We regret to inform you that we are unable to process your request for postpaid to prepaid migration as the same is not applicable from our end. Hence, we request you to visit any of Tata Docomo Brand Store and clear the billed and unbilled usage amount (if any) and place your request for migration. Your current outstanding is Rs. 2584/- and unbilled amount is Rs. 394.32/-. However, your billing cycle is 07th of every month. Hence, you will receive final bill on prorate basis post migration (Rental & usage till the mobile number is active in Postpaid). You need to carry the following documents for your nearest Tata Store for placing the request: a) Fill the Customer Application form provided by store & submit below documents: a. Migration Form; b. 1 Passport/ Stamp Size colored photograph; c. Photo ID / Proof of Identity: Driving License, Passport, Photo Credit Card, Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Arms license. d. Address Proof: Passport, Election ID card, Ration card with address, Driving License, credit card statement (not older than last 3 months), Passport, and Property Tax Receipt, Telephone Bill of fixed line / Electricity Bill (not older than last 3 months);b) Please note the below mentioned details: -a. Mobile number will be the same. b. SIM will be same. c. Request will be processed in 5 working days. d. All his VAS services will be deactivated except DND. e. Refund (if any) will be given by cheque/DD and no facility will be provided for transferring refund to the prepaid account.

      This is regarding my sim card deactivation issue. I was out of india for 3 weeks and when i came back my sim says your outgoing calls are deactivated and incoming i also not coming. I have paid all my bills regularly. I did removed my sim from my mobile when i was out of india so no chances of any usages.
      I called the customer care and she is just told that you have to pay 5000 rupees as unbilled usages something like that... If you pay your sim will be activated.
      What the hell is this??? Why should i pay that money??? And that too she was not knowing from where this amount came. Please take this as account.
      Activate my sim and i am not at all going to pay 5000 rupees. My number [protected].

        Hi team,

        This is for my tata docomo number [protected], which i carried along with me to usa as this was given for banking purposes. However, i never get any network on this number. Whereas my airtel number works fine in the same location. When i try to search network manually i see t-mobile but as forbidden network and i can not connect to it after multiple attempts. I tried changing phones and switching to 2g and 3g modes, but no success.

        I need to resolve this at the earliest as i am not able to complete any banking transactions due to this.

        We regret to inform you that upon checking with our records we have found that the number has been permanently disconnected on dated 20-AUG-2017 due to Non Usage greater than 180 days and Balance less than Rs.20/-. Hence, we request you to visit Tata Docomo outlet in order to check the availability of the number.

        Here in our village, the signal communication of TATA DOCOMO is very bad.
        As a resident, I want that you install a tower here to counter this all.For this purpose we also have land that can be rented.
        Please, take it as a serious problem and do something.
        I had submitted all the documents when i received the messages to submit the same, but i was getting similar messages so i had confirmed customer care and appllate team, now outgoing and internet is barred, and there is no proper response form the team

          I am not getting otp sms from bank or other apps like paytm, bhim etc. At first i thought it was problem from bank side but later understood i was not getting otp through any app. Please help me out to solve this issue.             I had requested to port my tata docomo number [protected] to vodafone on 14/8/2017.
            My upc is tm245299 and still the porting process has not been completed.
            I am confused against whom i should raise my concern and which service provider is responsible for the delay.
            I am changing to vodafone as the network range for tata docomo is too poor where i stay and also at my work.

              I have order for tata photon plus data dongle march 2016
              However |speed of the internet servir is too slow that websites are not displaying completely.
              Have raised thus complaint to company.
              After much of follow-up they sent engineer after this visit they realised that area was boy having enough transmittrs and hence the obvious valid issue of speed. Dongle was never used due to this issue.

              That told that they will update it and the issue would get resolved
              Bit problem persists ed and after registered complaints again reg same, there was no substantial action on this problem. Request.

              Post that they are asking for submitting dongle at rs 500, which is of original prove of rs 1800.

              Request tata photon to collect this dongle by remembersement of original price

                On 1st week of july my sim stopped working on its own. When called customer care they advised to visit nearest service center.

