I had made complaint to tatadocomo customer care, bangalore to terminate mobile number [protected] due to unreasonable excessive billing & no proper plan provided with cheaper options for students. I spoke to the manager mr. Parmeshwaran & customer care several times & the manager gave verbal waiver of rs 1, 770- and asked to pay the full & final settlement amount of rs 4, 000/- which was done from my end on 8th june 2017 and receipt forwarded to their email address provided by tatadocomo bangalore team as "[protected]@gmail.com".
I sent more than 8 emails as follow-up for closure & noc as was promised, however, no one is responding at tatadocomo office on emails or telephones [protected] for the noc and mr. Parmeshwaran (Manager at tatadocomo) promised to update the system to closure of account & provide noc but now he is not responding or taking my phone calls.
Besides, i have been receiving continous reminder sms on my personal number for balance payment of the waiver amount. This is very disturbing and cheating on behalf of tatadocomo to their customer & they are not honouring their promise of closure on payment of full & final amount that was made for this account on 8th june 2017
Today, i again received threatening reminder for payment before 6 pm of this waiver amount & now no one is taking my call at tatadocomo office (Bangalore)
Very disturbed consumer on account of cheating from tatadocomo
