We have not used the dongle for a month as it was not working we complained to customer care service but problem was not resolved. Next month we requested to close the connection but they were still sending the bills but now they are threatening us by calls on name of lawyer. We have not used the net as the person who was using it is no more but company is saying that we have used that connection

    I had a weird problem with Tata Photon Customer Care.

    Background – I have two prepaid connections with same (single) Registered Mobile Number. One was deactivated for lack of documentation. I managed to get it activated but phone verification was pending and other one was working.

    I had some issues with the working number so I dialed the Photon Customer care. [protected] However it always treated my incoming call (Being made from RMN) as call for verification and did not just allow me to interact with customer care for the current issue with working number. All they kept on saying is call is connected to verification department and without verification they can not proceed.

    I had to use a landline to call customer care to interact with representative in order to discuss issues with working number.

    Photon should fact in such conditions that two connections may be registered on single account and they should allow the same account holder to talk to customer care for any of the two numbers regardless of status of connection.

      My services which were barred for non payment of bills were unbarred temporarily for 48hours on 24th july 2017. But it was again barred before the completion of the stipulated 48 hours at 26 th july 2017 evening. They are not giving me a proper resolution as yo why this happened. Moreover i being asked to clear my dues in my account. Please help me to initiate action against them.

      Our tata walky was not working for the last 6 months, but they sent a bill and now escalate to forum for pending bill, try to communicate the customer care 12 more time it was not connect and mailed to listen dept, no proper reply came

          No.[protected] tata docomo prepaid sim.
          Is deactivated from yesterday 26/07/2017. (All of sudden the sim turns off).in the sense my phone says the sim is not active, and there is no signal in my phone. I tried restarting, switching on/off, airplane mode, changing handset nothing worked. Please help.

            I had made complaint to tatadocomo customer care, bangalore to terminate mobile number [protected] due to unreasonable excessive billing & no proper plan provided with cheaper options for students. I spoke to the manager mr. Parmeshwaran & customer care several times & the manager gave verbal waiver of rs 1, 770- and asked to pay the full & final settlement amount of rs 4, 000/- which was done from my end on 8th june 2017 and receipt forwarded to their email address provided by tatadocomo bangalore team as "[protected]@gmail.com".

            I sent more than 8 emails as follow-up for closure & noc as was promised, however, no one is responding at tatadocomo office on emails or telephones [protected] for the noc and mr. Parmeshwaran (Manager at tatadocomo) promised to update the system to closure of account & provide noc but now he is not responding or taking my phone calls.

            Besides, i have been receiving continous reminder sms on my personal number for balance payment of the waiver amount. This is very disturbing and cheating on behalf of tatadocomo to their customer & they are not honouring their promise of closure on payment of full & final amount that was made for this account on 8th june 2017

            Today, i again received threatening reminder for payment before 6 pm of this waiver amount & now no one is taking my call at tatadocomo office (Bangalore)

            Very disturbed consumer on account of cheating from tatadocomo
            I have all the emails sent to tatadocomo email id : [protected]@gmail.com since may 2017 till date

              On 24th july i lost my sim ([protected]) at about 2:30pm. Then i go to retailer for reissuing sim card. They tell me that sim card is not match with my id and then i call to tata docomo customer care so they tell me the same. I think the shopkeeper form which i buy the sim is made some mistake at when i purchase it.
              About 6-7 yrs i use the sim card and as per the trai rules all the telecom services must have to checked that weather the same person from which id sim is being purchased is using the sim or not.? So how it is possible that i am able to used this sim at that long time.

              And if there is no rule in your rule-book for customer verification after selling the sim so can you please make some proper law for heigher customer satisfaction...

              At all i have many documents which prof that i am using this sim at very long time (More then 7yrs) including id cards, bank accounts, social media accounts, etc.

              So can you please solve my query or i will move on trai because your helpline customer care will not that qualified for answering my questions they speak on same learning way like parrots... Bla bla bla... It is very shameful that they disconnected my call without solve my problem (Calling nu:[protected]/time: 10:05pm approx).