                I visited pimple gurav, pune service center they told me to pay 100 rs as new sim charges. Why should i pay 100 rs when new sim charges are 20 rs.
                We spoke to customer care again and the person who received the call rudely said either pay or discontinue the number.

                To cancel the number i first have to start the sim for which i run for pillar to post leaving all my important work behind.

                Finally i paid the bill of 420 which i not used as my sim was not working and on 30th july i requested to cancel my post paid number [protected].

                But i got n number of calls to continue the service for which i finally agreed to convert my post paid number to pre paid. The customer care person told me to go to pimple saudagar pune service center and submit the documents.
                But the pimple saudagar centre person told me to go to kalewadi as to change the sim from post paid to pre paid.

                Tired of running from place to place i again called customer care to cancel my number and he assured that the number will be deactivated.

                Today after 3 weeks i got a bill of rs417 for august month.

                Why should i pay this bill when i already gave instruction to cancel the number in the month of july.

                You people are cheaters, fraud and i am not going to pay this bill. I am tired calling your customer care center for cancellation. Please clear all my dues asap.

                  Hello,

                  I am using a tata photn and i have got recharged my data card on 11th aug. I was facing some problem on 14th aug night with connectivity then i called the customer service they put me on hold for more than 7-8 minutes and they said your data is finished and i have recharged it once again and after recharge i found that data was not finished and wrong information given to me. Again i called to resolve the issue and person put me on hold for more than 14 mints and then disconnected the call. Just because of their wrong information my 550 rupees are now wasted. I was requesting them to increase the time period or give me refund from last 5-6 days, but no proper response given by them.

                  I tries every mode of communication with them but their appellate and nodal and customer all are ignoring my call. Now finally they told me to visit their store on weekdays.
                  I want to take this case further and i want to take this case to police for cheating and doing fraud activity.
                  Please help me to get this company and their cheater behind the bars. No matter about the time and effort i will do everything to get them reward what they did to me.

When i recharged for rc87 on [protected], the said amounted money got deducted from my bank but recharge did not happened and i didn't got my refund back even after 4 working days... Its very disappointing that even such famous companies do these types of mistakes or say frauds to their privileged customers.                         I started using tata docomo broadband service at my rented house in nashik in august 2016 and paid six months charges in advance. I had to shift to another address in december 2016 and i requested for address change to tata docomo but i was told by them that it was not possible due to some technical problems from their side. Now from last three months i am continuously getting emails and phone calls and sms, almost daily saying my three months bill is overdue. When asked they say that they have continued the service at old address since the cancellation request was not received. Now it's getting troublesome to talk to new representative daily and answer and explain the same things.

                          Hello sir / madam
                          I am using my phone number [protected] from last 10 years. 6 years before i have ported this number from airtel to tata docomo network.in this case last month billing am getting for rs 1800. But i have not used that much data. Currently i am using75 rs plan. Initially i have used 399 rupees plan, what ever data i have used in 399 rs plan, they have combined those free data in to my current plan. I have raised the complaint with tata docomo executive, but there is no proper response. So please do the needful for me. Thanks

                            Hi,
                            I've been using Tata Docomo for last 10 years. Every now and then my balance is getting deducted without a valid reason. My business was good then so didn't bother. But now with new India I'm struggling to meet ends meet. Upon that I realized that Docomo is been looting my balance big time. If I call customer care they give me reasons like I made few calls., I downloaded big size data. For that reason I install data and call management app and checked which is close to 95%accuracy. Still it doesn't reach the limit yet. They deduct money from my account. Can anybody tell me where and how I can register, sue and complain about this.

                            This deduction has posted me loses in my business as well.

                            Pl.note that, internet connection a/c no.[protected] was disconnected in Aug-2016 & after two months, Tata docomo connected once again without any information to consumer, so how they claim for outstanding payment of Rs.1759.00, as mistake at their end only.

