We tried to speak you personally on your number ([protected]). However, the same was not possible as the number was switched off, We regret to inform you that upon checking with our records we have found that the number has been permanently disconnected on dated 28-SEP-2017 01:35:13PM due to Non Usage greater than 90 days and Balance less than Rs.20/-. Hence, we request you to visit Tata Docomo outlet in order to check the availability of the number.

I tried for doco micro sim to use in 4g mobiles. But getting outside very difficult and Docomo outlets also no near by. For my mobile no.[protected] required micro sim. Alternative mobile no. [protected].

    I have not subscribed to any services and i got 140 rs extra bill on my regular 412 bill every month.. I called customer care they are saying u have clicked on pop up window on ur internet browser and it got activated 7 rs per day... I told him it's of no use y would i download it... He is like nahi with ho jata hai... So sad these companies are so big and fraud and scum customers... What can we do about it...

    This is my numb [protected]..from pondicherry...for the last 3 to 4 months im not using this sim..and i insert this later it shows tat the SIM Registration failed...kindly do the needfull to enable the sim...😁
    I have sent porting request to 1900 from my mobile number [protected] at least 10 times..i receive some offers instead of you code..called customer care 2 times and both the times I was told to try again and problem will be resolved .problem still persist

      I added 50... All my money got lapsed saying ldr... Which i dont even subscribe... Please do the needful and let me have my share back... Please... I called service provider for the same but they regret to give the refund...
      This is unfair... Happened to me... And request to get my legal refund which is 27 rupees back... Else i will quit docomo...

      We tried to speak you personally on your number ([protected]). However, the same was not possible as the number was not reachable, We would like to inform you that, as per our records the number has been permanently disconnected as part of MNP (mobile number portability) on dated 29-SEP-2015 at 12:32AM.
      I tried for doco micro sim to use in 4g mobiles. But getting outside very difficult and Docomo outlets also no near by. For my mobile no.[protected] required micro sim. Alternative mobile no. [protected].

        My tata docomo no. Is [protected]. As i don't have activited any hungama service, vas service, but my balance is detucted unnecessary 2 times on 2 oct 2017 and 7 oct 2017. When i call to customer care i don't got any proper answer. They refuae to register my complaint.
        Please do the needful and refund my balance rs. 35/- + rs. 35/- in my account.

        I don't about what is LDR service and amount was reduced from my mother phone . Don't why with whom permission you service provider charging money

          Respected sir/ ma'am, i am rahul sethi mob no-[[protected]]. I haven't subscribed for any ldr service. But today i got message that ldr service has been activated on my no. My balance has been deducted showing that ldr service has been activated on my no. I want to say that i don't know what kind of service ldr is and how to use it. And i haven't subscribed for any of these services. After that i called customer care and deactivaed the service. Earlier also top games service got activated...           We would like to inform you that, LDR service was activated by you on[protected]:31PM through SDP_WAP mode and hence the balance of Rs.35/- has been deducted. We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. However, as per your request we have deactivated LDR Service on your number. so that you don’t get charged in future. Being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo an amount of Rs.35/- has been credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket number ABAL[protected] on dated 15-NOV-2017 at 14:26:58PM.

              To consumer complaints,

              Dear sir / madam,

              Please kindly note that i am a tata docomo user with account number of[protected]. I had applied for cancellation of my broadband and telecom services in the month of april because of poor service and poor networking and the same was communicated to docommo through their customer complaint cell 121.

