I am using tata docomo postpaid number. I put request on post paid to prepaid change in feb 2. Till now it didn't get changed. I cleared my current and unbilled amount when i raised requested that time till now it is not getting changed but bill generating tata docomo cheating me. I am calling daily and spoke to customer care they are telling it will change tomorrow or else they are telling technical problem i did'nt understand is there any technical problem in more than 18 days. This is the worst customer service i am facing in my life time. I checked with docomo store also they are also telling server problem. If you are not resolve customer query certain time what is the use of having customer care and store. I am very much irritated this customer support. I am keep sending mail to customer care they did'nt respond at all. I lost my hope there after it will
Change or not.

    Request you to dial 121 to know your PUK code. You’ve got 10 attempts to enter the correct PUK, so be careful. After that, your SIM will NOT work, you will need to get a replacement.

        I'm not a docomo customer nor i have never used their service in the past. I got a post paid number from vodafone 2.5 years ago and ever since i've been getting calls and text messages asking me to pay the bill of rs. 1799 every single day or i will face legal actions. Why would i face legal actions when i've never used their service in the past. Also i've made several attempts to contact their customer support but no luck or they would not do anything to stop contacting me about the same. Please tell me if i should file a harassment case against docomo for the same if so what would be the procedure?

          Tata stopped cdma services in himachal pardesh (My numbers [protected] & [protected] tata walky & photon max wifi) from 03- aug -2017 onwards, called so many time on customer service no resolutio recieved.

          Worst service provider in cdma, they stopped cdma service in himachal pardesh, without any intimation to there clients. I called customer service almost 20 times regarding this every time after listening the issue they disconnect the call. Today on 31-aug-2017 again i called 121, today my call trnsfered to senior desk call answered by farheen some lady i have given my cdma walky number [protected], given interaction id[protected], she said we are not able to resolve this issue, i said transfer the call to manager or team leader, after the wait of 48 minutes her senior mr. Nitish maurya (Interaction id[protected] comes on line he said ok we will send an email to our circle head & resolve the issue. I asked regarding which number you are going to send the email, he put me on hold for 35 minutes. After that recieved call from[protected], it was from nitish maurya, he said our system got shut down so number got erased, my concern i have talked to 3 different advisors no one noted the number, does all system got shut down. I have wasted my 2 hours with tata docomo customer care, and have no resolution.

            Dear tata docomo,

            I am using your services for more than 6 years
            From past 1 year i am facing a problem with missing alerts.
            Each time they are charging 1 rupee for 3 numbers.
            If i switch off my mobile, then i am ready to pay for the call i missed during that time. But because of your network issues (Or bad network) i am not able to get calls, then this is your responsibility to provide the details for free. Or else you need to improve your network asap. Kindly resolve the issues

              The photon number is [protected].
              After 3 months of no network connectivity and complaints for all three months i was forced to pay for 2 months and 1 month bill waived.
              This was done with mutual agreement at lok adalat.
              I was initially assured for waiver in case the network issue but the issue pertained and i complained again.
              Finally after continuous disturbance and lok adalat summon i happened to pay for un-used months with great distress.
              I have the case closure document.
              This happened more than 6 months ago.

              After all these days i again reserved a message "amount of rs185 is long overdue on your tataphoton no [protected]; a/cno.[protected]. Please pay immediately"

              This is very annoying. India's worst network provider earns this way.
              I strongly do not recommend tata photon / network service.

              In case of representative remainders i am gonna sue you.

              I want to switch to other operator and I have followed the process of porting out of tata docomo postpaid thrice but failed all the three times. As per their policy I have cleared all the dues before porting, still I am not able to port out and this happens every time.

I have tata docoma prepaid connection, lask week they have deducted 36 rupees from my account saying that you have activated tiny tv vas but i dint activated any services just neglected it and now today evening again they have deducted 32 rupees for activating hangama service... I have never activated such services i dint got any messages like that to activate such services but without knowing me they have deducted my recharge account, i am requesting you to take action against this cheatings from tata docomo company to refund my money...                   Dear service provider,

                  We have been visiting the tata docomo outlet which is situated at fatima nagar, pune from april17 to june17, after that called in customer care for cancelling our walky talky but in vain till now they have not been cancelled and we are getting bills for outstanding amount regularly even when the phones were not working, we have made payment for :-

                  Landline no.1: 69255555 amount paid till may 2017 on 19th june 2017-rs 178
                  Landline no.2: 65006203 amount paid till may 2017 on 19th june 2017-rs1464. Thinking that the issue will be resolved. But nothing is happening and when we informed the same to the customer care executive shardeep, he is asking us to call it from the walky number, even after telling him that its not working. Please look into it and cancel both our numbers and clear the falsely generated bills.