                              I am using a data plan of 136 in which there is 84 GB data plan 1 GB/day and i get 1024 mb @12:00 AM everyday. Even after my data balance us there my balance deducted 4 times. Yesterday my data was left about 1003 mb and still my balance got deducted. Day before yesterday i recharged 83 tt offer and my data balance was 600 mb approx. And then my balance was deducted and data was showing . I contacted 198 and they were unable to answer me and then stopped replying and now m unable to contact 198 even online complaint is not being rgistered through my no. I think they have blocked or barred my no. From doing so instead of resolving me. If my balance is not rolled back i will switch to airtel and make sure none of my family and friends use docomo. Its a warning !

                                Hi, my tata docomo contact number is [protected]. 2 days ago i tried calling someone but they said outgoing services have been deactivated so i contacted customer care and they told me call barring has been activated on my number and gave me a code... I tried using that code but it said the code is invalid. Then i tried contacting customer care again they are saying customer care is busy call 123 but i can't because outgoing services has been deactivated.. It's been 2 days they are just saying customer care is busy. This is very much unresponsive. Please do something about the call barring issue.

                                We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered. We would like to inform you that upon verifying our records we found that your number was disconnected from Postpaid services on 26-APR-17 due to Migration to Prepaid and as your bill generation date is 05th of every month, final bill was generated on prorate basis (for the period 03/04/17 to 25/04/17) with the amount of Rs.260/- due to which the services in Prepaid account are barred. Hence, we request you to clear the Outstanding amount of Rs.260/- which was due towards Postpaid account and revert us with the payment details for Service restoration. Further, we request you to [protected]@tatadocomo.com to get the bill details.
                                I am not getting some call from new people.
                                after i activated dnd service, this problem exist.
                                i tried to deactivate dnd but its saying i have to wait for 3 months.
                                again i tried to active call forwarding but that one also not working.
                                what kind of n/w it is.

                                    Really i need your clarification on this issue.

                                    Getting frustrated to use tata docomo internet plan. Today also i have faced the same issue again the amount got deducted my account.

                                    Exact what i have facing the problem here :

                                    I have data balance on 10-aug-2017 11.59pm i am continue to watching facebook at the time 11-aug-2017 12.08am my amount got deducted.
                                    How this possible as per the data plan 1 gb data per day so it is applicable for 12.00 am to 11.59pm so the new 1gb plan again started to next day morning 12.01am.
                                    In this how you guys are deducted my amount.

                                    This issue i am facing last one week.. Almost more than 500rs you guys are deducted.

                                    If problem is my side, please share the account history with data balance when the free data is over and when the amount got deducting started.

                                    I need clarity on that. Refund my amount.

                                    Sir minimum daily i receive unknown 16 calls from an unknown number starting number is 5... later i came to know about that it was tata docomo buddy chat i am so disturbed by this frequent calls .tata docomo is playing with the emotions and patience of the customers .my number is [protected] . please take necessary action.
                                    I have a TATA DoCoMo number [protected] which I was using, now It has been around 8-10months since the I used the number

                                        Such a fraud TATA DOcomo Company is.

                                        At the time of issuing these connections to us, the salesperson assured that the numbers can be transferred without any hassles which was a false promise. It is really pathetic to know that after taking the connections we are informed by the customer service/ relationship manager that such thing is not possible. TATA company just showed false pictures of good & clutter free services which have proved to be completely wrong. We are terming such behavior as a fraud TATA end because even after repeated requests/emails ([protected]@gmail.com) and other communications, our lines are not shifted from Fort to BKC office even after 2 months of issuance.

                                        Spoke with Vicky Sood, Rajesh, Mahesh, Shreenivas (retention department)

                                        We have shared these numbers in all our business contacts, hence it is not feasible for us to again change and give them new numbers.
                                        Our business partners are finding it difficult to reach us for their business needs for which we are incurring considerable loss consistently just because we have been falsely promised from TATA end with regards to shifting connections with any issues.

                                        I received call from Ranjit Saxena, he told me that he is calling from TATA Docomo (Delhi Office).
                                        He wanted Bank Details (Card Number, Expire Date, CVV Number) to create 50rs chalan and promised me that i will get 2 months internet free.
                                        i dont understand when all banks have declared that not to give any bank details to anybody, how can TATA ask us for such things.
                                        Please disable the dive in popups on my screen. I have attached a screenshot regarding the same.