              The voice of customer was not paid heed to and the service kept on continuing where as i had changed my services to a competitor connection. I had repeated messages and calls from docommo for payment for my april and may services and i had clearly informed docomo that i had already asked them to revoke the connections and they are not paying any attention to the same, much later there were lawyers threatening me in the month of june for payment and to avoid nuisance i had paid the amount until then and repeatedly i had informed the tata customer complaint and tata's social media account twitter that my connection be removed. I was promised by their twitter team that this will be resolved and tata was keeping a clean image on it's social media account in front of several users. But despite repetitive reminders there was no closure of the case and the repeated reminders for payment kept continuing for ensuing months and never seemed to end from tata docomo's end and then finally after several failed attempts i had to endure another threatening call from the lawyer of docomo who claimed to be arun saxena from tis hazari court in new delhi and he would send cops to my house in half hour and started using abusive cuss words. I am surprised tata docomo has hit the nadir and stooped to such low levels to reimburse money from its users to make up for their folly and losses elsewhere.

              We need a final closure from tata docomo in this regard who have been harassing us mentally and emotionally with threats and abuses. I am hoping this will be resolved by docomo asap in the next 2-3 days before this is escalated with trai for tata employing dirty harassing and threatening tactics to claim money for mistakes on their side.

                I have regret to say that i am in pickle condition with tata docomo pathetic services.
                From past two months (July to september) i am asking for my july month bill that contain a detail description of my usage of net and call.
                Unfortunately i called up dpcomo customer care services and i have a pathetic response from them it means no response.
                From july to august every time i got different consultant in call and they said we are working on your issue and will get back to you.
                As a result i stopped follow up with docomo's people and didn't pay my money for a bill.
                From augst to september i got daily calls for bill payment and i daily told them that i want a detail description of bill but docomo's support said it is not possible.
                Fortunately one of consultant generate my request to there system 5841082.
                Well again i got disappointed the way they treats me. They send me an email every time in which i got the bill detail description pdf with a blank page (3times).
                Then there consultant said they will send bill to my home address for which i have to pay 25 rupees my question here is why should i pay money to docomoe for my bill that they are not able to send me???& this boiling me up right now..
                If they are not providing me detailed bill then how can they aspect that i will pay my money to them.
                As a result now there is 4018 amount is pending to pay from me.
                Also they have included the late payment charges as well. If docomo is not able to provide me bill description so why should i pay them additional late payment?
                This is how they treat their csutomer's.
                Fyi i also tried to discuss the situation in chat protal but the consultant just left the chat with out resolving query for me.
                I dont have that much time every day to waste for asking of my bill i guess it is every individual right who is taking services.
                If they are delaying in providing response in services then why a customer should pay a late payment charges plus additional bill when they blocked all internet and out going at my mobile number and dongle as well.
                Also they disconnected my outgoing and internet usage from past two months why? Because i didn't paid?
                I agreed yes i didn't paid the bill because its my money and i want description of every single rupee that i am paying to docomo.
                Just because docomo's slowness in providing me itemized bill they makes me suffered alot.
                And latest they send me bill for the month of october of rupees 1197+4018 (Previous charges which are not relevent) when they blocked all my services then after they makes this much bill of mine. I dont know why and i just wanna get rid of this network.
                And dont wanna pay any money to them because it is there fault to provide me delay and blocked my services.

                  I am using a tata docomo land line connection from last 5 years with the plan of rs. 125. Avg monthly bill is rs.150. But sudenly got a mail from tata docomo saying that plan will be migrate to rs 399. And called up the customer care they are saying. No other option. Company had decided we cant do anything. And getting very arrogant replay from csd. Got a poor customer service from tata docomo.

                    Dear sir,

                    I filed a complaint for no connectivity for both the above devices. I got a call from their service operator who said they cannot do anything about it.

                    I asked them to let me talk to a person who is senior enough to do something about it. She said the person will call back. Late a mr. Rahul singh called back and he also told me that he cannot do anything about it.

                    I asked him to give me the contact details of a senior person who can do something about it. He refused to give me this information. He said that there is nothing more that can be done. I was left before a blank wall where my complaint is not attended to and i am also not being allowed to talk to a person who can resolve the matter.

                    I have this problem for the last one week and i am suffering without any internet.