                  I was using tata photon number [protected] from past 1 year or more.in february 2017 i requested to deactivate my account. But now i am getting messages that i have to pay 1038rs due amount or a legal notice will be sent to me. I had cleared all my dues and since i am getting this message. Why am i suppose to pay when i have not used the service.
                  In addition to that, there is no way to contact the customer service. None of the number provided works. Some how i connected to tata docomo customer service, but they said they can not transfer me to tata photon dept. Am i suppose to chase everyday leaving aside my work or what should i do.

                  I have never seen such a worst service and such worst company. I am never going to use any of your products ever again in my entire life and wont let my friends and relatives to use.

                  I am so much frustrated with this. None of the service providers have such bad services as yours. I don't know how am i suppose to resolve this issue. I am not able to contact any one and i am continuously getting the messages.

                  Even i sent mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com, but that is also of no use. Please don't harass the customers like this.

I thought it is in my id proof but yesterday i lost my phone and by calling the customer care i came to know that the sim was registered with some other name.. That was my personal and work number which i was using from a very long time. All my clients and new inquiries come to that number only.                       I had purchased tata walky fixed wireless prepaid phone no.[protected]Account no.[protected] from tata telesevices limited more than 7 years. Almost 7 year has been past. During this long period, now my instrument is out of order.in this connection i have approached many times in tata office at ulta danga housing to change my instrument. They have changed my walky betery 1st time but not getting any fruitful result on the same. Again all time facing problem & informed the customer care many times but did not get any responds. Now today again i visited tata office at ulta danga housing to change my instrument & the office men are saying many confusing tings!.. They are once telling about the details of phone, then asking to come another day, then telling to repaire... Asking the aadhar no... I am really confuse to face this type of customer harassment from a reputed company like tata! But my walky no. Is too old, so neither i want to convert my walky umber. Please help me to resolve the issue & arrange a new problem free set on the same no.

                            Without any request or confirmation from my side, i suddenly gets a message as follows "chulbuli chat is activated at rs30 for 30 days. Dial 5330011 to enjoy the service. To stop, dial or sms stop to 155223 (Free).". And i lost my balance all of a sudden. Since this is completely inappropriate, i request the company authorities to kindly refund my balance you have dedected for a service i have never requested for. Why should i have to go through all these trouble just because i'm your customer.? From past 3 months whenever id o recharge, same thing happens.

                              Dear sir my previous handset is lost. Due to i purchased red mi phone. I got new sim from your fc road pune gallery with my previous number but isn't work in mi handset.
                              Your customers care person told me that problem in your handset i went to redmi service center they check handset they told handset is ok. They show me that other sim like idea, airtel, jio, bsnl. Working.
                              After this i once again went in your gallery the person told me that in red mi this sim is not work.in this process my 4 to 5 days are wasted due to your poor service.
                              Therfore i switch your service to other company.
                              Please hang one board outside you're gallery that we don't support red mi phone.

                                My docomo no is [protected]. I call tata docomo customer care for data plan then customer service provider tell me that 2 gb data provided on my plan free of cost. Then i use data but when i received bill data charges billed to me. I mail to company for reverse such charges then they replied that sorry for wrong information given by our agent.                                   I got a call from [protected]. Saying he is calling from delhi court and he is filling a legal case against me for 2500 rs pending for my unused tata docomo photon.
                                  I had already paid for 2 months o[censored]nused service on may '17. And i was assured that service will be deactivated. However again they raised a bill of 2800 rs.

                                  On getting a call from [protected], i explained him the case. He spoke very rudely, and used abusive language. And informed me if i dont pay today. He will take very serious action

                                      I have ported from vodafone to tata docomo. Due to late delay bill payment calls are barred to my number [protected]. I paid bill and submitted copy to tata docomo hsr layout branch opposite to vasan eye care. But still calls are barred. When i ask with customer care they told to submit bill. While submitting bill they are say i have to send soft copy to customer care. I ported to tata docomo unecessary

                                      One of the worst service. I submitted hard copy to hsr layout branch and also send soft copy to [protected]@tatadocomo. Still connection is not enabled.. I send so many mails but still no response. I don't want their junk service I want to retain my number
                                      I had 66 rs of talk time and 300 mb of net balance but suddenly everything down to zero...how...?
                                      With out any request I got one message as "Chulbuli chat is extended at RS 30 for 30 days . Dial 530011 to enjoy service To stop or dial or SMS STOP tp 155223 (free)". then i lost my RS 30 talk time.
                                      Please do needful to get back my money
