This is my airtel number [protected] & ported to tata docomo, which i using at gujarat on roaming charge. But presently many kind of plan are in schedule in docomo prepaid sim. So, i request your team members to convert from postpaid to prepaid mode, which i will enjoy with your service.

Updated by SRIMANTHAMMA MANAPPA Last month bill also some thing more, which will not acceptable, kindly review the bill amount and above said convert to postpaid sim.

Tata DoCoMo Customer Care's response We regret to inform you that we are unable to process your request for postpaid to prepaid migration as the same is not applicable from our end. Hence, we request you to visit any of Tata Docomo Brand Store and clear the billed and unbilled usage amount (if any) and place your request for migration. Your current outstanding is Rs. 2584/- and unbilled amount is Rs. 394.32/-. However, your billing cycle is 07th of every month. Hence, you will receive final bill on prorate basis post migration (Rental & usage till the mobile number is active in Postpaid). You need to carry the following documents for your nearest Tata Store for placing the request: a) Fill the Customer Application form provided by store & submit below documents: a. Migration Form; b. 1 Passport/ Stamp Size colored photograph; c. Photo ID / Proof of Identity: Driving License, Passport, Photo Credit Card, Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Arms license. d. Address Proof: Passport, Election ID card, Ration card with address, Driving License, credit card statement (not older than last 3 months), Passport, and Property Tax Receipt, Telephone Bill of fixed line / Electricity Bill (not older than last 3 months);b) Please note the below mentioned details: -a. Mobile number will be the same. b. SIM will be same. c. Request will be processed in 5 working days. d. All his VAS services will be deactivated except DND. e. Refund (if any) will be given by cheque/DD and no facility will be provided for transferring refund to the prepaid account.
I hope the issue will be resolves ASAP.
I knew Lok Adalat's resolution cant be altered by supreme court, tough these frauds are trying to change the law.
