na, aap mat kijiye". So we were like okay, we dont want to. Cause it is not our fault. But then i keep getting these calls now from such rowdy people. One of the ladies' said that "aapka dimag kharab hai kya,? Payment karogi ya nahi?" this was in the middle of my office hours. I couldn't say a word to her then cause the owner of my institution was right there. I called up on the same no. Which was on the mail and complained. He asked me to message him that pooja lady's no., which i did. I really dont think he took any action. Cause the next time i called him, he very conviniently put my call on hold without even informing me. Then again i start getting calls from their delhi office, most probably the cannaught place office and the man was insane. First they ask me to visit the court on a sunday. And i was like, tomorrow is sunday and you think i wouldnt know that there are no hearings on a sunday. So he goes like, "theek hai fir baithe rahiye jab police aayegi to dekh lijiyega." i asked him to send me a court summon which he couldnt. I asked him to not call me again and he said "main aapka call redial pe laga raha hun, din raat phone ayega tab aapko samjh ayega".

                      Imagine my horror. I dont understand what this company is made of. They sound so uneducated and no less than gundas. How can they speak like that? And it is not about the money. The amount is small but how many times do i allow them make a fool of me? It is against my principles to be used like that. I keep getting threatened to pay the money.

                        I am facing problem with tata docomo i have never activated buddy chat but it saying that it is activated on my no [protected] and annoying calls from no[protected] and with no series 54321... Coming to my phone saying that "i have no balance call me..." on every call when i receive the call an amount of 10p/sec has been deducted. Till now a total amount of more than 15rs has been deducted please deactivate this.

                          With out any activation of value added service it is automatically activated, and deducted my money..
                          Game hub - 20 rs
                          Astro sewa - 20 rs
                          I cancelled it, but did not got my money back.
                          Request you to refund my 40 rs.
                          I don't under stand why you guys intentionally do this stuff to harass people.

                          We tried to speak you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the number was no answer, we would like to inform you that, Games Hub and Astro Sewa service was activated by you on 15/09/2017 at 06:43:23 AM and 21/09/2017 05:44:03 AM through SDP mode and hence the balance of Rs.40/- and has been deducted. We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. However, as per your request we have deactivated Games Hub and Astro Sewa Service on your number and the same will be deactivated within 30 minutes so that you don’t get charged in future. Being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo an amount of Rs.40/- has been credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket number PSG[protected] on dated 21-Sep-2017 at 80:50AM.

                            Deducting of my amount in main balance without any confirmation on me, last one month my main balance deducting of amount approximate 300rs. Without any confirmation. So many times i am calling to customer care service and docomo customer service center, he telling all dnd/vas are deactivated. Again deducting my main balance subscribe so many services without any confirmation on me. So please consider my request and deactivate my flash sms/ and dnd services and vas services. I humble request to you, please refund my all deducting amount sir.

                              My mob no. [protected] shows error as "sim card registration failed". How can tata docomo deactivate my mobile without sending cautionary sms. I was not making call for a long time but i was getting sms in this no. Everyday. As i was not making calls, my balance was less than rs 20/-.

                              But how can u deactivate my number without sending an sms (Or email). I[censored] have deactivated, then you must give another chance to retain the number after recharging some amount. How can u totally stop my mobile no. I am using this no. For banking transaction so i can't afford to loose this no.

                              As discuss, we regret to inform you that upon checking with our records we have found that the number has been permanently disconnected on dated 20-SEP-2017 at 10:32:51AM due to Non Usage greater than 180 days and Balance less than Rs.20/-. Hence, we request you to visit Tata Docomo outlet in order to check the availability of the number.
                              My mob no. is [protected] shows error as "sim card registration failed". How can tata docomo deactivate my mobile no. without sending cautionary sms. I was not making call for a long time but i was getting sms in this no. everyday.
                              I am using this no. for banking transaction so i can't afford to loose this no.

                              Tata docomo is requested to give solution for retention of the same number. Please solve the problem on a priority basis, because i need banking transaction immediately. My alternative no. is +91 [protected]. Kindly do the needful

                                I have paid the bill still my internet service is disconnected.
                                I don't have circuit id with me.
                                Customer care numbers provided are useless.
                                Can't reach to a support person through that line. Even if i tried with multiple numbers tata docomo's technical support person was not at all helpful and again redirected me to *1515 useless help line.

                                  I was the user of tata walky for 2 years., account no[protected], dhanbad, jharkhand. Amount deposited as security of rs 100, 000.
                                  My connection was disconnected beacause of non submission of 3 months bill. I sent many reminders to adjust my bill with deposited amount and received the assurance to return the rest due amount of rs 97, 167.
                                  But till date no refund done from tata docomo. I am attaching here the snapshot of the mail i received from the company. Ii sent many mails from last 1 year but company is not replying. Finally i sent mail to national grievance cell too to resolve the issue. This type of companies license should be abonded. Completely making fool to customers by showing fake offers.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have done a data pack recharge of 1 gb on 16th of this month for rs. 88. As per the plan it is providing 1 gb 3g data for 28 days. At the time of doing this recharge i have some 20-25 mb of data left in my account from the previous recharge. Till date the recharge data pack of 1 gb is not yet added to my account and it is saying my data pack is expired. I also have a screenshot of this recharge with me.

                                    Is this how tata docomo wants to work? To loot peoples hard earned money. This company also does not have customer care executive to speak. Who the # is running this company.

                                    Please resolve my query as soon as possible and credit the 1 gb data balance to my account. I am planning to change the service provider if this is not happened.

                                      I purchased one top up card at kolkata and was not able to key in the 14 digit pin.
                                      The sr no is[protected] and my cell no is [protected]. Pl arg to charge the currency for rs 20/-already paid and the scratched pin was unreadable. Pls do something. This is happens in 19.9.2017 at 2 pm. At bhatpara. Service provider is tata docomo. It is a regular issue.

                                        I disconnected photon:[protected] connection in july and was requested to pay only 700 (Out of 1019) and remaining 319 would be waived off and rcvd settlement letter. After made paymnt yet receiving threatening sms this outstanding (319) would be forwarded to lokadalat. Couldnt reach any cust care no [protected], [protected] as given in the sms alert.
