about sim deactivation service

This is regarding my sim card deactivation issue. I was out of india for 3 weeks and when i came back my sim says your outgoing calls are deactivated and incoming i also not coming. I have paid all my bills regularly. I did removed my sim from my mobile when i was out of india so no chances of any usages.
I called the customer care and she is just told that you have to pay 5000 rupees as unbilled usages something like that... If you...

not able to connect to any network in usa

Hi team,

This is for my tata docomo number [protected], which i carried along with me to usa as this was given for banking purposes. However, i never get any network on this number. Whereas my airtel number works fine in the same location. When i try to search network manually i see t-mobile but as forbidden network and i can not connect to it after multiple attempts. I am not getting otp sms from bank or other apps like paytm, bhim etc. At first i thought it was problem from bank side but later understood i was not getting otp through any app. Please help me out to solve this issue. unable to port my number to vodafone

My upc is tm245299 and still the porting process has not been completed.
I am confused against whom i should raise my concern and which service provider is responsible for the delay.
I am changing to vodafone as the network range for tata docomo is too poor where i stay and also at my work.

tata photon speed to slow and no refund

However |speed of the internet servir is too slow that websites are not displaying completely.
Have raised thus complaint to company.
After much of follow-up they sent engineer after this visit they realised that area was boy having enough transmittrs and hence the obvious valid issue of speed. Dongle was never used due to this issue.

On 1st week of july my sim stopped working on its own. When called customer care they advised to visit nearest service center.

Its very disappointing that even such famous companies do these types of mistakes or say frauds to their privileged customers. I started using tata docomo broadband service at my rented house in nashik in august 2016 and paid six months charges in advance. I had to shift to another address in december 2016 and i requested for address change to tata docomo but i was told by them that it was not possible due to some technical problems from their side.
