Tata stopped cdma services in himachal pardesh (My numbers [protected] & [protected] tata walky & photon max wifi) from 03- aug -2017 onwards, called so many time on customer service no resolutio recieved.
Worst service provider in cdma, they stopped cdma service in himachal pardesh, without any intimation to there clients. I called customer service almost 20 times regarding this every time after listening the issue they disconnect the call. Today on 31-aug-2017 again i called 121, today my call trnsfered to senior desk call answered by farheen some lady i have given my cdma walky number [protected], given interaction id[protected], she said we are not able to resolve this issue, i said transfer the call to manager or team leader, after the wait of 48 minutes her senior mr. Nitish maurya (Interaction id[protected] comes on line he said ok we will send an email to our circle head & resolve the issue. I asked regarding which number you are going to send the email, he put me on hold for 35 minutes. After that recieved call from[protected], it was from nitish maurya, he said our system got shut down so number got erased, my concern i have talked to 3 different advisors no one noted the number, does all system got shut down. I have wasted my 2 hours with tata docomo customer care, and have no resolution.