                  Kindly look into this and solve our problems. Cause inspite of i personally visiting the outlet they aren't resolving our issue and sending us falsely bills.. Which i will not make the payment as we are not using the numbers.

                    I had disconnected my both docomo no [protected] and [protected] in january 2017. Reason was the too much bill in dec 2016 and after a lot of follow ups i didnt get any response from them.
                    I had already communicated at the same time to deactivate my both the no and not to generate bill for them, still getting bill for them without any usage.

                    In may 2017 i had paid all the overdue amount till date ie. Almost 2000rs and communicated with their lawyer as well not to generate any bill anymore and this is the final payment from me.
                    Still yet they are generating bill for no usage. I had already submitted the request to deactivate both the no but no response ans still generating bill for each month for no usage.
                    Can i get reason and why should i pay for no usage.

                      I am not getting tata docomo network from past 3 days for my number [protected]. I checked by placing the simcard in other mobiles as well but i couldn't see any network.
                      I don't know what the issue and even i was not informed about the service unavailability as well. Even i couldn't connect with customer care. Docomo outlets as they are closed in my location.

                      Please enable services back to my number as early as possible and let me know why it was disconnected.

                      Seems Tata Docomo team is not bothered about the customers inconvenience and not providing any response when approached to I approached them through all the means. As all my personal, official and financial communications are forwarded to this number, due to this network unavailability now I am completely disassociated from the social life. Docomo team should understand the emergency in resolving my issue and expecting for immediate response.

                        Due to the poor service of docomo, i had to port to idea. But soon, idea barred all incoming and outgoing to this number stating that there was some bill amount pending for docomo around rs.1249/-. I sent a mail regarding the matter to docomo to which they replied there weren't any pending amount. But when i visited their customer care they said there was rs.826/- pending. I decided to just pay the amount and be done with as that number is my business number. After paying they gave me a receipt and i was asked to show it to idea. But when i showed it to idea, they said, since their system was showing rs.1249/- and i have paid only rs.826/- (Even though it showed rs.826/- in the docomo system and i had it confirmed from there) i needed to show a 'no due certificate' to remove the block on my sim. I again went to the docomo store from where they asked me to go to the head office to get the no due certificate. After a long wait at the docomo head office i was told that the no due certificate cannot be provided as my sim was formerly from kerala and not karnataka. But the sim was first ported from docomo kerala to docomo karnataka (And only later on to idea) and they have been accepting all our payments from bangalore. But they cannot provide a no due certificate from bangalore. I have already lost a lot of money as it is my business number and i have spent a lot of time trying to resolve this problem and still no response. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with docomo service and i am cursing the moment i took the docomo connection.

                            My tata docomo mobile number [protected] has been blocked and i want to unblock it... But problem is that not a single tata docomo brand store is opened. I was visited all the docomo brand store in ranchi jharkhand but all was closed. I made so many calls and emais but still my problem is not solved... Plz help me i am feeling very disappointed... Its very urgent for me... I have already got email reply from tatadocomo, they said me go to the brand store... As i already told that all brand store closed shutter down...

                              I have already ported my tata docomo postpaid phone number to airtel prepaid, but tata docomo is still charging me bills.
                              Please look into this issue asap. I am deeply inconvenienced because of tata docomo and wow to never take any services from them in the future. This is the worst telecom company ever in india.. I am forced to pay phone bills for tata docomo for a number which is working on my new airtel sim card..

                              We would like to inform you that upon verifying our records we found that your number was disconnected permanently on 04-AUG-17 due to MNP-Port Out Disconnection and as your bill generation date is 11th of every month, you have received final bill on prorate basis. However, your payment of Rs.241/- was successfully updated in our records on 04-SEP-2017 13:37:15 hrs and your current Outstanding amount is NIL. Further, you will not receive any bills pertaining to this account.
                              I have lost my mobile phone which has the Tata docomo prepaid connection. Request you to kindly deactive or bock the SIM Card to avoid misuse of my mobile number.

