Very poor quality of 3g data - internet connectivity. Though i have paid for 3g data pack, but unfortunately, from 26th aug' 2017 till date, the quality of data connection is extremely poor throughout the entire day. No websites is getting open. This kind of problem happens frequently. But this time, from 26th aug' 2017 till date, it is worse. I am unable to go to any site of essential services like electric bill payment, gas cylinder refill payment, bsnl bill payment, credit card payment, other banking transactions, insurance bill payment etc. Hence, facing serious problems. Astonishingly, despite of no data connectivity, data charges are getting deducted every time in the range of 15- 30 mb.

    Sir/madam i am customer o[censored]our docomo wify connecection prepaid service. Form last month a speed of wifi is very very poor. I have already a launch a complaint at nagpur untkhana (Maharashtra) dealer section. But no executive are been visited at site of my home. My son is leaving at abroad so i want to talk with im regeulary. But from last we are not connect through wify with them. So i will request you kindly sent a executive immidiatly and solve a problem.       My tata photon number [protected].
      I have lost the tata photon usb dongle. Kindly discontinue the service with immediate effect. I have mentioned this on phone but to date no action has been taken. Kindly adjust security deposit against bill so i do not have to make payment. I have been very satisfied with the service and the user interface. Please do the needful early

        I had closed my broadband connection in march by surrendering the no. And paying off all the dues as your services were pathetic.

        But you being a pathetic organisation reactivated my account without my consent and sent me a fresh bill in sept.

          I have given request to port out but, the company, i. E. Tata docomo is not allowing me to port out. When i sent a message for port out, the company sent me a message in which it was mentioned that i am given a tariff of 25p/min for 90 days and 28 gb data. But, i want to port out at any cost. But, the company/ customer care is telling that i got the benefit so, port out is not possible. This is againt trai rules.
          Tata docomo is a very disgusting, poor and pathetic service provider i experience ever.
          They also have removed my permissions on website so that i cannot register a complaint online. See the evidence in the snapshots.

            Sir, my docomo number [protected] has been deactivated without any prior notice. I use this number for baking amd other services and this deactivation has been troubling me a lot. I've been a customer of docomo for a quite a long time and the customer service is not upto the mark. Also i checked the validity of my number and it says my validity is upto 2028. So how can you deactivate a number without notice. I am in need of this number urgently. Kindly revert back a reponse on srs. [protected]@gmail.com or call on [protected].

              "We would like to inform you that the plan for the wireline connection[protected] has been changed to Bulk-WL[protected]Pool Plan Monthly Rental which would be effective from 13-Sep-2017.
              Further, we would like to inform you that, we have already registered your Cancellation request for the account[protected] on dated 07-Sep-2017 with reference number[protected] and as per the process connection will get barred within 7 days from request date. Kindly refer to the below guidelines: 1) Request you to clear the current outstanding of Rs.1769/- and final bill will get generated post termination of entire billed and unbilled amount on your Account. 2) The line will get barred within 07 days after registering termination request and permanent disconnection will be done in 90 days. 3) The equipment from your premises will be collected within 90 days if provided by us. 4) Refund or adjustment of your deposit, if any, will be processed within 45days from permanent disconnection date.

                You are cheaters.in your *123# service no there is an offer no. 7. *rc 95= 2gb and 500 min for 21 days. I paid 100 for it. You know what i got all the net just for 2 days. Even the message says it will expire on 8 sep 2017. I had the net pack on 7 sep. Is this a joke to you guys. You have wasted my 100 rs. You said the net pack is for 21 days. But i only got it for 2 days. I want my money back or give me proper validity. My email is [protected]@gmail.com.

                  Evereyday there are missed calls by service providers because of system failure or network problems. Instead of providing better service, service provider is sending message as "hi you have missed calls. To get details of first 3 miss calls, sms 52255 @ rs.1." actually service provider is asking money instead of providing better service at least there should be missed call entry in call log till they provide better service. And though when i text back for get at 52255 then also i do not get any detail. So i want that company should first improve there network or else should provide detail of miscalls free of cost.

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    My mobile number is [protected] and the network is "tata docomo" and my complaint is regarding outgoing calls. For this i've called the 198 complaint the problem and they've noted the problem and i've given the request number "pwr[protected]" on 04sept17 at 09:21pm. But i didn't resolve the issue and i've again called the same complaint number 198 but the representative is busy and they're unable to take calls right now and the phone is disconnecting. Due to my problem i've wasted my amount.

                      Unavailability of higher authorities to the customers grievences. Please remove the brand name of "tata" because tata name worldwide is known for creditablity, service and best quality as all these are lacking. Please disconnect my tatadocomo landline and my no. Is[protected] due to bad service, irresponsible behavior and response of customer care people. No follow up actions after complaint booking. Your spoiling the tata's name. To inform what is happening at the ground level to higher authorities, the customer care is refusing to provide us information about the higher authorities.

I want to send a port message, i have tried all the options but always it shows "error: couldn't send a message". Tried calling customer care. They couldn't do anything and reached out to tata docomo stores hitech city. They couldn't do anything.

                                My tata docomo number is call forwarded automatically to my second sim in mobile..

                                As tata dodcomo network is poor many times so i got incoming call on forwarded number..

                                But few days i just recharge and i think many my call forwarded to second number. But why i am charging for these.. Now for any emergency call i have not event 1 rs to call.. These is to bad to keep tata docomo sim in emergency area..

                                  Dear gentlemen,

                                  This is context to my phone number ([protected]) being permanently disconnected without any prior notification.

                                  I was abroad and using my tata docomo sim card actively for my banking transactions and paying for my online services for about an one year and half. As it still had 800rs credit balance in it. I have made transaction on august month, then on 25 august suddenly my sim card got disconnected permanently.

                                  I had emailed docomo and they told me that trai has disconnected this number due to no balance when i actually had balance in it and i recharged with about rs 800 on about 4month back and they suggested me to buy a new connection as i cannot get connection due to there is no docomo stores in saudi arabia. Kinldy reactivate.

                                    Company charged rs96 for a value added service of fun bazaar games without any permission and action of the customer. There is neither any source to be tracked from where this charge originated and nor any kind of message, call or notification to take consent before activating.
                                    The only solution they are offering is to stop service but no refund will be given.
                                    The customer care seems to be busy and there is no option to contact customer care executive. This is an irrelevant charge and reflects badly on the trustworthiness of the company.

As per the customer care if i want to use this photon no then i have to put the request for reactivation other wise its automatically close. When safe custody period was completed they automatically activated this no even i am not put any request.

                                      I lost my phone 2 days back. I went to the docomo store and gave my documents for verification and got a duplicate sim. They said it will be active in sometime but its been more than a 6 hours. There is not signal and says only emergency calls. It's been more than several hours but it is still not activated. I get a lot of call and its very urgent. Need i need immediate help.

                                        I can't receive any incoming calls either can't send or receive messages for past 7days i called coustmer care they said thee is no problem and when i tried to call them again there ivr replying all coustmer care are busy for past two days. It been very bad all financial and official works i have give this number because of this issue i can't even make a transaction from bank account. My company was not able to contact me i have bear a loss of ₹2, 500
                                        Now who is responsible for this. I even tried to port my number but for that i have to send port request to 1900 which can't be done because of the careless docomo network towards coustmers.