                    I kindly request you to ensure that a sufficiently senior person who can dfeal with this matter should contact me to resolve the issue and that they must give me credit for the days that i do not have any internet.

                    I want my docomo number in use because of my bank work, this number is mandatory use for my banking apllication thats why i want my number back in use, this sim card is very important for me because of my every work is related to this docomo number

                      It has been more than 2 months that i have asked customer care to deactivate my sim as i have moved to a different city. Still they are generating bills and now the bill has been increased to rs 3018.
                      Why should i pay the bill when i am not even using your service anymore. For that reason, you are sending me a legal notice, pathetic.

                        Non refund of deposit after deactivation - tata docomo postpaid sir, i was a tata docomo postpaid customer, i paid 350 rs. (300 rs security deposit) at the time of postpaid connection. I deactivated my postpaid number on 6th september but till now don't receive my security deposit amount. I also try to complaint at [protected]@tatadocomo com website but my complaint was not being accepted. Aslo customer care number always gets connected to prepaid department and they says they cant do anything. Please take action to expedite the metter.                         We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered. We regret to inform you that we are unable to process your request for refund of Rs.300/- as the same can be provided as Bill Value Discount of Rs.300/- on 12th Month from date of activation of the account. As per our records, the connection was activated on 30-MAR-17 and disconnected permanently on 11-SEP-17 due to Migration to Prepaid. Hence, refund is not applicable.

                          We are shifted to new location, there is no network coverage in our new location.in our area nearly 5000 families are there, but we don't have any network coverage in that area. So everyone planned to switch on another operator or network. We all decided to switch the network (Docomo) to anyother network which having coverage. This is our final approach reaching to you for taking any action.

                            I have been using tata docomo no from last 3 years as due to low network connectivity i have stopped using it less as to my information my all banks details are updated on this no and suddenly without information they have deactivated my mobile no [protected] account no ([protected]) complaint logged on customer care with complaint no m31518916 after so many calls no activation found i have been continuously following up with the customer care team but of no use i want my mobile no to be active kindly help-my alternate cell no [protected] name waseem shaikh.

                              For last few weeks, a sms is coming from td-photon to link aadhaar to photon number. However, the helpline number 121115 given in the sms is found not valid.

                              I am based at roorkee (Uttarakhand). However, in tata docomo store locator link https://www.tatadocomo.com/en-in/brand-stores, uttarakhand has not been listed. However, after selecting the nearest city haridwar under west u. P. (Though in uttarakhand), tata docomo stores of only haridwar have been listed (Not for roorkee).

                              From google search, i found two tata docomo addresses in roorkee (Civil lines and ganeshpur). I visited these two locations on 30.9.2017 but found that tata docomo stores have been shut down at these locations.

                              I contacted the tata docomo customer care to inform me the correct tata docomo store location in roorkee (Uttarakhand) so that i can link aadhaar to my photon number. They provided me 4 store addresses (Retail) in roorkee, but the aaadhaar linking facility is not available with them. I am feeling upset with such pathetic scenario of tata docomo functioning.

                              Now i am not sure what should be done to link aadhaar to my photon number.

                                I have not used your connection since i bought this. Such a horrible connection i have ever seen. The worst part is that im playing money for not using this connect. Please unsubscribe me from your services with immediate effect. I'll pay the outstanding dues (Rs. 1359.00) in installments of rs. 500. 00 from november'2017. Don't renew my subscription even after after i pay/complete the dues.

                                      I have been using tata docomo photon for past 3 years. I have lost my photon device 3 months back and raised complaint to terminate my ac... I have paid the due till my last useage and then they said we will initiate the termination process.. Even though i have paid my dues in person and request multiple times to close my ac [protected]for past 3 months, docomo refused to do so... N keep on sending rental bills... Now they said that i hav to pay the rental for the 3 months to close my ac... Intentionally they delayed the process of termination and now asked me to pay the rental for that lost device.. Should i pay for not using single kb? Or for choosing docomo?