                                We regret to inform you that we are unable to process your request for postpaid to prepaid migration as the same is not applicable from our end. Hence, we request you to visit any of Tata Docomo Brand Store and clear the billed and unbilled usage amount (if any) and place your request for migration. Your current outstanding is Rs. 2584/- and unbilled amount is Rs. 394.32/-. However, your billing cycle is 07th of every month. Hence, you will receive final bill on prorate basis post migration (Rental & usage till the mobile number is active in Postpaid). You need to carry the following documents for your nearest Tata Store for placing the request: a) Fill the Customer Application form provided by store & submit below documents: a. Migration Form; b. 1 Passport/ Stamp Size colored photograph; c. Photo ID / Proof of Identity: Driving License, Passport, Photo Credit Card, Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Arms license. d.                                   This is to mention that the broadband service provided by tata docomo is pathetic.
                                  Often for 5 days in a month the service is down.
                                  When we raise a complaint then the customer care representatives assure to resolve it on priority.
                                  However in reality they just raise a complaint in the system and then that complaint is not followed up.
                                  After 4-5 days they escalate it and solve the issue.
                                  This has been happening often.
                                  Recently i have raised a complaint on monday since sunday whole day broadband was off.

                                  This is indeed very hopeless way of doing business by the service provider.
                                  Also when we ask for waiver they take 25 days to resolve.
                                  Even though we tell them to escalate.
                                  What kind of process is this that allows tata docomo to use a customers money for 25 days??
                                  25 days is too much to resolve an issue.
                                  When it comes to bill payment and if custoimer doesnt pay bill within 15 days they cut off the broadband even though the official time to pay the bill is 45 days.

                                  Also if the broadband is down due to a server issue from the service provider side itself, ideally they should give the waiver instead of customers asking for a waiver.
                                  When talked about this the customer representative says that its as per process that company cannot give waiver. If you need waiver then raise a request we will resolve this within 25 days.
                                  Isn't this hopeless? What kind of management is this?
                                  How can the company even charge a customer for a servcie that he is not getting?

                                  Please pass on this message to the senior most authority who can take this concern.

                                  I would recommend people not use this due to the inefficient processes and in adequate complain resolution techniques and false assurance given to customers.

                                    I'm ravi, using docomo number [protected] over 5 years... I lost my sim in march. I took a replacement sim on 19th august from docomo store kurnool, andhra pradesh. But didn't get activated (Emergency calls only). When i asked docomo store member about this, he said "we activated the sim 19th itself but it got disconnected 20th." i didn't got any signal.                                       I had a balance of around 116 rs in the morning on 23/08/2017 and now it is 0.04rs!! When i called on 121 customer care they said that i used mobile data but the fact is that i didnt even touch the mobile! Even my internet meter doesnt show that i have used a single byte of internet! Now they say that you have used internet and have deducted 116rs! Hoping that

                                        There is no service for tata photon wifi device in kerala and also in some part of tanil nadu. I usually used to travel to different places for official work.. So i took this device. Since your service is very very bad i stopped using it moved to other serive provider who provides best servive.

                                        Many people from your conpany stared calling mw to pay yhe bill for which i have never used i spoke to multiple custoner care agent to disconnect it. And im not ready to pay the bill for the servive i have not used.

                                        This is the second time im raising my complaint. Even now no one contacted me for a settlement. This ks unacceptable. I asked them to take thia device back.. Ideally you shouldbe paying me back for all this. I so dissatifies with your service and then cuatomer care agenta threatening me to pay the bill.

                                        Everyday im gettingthe same message and its keeps on increasing day by day.. If we have closed this connection initiallt when i requested. This much delay wouldnot have happened.

                                        Pl change my post paid plan mobile no.[protected] into prepaid plan your network has no 4g internet service & so expensive
                                        Since the last month, the network in my area (govindpur, allahabad, UP East) has been pathetic and there has been no network for complete two days now. The network is completely zero and is causing inconvenience.
                                        I hope the issue will be resolves ASAP.
                                        The same happened to me and got a summon from Lok Adalat court ... I happened to pay with complete dissatisfaction and grievance... Rounded off Rs185 while settlement ... These guys after 6 months are sending me messages to pay back the 185.
                                        I knew Lok Adalat's resolution cant be altered by supreme court, tough these frauds are trying to change the law.
